So fun!! I’ve had the cinnomon roll iced a few times now and SO good! The lines a little long but worth the wait! All of the girls who have taken my order are so fun and definitely seem like they love their job!! Megan had the best smile and great conversation!!

First Timers… Really nice change of pace from the usual Dunkin’ Donuts trip. We were greeted by Andrew to take our order who is beyond friendly even out in the freezing cold. The music was a tad bit loud to hear the employees but overall really good experience and Very delicious drinks. On par with the cost of Starbucks but much better taste. Definitely will be back!

7 shots of espresso in a latte, YES PLEASE AND THANK YOU. I drove from Saratoga Springs (45 minutes) to try the coffee, after my friend (a regular) recommended. Will me making this trip often. Amazing coffee is VERY hard to find. Superior service and extremely prompt.

The employees are great. I can pull up and ask “what’s good today” and they will suggest a drink. They take in consideration that I don’t like a few flavors. I have never been disappointed.

I switched to 7Brew a year ago and have never had an order made wrong or badly. The employees are always welcoming. They’ll communicate with you or respect your boundaries if not wanting a long conversation. It’s all designed to be fast paced drive through with a positive environment. I would highly recommend anyone who hasn’t tried 7Brew to try it. Our family tends to order their coffee, which tastes phenomenal every time, but they also sell other fruity drinks with an overwhelming list of flavors to choose from. I hope more 7Brew locations start popping up all over NYS, because this girl runs on 7Brew!

Absolutely delicious drinks. Exceptional customer service. Going to 7 Brew is an entire experience. My favorite drink is the Blondie, hands down. Both hot and iced. Seeing my girl Megan in action is a bonus. If you haven't checked 7 Brew out yet, I would recommend giving them a try. It's a bit costly, yes, but the coffee is worth it in my opinion. ☕

Can’t give an opinion on food haven’t tried it but love their customer service their always very polite and always willing to give you as much time as you need for your order and even will read off all the different flavors for different beverages. I also love how well balanced they make all their drinks a their decently quick about making your beverage or beverages. I also love that it’s always fresh and you can tell when your drink your beverage. Just all around love this business.

This is the first time I ever went to a seven brew I was unsure what smoothie I would like Not only did the shift leader Riley help me she was super sweet, generous, and very nice to me. She was very kind with helping me which smoothie I would like best. I definitely recommend Coming here, Riley was the best!!!

I have been here twice in the last 2 days. Coffee was great, didn't get any muffin tops. Service was pleasant but slow. They do have a lot of traffic so it's understandable. I'm just glad they have a 7B in this area. Dunking is right across the street but I'd recommend 7B over them or StarBs ANY DAY!!

I ordered a cappuccino so they'll get a pass on less stars, but it was extremely dark and very bitter coffee I love coffee and like dark coffee, but it was too dark for me and half the cup was foam took 4 sips to get coffee and they didn't add sugar so you have to ask. I will try one of the other drinks, maybe that'll be better. They are friendly, very perky, and it was $6 for a large coffee. The photo is after a few sips.

Well there's no food and the drinks can get pricey, but they are TASTY. The staff is great too, very helpful.

Overall, pretty good place. For 2 large coffees, it was $9-ish. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The coffee itself is pretty tasty--not burnt tasting. They don't have dairy-free creamer (I can't have dairy without consequences), so I just got three sugars. I generally like my coffee with (non-dairy) cream and sugar, but just black with sugar was still really good. Cash or card place. Definitely recommend giving it a try! Edit: I forgot to mention, this not a "sit-in" place. There is a walk-up window and a drive thru. Since they just opened, it's a bit crazy and a lot busy. If that's not your thing, I would wait until it's less busy.

I like their coffee. I usually get an American with 1/2 sweet lavender and cream. They do add more flavoring than i prefer, hence the 1/2 sweet. I've gotten hot and iced coffees. Today my hot coffee was good, but the lid stunk of chemicals. I had to remove it to drink my coffee. I hope the lids aren't made of something which will leach into my coffee.

We go to this shop every day, and normally it’s wonderful. We have our mishaps here and there. Today was the worst. We went in for our normal order, and added one for our daughter. We were the only car in line, so to think they were rushing would be silly. The lady handed us two fully closed drinks and one drink (being handed to the back seat) not closed at all. Needless to say my husband wore the whole drink when passing it to the backseat. Instead of jumping to help - the lady stood there with her mouth open until we yelled “napkins”. So now my husband needs to scrap his outfit and we have to pay for a detail get the coffee out of the vehicle. If you are serving HOT drinks, you best make sure the lid is on all the way. BIG NONO!

