Amy helped my family of 6 and was crazy fast and kind. Super understanding of how stressful parenting is. Once again so kind. I don’t know what they pay her but she deserves more. And if you are lucky enough to be served by her then you are blessed.
We typically rely on subway once every few weeks, this specific location has been a headache with not great staff/management, but tonight September 21st 2024, the young man working by himself was phenomenal! The best sandwiches we’ve had along with great customer service and communication! Didn’t catch his name but hope to next time.
Aimee went above and beyond to make sure I got the sandwich just the way I wanted it. Fantastic service and the remodel of the place makes it feel clean and new.

This is literally the best Subway I have ever been too. It is because it is locally owned and the owner and his family take time to slow down and actually make the sandwich rather than slapping it together as quick as possible. I have been to about 50 Subways and this one is the best of all!
The people here were awesome! Being from Firt Collins, it was SO nice to not be rushed, have decent small talk (which was actually engaging and not just transactional ect.. you know how it can be). They made the sandwiches with care and evenly spread the toppings and appreciated when we knew exactly what we wanted (we didnt feel like we were being too picky or too much!) With out a doubt, best experience at any subway. (As if you need a review to go anyways lol!)

This is my go to Subway in the area. While the food is good, I became a return customer because of the service. Aimee Wood is very helpful, courteous and knows her business!! She is always eager and willing to help out with suggestions on how to get you that perfect sub. I like to mix things up from time to time and no matter what I throw her way, she always knows the thing that will make it one step better. I have yet to not like one of her recommendations! Her willingness to always help, excellent customer service and knowledge of her craft keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend this Subway spot in Johnstown, CO if you are ever in the area and ask for Aimee...she is the only one I let put together my perfect sub!

This is my go to location. The employees here are always so friendly and welcoming. Markse and Erica are two of my favorite people to see when we go in. They are always bright and cheerful. Another thing I appreciate about them is they are attentive to not just me but the food they make and it is always perfectly put together. Someone should give them both a raise!!!!

I like the fact that when you order online, they have it ready to go when you arrive! And I think they are pretty generous with the meats!
The consistency here over the years is amazing! The different selection of breads and toppings so you get your sub just the way you love it! If you haven't tried "The Beast", youre missing out! 😍😍

Went in today and picked up a sandwich and when i got home it was made wrong, i went back to the store to get the right sandwich and when i looked it was wrong again so i had to get it remade. Workers are nice but some nights they will be outside playing with RC cars or playing card games inside.
I have gone to this subway for years and this is the first time I’m was left disappointed in the food and service. I ordered a cold cut trio and the kid behind the counter had little to no training! Where’s management to help this kid out. They were out of also everything the bread was hard once I went to eat my sandwich.
I can’t rate the food, as I never got it. Order placed at 4:10. Ready for pick up at 4:30. Show up after 4:30. No food. 2 people in front of me. Only 1 employee working. I leave at 4:45 empty handed. Call at 4:55 to see if it’s ready yet. Nope. Call again around 5:05 to see if it’s ready. Nope. Apparently making a sandwich takes over an hour.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got something that looked (and tasted) like plain boiled chicken cubes. No grill marks, no flavor, just dry and bland. It was honestly so gross I couldn’t even finish it. Disappointing.
The new owners and managers here have ruined it. I had an employee snap a gift card about a month ago. I had to pay full price for my meal even though he snap an unused gift card. I left my name and number. I didn’t hear from anyone so I called the store 3 days later. I was told a manager would call me in an hour. That never happened. I went in today to grab something on the way home. I asked the manager if she had any clue of this and asked if she would at least comp $5 off (the gift card that got snapped was $15). She laughed in my face and said “yeah right” with a mouth full of food, stood up and went in the back.

