The food here was DELICIOUS and the portions are sometimes comically large. Everything was really well done, perfectly seasoned, and there was a lot of variety on the menu. The atmosphere is simple but it really doesn’t take away from the meal enjoyment.

I got the burrito fajita and it was the best Mexican food I've had around here in a while. It may look pricey but you get what you pay for. The portions will definitely fill you up. The staff is very friendly and will help you out if you do not know what you want. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area on a trip or if you just looking for some great food. Stop in here and you won't be disappointed.

Great authentic cuisine. Javier (the owner) opened three years ago and wanted to bring an authentic Mexican atmosphere. He is spot on. Not only has he upheld all the expectations one would hold for authentic Mexican food, but he is a fabulous artist. He has painted beautiful murals throughout the restaurant. Stop in and enjoy!

Wonderful, authentic food! Better Mexican food than anywhere I’ve found in all of Pittsburgh. Loved the salsa, esquites, chimichanga and birria tacos. Friendly service. Would love to see margaritas, agua fresca, or horchata added to the menu. Will definitely be back!

i'v been in Jamestown for work for the past week, and every day I drove past this incredibly colorful and whimsically decorated mexican place telling myself i'd check it out later. Well today I finally did and wish to god I did sooner so i could have used all of my meal allowance on it every day because DEAR LORD WHERE DO I BEGIN?? the atmosphere?? Long streamers of papel picado greet you as you walk in, and as you step in, every available wall is covered in intricate murals depicting the vibrancy of Mexican culture, ALL HAND PAINTED BY THE OWNER!! The hostess was incredibly nice and helped me pick out the birria burrito which not only was reasonably priced, it was frickin MASSIVE and was at least two meals in one. It came out super quick despite the crowds and the taste was somehow even better, i genuinely teared up a little. I think some of the most genuine and tangible connections people can make with one another is through food and art. these are things that transcend all cultural and language barriers and I could literally taste the passion and love coming from this food made by someone I'd never met before. I love cooking, and I love making art, and as i tore into that PHAT burrito like a starving man, I felt that love reflected back at me. Absolutely transcendent food and a really awesome vibe throughout, 10/10

Stopped by for a quick meal. Service was very fast and friendly. The chips and salsa were great! Chips were still warm. My carnitas quesodilla was amazing! Large portions. Definitely stopping by again.

Just visited again. This is still the best. Still the best authentic Mexican restaurant I've been to. The food is delicious, hot and relatively inexpensive for what you get. I've taken my family of 8 here several times and the food is always excellent. I have tried different menu items each time we've gone (about 11 times in the past year) and everything has been great. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. It is a little cramped inside and the tables are small, but it gets the job done.

I didn't realize there was another Mexican restaurant in the area. My daughter found it because our favorite downtown one was closed. The server was fantastic, and the food was hot and so comforting. Even liked the chips and salsa. There's parking in front and along the side. It's a bit cramped inside but I expect they'll have seating out on the patio in the warmer months. The have beautiful, colorful murals of traditional scenes on the walls. They have a children's menu and my grandson liked his cheeseburger.

Food was great, service was not bad but they were very busy which slowed it a bit. Nice of they had a liquor license but not a deal breaker for us.

The waitresses were phenomenal! Never had to wait for refills, and they were quick with the chips and salsa! But…… the food was VERY mediocre. The salsa was so flavorless, I added hot sauce and pico to it to make t better! The queso cheese was great for the chips. I ordered the “La Paradilla” I will say the portion was very big. The chorizo was cooked to long, it was burnt. The chicken was very tough and dry, the shrimp was good, the steak was dry as well, the pork was decent bit was very fatty. Rice was very bland. Honestly just not very good food! Which was very surprising considering we came here bc of the high rating! Again the service was absolutely top notch the ladies were fantastic

Went went last night snd unless you like waiting over an hour for your food skip this place. The server was nice. 2 of the 7 liked their food. Mine was not even mediocre. The Mexican dip was not edible. You dipped a chip in and it just came out oily. The manager said the reason it took 20 minutes for drinks [waters and pepsis] and over an hour , close to an hour and half was because 12 tables came in at the same time. They dont even have 12 tables so not sure how that happened. I definitely would not recommend.
