Service was absolutely amazing at the drive thru at 6:56pm today, thank you so much to the guy who helped me out didn’t catch his name. But know I appreciated the kind gesture he did for me and my girlfriend. I highly recommend this spot 🔥I hope you are blessed soon. 🙏

Stopped by for lunch got the 4pc meal ( half fried chicken half grilled chicken ) the fried chicken was really good the grilled wasn’t ( not because of the quality of the chicken. I just don’t care for the taste of it It has too much lemon or lime on it.) my side were beans ( bomb ) but really small amount I remember it being a lot bigger and French fries 🍟 also really good and my drink the mango 🥭 drink was delicious The customer service was really good and the restaurant was really clean. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience! Jasmine provided excellent service—she was very kind, attentive, and went out of her way to help me. Even when things got super busy, she was still able to assist me with care and efficiency. My order came out quickly, the food was amazing, and I really appreciated the quality of service. It was definitely a great experience, and I would recommend bringing my family and friends to eat here! 😁

Maria was a sweetheart… our food got delivered faster than me getting my drink. Definitely happy about how fast and how delicious it was!!! The chicken sandwich so by far the most delicious chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! Their fries were amazing too. The rice was amazing and healthy with grilled corn the chicken was perfect churchy….

Even being an inaguantation day service was great! Definitely campero chiken is more tasty than other fried or grilled chiken options and with affordable prices. P.S I would like to come back to see how the keep service and quality

Everything was delicious, I love the service the front cashier gave me he was super nice, overall it was perfect.

I had the grilled 2-piece chicken combo with beans. Great alternative to the fried chicken and it was delicious. Loved that it was juicy and marinated well. Will come back.

The food here is genuinely delicious, especially the grilled chicken, the food itself deserves 5 stars. However, the staff consistently struggles to get orders correct. My order is almost always incorrect or missing something. I’ve learned to double check my bag before leaving, which has saved me more than once. I just wish they could get it right the first time. Following basic instructions shouldn’t be this difficult.

The food is almost always great. As far as service, this is the third time that I come anywhere from 5-7 pm and the drive thru/ the lobby is closed due to low staff. I feel bad for the workers because they’re clearly trying to serve the food as fast as possible but when there’s only a cashier and cook it’s difficult. This food is good and I would hate for people to associate it with extremely long wait times/ always closed.

Then today they advertised the box for 12 bucks on their screen and the guy tells me they don't have it again. This is the 3rd time it's been posted on their screen and told they don't have it. Why not take it off the screen if it's not part of the menu. I took a picture just now to show it's still posted. Zoom in bottom middle.

12 dollars for a dry chicken sandwich with little flavor. Went through drive thru, was told to wait in front with a dozen other cars. After waiting over 10 minutes, I went inside to get the order myself, which had been ready for a while. Hard pass on this place.

Today was my first time here and sadly will be my last, I had high hopes especially this location being in the same parking as a Canes but I was extremely disappointed I feel like the spicy chicken sandwich had too much of a sweet flavor which I did not like at all especially with those sweet pickles inside I think some sour dill pickles would balance the flavor way more but idk maybe if the pickles were changed to dill I’d give it another try lol

I requested a refund from a recent visit and instead of handling it professionally, she flat-out refused and accused me of lying just because I didn’t have my receipt—even though I had been there only days before. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows pure incompetence. This restaurant is constantly understaffed, especially on weekends. I’ve visited multiple times over the past month, and every single time it’s the same mess—long waits, backed-up orders, and employees scrambling to survive. Nancy clearly prioritizes cutting labor over actually running a functional restaurant, and it shows. The shift leaders look exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely burnt out. The employees look unhappy, stressed, and defeated, especially when Nancy is working. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the direct result of terrible leadership and poor decision-making. Nancy is a disgrace to this location and a liability to the company. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work under such mismanagement. Until leadership changes, this place will continue to fail. Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up around 8 PM, only to find the doors already locked—despite the posted hours clearly stating the restaurant is open until 9 PM. When I called customer service, I was told the hours were indeed until 9. After waiting, someone finally let me in, and I was informed by staff that they had closed the doors early simply because they were out of dinner rolls. When I questioned this further, I was then told the reason was that they had also run out of chicken—yet, I was handed my full 12-piece order and witnessed other customers receiving their orders as well, even being given extra chicken in place of the rolls. Clearly, there was food available, and yet customers were being denied entry for nearly an hour before closing time. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new location. Customers should never feel as though employees are trying to close early at the expense of service. The lack of professionalism and inconsistent explanations from the staff created an incredibly poor experience and left me very dissatisfied.
