The wings are small, but they have a very rich flavor, and if you get the Wednesday promo which is 3 for 2, it is really good. I recommend it. The day I went it was almost empty but it was good.

I liked the place; the service is good, although I don't think it's appropriate that they offer valet parking for the few parking spaces (3 or 4). The wing flavors weren't the best either; I only liked 3 or 4 flavors out of the whole variety. The beer from Moctezuma Brewery isn't my favorite either. They have good promotions, and it's quiet.

The food is excellent... very tasty and served with a nice presentation... the wings are a good size and there are promotions every day, there is a play area for the kids to have fun while you spend a pleasant time with your company.

I find their wings tasty. The food at the restaurant is good, and they have a good variety of seasonings. In hot weather, the space feels a bit cramped, so it wouldn't hurt to improve the ventilation. When you order delivery, they put very little sauce on the wings; they taste similar to if they were served plain without any seasoning.

The main dish, the wings, didn't have the best flavor but were passable. The service was good, but we had a waiter who seemed new, but everything was fine. The atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very spacious.

The place is spacious and has its own parking lot. The service is good, but not excellent, and it's not very crowded. The food is delicious. The wings are a good size, made fresh, and come in a wide variety of flavors. The hamburger is large; we shared it between two people. The only thing I didn't like was the music. They were only playing current hits, and for a place with children, the songs were quite explicit. They should play different kinds of music, at least during the afternoon (until 4 or 5 pm). Overall, the place is good.

The wings have feathers and are swimming in oil, they don't taste like the ones they offer you, and they are expensive. The beer is way overpriced, besides the fact that it's warm, and they require a tip, and it's so hot inside that you don't have a pleasant time. I don't recommend it.

I've eaten some bad things before, and these... well, at least for the price, dude. :2 Seriously, cheap ingredients for such an expensive burger. We bought three through Didi, and the wings with Valentina sauce were awful. Not recommended at all, we already filed a complaint.

The last time I went, I was disappointed with the food; it was extremely low quality… the fries tasted awful, as if they were already overcooked, and the sauces on the wings were equally unappetizing, seeming like they were days old. The service is good, and the place is quite spacious and nicely decorated. There's a children's area and a babysitter who takes care of them. Everything else is fine, but it's of little use if the food isn't good.

Regresé a Wing City porque antes me habían gustado las alitas y las papas, pero esta vez la comida fue muy mala. El pollo estaba extremadamente seco, se sentía viejo y además llegó frío; la salsa no ayudó en nada. El personal fue muy amable y no nos cobraron la comida, solo las bebidas, lo cual se agradece. Aun así, dejo la reseña para que mejoren la calidad, porque lo que sirven ahora no tiene nada que ver con lo de antes.

Pésimo servicio en entrega a domicilio, tienen una aplicación para ordenar, claramente la aplicación te calcula los gastos de envío, espere mas de una hora mis alimentos y hasta que llamé me informaron que ellos no tienen repartidores y que si quería fuera por la comida

Sus wings bien frías cuando las sirven y no se desde a que hora las tienen hechas y muy resagadas también no muy recomendable

Terrible service. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor; no one greeted me, they didn't show me to a table, and the wall seemed to pay more attention to me than the waiters. The waitress was just wandering around. And to top it off, if you pay by card, they charge you a service fee, which they certainly don't deserve given their lack of effort.

The wings took too long to arrive. They have no flavor, they're not covered in sauce, but they are full of feathers, how horrible. The service deserves one star because there are only two servers, one of whom was new 🫥 When we asked for the check, they took a long time and the receipt was incorrect. I went for wings, and the main course was a total disappointment.

Be careful with valet parking; the ticket says "THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIP" and doesn't list a fee anywhere. When they gave me my car back, I tipped the valet 10 pesos. I was only there a short time, and he told me, "That'll be 40 pesos!"... the car was parked on the street, next to Mishoos Tacos... where you've never had to pay before. I complained because he never told me that was the price, and he threateningly asked, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT GOING TO PAY ME??"... It's a shame that a new business in Jiutepec is ruining its reputation like this with valet parking, because the food and service were very good!
