Was a great venue for wedding reception. Food was excellent and not the usual wedding fare. Wait staff was attentive. Can't wait to go back.

My waitress was super busy. She had two graduation parties. She was so busy that she felt like she didn't do a good job and she didn't even charge us the tip percentage for parties over eight. But we made sure that we took real good care of her

Dragos is a nice restaurant. Prices can be high customer service is great. Dinner is usually higher but they often have nice lunch specials.

I ordered the jambalaya, and was thrilled with my food. Drago's has an excellent atmosphere, service, and (most importantly) fantastic food. My co-worker and I were both impressed by our meals. I'll definitely make a return next time I'm in Jackson.

Been here several times and always love it. Chargrilled oysters are great ( not same level as ACM in NOLA). I reccomed the boudin shrimp and try our some specials. Service can be slow sometimes

Stopped in for lunch with a couple clients. Had the charbroiled oysters and bbq shrimp for appetizers. Both amazing! Entree was the shrimp and grits (pictured) and that was also very tasty.

Our food took so long to finally getvto the table they comped a platter of catfish and shrimp and desserts for up. Bravo Dragos job well done. The food was good as well. But the way they treated us was stellar. I will be back for another catfish platter and apple cobbler.

Tried them for their "Taco Tuesday." Our server was outstanding & the live music was very nice! Tacos were pretty good, but the chargrilled oysters were outstanding!

This particular Drago's maybe better than the original in New Orleans. The food comes out very fresh and hot. My theory is a slower pace allows the kitchen to prepare the food to perfection.

Good service as always. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with many TV to watch games. I recommend their oyster. Not the fried one though. Shrimp platter and their catch of the day.

Love, love, love Drago's chargrilled oysters! Two years in a row we've driven two hours from Monroe to Jackson to celebrate our anniversary ove a couple dozen of these tasty delicacies. God willing, next September we'll make it three in a row. Service and food are excellent and we look forward to returning soon.

Bar service ✅ Staff 💯 Oysters 😮‍💨 I don’t know why I don’t got to Dragos often. I was absolutely impressed with the bar and staff friendliness and eagerness to serve. The oysters are THE BEST in the metro area!

First time at Drago's. I loved the tequila sunrise I was drinking during happy hour. My Lobster Marco was a little blend and could have used a little more flavor. The charbroiled oysters were delicious. I'll be going back for sure.

Creole charm with a menu that delights. The food and service are fantastic. If your looking for Oysters Drago’s offers a wide variety options along side it’s impressive menu. Shrimp Boudin and deep fried oysters over spinach dip pictured.

Food and service were absolutely excellent, honestly some of the best fish I've had since moving to Mississippi. Our waiter was also attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great dining experience. The only thing is that the restaurant building left something to be desired. A vent in the kitchen wasn't working so the dining room filled with smoke, and part of our booth had been repaired with duct tape. The food and service deserve a better location.

Definitely worth the wait! Make a reservation & be on time! Our server Tre was awesome and the food was hot & fresh!! Great chargrilled oysters & gator bites!!!!

Drago’s has the best chargrilled (charbroiled) oysters hands down! This is not up for debate. The Smokey grilled flavor is addictive. Every time I travel to Jackson, Mississippi, I always visit Dargo’s. The Bloody Mary is savory and flavorful. The seafood gumbo is scrumptious! Looking forward to my next visit to New Orleans or Jackson to satisfy my taste buds.

I will give this location a five-star because the service was outstanding our waitress took care of all our needs throughout our whole meal always there with a quick refill and a smile to make us feel like we were her only client tonight. From our appetizers which were charbroiled oysters and gator bites to our main courses of shrimp and grits and shrimp and boudin the whole meal was great and all tasted just like it came from Cajun land. And are dessert was a brownie alamode and as you can see from my picture my two boys loved it. I highly recommend this location and the other locations in New Orleans if you ever want a true Cajun meal thank you for a great service and thank you for treating me and my family like we were part of your family.

The food here was delicious. I had the gator tacos and the trio. Food was at the table fast, and the waitress was friendly. The only complaint is that it was a bit on the loud side, but that's not the fault of the restaurant, I think there was a bigger group there when I was and they were very loud.

