I went to this restaurant to have a homemade breakfast. I had a waffle with strawberries, cream and maple syrup with coffee. It was very good! The service was very fast and Jennifer was fantastic! Greetings from Italy!

I have frequented the waffle shop for a long time, ever since I was a young child. Always a positive experience. Being served by Dustin, Roselle, Monique, Bella, and Heather is a pleasure. Also quite pleasant is Jendy, who introduces herself as Wendy with a J. The staff is warm and accommodating, and the atmosphere is charming. Sometimes, when I want a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast, they'll even cross the parking lot to the grocery store to get my bagel rather than telling me they're out of bagels. Monique served me an exceptional hot chocolate today, and the food I ordered was delicious. I consumed half of a Turkey melt with avocado added in place of tomato and a cup of fifteen bean and ham soup. We visit fairly frequently since my family and I enjoy the friendly greetings we always get from our favorite servers. If you haven’t been here yet, I urge you to stop in and visit the Waffle Shop in Jackson. It’s a great place to eat and feel like you’re a part of the family!

Wow, great place to go when your in town or within an hours drive. Food is fantastic and people are super nice. I hear they have t-bone steaks on fathers day as well. Highly recomended.

Food was great. Big portions and delicious. Service was great too. My only complaint is that me and my sister used the restroom before we left and when we washed our hands there must have been some sort of bleach cleaning product on the sink countertop, because my tshirt and her dress were both ruined with bleach spots.

Had the special omelet with country potatoes and pancake. Food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. All employees were kind and checked on us constantly for more coffee or it food was good.

The best Ham n Cheese omelette with biscuit & gravy I’ve had in a long time! 👍🏼 I definitely will stop again when passing though again😋

Heather my waitress was outstanding. Very intentive on my service. I had chicken and waffles as you can see. I asked them to make my syrup spicy with some cheyenne and that was not a problem. Food was served fast and hot.

There aren't many restaurants in Jackson where you can get breakfast at 3pm. For the southern end of Jackson, the Waffle Shop is our go to. The waffles are the best. Pecan is my favorite!

Cute old fashioned place. We ordered a couple of stuff followed by the Wafflelicious. It was super fluffy and delicious! Very quick and efficient place and our servers made sure we were sufficient in the coffee department.

I think it's short staffed. Not too many places offer Pork Chops. I ordered the meal and about the best chops I can recall in a long while. Nothing fancy simply great flavor and the thin ones done just right. The next visit tried fish N chips. The bottom side of one was soggy. I told the waiter. Flavor was as expected. Depends on who's cooking like always.

If I could give the restaurant a 3.5, I would. The food was average and the service was good, it just seemed like the waitresses did not enjoy their jobs. At times it seemed like they lacked personality, but maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The tables felt greasy and the restaurant had a feint odor upon first entrance. The food definitely wasn’t bad, but it also isn’t something to write home about.

Avoid this place they are awful , the staff is rude the cook doesn’t like it if you send back his terrible food and will give you dirty looks . They take too lang to serve you disgusting food and don’t think you know what you are taking about , they will tell you that your eyes lie to you when you see something . The guy with the military style haircut kept telling me the cook isn’t giving you glares that it did not happen but I can clearly see the cook and he is mad that he gave me a microwaved waffle and I called him out on it .
