Absolutely love all their pizza especially the chicken tikka pizza! The chicken slider box is great. The beef Bihari kabab reminds my family of Bangladesh because the spice is spot on. Also love the owners, they are very sweet and sincerely family. The customer service is always great.

Me and my family ordered an extra pepperoni and supreme pizza. We went on Halloween night so there was a lot of tricker treaters and my family enjoyed the food. I ordered a strawberry bubble tea drink and it wasn't the greatest but it wasn't bad. We were also given a free soda which my mom had. Over all it was a great place to dine at during Halloween night!

Their meat lovers pizza is amazing! This place is run by a family, (young guy and his parents). They really work hard to provide quality food with good service. Would definitely recommend to others!

Highly recommend this spot ! I ordered 13 big pizza pies for 11 am and the store doesn’t open till 12pm, they still came in early and had everything delivered to my house at 11 on the dot. Even sent us 3, 2 Litter sodas free of charge! The pizza was so good I went back within an hour of receiving my order to get 2 more pizza because my mom couldn’t stop talking about how good and full it was!!! She wanted something spicy, smoky, and halal, so I said “Say less,” and brought her here like the supportive, loyal, definitely-not-hiding-anything husband that I try to be. We ordered the Chicken Lollipop, Combo Over Rice, and Beef Bihari Kabab — and every bite was 🔥. She was glowing. I told her, “This is your night. Nothing can ruin it.” Then wife #1 FaceTimed. “Where are you?” I whispered, “I’m fasting from negativity.” She said, “You’re glowing like you just ate naan.” I hung up mid-dua. Wife #2 walks in next, randomly, with her cousin. She sees us, squints, and goes, “Oh wow. Graduation dinner? Whose?” I said, “A community college success story. You wouldn’t know him.” Just as I’m trying to salvage wife #4’s night, wife #3 sends me a screenshot of my location with the text: “So you and DoorDash are in the same exact spot?” I texted back, “That’s AI. These GPS signals glitch during prayer times.” We still finished the meal. Wife #4 felt special, the food slapped, and I only aged 3 years during dessert. Would 100% come back. Next time I’m booking a private room, a security detail, and an escape tunnel under the grill.

Was there last night with a few friends; 2nd time in a week. A great place for fast but fresh and tasty food in Jamica Hillside area! The veggie pizza with jalapeno topping was so crispy and fresh. We then ordered another one, they suggested their supremem pizza with meat and other topping - delicious! Kids are going to love these. We finished with beef behari kebab and naan - the kebab was good but the naan has to be the best in Jamaica. The owner suggested we tried their house chutney and rosh golla (a Bangladeshi dessert) and gave us sample on the house. The chutney was out of this world. The place is conveniently located right on Hillside Avenue and with parking. Cons: One thing I felt; the place can have a better ambience if they want to have more sit-in customers.

Finally, we have a halal pizza store in this area with a lot of options. Their pizza is really good.

Honestly and truthfully speaking, this restaurant is one of the BEST in the area. So my 21 birthday recently passed and I threw a party with friends. I needed some food to be catered. I went around the area looking for restaurants that would do catering and was looking for friendly service. No restaurants in the area were even remotely kind or even caring for that matter. After searching, I came across Koyla Grill. Honestly, I’ve been here before but only for a pizza order. Once my mom and I talked to the owner of the store, he was super cooperative, friendly, understanding, and overall a compassionate human being. We went to place our order a couple of days before the party. At first I was not confident of the quality of the order, until he gave us a free, yes, free sample of his fresh and cooked food and my confidence about the catering grew. I knew we had found the right restaurant. The day of the party the owner himself delivered four trays of food along with salad, utensils, and sauce (we had not asked for those) he gave it to us as complimentary items. Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS but the customer service was truly incomparable!!!! This is coming from someone who never writes reviews about restaurants but I felt like this is the LEAST of what I can do to truly thank the restaurant and their extraordinary service. I plan on visiting again and again and again. This food is 100% halal and safe and oh so delicious!! I HIGHLY recommend you try it!!!! A message for the owner: Thank you very very much for making my birthday special. Everything you did to ensure everything would go alright, you did. You put so much effort and I truly commend you for that. Never have I met a restaurant owner that treated me this way, almost like we are family. I cannot thank you enough. Basically it was late night and me and my friends were so hungry. Then We check out this place. The kitchens was close almost but the owner was so humble guy. He setup the dine in for us. Hidden gem. Not just a pizza joint. They have lots of hidden options like the Korean Chili Chicken or Chicken Teriyaki. I’ve also purchased delicious naan 🫓 from here as well. All at reasonable prices and very delicious. I wouldn’t necessarily dine in due to the atmosphere but I always visit because of the quality of food. 👍🏾

Ordered Chicken tikka, personal pan chicken and cheese pizzas. They were kind enough to give us plain rice for $2 even though it wasnt on the menu. My family enjoyed the food! Chicken tikka was pretty spicy, but my 4 yr old son ate it and enjoyed.

The pizza dough was literally raw! The pasta sauce was okay but the breading from the chicken was so soggy. Wish it was grilled chicken, would’ve been much better.

Okay I don’t know if I am a fluke. We ordered pizza from here. It was not good. The toppings were burnt and the dough didn’t taste fresh at all. It was very hard. At the same time it wasn’t cut properly so we had a hard time even separating the pizza. The chicken was also super chewy. Even the crown fried pizza on the next block is better. Also for some reason the front management didn’t know I paid online? Just was rude about payment when I specified and showed the email. For the price anywhere else is better to be honest. Didn’t really feel welcoming at all.