I absolutely LOVEEEE Drago's. I grew up in the New Orleans area, and we have one in Metairie, Louisiana as well, so I already knew how wonderful Drago's is! We live in Vicksburg now, and it was our 13 Year Anniversary and I told my Husband that I definitely want to dine out at Drago's on this night, 7/6/22 for our Anniversary, and we most certainly did. To begin with, we had the BEST SERVER EVER, and his name is Everett!! He was absolutely Lovely, Divine, so very Sweet, he knew exactly what he was doing, and he didn't miss a beat. Everett, YOU ROCK!! My husband and I both started off each with a tray of Charbroiled Oysters that were cooked to perfection. For Dinner I had the Lobster Marco which was a Maine Lobster with Angelhair Pasta draped over it, with Shrimp, Mushrooms, Delicate Cream Sauce which is absolutely SINFUL!! My Husband had the Fried Oyster plate with French Fries. He said they were the VERY BEST Fried Oysters he has ever eaten! I had a couple of them as well, and they were outstanding! After we finished our dinner, Everett surprised us with the beautiful Dessert for us to share. Thank goodness it wasn't any bigger, because we were already stuffed. It was a Cheesecake on top of Oreo Cookie Curmbs with an incredible sweet sauce dribbled across the top. Everything about our evening at Dragos was PERFECTION! Thank You Everett, and Thank You Drago's, we WILL be back AGAIN!!

If you think I'm not enjoying life tonight, then you don't know Jimmy! Man oh man! Such a DELICIOUS dinner that consisted of a cooked to perfection 8 ounce filet mignon, lobster and melted butter, the most delicious macaroni and cheese I've ever eaten, steamed broccoli, tossed green salad with the very best blue cheese dressing I've ever eaten, French bread and plenty of pats of butter. I was well taken care of from the moment I walked through the doorway. Jenny and Chloe, the hostesses, were courteous and helpful; my waiter, Everett, was the best of the best, Chef George visited me to inquire if I was pleased, and Jack the manager checked in on me too. I didn't arrive here in a limousine, but I felt like I was being treated quite royally! Man oh man! What a wonderful dining experience in a most quiet and pleasant atmosphere you dream of being in with the one you love, or alone. Drago's Seafood Restaurant is an excellent restaurant conveniently located on the east side of I-55 on East County Line Road in Ridgeland in our Great State of Mississippi. My husband and I flew out to Jackson for a funeral and we ate here. First of all the southern hospitality of the host and the waiter was impeccable you couldn’t ask of a nicer staff. And the food was good with a lot of flavor. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Do you like oysters? Do you like great food? Then get the chargrilled oysters. In Mississippi and louisianna, Dragos has a long time reputation of being great! Make the stop you won't be disappointed.

Wonderfully flavored dishes, the Cajun stuffed white fish was a generous serving with a sauce to die for! The staff, always smiling and hospital. Disappointed in the bread pudding, I will try twice.

This place is awesome!!! I have been trying to eat here for years. My wife and I had the stuffed redfish, shrimp platter, and seafood pasta. The food tasted fresh and not pre frozen. We went at 5pm 3-23-24. The food was out in no time, and it was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was great, and our waiter Sara B was amazing! The only thing was the apple alamode was not what I was expecting. The apple pie wasn't warm enough and the ice cream was soupy. We still give it an A+, 10/10. You honestly get what you paid for. Keep up the good work management and staff!!!

Even though they said they were short staffed, we never knew it. Everyone was so nice from the Hostess to our server! Nice clean restaurant and the food was absolutely wonderful. We had the 6 chargrilled oysters which are always so fabulous. Then the twin filets with lobster tail, crawfish mac-n-cheese, broccoli and sweet potato fries. Yum yum! We had a lovely time!

