This was my first time at Raising Canes. I went through the drive thru so I didn't get to see inside. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. It was the biggest chicken sandwich ever with thier delicious crinkle cut fries. I would have given 5 stars but honestly it could have been a masterpiece if they actually used fresh crispy lettuce and were more generous with the sauce. I'm not sure but there may have been a sliver of pickle in there somewhere. So in conclusion: a nice portion of chicken but lacking fresh Crisp lettuce, lacking sauce and crispy pickle slices. P.S. Sliced tomato and an option for Bacon 🥓 would do miracles for your business. 😋 Still overpriced though. .if you're willing to pay $11.00 for a gallon of lemonade and $6.00 for a gallon of ice tea you might have bumped your head at some point.

Raising Cane's is pure chicken bliss. If you love chicken fingers then you need to definitely give this place a go. Chicken fingers are always prepared when ordered so they are always served hot and fresh. All chicken finger combinations are served with fries and a sauce of your preference (Try their popular Cane's sauce). Their sweet tea is also pretty good as well. Outside tables are also available for those who enjoy watching cars go by.

Normally I love canes at this location and service is normally always on par. Unfortunately caught them at a bad moment today. Quality control failed. The chicken tasted burnt. In the way that it tasted like the oil wasn't changed after a while or someone burnt a batch and didn't change the oil and the burnt flavor leeched into everything else after that. Also they forgot to add the toy for the kids meal. Left the kids disappointed.

The fries tasted bad. You could tell they were old oil. The coleslaw tasted old. We went because my kids wanted it. They said they'd never want it again. They wanted In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A.

I'm very disappointed with my last couple experiences with this location. Last week the lady at the drive-thru all but through my bag at me before I really had it in my hand. Had I not caught myself, my bag would have been all over the ground. Tonight, my family and i, there's only three of us, and over $40 and some of our food didn't even make it into our boxes. They did not inform us that they did not have the Texas toast what, which would have been nice to know cuz I know they offer extra fries or coleslaw if we choose not to get bread when ordering. And all three of us barely got any french fries. And two of the items we ordered work caniac combos. I honestly feel like I wasted a lot of money tonight for a mediocre meal.

They were VERY busy and I have no issues waiting the 25+ minutes we did in the drive thru cause normally it is worth the wait, but for this to be the size of what they consider to be a tender is NOT okay for the price of what they charge. We did the mobile order and pick up at the curbside. We arrived and clicked “ I’m here” on the app. And we waited in the car over 10 mins. Nobody brought the food out. Then we went in and found out the food was ready for a long time. The store was not busy. What’s the point to have the curbside pick then… terrible service.

Ordered a Caniac Combo (6 tenders) My chosen options were no slaw extra toast and an order of crinkles fries along with two canes sauces. I only received a normal order of fries, one toast, and a slaw. I also only received 4 tenders instead of the 6. This is unacceptable and i have pictures to prove all of this

Definitely portions are getting smaller.. but what suppose to be 6 pieces chicken strips only .. looks like a joke.. was a drive through order so I really did not feel like driving back there.. moral of the day: check the order before leaving

I'm usually excited to come and get my tenders here. I went thru the drive thru last night and ordered the 3 tenders combo. When I received my food and opened the box, the tenders were tiny. I felt that this must be a joke. They are selling baby tenders. If you are gonna sell those itty bitty things, at least give more than 3. The combo is about $10. My Arnold Palmer was also watery and my fries were not fresh. Definitely not a good meal.
