New China Fresh Restaurant has a A grade for cleanliness. Once a restaurant maintains cleanliness, they don't deserve less than three stars. My fourth star is for the chicken wings that were good, not oily and my fifth star is for the friendly service that I received.
Typical Chinese food. Same stuff as the rest, different place with friendly people. Good value on the combo meals and the food tasted good. Two small tables you may be able to eat at but definitely good to sit at while waiting. 5 minutes wait after ordering.
I've contemplated how I should rate this. I gave it 4 stars because the food is pretty damn good. Whomever the chef is loves their job. I've only ordered through seamless, therefore I couldn't rate the service or atmosphere, only the taste and flavors of what I received. I highly recommend the chicken wings, best so far. Thay always serve it fresh and you can tell by its color. They don't serve refried chicken. My second favorite is the chicken and mushroom. I'm a big mushroom fan and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. A lot of flavor and love to this for. Again, for the simps; fried chicken wings with shrimp fried rice is to die for. And yes, they clean the shrimp!
Tasty food and good service. Chicken with garlic sauce, beef with broccoli, shrimp lo mein, chicken wings are my go-to items here. Always fresh and the rice is good, they also give lots of sauce and hot oil, napkins, etc. The store has new management and chefs which is why it tastes so good compared to few years ago.
Only ordered here once however the food was good. I have been in Queens 10 years and this is by far the best Chinese food I've had. I only ordered wings and vegetable fried rice very basic but delicious. They put mushrooms in the rice. That was nice. The restaurant is also very clean. Clean windows, clean floors. Just overall clean. I'll order again to see if this 5 star rating holds up.
I ordered the curry tofu. Wanted something flavorful but kinda healthy. This fit the bill. A nice amount of veggies and the right amount of spice.
Our family has been ordering from this place for years. The food is consistently fresh and delicious; never a disappointment. If you want to test how good a place is, just order fried rice, lo mein and a General Tso’s dish. If they can’t get those things right, the rest of the food won’t be great either.
Top Chinese food takeout in the neighborhood! I have been ordering here almost weekly and the food is always been fresh and delicious! The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

I don't mind spending because we are big in supporting local businesses. You walk in there and it's so smoke filled, like they don't have vents, I had to wait outside to not have the smell on me. I ordered an Egg Foo Young along with other items, total was about $35 - nothing free like other take outs. The food didn't settle well with me. I will stick to what we are used to closer to our neighborhood. Sorry.

*Disclaimer* I am not Chinese, nor am I of Asian decent BUT I have been eating Ma Po Tofu for 6 years now. There are defining characteristics of Ma Po Tofu which makes it a signature Sichuan dish. It usually contains (no matter where you go) ground beef, fermented black beans, chili oil, tofu, salty bean paste and pepper corns along with some veggies depending on who is cooking it. But what I ordered WAS NOT IT! Seems like they just threw together mushrooms with chili sauce and tofu and decided to call it Ma Po Tofu. Listen, if you don’t have the ingredients to make it right then take it off your menu. Don’t just give people some lazy version of something and expect that because the person is not of Asian decent, they won’t be able to tell the difference. If they are lazy with this, I can’t imagine the rest of the food being good.