Pleasantly surprised, Drago's has great food and service! Charbroiled oysters on par with Acme Oyster House and the crawfish meatballs were large and a refreshing take on the concept. The seafood pasta was truly excellent, the Alfredo sauce was top notch. My wife had the fried seafood platter and was very pleased with all of it, but especially the catfish! The portions are large, and the service is good. Highly recommend Drago's.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times long ago but stopped because the food was mediocre. A friend suggested we go about a week ago. I went and I’m glad I did because the food seemed better. I had the appetizer fried eggplant Parmesan which tasted so good that I started eating and forgot to take photo. I also had the sweet potato fries that were okay. My friend had gumbo and her friend had the raw oysters. Overall the atmosphere was very nice. The sever was okay. She really tried but at times seemed irritated or nonchalant. I think it was just her personality and she meant no harm. At times she did put forth a lot of effort to please. We also had drinks. I think my friend ordered me the sunshine or something like that. It was too strong for me. Then I ordered the green drink in photo and it tasted better. Can’t remember the name. 😃 There is no happy hour on Friday’s just in case you visit. We went around 5:30pm and it was empty then started to fill as people got off work. Highly recommend visiting if in the area.

We went here for New Year’s Eve and it was pretty slow which was odd. We also hadn’t been here in a long time. Food was very well prepared and tasted great. I will what probably made our visit so great was our server Everett. We had a table of 8 and he went above and beyond with everything. Kudos to him.

The food is amazing here. Well-worth the price for every dish. The waiters/waitresses love their jobs and it shows in their service. You couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to dine in. It's quiet, chill, and laid-back. Sometimes there's live music and when there's not, the jazz music playing on the speaker is soothing. Definitely my favorite restaurant!

I was living in Mississippi for a bit and was excited to see the original inventers of the charbroiled oysters out of New Orleans extend their goodness out here to Jackson!! It was great to have a taste of home right at my doorstep. Man, these kats didn't miss a beat and brought this awesomeness here to the capital city of the Magnolia State of Mississippi. It is a must to have their Original Charbroiled oysters. They are often imitated but never duplicated. This is the real deal, and that stuffed lobster is fire too!!

We stopped at this Drago’s location during a road trip, just north of Jackson, Mississippi. Drago’s originated in Louisiana and has expanded into neighboring states, and this stop genuinely felt like our stomach arrived in New Orleans before we did. It was a great introduction to Southern and Cajun-style seafood before reaching NOLA. The restaurant has a classic American bar-meets–fine dining atmosphere. The dining room is spacious and brightly lit with chandeliers, and the walls are decorated with framed New Orleans street scenes, giving the space a subtle sense of “exported” NOLA culture. There is also a full bar area, where TVs were playing live sports, making it a comfortable spot for both dining and casually watching a game. On a weekday evening, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, which made the experience relaxed and unhurried—perfect after a long drive. Reservations are available, which is nice to know if you’re stopping by during busier hours or on weekends. The menu itself is not very large, but it’s focused. If you’re particular about choices, it’s worth checking the menu online in advance so you know what to expect. The highlight of the meal was Drago’s Original Charbroiled Oysters. They arrived sizzling at the table, filled with rich garlic butter aroma and sound. Paired with hand-torn bread for soaking up the sauce, they were absolutely addictive and disappeared almost instantly. This dish alone is reason enough to visit. We also ordered the Fried Gator Bites, made from battered and fried alligator tail meat served with remoulade sauce. They’re surprisingly approachable—think “chicken nuggets,” but firmer and more substantial than chicken, with a satisfying bite. The Mama Ruth’s Seafood Gumbo was thick, rich, and hearty, with a strong seafood-and-okra base. It works especially well mixed with rice, making it a comforting and filling dish. Fish, Shrimp ’N’ Grits was another standout. The grits were creamy and fragrant, topped with fish and shrimp, and packed with flavor. Unexpectedly, it even reminded us of Chinese “fish-fragrant” flavors in a fun way. After hours on the road, this meal completely washed away our travel fatigue. With multiple locations in New Orleans, Drago’s feels like a dependable choice with consistent quality. Whether you’re passing through Mississippi or dining in NOLA, it’s a solid stop for satisfying Southern seafood in a comfortable, no-rush setting.

