Service is in decline. Employees offer poor customer service, waiting for hours and hours for your order to be delivered. And beware, they almost always tell you they're out of stock or that they won't be taking any more orders.

Very bad. It always says it's open from 9, but they always stop serving you and stop taking orders at 6:30. Very poor quality and terrible customer service. The receptionist is always in a bad mood, slow, and spends all her time gossiping. Don't buy here if you want good service.

They don't deserve even one star. The service was truly awful. They should replace all the staff; they seem clueless. I've never experienced anything like it at a Domino's. I ordered my pizza and waited for about 20 minutes, and then they asked me again what pizza I ordered because they'd forgotten. They hadn't entered my order, and they still answered rudely. You could only watch them arguing. I left without the pizza, obviously, and we ended up eating at another pizzeria that we absolutely loved. The staff was so unpleasant.

I really wanted to try the pizzas, terrible service, before arriving I called to ask about home delivery, and since they told me they didn't have service for my location, my family and I decided to go, when we arrived the man who opens the door greeted us with a face that practically told us he was tired of receiving people, then the young lady who takes the order was super distracted with someone else's conversation, I asked her if we could eat there and she told us there was no service to eat in the place, then I noticed that someone who was ordering something came up the stairs and I asked her if we could eat upstairs and she told us no, that there was no room, well since there were no options we left the place, no way, if they continue like this, that place will not be good to have a pleasant afternoon with the family, terrible service

Domino's finally arrived in Juchitán, and of course I couldn't resist the craving. I'll explain the reason for my rating. I showed up to buy the largest pizza they could offer, since I'm a big eater. When I made my payment, I told the cashier that with my credit card, I was entitled to a discount at any Domino's in physical stores on purchases over $150.00 (one hundred and fifty pesos). The cashier didn't know what to do and called her supervisor or manager, who knows what. The woman, by the way, was very arrogant and told me, "You have to go to your bank's website to see the participating cards. Besides, it only applies to the app and physical stores, and here the cashier doesn't give me that option for your discount coupon." I was surprised by this response, since we're talking about a Domino's branch, a large pizza company. They didn't offer me any solution and denied me the discount, which I'm entitled to. I had no choice but to pay the full amount for the pizza. They gave me my receipt, but they never gave me a receipt for the pizza I ordered. A while passed, and they told me, "Hey, what pizza did you order? I forgot." They asked for the receipt and took it to verify that what I spent was for the pizza I ordered. All this happened because the staff doesn't give out receipts for what you order; they just yell, "This pizza's the price," and since they're good people inside the store, it's a real screaming match. Until they deliver your pizza, they give you a receipt. I've bought from other Domino's stores, and that's never happened to me before. If you happen to read my review, I recommend ordering your pizzas through the app. If you go to the Juchitán store, be careful; the staff isn't fully trained to provide solutions. At other branches, they politely offer solutions or tell you, "If you have the app on your phone, you'd better do it. We'll help you and charge you." They don't respond the way they did to me. This treatment is very disappointing.

The service was terrible. I ordered a pizza because of their opening promotion, and after 20 minutes it turned out they didn't even know what I ordered. The pizza itself was very good, like Domino's, but there were too many staff members and they had no idea what they were doing.

They are lucky that Google doesn't let me give it a half star because I would give it, well to start with a place full of hired staff who keep clashing with each other, the supervisor or manager who knows she is very arrogant, they don't give you a receipt when you pay for the pizza, until they deliver it is when they give it to you, which is not the case at other Domino's, speaking of the pizza, it is very tasty, but like the competition, the dough is thin, the only difference is the typical flavor that Domino's has. I am disappointed with the quality of the people they hired, speaking of a great company that Domino's is, I hope they improve.