They are very rude. They get your order wrong then try to blame you for it. Then you have to argue with them for them to send your correct order. They hung up on me several times. I'm never ordering anything from them again. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant!!
I placed a delivery order from this location today and once the delivery guy arrived he complained and told me my house was too far. (I'm 0.9 miles from the place and according to Google maps it's a 10 minute drive). He "impolitely"told me to order from another place closer to my house next time. Where's the professionalism? Is it my fault that I searched for a Chinese restaurant on Seameless and found this one available? I found it offensive and obviously will never ever give a penny to this place again. Maybe it would be a good idea if New China Fresh to restrict orders within 1/2 mile or less from where the restaurant is located. I'll certainly leave a negative feedback on all possible social networks and review sites.
First time ordering from this place and it will def be my last. Food is overpriced and I got sick from the chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce
I ordered food of 3 meals and a 2 liter soda. I asked if I can have extra duck sauce bc they never seam to put enough and the lady tells me that it costs extra for anymore then 4 packs of sauce. I have never heard of that before. But I said okay dealt with the $2 extra charge and waited 45mins for my food to arrive. When the delivery man finally arrived he had an attitude towards my sister when my sister asked for her change back. They delivery man had the nerve to say "What no tip?" and my sister said "I would have given a tip but taking a $10 change for a tip without being told to keep it is wrong". So he proceeded to call my sister a B**** and so I got up from the couch and walked to the door and told him to give me my money back and take his food back to the restaurant before I threw him down the stairs with the food. Needless to say never ordering here again.
Can’t rate the food as it never arrived, but the service is horrendous. Ordered online with seamless, and an hour after placing my order I called in since my food hadn’t arrived. The woman told me it was ready and waiting on the counter, but they were waiting for the delivery driver to get back. When I asked if she knew about how long that would take she told me no because she didn’t know where the driver was. Fast forward another 30 min and still no food, so I called again. Same woman said the order still hadn’t been taken out yet because the driver wasn’t back. Asked her to cancel the order and she tried to add in extra food instead. When I told her absolutely not, because the food I already had was supposedly ready and just sitting on a counter and I didn’t want a cold meal, she copped an attitude and told me she couldn’t refund my money, seamless had to do it. It took the seamless rep 2 calls and almost 30 min to finally get my order cancelled. Apparently on the first call as soon as the rep said she was calling about an order cancel the woman pretended she didn’t speak English and hung up. Then, on the second call the woman at the restaurant left seamless on hold for 25 minutes. This is the first time I’ve ever even attempted to order with them, and I would absolutely never do it again.
I only ordered a couple of times because the first time I said I would give it another try. The food here is horrible there is better places elsewhere. My friend ordered from DoorDash and was charged. The person doing the delivery took the tip and the food without bringing the food. These people are a bunch of scam artist so go to a place that you know who won’t take your money food and run.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I don't know why my boyfriend chooses to go there! I understand its around the block compared to walking up 2 blocks, I still don't want anything from them! When they deliver at times where we weren't able to pick up, the Chinese Delivery Man wasn't going to give us our food without tip. We were going to give him a tip, but the fact that he was demanding it is wrong!!! You don't demand a tip no matter what. We are not obligated to give a tip. Secondly we had 2 orders and they gave us 2 free egg rolls for their "special", but literally 3 duck sauces for EVERYTHING. How are 3 little packets of duck sauce going to be enough for 2 meals and 2 egg rolls? They always do that! Lastly just now we had gotten food from them (which is why I'm writing this review: Last straw), my boyfriend order his rice with NO VEGETABLES. They woman just kept saying yes to his request as he repeated it more than enough times and they still put vegetables in his food! On top of that they don't serve fresh broccoli. How I know? I lived next to a Chinese Restaurant for 15 years before I moved into this neighborhood, and they always served fresh broccoli because I watched them. they gave way more sauce for my broccoli than this place and a lot more duck sauce. They weren't stingy and I wished they delivered this far. The only thing good about this place is the rice tastes good and the convenience. As far as everything else is... I had a lot better.
Where do I start. The food is Avg at best and the customer service is 10x worse. Everytime I go in there since I moved here the cashier is extremely nasty but today was the last straw. I ordered lunch for delivery. After 40 mins my food had yet arrived so I called to check an eta. I was met on the phone with an attitude with the cashier yelling that I never gave my address when I not only in fact gave it but repeated it. I was then told 10 mins and gave my address again. The delivery man called my phone with more attitude then the cashier saying he was downstairs. I told him I'd buzz him up. After 5 minutes of standing at my door no food again, so I call back. This time I was told the delivery man waited and left so If I want my food I have to come to the establishment and get it. I told them I am not coming to get s$&@ and hung up the phone. Safe to say I will not settle for their mediocre food and even lesser CS any longer