Ok, these char broiled oysters were out of this world!!! The happy hour was incredible also. We ordered oysters, gator bits, BBQ shrimp, and a pasta. Everything was amazing. The char broiled oysters her the hit of feast. Definitely will be back to this restaurant in the future. A must try if you have not.

The oysters were a bit different than what Ive had in the past. The waitress assured me that they were really good because the chef is from New Orleans. Unfortunately, they were a bit salty and soggy 😕😔. I expected a much better experience. I really enjoyed the live music though.

We went in tonight for our 21st wedding anniversary and there were ZERO tables. *New Years Eve* It was VIP like we rented the whole place out. Cassie was our server and was wonderful! We got the char oysters OF COURSE. Yummy. Cassie recommended the stuffed red fish to my husband. Amazing. I knew what I was going for, the lobster Marco. I get it everytime I go. This time was exceptionally good. Thanks so much everyone! Highly recommend going here. And I'll definitely be back again! I've never had a bad meal or a bad experience here in the last 5 years I've been living in Mississippi.

If you want divine seafood in the middle of Jackson, MS. This is it. Located next to the, so huge you'll never miss it, Hilton, this traditional New Orleans restaurant shouldn't be overlooked. Always plenty of bar space and seating for those looking to make a quick entrance. Always stuff your lobster, and don't overlook the spinach.

If you know me then you know that the Drago’s Metairie, LA location is my favorite. However, if I’m not in the NOLA area my local location is still a good alternative. Raw and charbroiled oysters are always on point and the gumbo was definitely better than the last time we dined here. My better half had the catfish platter which she said was delicious but like all other restaurants had far too many french fries and could have had more catfish. But overall a nice cool lunch on a hot Mississippi Friday.

Drago's now has Taco Tuesday's! Choose from alligator, fish, and shrimp, blackened or fried. All tacos are $2 and comes on a bed of arugula, pico de gallo, and a cajun aioli. They're open until 10pm tonight, happy eating! Food: 4.5 Service: 5

Almost gave it 5 stars but that is very rare for me. Darius (sp) was a great server, food was so good and portions were excellent. Music was soothing. The first photo is an Oyster Voisin, a giant portion of an appetizer. The second is an even bigger shrimp poboy. Too big for the photo! Highly recommend but expect to pay. Portions and taste balance out prices.

Tasty seafood... Had pasta jumbalaya and charbroiled oysters... Wife had catch of the day which was red fish... All delicious... We sat next to a performing musician and it was loud... My wife wanted to switch out the potatoes for another side... The waitress instead brought 2 servings of collard greens, which in the end didn't matter because it was good...

J

Wow! This place is amazing. You MUST have the charbroiled oysters!! Best ever!! We had the ceasar salad, which was good but had a sweet flavor to it. Then we had a petite filet, brocolli, potatoes which were all very good. Randall at the bar gave us excellent service. We highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

Well first off I'd like to say that this restaurants atmosphere is absolutely lovely. And the food is phenomenal. I went during a Saturday about 1:30pm so unfortunately for me it wasn't happy hour, and my drinks were ridiculously priced! the food is a little high priced as well but no complaints about it because everything was very much worth it. Depicted is what I got which was oyster voisin with a cheesy spinach with bacon, and it has 2 pieces of sourdough like bread underneath it 😋. Then we have what my fiance got which I believe was a catfish platter that he was able to split half catfish and half oysters. And the 1 drink I took a picture of which was a hurricane (Very strong) which was okay with me 😉

I really think the food is great, we had the reservation at 8:30 PM. There was still a few tables were eating, we had a seafood gumbo bake oysters and Cajun red fish, the lease favorite dish to me was the bake oysters, not sure if they were not fresh or they over cooked, he was very mushy and I can’t taste any oysters but I think after all was good pretty good food

Okay, I've traveled the southeast for over a decade so I've been to my fair share of restaurants, some good some not so good. This restaurant falls in the category of great. Seafood was fresh and the service was even better. Our waitress Latoya was so endearing and she really made us feel at home. I would recommend the restaurant just so you could go and be waited on by the Latoya. I has their oysters which were excellent and my colleague had a buffalo shrimp salad which he also thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the desert. I had their bread pudding which was average. I still gave this a 4-star rating for the fact that the service was great and the fresh seafood was on point.