First time experience with them is horrible. Got my order hour and half later. Food was cold. Onion rings came cold and rock hard. Call them back about the cold food. They just told me to pick my order from the store. I paid delivery fees and tips and still have to pick my order from the store. Just got apologies from them that’s it. Never again. I don’t recommend this place.

Place really went downhill fast. Pizza used to be really good but they need to get rid of the old man behind the counter. I noticed him on a few occasions handling food without gloves and wiping his nose with his bare hands like helloooo covid!! Never ever again!!

I ordered a pizza, chicken sandwich & chicken nuggets. It was literally the worst, I told them to give me hot sauce on the side but they mixed it with the nuggets & their nuggets are like small tenders. This past Monday I went there to purchase some food like combo platter, beef Bihari kebab and the cheese burger. I am a foodie and I love to try food from different restaurant. Unfortunately here from this place I am totally disappointed with their food. I feel total loss of my money. Just some head up: combo platter was so dried with no sauce given on top, beef Bihari kebab smelt like raw spices, in some bite I had some spice under my teeth. Not cooked well. And the cheese burger was so hot and spicy that if you get it for your kids they will literally start crying of the spice. So my opinion is they really need to work on all their food menu. And keep a very professional chef.

Wanted to try this new place out but HORRIBLE service!!! I was at the counter for like 6 mins and NO ONE came to get the order. I wish I could give negative stars, over the last 20 years I’ve had buffalo wings from various place, but this is the worse buffalo wings I have ever had, these are the gross, tasteless buffalo wings, forget about the price. The buffalo wings look nothing like in the pictures. Sometime I get buffalo wings from Jetro super marker, and these are way better than this creepy wings I got today from this store. Initially, I thought at last neighborhood got a nice Halal place where you can get enjoyable freshly made chicken wings, but Literally the wings were frozen and reheated, and the worse think is that they could not even reheated properly because you can feel the cold inside the wings.

The food tastes unflavored and expired. The cost is unfairly high. The quality and quantity is horrible. The staffs are really disrespectful and rude. And the waiting hour is too long. They don't have any employees. It feels like you are in a mortuary. It's a total waste of time and money. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. !!!!

I ordered chicken shawarma, they didn't cut in half, no sauce, mixed fries which was soggy. It's not worth the price. I hope they improve their product. I have decided to give them a try, again after a year they have big time ruined their pizza. Its dry no sauce, it has a smell. No taste, And missing pizza sauce on cheese sticks Update: not that good anymore, Previous: I was waiting for this place to be open and finally it did. I ordered Ultimate Pizza and Chicken Sandwich Pizza was tasty, nice and good. I would definitely try other ones. But, sandwich was okay(blend), not gonna try. I really hope that they keep up their customer service with a smile. I would recommend and support them. Finally they have started Delivery and I was the first one, thank you for the complimentary drink. I am too lazy to walk down the block.

I went today and bought some food their prices were very high when I told them I wanted to take away my order they deleted a lot I ordered at 8 o'clock but they gave me the food around 8:47 o'clock taking almost an hour when I asked for take away they refused and said some rude things the food quality was bad very salty and the prices were too high the behavior of the owner and staff was also very bad.😞

I placed an order through GrubHub for almost $100. Got a confirmation from GrubHub and received confirmation text from restaurant within 10 min. And after 40 min I get a call that don't have about 70% of things I ordered. It is ridiculous that they took this long to tell me this.

It was good in back 2023 and 2024 but now it’s really getting worst, only two people are working and they are not sufficient for customer service. We called many times for some service, they heard that we are calling but they ignored us. Fork, spoons, paper plates are very limited. The whole place was hot, the ACs were turned off. Very disappointing now that was very favorite place for pizza in Jamaica.

I called there to inquire about the type of meat used for their pepperoni pizza before I visited, due to my diet restrictions. The female who answered the phone only said "Hello", not even to state the name of the business so I would be sure that I reached to the correct place on the phone. I had to ask if I reached to the right place, and she sounded rather annoyed and aggressive when confirming that it was indeed Koyla Pizza etc..., asking me if I want something, and I said, "Not anymore, you are too aggressive. I was turned off, so I went to a different halal place which gave me marvelous service.

There's hardly any chicken pieces in the toppings for a large chicken tikka pizza I paid $18 for. This is not a $18 pizza at all! Wings were advertised for $18.99 for a 12 pack, they charged me $20. When asked their excuse for this false advertising is "this is old price" while its still the same everywhere including slice. Its not about the extra dollar, its about FALSE ADVERTISING. You guys did good before and I gave you 5 star for quality food but then you just went down the drain! Very disappointing!

This place is the WORST! I ordered from uber eats only because they offered a LARGE hand tossed pizza for $20.00 and getting one free. I also ordered wings with garlic parm sauce. The pizza was SOOOOO small. It was smaller than a medium. A total rip off for $20.00. Also it was greasy and did not taste fresh. It looked like the pizza they used to sell at Chuck E Cheese. The wings were just thrown in a brown paper bag with the sauces in plastic containers thrown in. They were overly spiced and I realized they still had feathers on them. Uber needs to stop working with these people. I gave a poor review on uber, but I wanted to put it here as well to help someone else from wasting your money. My family and I didn't enjoy it at ALL.

Staff was really bad . They don’t know how to talk with costumer. I bought pizza & cheese burger but the pizza was really bad taste. And the portion was extremely small but the price was $6. And the burger patty was extremely small and rough. It felt like rubber. I recommend please DO NOT go there. It is terrible.
