This was pie second time at Caribbean Brisas. Our good friend Gigi recommended this place. Tried Lobster poblano, omelet for breakfast. Both awesome. We went back for dinner tonight. I had a blackened chicken Caesar salad and it was amazing. Also has wings. I made up my own flavors hot sauce/teriyaki mixed together...well done. Super good! Great service and cute lighting. Also covered if it rains.

This place is awesome! We had the Blackened Abadejo & the Mayan Abadejo & both dishes were excellent. The atmosphere was casual & unhurried. You could tell they cared about the food being served. The food really makes up for a place that might otherwise be easy to miss.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sowie die Drinks waren sehr lecker. Besonders der Lachs und die Fajitas waren ausgezeichnet. Was uns ein wenig störte, war das automatische Trinkgeld von 15 %. Wir möchten lieber selbst entscheiden, wie viel Trinkgeld wir geben möchten. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden und können das Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank und Grüße aus der Schweiz.

Best Tikin Xic fish I had in Isla. My husband also loved the shrimp with his steak. Our party of 10 all considered Brisas a highlight of our stay in Isla. The waiter was very attentive and took great care of us. Outdoor covered seating worked great for us! Reservations not required, but we made reservations for our party of 10 and there was no wait time.

We got a cart to go around the island on our last full day at the island. We wanted something that would keep us out of the sun some as we already had a lot of sun on this vacation. We drove by this place and later when we got hungry we came back. It may not be all that far off the beaten path but we wanted something not in central. I had a steak that was amazing. It was huge and the price was low. My wife had a lobster quesadilla that she found very interesting and tasty. Overall I am glad went ventured out this way and found a great place to eat.

The staff are amazing. They will remember you and greet you even if you're not stopping in to eat. I only recently began going for breakfast and the staff brings me coffee before I need to ask. I specifically love the fried poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and eggs and for dinner I usually order the lobster bisque. I love the fried poblano because it's not heavily breaded like other places on the island.

One of my FAVORITE spots on Isla Mujeres for delicious local food that never disappoints. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a vast menu that always hits the spot. For breakfast, the breakfast burrito (add beans), Chile relleno and eggs montulenos are perfect. Staff is so very friendly and can help you with option anxiety from their delicious menu. Lots of seating. For lunch or dinner, get the fish tacos and you won’t regret it. Arguably one of the BEST on the entire island. The blackened grouper with cilantro cream sauce and fresh veggies is also one of the tastiest things you’ll eat on Isla Mujeres. The best is their homemade hot sauce which goes perfectly on any dish (shake up the bottle). Hell, you could smother that hot sauce on a shoe and I’d probably eat it.

This was the best meal we had in our week in Mexico. Fantastic fish tacos with large portions. The blackened grouper was tender and juicy, but a tad salty, we also had veggie fajitas which were very good. The music was great and the staff was very friendly, but sadly no view. Also, my wife ordered a mezcalrita and not only was it delicious, but they didn't spare the mezcal. Overall it was a fantastic experience, too bad that we discovered this place with less than a day left to our trip.

This is a pretty cool place. No frills and comforting environment where the atmosphere is truly outdoor dining. Within my week stay I ate here 4 times. I tried something different the second and third time, but my first and last dish was a seafood burrito. It may look basic but it was sooo good. The shrimp were fresh and the tortilla is just right. Fresh guacamole & pico de gallo!! Options are plenty on the island, but like the food and they did a good job for convenience.

This is my 6th time to Isla and my wife’s 10th. We’re staying near Mango Cafe for a more cultural experience and stumbled across this little gem. We split the tuna tartare, the coconut shrimp, and the fajitas (not pictured). My wife said this was the best meal she’s ever had in Isla and I must agree! Do yourself a favor and stop by Caribbean Brisas for lunch or dinner. It was superb!

The service was attentive, and the food was fine, we had one serve of fish tacos and a small salad. They added on a 15% tip without asking and didn’t give me my change back from the cash which I thought was quite rude considering the already added tip. It was $60 for a very small meal, I saw some reviews saying the same thing happening to them

Food was ok, lobster tacos are worth a try, everything was a decent price for the area for dining. Our waiter was drinking (openly) on the job which wouldn't be my problem other than the fact we had to ask for the bill 4 times near closing time. Appy, tacos, and soup came out together after a very very long wait on a slow weeknight. Ordered a sol and got xx instead, even though it's on the menu (it's been a common experience for me with the language barrier so let's just say it's an honest mistake). They also offer a tequila shot bribe for good reviews to be weary of glowing recommendations. Was ok but I'd rather try something else rather than eat there again.

We had eaten here for years and loved it. Our last trip there was not good. The lime soup was good, but it was delivered after the entrees. The octopus and coconut shrimp were both inedible. They did remove the octopus from the bill, but it was the least appealing meal we had over the week there. Adios Caribbean Brisas, we will not be back.

La comida estaba bien, nos atendieron rápido. Las cantidades son generosas, pero merece la pena ir a uno de la zona centro porque calidad precio es igual de caro que uno pegado a la playa. Pedimos unas fajitas de pollo, una ensalada de pollo generosa y unas quesadillas de langosta que estaban muy ricas. También pedimos dos cervezas más la propina aportada nos costó 930$ unos 44€ en total.

El error de ir a un lugar solo por sus reseñas buenas. Pasamos por la puerta , y al ser una zona alejada del centro pensamos que íbamos a comer a buenos precios, rico y lejos de donde van todos los turistas. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Meseros de mala gana, la carta en inglés y a precios para turistas en dólares. La comida más o menos, y el lugar no está acordé para nada con los precios, muy simple y con baños sucios

The food was seemed a little bit over priced for the quality (compared to other spots on the island). The prices are higher than the menu photos I saw online. The staff were quite friendly and attentive. The guacamole was kinda disappointing and needed salt. The ceviche was not bad. The lime soup broth was good. The tempura shrimp was pretty good and the rice that came with it was great. Drinks were decent although the mojito was a little on the sweet side.

El peor trato de los meseros, siempre poniendo mala cara, y 0 serviciales, la comida tardo 30 minutos en estar lista y solo había 3 personas más comiendo, y por los precios es mejor comer en una zona a pie de playa, que se gasta lo mismo, en fin, no recomiendo que coman aquí.

No me atendieron. No estaba el mesero. Solo tenian coca light para beber. Tal vez aún no retoman actividades en la nueva "normalidad"