C
Chrisse Pooh

I saw this last year when we first moved here but the hubs said "it's not gone taste like New Orleans" (hell Nola ain't tasting like Nola these days) | finally convinced him into going, what I will say is this location gives more of a sports bar vibe as opposed to the Nola location which is upscale. And the food matches the vibe to a T. We started with the alligator bites. When I saw them all the air was deflated from my balloon. They looked like the scraps from a basket of chicken tenders. Not the thick chunks you get from Pappadeaux, but hey I'm learning (at our financial my expense though) they were bland, I mean no flavor at all in the flour or on the gator itself but once I dipped them in the sauce it made a huge difference. We also got a dozen oysters NOW THEY WERE THE STAR OF THE SHOW and I should've just gotten them as my entree as well. The guy back there grilling them needs to be honored. They were the perfect size and seasoned to perfection. My mouth is watering thinking about them now. I got a seafood pasta which I'm still disappointed about, it had that thick gravy Nola is known for and me being from Chicago was expecting a white wine cream sauce. How the heck does one think to slather that over those thin angel hair noodles is beyond me. That heavy flour gravy needs to be over mashed potatoes not pasta. But it's cool, I'll never ever never order that again. The hubs got a dish which had a filet, half of a small maine lobster, lobster mac n cheese and broccoli. I tasted the mac n cheese and wasn't impressed. But hey he'll eat almost anything and be content so there's that. I waited for the server to ask if I wanted dessert (which is one of my rules), that's a markup for restaurants and they should be pushing it how they push those drinks to bring the tab and the tip up. She didn't (no surprise there, after she stopped while holding our food to reprimand other guest for sitting in the bar area without be escorted there I was turned off, why not drop our food off we were one table over instead of talking over it?) but I wanted to taste the bread pudding. The joke was on me, she knew what I didn't. I told her to bring it to go since she had already printed the bill. Once she got it to me and I opened it and saw how pretty it was I was happy. She said to warm up the sauce and pour it over when I was ready to eat it. What she should've said was remove the banana slices because by the time you get home they'll be brown and the hard sliced strawberry before warming up the hard ball of bread because if you don't warm it up it's going to be too hard to eat. I found that out on my own also. And the thin watery sauce has this really strong liquor taste that wasn't rum but more whiskey than anything. Would I come back? For those oysters, ABSOLUTELY! If they'll allow me to get a bed of angel hair pasta with the seasoned butter they use for the oysters and a dozen of them as my dish and I'll be a weekly customer.

Michael Phillips

Good for Jackson. The original location in New Orleans sets a high bar that's difficult to match. Petite filet was perfect!

J

The food was okay not great, I have heard alot about Drago's and wasn't completely thrilled with it. Standard seafood dishes, fried, heavily creamed sauces, nothing that really stood out want to try.

Shrimp was ok, not the best I've had. Red beans and rice was delicious. Service was great, nice atmosphere, just expected more from the food.

B

Drago's Jackson is NOT Drago's Metairie or New Orleans! Which is very disappointing especially when you are from New Orleans. No Lenten menu available at this location or any Crawfish dishes: No crawfish bread or crawfish etouffee. I had the seafood pasta which was good but some garlic bread with it would have been nice. I also had the apple cobbler w.vanilla ice cream on top & the cobbler's crust wasn't cooked through and tasted doughy. Would revisit but not immediately. The food is missing that New Orleans kick, love and creole spice.

Decided to check this restaurant out with a couple of friends. The restaurant has nice interior, is clean and spacious. I would describe the ambiance as a nice and cozy dining experience with dim lighting. There was live music playing on Friday night. There is plenty of bar seating as well. I ordered the spinach dip, the eggplant Romano and the fleur de lis shrimp. The spinach dip was okay. It tasted like cremed spinach with some parmesan cheese served with corn chips. The eggplant Romano was not too crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. I didn't think the marinara sauce was anything special. The fleur de lis shrimp was not very spicy and it tasted more like a mix of chipotle sauce and comeback sauce drizzled on fried shrimp. I thought it was good. We also ordered shrimp and grits with tasso which wss not very much enjoyed and also got the seafood pasta. The seafood pasta had a lot of shrimp in it and the pasta sauce was very creamy. Ordered creme brulle for dessert which tasted good but not the best I've had. Both me and my friends agreed a rating of 3/5 on the food. Service was excellent and my waiter who i believe her name is Chelsea was very accommodating and nice. I'd say it's not a bad place to go for social events but not to have high expectations for the food.

