Great tacos here!!!! And they even make tortillas NY hand!!! Yup you read right!! Hacen tortillas hechas a mano. If you'd like your tacos with handmade tortillas you have to request before hand. They sell empanadas/pastelitos as well as fried chicken. Portions are great as wel.

By far, the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I wish we were in the city longer so I could go again!

Very friendly service, and a warm environment. The food is excellent. My favorite thing is the chicken burrito. Very good prices and portions.

Delicious hole in the wall taco joint with homemade and freshly cooked ingredients (including tortillas). Top notch authentic Mexican cooking with friendly staff.

Best tacos in Jamaica, hands down. I always order tacos de lengua and the flavors and spices are amazing every single time. Love this place.

I love this place! I stop by here everytime I'm in the neighborhood. I have the huevos rancheros with black beans and chorizo for breakfast and they are on point. I Highly recommend if you're into authentic Mexican.

I've been here many times during lunch as I work nearby. The atmosphere of the place is a very friendly, authentic, family-run small restaurant. There is seating but I normally get take-out. I usually get a veggie burrito or veggie tacos and they are always delicious! Bella's Place is a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing food area.

This place was fantastic. The service was nice, the food was amazing, and prices are very fair. I had 2 beef tostadas and they were big and hearty. I also had a banana milkshake which was delicious. It’s a small place but it wasn’t too busy when I went for lunch so I was able to sit right away. Looks like more people deliver which is fine. I didn’t take pictures of my food because I was so hungry but would definitely recommend his place if you’re around!

Place is amazing. Hidden gem. Completely authentic. The Tacos are phenomenal. The enchilada Is enough for 2 people and it is great. So much taste and good seasoning in all of their meats.

I've ordered take out here several times. The food is good. I like their fry chicken, fry fish & macaroni salad. Will be trying their tacos etc... next. Update, their Tacos & Chicken Fajitas are finger licking good too. Will be eating here more often. I told my friend I'm taking her here for dinner.

Good food and a lot of it. They were specific on the requests so that’s always appreciated. The chicken could’ve been a bit better but with the green sauce it hits. The Al pastor slaps according to my boy, I don’t eat pork like that, but I trust his judgment based on what I’ve seen and tried.

Bella's is a small shop with a lot to offer. It's literally a hidden gem. Their food is authentic and outstanding. The fried pork quesadilla is my go to meal with it's made to order tortilla. I have never had Mexican food like this place and happy it's close to work. Go here if you are around it.

This a nice place to grab a burrito with chips, guacamole and salsa. The service is nice. The food is served with medium and mild souse.

I didn’t eat in but the lady was super nice and the food was amazing! This is my first time and everything looked and smelled so good. At first I was worried the portion may not be as big but when I got my Chimichanga pollo asada, boy was I in for it. The chimichanga was so goodddd! The chicken was grilled and well seasoned the beans and rice had a really nice texture to it. The wrap itself was also really goood and when you add the sauces and the sour cream on it , it really came together! Or was bursting with flavor and my belly was bursting with good food. I’m definitely going to be back!

The few years i worked in the area Bella's Place was my place to order, when I did not bring my lunch. FOOD: I had from Tacos, soup, and dishes that included chicken and beef. Very flavorful, and for the price u can literally serve two, I eat a lot, but every time I ordered from here I would save for the next day, because it was simply too much. PRICE: Reasonable, $10 to $17 but as I said, it's A LOT. SERVICE: I often ordered for delivery, over the phone and in person both were very friendly. Two times I did went into the store to order and the cute lady there was very sweet and welcoming. I believe she is the owner. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY ORDER. I moved to a different location on march and I will miss this place a lot.😔 Oh if u are not mexican, and u only drink Coca Cola, buy their JARRITOS! Tamarind, Mandarin, and Grapefruit were my favorite. They taste so good. And that's coming from someone who does not drink soda. But man those sodas are addictive 😁 This place is a little nice spot hidden with flavor and friendliness.

