Ordered a mobile order- Coleslaw was old, gravy missing as well as a drink missing. This is the 2nd time I've gotten old coleslaw from this location. Very disappointing. Paid for a meal, but can't eat some of it. Waste of money and still need to get dinner.

They forgot two of the four sides I ordered. I went back and the service rep was nice enough to give me my missing items plus a couple pieces of chicken .

The last couple of times I had tenders, it was either cold or warm. They will remake your food if you tell them, but should never be served cold.

Golden chicken. I walked into this restaurant, and the first thing I smelled was wet dog. I'm not sure what causes that, but it's a fairly dry and hot day here in Jarrell, Texas. I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. A side of mac and cheese, a side of green beans, and a side of coleslaw. The young lady at the counter said that my meal was gonna be about 5 minutes. Wait, because the chicken was still in the fryer. I don't have a problem waiting for fresh fried chicken After a short wait, my meal was ready. Man, my chicken was hotter than hell. I had to go for the sides and let it cool down a little bit before I dig in The mashed potatoes and gravy weren't very good. Instant mashed potatoes and a white country gravy. I wasn't expecting that. 2 stars Mac and cheese was average. At least it didn't carry a heavy velveta flavor. 3 stars Coleslaw was average also. 3 stars The green beans were fantastic. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. 4.5 stars After awaiting a considerable amount of time, my fried chicken was still very hot. But I couldn't wait any longer. I had to have it. This chicken was excellent. Crust was crunchy. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. This chicken pairs very well with texas pete hot sauce. Which is available here. 5 stars Of course, fresh fried chicken always tastes better than fried chicken that's been sitting under a heat lamp for half an hour. And this is the first time i've ever been to golden chicken. So take that into consideration with this rating. Overall 3.5 out of 5 stars. The meal also came with a dinner roll that I did not rate, but it tasted very good. Immediately after eating this meal, I felt a food coma coming on. So I jumped out of my seat and threw my plate in the trash. And headed back to my truck for a nap

Way too long to get food. Told would be 10 minutes and have been here 20 minutes and just asked and they said 5 more minutes.

61$ for a 20 pc family meal and a chicken salad? Never again will I eat here. Portions on the sides went way down, and price doubled. But if you order online- it's 44$ and some change. These people are out of their minds for "ok" food. It is warm and freshly cooked, that's why I gave 2 stars. Lady I spoke to was super nice , but she did inform me that prices went up. So- I'll just quit eating it all together. It's cheaper to eat at a restaurant than it is to eat fast food these days.

3 yrs ago this was 5 star all the way around. Not any more. The serving size on everything has shrunk, and not just the containers with the gravy, I'm talking about the damn chicken 🐔 itself. I'm not sure if the owners are over stretched on their finances or just trying to play a joke on my friends in Jarrell, but they must be using miniature chickens to get the tenders these days. Take a look at the pics to see for yourself. At first I thought, gizzards? Quick check to make sure my mother wasn't hiding in the backseat reaffirmed that those were supposed to be tenders and not icky gizzards that she loves. The location in Pflugerville, the one on North Lamar close to Rundberg and the one in way South Austin at the Y in Oakhill are 20xs better and you get real full size chickens there, not these "mini-chickens" in Jarrell.

ordered 6 chicken tender mean with honey mustard. got to the window, paid and then was told put of honey mustard . OK. got whatever you want their custom sauce is instead. got into.bell County , opened the food to find four chicken tenders . feel ripped off and don't plan to return . disappointing at best .

Worst experience ever! I've been sone some in troubles neighborhoods that did 10x better than this. Ordered my food 2 min after my friend and took twice as long. Not only that but they gave him very large tenders and even 1 extra (7) I get my exact same order with the smallest tenders I've ever seen here and I can't belive they counted 1 of them as a tender. They ignored me coming in, and took a while to even get my order. It looks like they made quite a dew people wait because they messed up on their orders as well. Another guy was very upset that cam inside from the drive through. You need quality control and better management. The manager acted busy but in reality, she was going over the same list of names for 20 min. Its a page long for christ sake. Pretty much looked like nobody was running the team. If youre a district manager, I would do more surprise visits WITHOUT letting them know. See for yourself.

Tried calling they don’t answer and they disconnected the line. They gave me gravy with a dead fly in it and I payed $45 for my family meal!!! This is not okay at all.

Worse customer service especially from Kayla who took my order and then the staff decided to put a hair on the food. Food would be going back first thinking tomorrow morning. I would take it tonight but leave an hour away. I call about 10 times to complain and No one answers the phone.