I was very excited to try this restaurant, but sadly I won’t return. The food was pretty good. But the service was so poor it overshadowed the food. We made reservations, arrived early and was sat early but took over two hours to eat. Our server must’ve been overwhelmed with other tables. We ate in after Jackson State homecoming but the restaurant wasn’t very full. I’m not sure what the problem was but our server forgot appetizer orders more than once, our bar drinks took a while to arrive and we sat with empty glasses and dirty dishes on our table. The bar was out of two of the liquors we tried to order as well. As far as food goes, the charbroiled oysters were amazing! They were small, but flavorful! The alligator bites were good as well. I also ordered the grilled alligator bite tacos (kinda sweet and spicy). This restaurant has potential to be great, but this experience was enough for me and my family. The experience was not worth the money.

E
Ethel Charlina Sims

Food has a good taste. If you don't order appetizers the food is not filling. It is $$$ however it's not as expensive as I remember as few years back. The look on the inside has improved. We had a good waitress however we still waited. That made the experience not as good as it could have been. It was my mother's first time and birthday. My husband first time. Traveling around the country going to many different places service could always be better. Increase the portion of food for price and watch the people spend more. My mom did enjoy her margarita. Trying it out for yourself.

Be Aware: ⚠️ menu changed drastically Dec 1, 2025. Very minimal. We left without ordering but tipped our server, he was really nice.

J

Very limited menu compared to the one online and they were out of appetizer we requested. In my opinion it is way overpriced for the portion of food we received. The charbroiled oysters were good but there are way better dining options in the area.

Word to the wise to fellow business travellers... ...I've been waiting 55min and counting at the bar for my dinner (a "quick" salad and gumbo). The oysters are indeed delicious. Update... approximately an hour in, I asked for my order to go. Gumbo was delivered immediately, alongside the incorrect salad. 10 minutes later, a "shrimp" salad is delivered. Very disappointed...'fresh jumbo gulf shrimp' are small and showing clear signs of freezer burn. Picture posted separately...

I love love Dragos! Everything I visit Jackson i stop in and grab a dozen charbroiiled oysters.. The cook has got to be different. My oysters were over cooked and burnt. The waitress was very nice and attentive.

Went on a Friday evening a couple weeks ago. The entire vibe felt like a old has-been cafeteria-style restaurant. The paint in several visible places was worn and dirty. We ordered the fried shrimp platter, and also the boudin-stuffed shrimp. The fried shrimp was cooked perfectly fine and were good, but the fries and onion rings were soft and limp like they were cooked in barely warm grease. The boudin-stuffed shrimp was basically a bowl of some-type of sausage (maybe it was sausage? I couldn't tell what it was), with grilled shrimp on top and simply smothered in a brown gravy - drenched actually. It was almost like a brown gravy stew. There was nothing about the atmosphere that was inviting to be there.

To be fair, I came for Valentine’s Day for the dinner theater. Simply horrific. So, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back early. Char broiled oysters are absolutely amazing. The service was good because there was only about 10 people in the whole place. But….. I made the mistake of going into the bathroom. It reminded me of a very old rest area, traveling through the desert in Arizona 45 years ago. It smelled about the same way too. There was a table with just staff sitting there, and the bathroom is horrendous. If it would have been 8:30 pm, I could understand. But it is not even 5:30 yet. They opened at 4:00pm. Management needs to up their game here.

