Excellent service and the flavor is incomparable in Jilotepec. It's one of those dishes where you know exactly where it's from just one taste; believe me, it's unmistakable. The service is fast and very hygienic. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, perfect for anything from a light appetizer to a "Don Toño"-style meal or simply dessert. If you visit Jilotepec, it's practically a must-stop.

In my case, I tried the Hawaiian and Campechano alambres, as well as the lemon water with chia seeds. For dessert, they had delicious gelatin and the lemon pie, which was very basic. I feel like they could improve. If they don't know you, they'll give you the cold shoulder, and there's not much parking. They only have four tables, which are a bit cramped. They do have a bathroom. When I checked the menu, the price of the tacos seemed very expensive at 27 pesos, and the tortas were very small. They offer takeout and delivery services in the area. They don't accept cards, only cash.

Why don't they just add cheese or anything, just a smear of beans and mole, and that's it. And they make some delicious tacos, yes, maybe.
