Holy buckets. Nothing but great things to be said about our visit. Customer service was great, food was immaculate, filled to the brim with an abundance of meat. Lobby music was fun, overall a dreamy experience for any Taco Bell connoisseur across the globe. I normally don’t write reviews at all, but after my first, delectable bites, I had to give credit where it is due. Thank you Jamestown Taco Bell for changing my life. We will meet again.
I absolutely love Taco Bell's food all of it and all the new items as well. I love the burritos, tacos, bean burritos, chalupas,anything with steak or chicken and beans all day and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NACHO FRIES- BEST THING IN MY LIFE PAAT 2 YEARS LOL...everything is delicious breakfast lunch dinner I can eat there all the time.AND EVEN BEING SHORT HANDED THEY MAKE IT UP MY GETTING MY ORDERS CORRECTLY, and I see most fast food stores are all short handed, but when you are positive i can always wait, some other places are short-staffed can't even get your food order right and you get charged wrong and and then it's really a lot of you know unnecessary problems in that creates less issues if you pay attention and listen and communicate good in general, they're short-handed but handled it in a way where are They Carried and got a food out correctly that means they listen and care and it's actually a lot faster than the other ones that get upset and that's amazing you want that especially in a good way!!
Quick food. Very few issues the many times I've eaten here and I typically get custom orders. Inside could definitely use some updating. It's been the same decor for about 15 years at least.
Taco Bell has definitely picked up their game. They have friendly staff and quick service. Shoutout to the guy with the radio announcer voice! My kids love going thru drive thru just to hear him on the intercom. 🤣

I made a large order at the drive through tonight for a family of 5 (mom and 4 teens) after having the app charge me twice and never getting the order through. The employees were very kind, and understanding of my frustration. And they absolutely nailed the order. It was hot, fresh, and correct.
Dinner and a show, workers were hilarious and made us laugh the whole ordering process. Next time we will order a quesadilla LOL!
We brought our soccer team here and ordered lots of party boxes for all of them. They were very nice and quick to get them out to us and the boys loved them!
My favorite thing to order from Taco Bell is the Classic Luxe Box! Meal is delicious and it’s a great value!

Once again, the staff at Taco Bell were kind. I had two crazy teenagers with me. Even though I had craziness amongst me, the cashier was calm, pleasant and quite understanding. I tried that taco melt. It was surprisingly good. I'm very picky with Taco Bell, since I honestly don't like the food from said restaurant. As I said earlier, the taco melt with beef wasn't too bad.
Taco Bell is TacoBell and I as always love the food. would have been 5 stars as the place was very clean. the service was fast and the order accurate. the people were friendly and polite. the only issue was profanity being used in the kitchen. I was a bit disappointed.

Food was exceptional. However, they gave us no hot sauce or forks which was sad. It's a whole different experience without sauces.
Food was ok bit a little messy. They were super nice and turned up the heat when my grandmother was cold. The dining area was a little dirty but I'd assume it's because it hasn't been in use for awhile.
Mediocre at best. Food is always good, service is always mediocre and staff is always lacking. Sometimes they also close 20 mins early not the biggest deal just inconveniences plans I would opt for new management maybe?.
The "no touch" is a little ridiculous here. I never touched their hands before and. Now they are using a bucket to hand me my food. Feels a bit like them extending a trough at the farm. Update 1 year later: They are now handing bags to people again! Hurray! Alot of new workers. The food is still the same - but the service is pretty great. They have a guy who makes it fun like you are in a game show. After a long day at work it makes it a fun ending to the day.

I decided to try Taco Bell again after many disappointing stops in the recent past, the quality portion size of food has deteriorated over the years to the point that Taco Bell is only disappointment.

I stopped by a couple weeks ago, after a 3rd time of having an order come out totally wrong, I called an spoke w the manager. She was very kind and offered free food, however I declined, just wanted to make them aware of their frequent mistakes. Stopped their tonite, half the order was wrong.... its ridiculous. It was not a complicated order. No add ons, no withouts, simple....cmon guys