This place used to be my go to anytime I was visiting family in Clinton. However, things have drastically changed for the worst. The 1st clue should have been no wait time to eat on a Saturday night. The 2nd clue should have been a 1 page menu. I was highly disappointed with the food, it was not as flavorful and fresh as I remembered. My heart was genuinely hurt and I left there very hungry. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I will say that the oysters were still good, and the cocktail drink that I had was sweet, but I couldn't taste any liquor.

Not a good Experience. The restaurant was dirty and just felt unclean. Waited 20 mins to get a drink order. 40 mins later food came out. Overall staff was slow and not attentive, and it wasn’t because they’re understaffed. Only about 20 customers in the whole place. The stuffed redfish used to be awesome, it was over-spiced and over cooked. Terrible! The best part of our meal was French fries. I don’t know what happened to this place, but don’t waste your time or money.

I have eaten at the location in New Orleans and everything about the experience was fantastic. I was excited when I saw this location in Jackson, MS. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing like the NOLA experience. I ordered the filet (Med Rare) with lobster. The filet came out extra well done and the lobster was so overcooked it was tough and rubbery. I also believe the menu said it would be served with sauteed spinach but it was served with steamed broccoli instead. My wife ordered the baked salmon and it was also overcooked, dry and WAY overseasoned. Neither of us finished our meals. Our server, Cassandra (Cassie), was pleasant and the service was good, but the food was unacceptable. We won't be returning to this location.

Drago's has always been known for their Oysters, yet this location only has charbroiled oysters. We ordered a dozen raw and a dozen Charbroiled. The waiter stated they do not have Raw Oysters. I asked how can you have Charbroiled but not Raw? you have to shuck them and prepare them to be on the grill. He said the Charbroiled Oysters are pre-packaged. Very Very Scary. Me and My friend, a local from New Orleans decided we'd give it a try since we'd already been waiting 25 minutes for drinks and a Lunch menu we had to ask for. They showed up oily and raw. At $27 for 12 bites, I really expected more. We sent them back, paid for our drinks and left. I don't see this location being open much longer. They have a limited menu and it's nothing like the other Drago's locations. I am broken hearted over this. They should atleast lower the prices, if they have such low quality food.

My first time in the restaurant was for a birthday dinner. The food was ok. I had to fight the nats for my meal. I didn't like how our food came out at different times. Also, the manager limited how many checks would could have. I gave never experienced that before. I really don't have to go back.

Nothing like there’s showing up on photos on Google I am disappointing. On general. This place to my knowledge should be shut down, especially at this location. Everything here is bad from the food service and everything else. they have such a bad low quality food. Unbelievable One thing I can say the waiter the one attended as she just started to work over there and she did everything she can. I have to recognize that

Two words ...disgusting food We had a simple order of a crab cake, roasted rosemary potatoes, and a seared tuna salad.salad and two ice teas. The crab cake was mixed with crawdad meat, the potatoes were so greasy and rubbery, and the salad was mostly wilted iceburg lettuce, and a handful of wilted greens. When we complained to the waitress about the potatoes, her response was...they are "cooked in butter." We were then hit with a $64.00 bill DON'T EAT HERE

On a Saturday night we waited over 30 minutes and no hostess ever came to seat us. There was only 1 party in the back and maybe 3 other tables seated. The bar tender told us they were short handed and only had 2 servers who were both waiting on the party in the back. We were very disappointed to leave without being served.

Major issues at this Dragos. The oysters have too much cheese, and the bread is not Leidenheimer. If you want the real deal you need to go to Metairie. I had very high hopes, but these oysters tasted closer to Acme than the Drago’s I love. The Po boys aren’t Po boys because the bread is terrible.

Filthy and dirty, The whole restaurant appeared to be an open landfill and the men’s restroom Had raw ventilation issues it smelled so bad. I want to throw up before eating getting close to the bathroom. 12/09/25 The health department needs to close this place down.

Made a reservation weeks ago for Valentine’s Day and when we got there the line was out the door. Turns out the system was down so they could not access reservations. I asked if we could just show our confirmation and she said it does not matter we have to wait like everyone else. There were a lot of tables open. The people who were sitting down were not even eating yet. For a major holiday I feel like they were not prepared and it did not seem like they were trying to properly handle the situation.