Just flew in from Amsterdam and took AirTrain to Jamaica Station. Staying at an Airbnb near by, needed some food and Bella’s did not disappoint! Excellent homemade tortillas, carne asada and pollo asado! So delicious!! We’ve missed this!

I ordered sopes. The delivery was quick but they need to work on the packaging.

The only fun part of jury duty (aside from hearing people make up ridiculous excuses in an attempt to get out of it) is getting to explore some new restaurants. Headed to Bella's for lunch after doing some Yelp research. I passed on my usual go-to--tacos--in favor of the grilled chicken torta, since the tortas had such good reviews. And man, were those reviews well deserved. I don't usually love grilled chicken, as it can often be dry or bland. Not the case here. The chicken was delicious, as was everything else on the monstrous sandwich: fresh avocado, lettuce, tomato, cheese, black beans, and hot peppers. So. Good. The man who took (and cooked) my order was fast and friendly, and gladly provided some salsa roja & salsa verde when I asked. Overall, awesome experience.

I've been eying this place for a while wanting to try Enchiladas. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is quaint, the service good and the Enchiladas were delish. Not quite the way mamma used to make them, but the way poppa would have made them and made with caring hands 👐. Can't wait to try other dishes. Signed, Hispanic at heart ♥!

Pretty good Mexican spot for the area not the best I ever had meat was lacking some flavor but everything was reasonably priced and service was nice as well overall not too bad

It's okay not amazing or bad. The portions are very good but I've had better. The service was very nice though. Had carnitas and chicken tacos. Needs more flavor.

Bella's Place is located less than 10 minutes from my home, but I've been hesitant to order because tl;dr I love one specific Mexican truck in Astoria and rarely try anything else in fear that nothing will compare (cue Sinéad O'Connor) I've ordered from Bella's twice, once last winter and this past weekend. Last winter, my boyfriend and I ordered a few tacos, a torta, and tostadas. The food was ok, not bad, not great, but was fine. The tostadas were our least favorite as the toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes were sparse. The cecina on one of the tostadas was just not cooked or flavored well. This past weekend, I ordered an al pastor burrito via UberEats. It was FABULOUS. It wasn't gigantic, but it was a good size, as in, I was 3/4 of the way through and I tapped out. The meat was super juicy and flavorful, plenty of rice and beans, and yummy green sauce. They also cut it in half which I thought was nice of them. CONS -No guacamole to be seen in the burrito, though it was advertised -A few pieces of pork fat were in the burrito OVERALL I would definitely order from here again, but would stick to burritos and full plates.

Ordered flautas and it was not how I expected.. They put White rice instead of yellow, no lettuce and tomato or Pico on top my flautas and very dry inside...

I ordered Huaraches, tacos, and chicken soup for delivery. The chicken was rubbery and not great. The tacos were covered in cooking oil and just not appetizing at all. The Huaraches lacked an real flavor. The beef was not seasoned well and everything else just tasted pretty stale. There’s no reason for us to order take out from here again.

The food isn't bad but it is kind of bland, it tastes like someone first making this chicken burrito from a recipe on Google. It's missing alot of flavor and the chicken is over grilled. Just go across the street to Qdoba. They need to work on the flavor.

Food was burned and not eatable, extremely spicey as well. I don't know but who sends out burned food? I didn't even call for a refund not that they would've given me one if they thought that plate was ok. I ordered the torta (burned one) and a burrito which was EXTREMELY oily and even the white rice looked like it was dripping oil so gross and it was all mushy and you could tell they poured a spoon of black beans didn't even bother mixing it because it was all white rice. The meat wasn't what i order and also tasted burnt and old. Just horrible experience STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! yuck!

Tacos de carne asada was absolutely disgusting. Presentation was disgusting. They came undercooked and a very weird spoiled taste. I do not recommend this restaurant

Ordered flautas for lunch. They were not freshly made. The cheese on top had the appearance of cheese which had frozen and then warmed up. The meat inside also tasted like it was previously frozen. Bella’s seems to be a good option in what otherwise is a restaurant desert near the courthouse; but they must do better. One star.