I have had very great service since you guys have opened up in Johnstown very great service. I pulled around into the drive-thru today asked one of the people considering the second lane was not used if I could pull over from the second lane into the first Lane and some guy come out and started yelling at me telling me I was going too fast cuz I did not make the lane. He should be outside and know that I just talked to the person to ask if I could turn my car over into the other lane. I literally got screamed at by the kid when he wasn't even outside to know the whole conversation and how it happened. As of right now I have no intentions of walking back over there or driving over there I am pretty upset. And the worst part is I thought you guys were better than Dunkin and that's the same exact stuff that they would have pulled and that's what made me stop going there. I hope your day is better than mine considering I haven't even had my morning coffee yet.

I always love getting coffee here since the place opened. Recently ordering a drink, my experience hasn't been a smooth process. If you are short staff, you should only keep one lane open. There was no semblance of organization when taking orders. I was in the first lane, hadn't had my order taken and already made it up to the cashier. Waited a couple minutes still didn't get my order taken. There were about 3 cars behind me and in the other lane around 5. Made me feel bad for jumping the line, but then even if my order was ever placed it probably would have taken a long time with how disorganized it felt. Ended up driving off.

First time customer. Seemed like a party atmosphere among the workers. Got two med Blondies for $12.20. Product was tasty but no better than Stewart's iced mocha for $3(+) change. Cup was 3/4 filled with ice. I got about 4 sips ($1.52 per sip). I won't be back.

I'll give it another try however I wasn't impressed with how rude the workers trying to move the lines up were being. The coffee wasn't bad, the kids milkshake is just crushed ice with cream and flavor and $11.80 for a kids size and one large is a bit pricey so it won't be my daily go to.

Johnstown ny service is getting slower Starbucks required to make drinks within 30 seconds makes a difference taste not compromised. That's your competition Get with it people it competition!!!

Drove up to see 6 employees putting holes in bottom of energy drinks and sucking them down and having to good time. One of them came over and said pull up and someone will be there to help. It was there grand opening and they had signs Free shirts. I asked where my shirt was and I could only get one if I ordered a large drinks. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Had to have my drink remade bc the employee wouldnt let me double check to make sure my drink was entered correctly. I tried having her type in my rewards number so all she had to do was hit a button to pull up the drink as I wanted it, but she tried refusing and going back and forth with me over it. The drink was remade, but with a little friend this time. In total around a half hour to try and get one drink make properly

It's a great place your looking for a coffee that is essentially a milkshake. I got a SF option and was assured there would be no sugar, but did not know the SF white mocha is made with a mocha mix that definitely is loaded with a ton of sugar. I even expressed and was reassured the drink had no sugar as I cannot have sugar due to a medical condition and now I am facing the consequences. I will not return and will stick to the dunkin across the street that never messes up my iced coffee with cream & stevia..... it's concerning you can't access detailed nutrition or ingredients anywhere online.

There was a buy 1 coffee, get 1 free today. I showed up at 7:25pm in line at the Johnstown, NY location to get my coffees. I've been going as a customer since day #1 opening. A girl approached my car at 8:15pm (still in line) just to be told that I would not be getting my free coffee. I asked her to ask the manager as I had been waiting now for 50 min. In line, and they said no, I would not be able to get my free coffee.What kind of business has you wait in line and then not give what they promised?? They should have had a cut off for the last car that arrived at 8pm, not for customers waiting in line since 7:25pm. Not a satisfied customer at all, wasted my time and NOT customer service oriented. I know a lot of people in this area and local businesses that come here and I will be letting them know as well.

Ordered a mango smoothie. It was not good at all. It tasted super artificial, sugary, and nothing like mango. It had no fresh fruit whatsoever. It left a film in my mouth and I threw it in the garbage. Maybe stick to coffee? Also I get the atmosphere they are going for but honestly no one wants music blaring in their ears when trying to order a drink. I'm there for a drink not a club night.

I went today to 7 brew to order drinks and was completely skipped by the workers for my turn in the line to order and after 5 minutes of waiting by the windows and being ignored by the workers we drove off. This is not my first unpleasant interaction with 7 brew and I will say I will never come back.