Small little Subway. The staff was friendly but I got 2 sandwiches, a spicy Italian and a meatball marinara, that the meat just didn't taste right. I ended up giving the meatballs to my dog and they made her sick. I wasted $15 here...should've ate lunch somewhere else.
I ordered on there mobile app then called to make sure it was done right and still got my order wrong so I called them and they were talking to me like I was stupid and they were rude to me.
Ive been going to this Subway for 15yrs and the new owner has destroyed this Subway. The last 3 times I have came in for dinner, they have 1 person working in the store, causing me to wait 30+ minutes for my food. (No fault to the employees, they are doing what they can, by themselves.) Also the food is not FRESH, they make the bread in the morning, so by dinner the bread is hard as a rock, and there out of some breads. (Owner if you don't believe me, try your bread at 6pm, then go to another Subway and see the difference. Subway's biggest pitch is that it's fresh food.
I walked in on Friday, September 27 for a sandwich. I was greeted by someone cleaning the tables. When I approached the counter, no greeting was made. Enrique and a soft, chubby looking girl with black lipstick said she would be with us in a min after being there for 2 minutes or so. After that, she made our sandwiches slower than any sandwich shop I’ve been in before. During the process, she was cursing like a sailor with Enrique about some sandwich bread. After this was done, we attempted to pay. We had a coupon that had expired and Enrique said we can’t take that. Which is fine and I’m okay with that. Just horrible service from two people who would rather be doing anything than representing the the owners and the brand with even decent service.
I highly recommend not going to this subway. I placed a pickup order on a Saturday afternoon around lunch. We waited 30 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready. We finally got the workers attention at the counter so we could cancel the order. He told me I would have to wait for him to finish everyone in the store and 3 more online orders before he would start mine. I asked him to cancel it and he told me, “no that is on you”. I can’t believe they schedule 1 person to work a weekend during lunch rush let alone someone as rude as he was. I tried calling on Monday to get a refund and the manager was also rude and wouldn’t help me. He told me there is nothing he can do to get my money back. Tried to file a dispute with my bank and I can’t because it has to be over $25. Never again will I go here, I will gladly drive to Greeley next time.
It's good enough when you're in a hurry. Employees don't listen, despite taking my order and repeating it back to me, it was not the sandwich I ordered when I got home. She is not open during posted hours of operation. Disappointed. Apologies on here aren't good enough nor does it smooth things over. How about making it up to your customers that don't receive the sandwich and quality they paid for. Hold yourself and employees responsible for excellent customer service and quality of the food.
Imagine being blocked an entry into subway because of your color and employees of subway allowing such irate behavior from their customers. Even with reaching out to subways employees on duty nothing being done in response. I’m quite sure this will be dismissed just like every other hate crime that happens within Johnstown and for Collins
The health inspector is surely long over due for a visit. Flies in the chicken. Baby high chair was deplorably filthy before new management. Either they hire inept employees or they don’t treat their employees right. Not sure which. Epitome of lack of management accountability under new management. Female manager made a cameo appearance. Seemed that she was absolutely disinterested in doing her job. We just love Johnstown. This is honestly the first business we have had to leave a poor/negative review.
This location is always out of most of the meat and cheese they need to make the sandwiches. Then don't call to notify you. So you just have to go sit and wait, basically just saying that your better off just walking in. Online orders are hit or miss at best. Workers don't want to be there.
It has definitely gone downhill since the new owners took over. I got a BLT sub and the bacon was still raw, not warmed up in any way. Worked told me “unless the order says to warm up the bacon, we don’t” WORST SUBWAY AROUND NOW!!
Ordered online got to store and order wasn't ready. Over 45 minutes to get order. Three footlongs toasted that after they toasted them they were set aside. Cold hard bread now. Ordered at 6:15 got them at 7:07. Ask for money back and to cancel and they didn't know how to do it. Not acceptable!
If you get the older gentlemen that has glasses down to his nose, RUN! My sandwich was ‘toasted’ at the lowest setting and when I tried to get him to retoast it, HE REFUESED. Horrible experience Johnstown, do better.

I requested a foot long Italian bmt on flat bread. I was told that was not an option you could only get one size. I was confused but decided to allow the employee to make my sandwich. She put all of the toppings on one end and then folded my flat bread like a burrito. Oh and all of the bread was stale and hard as a rock.

I’ve ordered takeout form here numerous times and every time the sandwiches are so sloppily made. The staff are friendly but they clearly don’t care about the quality of your food! My husband ordered a titan turkey, which is supposed to have 33% more meat, but he had the regular amount of meat on there. It’s supposed to have double cheese too, but I swear they couldn’t separate the cheese slices and just said screw it, because it was like he had the entire block on there! They also put spinach on his when it was only supposed to be lettuce. My sandwich was technically made with the correct ingredients, but they threw like the entire onion on there. But of them were made so sloppily we had to eat them like a hot dog rather than an actual sandwich. There was no order to the way the sandwich was put together. Everything was just thrown in there at random with the meat and veggies all smashed and folded onto both sides of the bread, instead of being stacked properly inside the sandwich. I wish I had taken a picture because this is the third time this has happened at this location. I’m just going to continue ordering from the other location in the Loaf ‘N Jug where they actually care about how your sandwich is made.
When I arrived there were only 3 customers in ahead of me. 36 minutes later, she waited on me. She put cheese on my sandwich and then split it down and then went to another customer and put cheese in her sandwich and slow it down and then went to the customer behind her not finishing my sandwich and slow it.. she then told me it’s gonna be a little bit. I’m gonna make other ones.. I did tell her I’m sorry I’m already late. It’s been 36 minutes in line.. The store was filthy and employee with a yellow vest went behind the counter handling things without washing his hands.. This is a health issue in the health department should be contacted. Just it was filthy inside. I will never go there again to buy anything. The wait time is way too long. People were waiting in line behind me and had to walk out I’m not sure what you’re running down there, but it isn’t quality. I didn’t feel I should have left a tip. Sorry that’s on her not me.

This establishment is unprofessional and they mess up quiet often. If you don't know how to interact with a customer professionally you dont need to be working in a restraunt. We called and let you know politely I deserved the same respect.
