Steak quesadilla was good but definitely not the best I've ever had. Kinda pricey for what you get, I could get quesadillas just as good from spots closer to me. The amount of meat was pretty generous though.

One of my favorite place to grab lunch during lunch break. Usually like their burrito bowl. Like the food but front cashiers behavior is not nice. All the time they make faces as if they are tired and not at all welcoming. Need to work on that. Thanks

Food is good BUT, the women that work there are rude!. Let me say this, not everyone that comes into your establishment is looking to cause trouble. Save your personal feelings and ideas about people for outside of work. You never know who may come into your restaurant and you're treating them badly. I'll leave it at that.

Ordered on an app and they don't give the option to add a note in case you are allergic to something or something simple like to put the sauce on the side. Birria and california tacos were ok, nothing special BUT, big BUT here nachos don't worth what they charge. Honestly this is no better than Chipotle, prices very similar, food quantity regular, nothing big. Taste, definitely could be better if they try. Service: two times I've been here, and the two times the girls are always chatting, they look at you and they don't even bother is ask you what do you need. Terrible service.

We’ve been to many similar spots, and this one was just okay. The food was average — definitely not on the same level as TacoExpress, which has better quality and quantity. My friend placed an online order while we were there, and it still took a long time for him to get it. Not really convenient at all. Also, the chicken tasted burnt — not great. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

How can Mexican food be halal?!! What in the world. It's the knock off to Chipotle. It's definitely not authentic.

I got severe food poisoning from Guac time on 2/27. I got one of the burrito bowls. This is not my first time getting sick from eating here. Just this time I had to go to the hospital. I wish I could give zero stars. The first few bites felt funky but I ignored it and in less than 2 hours my symptoms were unbearable. This was my only meal so no it couldn’t have been anything else.

Menu says 3 tacos for $15. I ordered 4 and a drink. Came to $32.00... OK Taste test... worst taco ever!! DON'T DO IT !! Go some where else

It’s really true your employees really make or break your business. Employees were super rude, obnoxious, did not even acknowledge me as I waited for them to take my order. They were just laughing and joking with each other in their language. They definitely don’t know proportions, he drenched my burrito with sauce when I clearly asked for a little bit. Nothing is more irritating than opening up your dinner and it’s leaking all over the bag and coming apart. I’ve been to many Guac times but this was by far the worst one. Needs better management

This is the first time ever I’ve seen pieces of hair in my rice bowl I’m still in shock I had to spit my food out. Usually their food is on point I don’t take that away from them but to have here in my food it just turned me off please we gotta start wearing hairnets when we’re serving the food here nets please other than that great spot but you know I really don’t wanna see any hair in my food next time thanks… And I don’t have any hair… 11/24/2025 so around nine something I went in there to just order you know some grilled chicken white rice and I said to the lady that was serving me I said hey can you add a little bit more rice? I know it’s gonna be extra. I’ll pay for it it’s like well you know the manager only wants us to give one scoop and I’m like, but if if I’m paying for the extra, what’s the problem it’s not the first time I’ve been here you understand Then the next thing I know is just like oh, you want extra oh, and I’m like yes kylie I don’t argue with nobody that’s preparing my food now as for the grill honey chicken I asked for extra that seem to be a problem as well you understand and then she’s tapping her coworker like oh It’s a big man here you understand like are you serious? I work for the city. It is not that serious I give everybody the same respect, but the way how this lady was acting and behaving was so uncalled for and sad at the same time…. And then when she rang up my order, that will be $18.40 Boss smfh Yeah, you got changed for $50 bill YO unprofessional

I ordered two burritos from them and instead they sent two bowls. I’m not happy about that. If I wanted two bowls I would have ordered bowls instead. Disappointed. Every time the order is always wrong.

My son was looking forward to trying the burrito bowl for a while. The place is called Guac time you'd think their Guacamole would be top tier. It was over salted and looked like it was siting for a good while, In addition they charge an extra $1.49 for Guacamole. The whole bowl with jerk chicken, corn, onion, chips, mango and yellow rice, you'd think it would be flavourful but I felt as if I was eating salt and rice. Hot peppers burrito bowl is way better and they have the best Guacamole I ever had.

I bought food and as I was going home the bag ripped and all the food fell to the floor. I went back to ask if they could as a courtesy give me another one bc I always buy from there and it wasn’t my fault that they have cheap bags. She should have at least double bagged it and that would have never happened but she was very rude and wanted me to pay. I will never buy from there again that was a waist of $15
