I love this place! I have never had a bad experience here. The Chicken Chow Mai Fun and shrimp egg rolls are my favorite, but everything I've tried here has been delicious. The folks who work here are always upbeat and friendly, and even when they are super busy, orders are completed quickly. By far one of the best Chinese take away restaurants I've been to!

Simple, delicious Chinese food. I've never had a bad dish from this place. The fried dumplings are amazing and come with a wonderful slightly spicy sauce. The service is always fast and with a smile. The best place in town for quick Chinese takeout!

They gave us the wrong order on a pick up. We got home and found the mistake. THEY WANTED THE FOOD BACK!!! Why?? Are you going to serve it again after it was opened and “touched”??? Disgusting and CHEAP….how about “”Sorry, you can keep it or throw it away but your correct order will be waiting…no charge, sorry.” Unbelievable

Seems like inflation has struck. Prices up quality down. The double whammy. Chicken in my dish, sparse. Fried rice was just white rice with some coloring see pic. The broth for won ton soup was watered down. Won't be back.

Between being rushed through the order , and the clearly frozen at some point food I would rather either make my own or order from somewhere else. Multiple times I have been rushed off the phone and they have gotten my order wrong. The egg rolls used to be fantastic but now they are dry and you can for sure tell them are frozen. Just not up to par for the price you pay for the food.

I was recommended this place by a coworker of mine and I went to try it because it was very highly praised. First time I went I was unaware they only accept cash which nowhere in the restaurant does it tell that, so I came back another day and ordered thier hot and spicy shrimp ($16). Self service for the most part, which is totally fine but I also had to wait a while for her to actually take my order. She was the only one who seemed to be working at the time (she was not) and there was a very loud phone ringing constantly so I assumed she was busy. I wait 5 minutes for her too take my order and she tells me to wait 25 minutes. During that time another guy comes in ordering something very similar to me (a shrimp combo meal, I believe it was $20) and she told him to wait 15 minutes. I waited for a minute and I did get my food before him. I go back to my work thats just down the street to eat my food and when I eat it I realize it's sweet. It also came with rice I did not order (rice costs more), and I realize I grabbed his order and not mine. I walk back, and politely and quietly explain to them this was not my order (since they were serving another customer, and I did not want to make them look bad). The lady immediately starts yelling at me, as if she's trying to accuse me of swindling her (mind you, I did not order rice (which cost more) and I wanted to make sure the guy got HIS food) her what I assume husband shows up and while he is a lot calmer, and in the same calm and quiet tone I had been using the entire time, he too starts yelling at me like I am a thief as well. The customer they are serving is watching this whole thing go down, and I will say it was like THEY were the angry Karens and they were paying me. I realize it is not worth it so I smile, tell them they were right and leave. The shrimp was overcooked too. Never again.

I have never had Best Kitchen before, i ordered food over the phone, one dinner combo. The lady rushed me off the phone and was very snippy. I gave her my name, she didn’t ask for my phone number, how much it would be and tell me how long until it was ready. I waited a half hour before i got there just to be safe. Then waited a half hour in line behind 3 people. I finally gave up and walked out. We all witnessed her scream at someone on the phone. I will not be attempting again. Ridiculous.

Messed up my order, got beef lo mein instead of vegetable lo mein. Luckily I don't have a dietary restriction or this could have been more serious. My girlfriend called to ask for a replacement, and was YELLED at by the woman over the phone who basically said we were lying. Could've been an easy fix, mistakes happen. Due to the poor customer service we will not order from here again.

Paid $162 for 6 people. Waited 2 and a half hours for our food after being told on the phone 30-45 minutes. Food was very subpar. Virtually no cheese in the crab rangoons. Customer service when taking my phone call was extremely rude, especially for such a large order. Will never go back, recommend strongly no one goes here. Prices are way out of touch with reality. Highly regret ordering from Best Kitchen.

This was some of the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The Pork Fried Rice was tasteless; the Roast Pork Lo Mein had a bad taste and tons of rubbery pork; the Generals Tsaos Chicken was rubbery and had a strange taste; the egg rolls were terrible. We paid $43 and each had a few bites and then threw it away. We would not recommend this restaurant. Would never want to dine in either.

Whilom Forge

The food is great, but they obviously aren’t willing to pay anyone a fair wage since they can’t seem to keep employees around. I waited for my food for an hour longer than I was told it would be (already an hour). Normally I wouldn’t care, but my wife and kids were waiting and waiting. I only say this because I know a person who worked for them for almost a year and they were treated like garbage. Hopefully they get a few more employees.