Put in a mobile store takeout order for 8:45 and when I tried to go in to the lobby at 8:50, the lobby was locked up. There wasn't even a note on the door. So I asked one of the women outside who was on break what the deal was and if she said she would check on my order for me. I waited outside at least another 5 minutes and never saw her again. Another guy needed to get in because he forgot his wallet there and apparently had to call them on the phone to let him in. So he eventually let us in as well after giving the cashiers a piece of his mind. So we finally get into Taco Bell lobby at 8:55 and our orders are still not ready. So basically they allowed us to order on the app for in-store pickup, locked us out, and our orders weren't even ready. While we were sitting inside eating, a woman who had gone through the drive-thru came up to the door and tried to get in. I sprung out of my seat and let her in. What was this lady supposed to do? Go through the drive-thru again and sit there for 20 minutes to get her order corrected?
Absolutely does not want business. We ordered online previously. Today the website is down, they won't take phone orders, lobby is closed, and drive thru will not take large orders. On a time crunch to get food for the crew and wasted my time messing with Taco Bell.
Waited at drive through for ten minutes. Half way through ordering clerk said it would be a minute. 5 minutes later I saw my order being cancelled on the screen. I asked what was going on. Clerk said they were busy and it would be a while before she got to me. I drove off pretty disgusted after blowing my lunch break and not getting food.
Today we stopped into Taco Bell in Jamestown, ND. Let me start out by saying I really enjoy this restaurant chain. This was the worst experience me and my family have ever had. They were out of potatoes and cinnamon twists, I can forgive that but they crushed all our tacos ( literally crushed them after making them. All of them) Then they gave us fresh colored water instead of sodas. They need to step up there service. This is a sad day when I give Taco Bell one star. I'm on their mailing list and get updates for new stuff. I will change my review when and if they step up. 11/20/2020 Still horrible service, what do you expect I guess.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Started off with they made my order wrong. When I went back to get it made right, they told me I should have checked the order board so it's my fault! I asked for my money back and it took 10 minutes for this obviously new employee to generate my receipt and it was just another copy of the original! Wasn't worth waiting in line for a $3.00 refund. No apologise either from the window worker or the GM. Stay away from this Jamestown Taco Bell!!!
We usually don't get to come here very often. We usually love this place, but today wasn't the best of experiences. We ate inside, some of our order was not there and when we went to tell the cashier, the man from the back threw his hands up and rolled his eyes. After that occurred, he was slamming things around and glaring at my family and I. I wonder if it's even worth to come back when we are treated as an inconvenience.
Would have been good if not for the fact that they ran out of beef at 2pm. The manager said it was going to be a 25 min wait. How do you run out of beef at a Taco Bell? Shouldn’t that be something you DONT run out of? And all they said was “ sorry about that”. Whatever....MC Donald’s got our business instead... surprise, surprise they didn run out of beef!
(November 2019) The signs are all missing, looks like it’s not even in business. The worker came out the restroom still wearing one of his rubber gloves. They didn’t even call our name, just stood there staring at us with the food on the counter. Tables all dirty. Random people not in uniform going in and out of the kitchen. Just terrible experience all around.
Always so slow. We put a order in and it was still not done arriving after the time. We had to wait for over 30 mins once getting there.
Was here a week ago and got food to go. One of the items was the Spicy Potato Soft Taco.......the potatoes were old and hard. So today the 15th of June, I stopped in again. I told them about it and they said they would make fresh ones. Well, same damn thing....hard potatoes.
Food was incorrect and I got sick from it.. dripping in juices and all the staff closed doors and went out on a smoke break together and pushed another customer away saying they were on break..
I only got half of my food I ordered and the food I did get was cold. I feel bad for the residents of Jamestown that this is how the taco bell franchise is being represented in their town. Easily top 3 worst I've ever been to and I've been to ALOT.
Thought I'd take the kids in for a treat the other Monday night(7:30pm). As far as I could tell by the sign on the door, they were open until 10 inside. Doors were locked, but drive thru was open. We wanted to eat there though so Taco John's got our business. A couple other times when ordering in the last year at the drive thru, was informed they were completely out of meat. What kind of taco restaurant runs out every meat they serve? These guys will be the next to go belly up just like our local Pizza Hut. Please get some responsible people to run your business. Two thumbs down.
Went threw drive thru got about 1/2 way home without thinking I should look in the bag to make sure I had everything. Bad move on my part. Half the order wasn’t there, Went back they made me the half of the order while the rest got cold. So, I asked for them to just redo the order. Now the first half is cold, again. I don’t eat fast food for a reason, But this is pretty damn sad
First no one came out to see if we needed help. Then a guy comes out to take our money and his pants are below his junk, his zipper is down. We had 3young girls with us and we did not appreciate him showing himself. I will not be back

Horrible service, staff refuses to listen to request, and tries to say you ordered food you didn't, I ordered a five layer burrito, and they only gave a beef chunk wrapped in a tortilla. The management there is a complete joke as all he did was stare at me while crumple up the other incorrect wrap in his hand

Apparently I have a new criteria to determine where I eat - the lobby must be OPEN even if I just want to use the drive thru. When it isn't the food quality is always worse than when it's open (makes me wonder if they're messing with it while nobody is watching?) When the lobby was open the food was good when it is closed it is almost guaranteed to be nearly inedible.
Waited 15minutes to have my order taken then waited an additional 10 to get my food after arguing with the cashier about what I ordered. 0/5 would not recommend
My friend with a speech impediment was ordering and they instantly had an attitude. Very short responses. We were ordering for 4 people and on person changed his mind and when we told them they said “oh my god” like it was the most inconvenient thing. We decided to take our business elsewhere. It was in professional at all and very disappointed and the way they handle a customer changing their mind and someone with a speech impediment.

When I called I'm told they threw my order away because they didn't have a driver to deliver. No call no text nothing. Won't ever ever order from this place when I'm in Jamestown.
