A hidden treasure in the Herkimer area. Went to JamCasian and got the jerk chicken and the curry chicken. ( THE JERK CHICKEN SAUCE *chefs kiss*) Both meals were packed to the brim and had absolutely outstanding flavor profiles. The rice and beans were to die for and the veg was a perfect touch. Eat here and you can really taste the love and passion they put in their food !

This place had such a good “murder burger” and “avocado burger”. The place is clean and has some nice inside dining.. was served fresh watermelon while I waited. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven’t already!!

Food was excellent, I have the Jerk chicken and is was sooooo good, Mac and cheese excellent and my co-workers loved the oxtail it’s a must you have to try their food

Since I moved to herkimer I haven’t found a food food spot let alone any Jamaican food one thing that shocked me is they had Rasta pasta with jerk chicken ready and if you know Jamaican restaurants you know that’s a rare thing but here NOPE they had it and it’s amazing the owners was so sweet , funny and helpful they made me feel like I was in New York City visiting friends and family with great food the atmosphere is clean and nice definitely would go back and actually sit down to enjoy it there I don’t do reviews often but they definitely deserve it you lady’s are amazing you and THANK YOUUU

We had the Curry Shrimp & Jerk Chicken dishes….Collette our server was personable and absolutely fun to be around! She made both dishes up fresh and let me say, it was worth it! DELICIOUS! These dishes were cooked to perfection! Yes, I will be returning!!!

I wasnt a fan of the rice & peas BUT the jerk chicken was yummy! Ever since we lost our first go to spot, we've been craving jerk chicken. Now we have another place to call our go to. ONTO THE BEST PART. Their brown stew chicken was DIVINE. It reminded me of chicken guisaudo with a kick. Theres not any puerto rican places in the area so with my first bite, I was brought right back to my abuelas kitchen. I cant wait to return and give their other brown stew versions a try!

I ate here one time. Wasn’t too bad but I didn’t like the jerk chicken tbh, didn’t really resemble real jerk chicken in my opinion. Tried the curry chicken was good. Place was nice and clean.
