It's an excellent place to buy packaged chickens with side dishes, potatoes, etc. The chickens are always well-cooked and cooked to perfection at any branch. You can't go wrong. They're also next to the La Esperanza bakeries where you can buy bread to go with the chicken, desserts, etc.
Today I did find fresh, roasted chickens.
There aren't usually many people, except on weekends when there's a line. The chicken is delicious, and there are other things to complement it: soup, beans, rice, potatoes. I just think sometimes the chickens are undersized. They look small. And while one would have been enough before, it's not enough now. 😞 That is, the cost of the chicken is a bit high for what you get in terms of product.
The Google description says: "Poultry store", but it's not, it's a rotisserie belonging to the La Esperanza Bakery, by the way the chickens are good, they also sell mashed potatoes, beans, soups, salads, french fries and roasted potatoes, soft drinks, chicken necks, sausages.
I'm really struggling to buy rotisserie chicken now. The truth is, in my opinion, the size of the pieces looks like pigeon; it's too small now, and it's practically personal. Buying a chicken for a family of four isn't a big deal anymore. It's not enough! I wish they'd make bigger chickens, even if they were a little more expensive.
Since this is one of their gourmet branches, you'll find the famous and ever-popular Croissant Rolls, as well as a variety of sweet breads, cakes, and jellies. In my case, the staff was very friendly.
A very good place to shop. The staff is sometimes not very friendly, but I think the taste is worth it. Sometimes they are quick and don't take long. Some products may be missing, but that's not their fault, but the fault of the store that supplies them.

The rotisserie chickens were barely acceptable for the price; I remember they used to be bigger, but hope seems to have forgotten about size, and that's thanks to its customers who also buy their bread, sides, snacks, and soda there.
The chicken and baby potatoes were very salty.
The food is good, but honestly, the lady who serves seems to work there without pay because she's rude about everything. It really ruins the essence of the place because the quality of the products is good, but her rudeness makes me prefer to go to another branch.
I've been a customer for years. Sadly, I see how the service provided by the staff leaves much to be desired. Be careful. In front of the main entrance, there's a deep hole the size of a drainpipe. There's no sign; they claim the local police will fine them for putting something in there. Two cars had their crankcases ruptured, and there's a lot of oil on the pavement. Gosh! If customers park to buy food, at least let them know.
The chickens aren't as good anymore, and the necks are very dry and runny; they don't taste good.
The chicken was of very poor quality. It made us sick; we had to go to the doctor. Apparently, it was spoiled and they were passing it off as "northern" chicken. The manager's hygiene leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it at all.
The chicken is disgusting. Upon arrival, I had the opportunity to see how they clean the chicken machine. They don't care about the chickens on display. Obviously, I didn't buy them. They are disgusting and lack hygiene. I don't recommend them.
