Hey guys, what's up its me P given you the real deal! This place is ok, I went thru pretty fast however no napkins, no straws, kinda makes things hard to enjoy your meal! But, anyway the PUB burger and chicken were slamming!

The food here is very good but my chief complaint would be in the Service area. Once you give the order in you wait 10-15 minutes to get the food. I got to the window & ghe server got my order All wrong except for the Chili & a Coke! I did not order a double burger, I ordered a single! The order was corrected quickly & I drove off with the correct order! The management should directly supervise the flow of output & make adjustments as needed, there is No reason to wait 15 minutes in line be because this is FAST FOOD!!

I went today at 9:45 in the morning and was told wendys is never going to serve breakfast again. having trouble believing her as the menu in the drive through was the breakfast menu so.

Chilli was awful. I've tried calling, rings out. Went to trouble of filling out a complaint form, won't submit. I knew it wasn't looking good when the door dash delivery guy had to wait a further 10-15 mins on my chilli, this after the order was placed 15 minutes prior. Expected to be reheated. Not this!! Just threw together as they must have run out. Meat half cooked and lumpy. 5 kidney beans and container half full of "sauce". You could count the meat on a spoon. So disappointing as when it's good it's the best. I'm sick all day and was looking forward to it. Why not say you're out of it, instead of throwing together this disaster.

I ordered a single with cheese small frie and small coke and for my daughter a 4pc nuggets small fries small coke. I was surprised that the total came out to $19.95. But later found that the server charged me for a special burger which is not what i ordered! More importantly we asked for honey mustard and was told that they are 50 cents each!! So i paid $1.00 for them! Meanwhile there were 2 BBQ sauces in the bag at no charge!! O have NEVER been charged for any sauces at ANY drive thru!! Is the way Wendy's does things now? I'd like to know!! Thanks for your time.

I stopped by Wendy’s after a long, draining day at work hoping for a quick bite. I was disappointed to find the place supposedly closed at 1:40 a.m., which was surprising because the website lists closing time as 2:00 a.m. If the doors were indeed shut early, it felt disrespectful to turn away customers so close to what should be the end of service. After a long day, I just wanted some straightforward chicken tenders, not a mystery about when you actually close. A brief courtesy acknowledgment if there’s any reason you can’t take an order close to closing time would've been nice (instead of turning people away abruptly). Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about reliability. I’m open to giving Wendy’s another shot if the hours are clearly posted and consistently followed, so I’m not left guessing when I can get a quick bite after a long day...

I ring my ears. Will never buy there ever again. Just bought a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Everything is cold. The chicken the fries. This is not the first time it’s happened. I live 2 minutes away from this location.

Went thru drive thru and the girl taking my order is to busy talking in the background about her personal life to take our order. We had to repeat ourselves like 5 times because she to busy bs around with her friend. When we get to the window we see a very disrespectful young chick again bs in the back with coworkers. I love Wendy’s and this experience was so inappropriate I would probably never come here again. Nasty customer service as it’s best.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to, the service staff were very rude and had no quality, the person behind me ordered the same set meal as me, but they actually gave the food to the person who came later, I asked them why, and they actually said there was something wrong with me, it was ridiculous, I will never eat at this Wendy's again, maybe two stupid employees will cause this store to close down.

Slow, always slow, only one cashier and only one person doing the food. The system went down and I overheard them say it's not the first time the system goes down. My take away from this is the franchise owner does not care to keep their systems up to date or store fully staffed.

Ok so how can I convey how bad the total experience was top to bottom....Well waited 20 plus minutes in the drive-through and the food was colder then a Alaskan winter and very simply awful . This location is not what I have come to expect from the brand itself. The thing that I think is the biggest problem and is startling clear from all the reviews that you are dealing with a owner and management staff that care to do nothing to address the problems with this establishment. How the franchise itself does not have corrective measures in place to fix the multiple issues with this location as it is obviously damaging the Wendy brand is incomprehensible. I will never go to this place again at that should be simply enough for the owner to get involved and correct all the issues with his investment and business cause it's that bad
