Came in here with my parents to treat them and our server Eva was amazing! She made sure everything came out perfect and was really sweet and attentive. We will definitely come back!
Food was great and our server Hope was wonderful. Blazing wings were good and tried the Cajun sauce for the first time and less than impressed since im from South Louisiana, but it wasn't bad by any means, just wouldn't call it Cajun at all. Rest of our order was good as well. Would definitely go again, especially if we could get the same server every time.
Olivia and Angel are my preferred bartenders here. They treat me like family and they both are very attentive and provide great service to me each and every time. Please keep Olivia and Angel on the staff, they are both very invaluable to this restaurant.
Lexi is amazing waitress. She is sweet and has a great attitude. You’ll definitely have a lifetime customer think to her and her pretty smile is very warming. 🥰

Eva took care of me when I came in after a long shift and was a pleasure to be around. The food was great the entire place is very welcoming but most importantly my servers attention to detail and her efficiency. Will be back again BWW.
Stopped at the Keller Buffalo to get a salad and sat at the bar. Sydney was the bar tender. She did a great job continually checking on me. Very nice girl. Gave three for food because the salad had a lot of bad lettuce pieces in it. Otherwise the flavor was great. I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad.
I went in tonight and had a really rough day at work. Olivia was my server and she made my day so much better. She took my order and brought out the food so fast. She was so nice to me and usually I don’t go get wings but I will definitely be going back there and asking for her!! She even got me extra ranch :)
Last week I decided that on my way home from work I would stop by and grab a bite. My server, Eva, was very helpful with suggesting menu options. I ended up getting the traditional buffalo hot with blue cheese. The service was quick and the food very yummy. I will be back. The reason this is a big deal is because I have stopped eating out and this was a good choice when you don't want to cook.
This is my favorite spot for late night snacks and drinks after work! The food is always good Equally remarkable is the service provided by Sydney and Angel every time ! From the moment we walk in, they greet us with smiles and genuine hospitality. They were attentive while always ensuring that our glasses are always full and that we had everything we need. I always come here, almost 7 days a week. Angel and Sydney are the best bartenders i have had at any BWW location. They make sure my food is fresh, my beers are cold, And the conversation makes it worth being here. If they did not work here, I likely would not come here. 10/10, love this place.

Angel has by far been my favorite bar tender. She took my order and worked hard to ensure my drink was immaculate and she was an absolute delight to have as a server. I have not laughed as much, nor have I had drinks quite as good as the ones she makes.

The servers truly make the atmosphere at this restaurant! We’ve been regulars for years, drawn not just by the food but by the exceptional staff. For a long time, we had an amazing server who has become a cherished friend. After he left, our server Olivia stepped in and ensured we still felt right at home. She knows our usual order, happily answers questions about specials, and always welcomes us with her infectious smile. Olivia’s warmth and attentiveness make every visit a delight! Oh, and the food ain't bad either!

From the moment I sat down, she made sure I was taken care of with a smile and excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu well, making recommendations that hit the spot. The wings were, as always, delicious and cooked to perfection. I got the traditional wings with a mix of sauces, and they were just the right amount of crispy and flavorful. Olivia checked in at just the right times, ensuring my drinks were filled and that I was happy with everything. Overall, it was a great meal and an even better experience thanks to Olivia’s top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!
My boyfriend and I just had some awesome wings and fries. Brittany, our attentive hostess, went above and beyond! She was incredibly sweet and very happy go lucky. I placed a mobile order through Instacart and when I arrived to pick up my food at the allotted time, there was a issue and it was not waiting for me (even though my app said my order was ready for pickup). Mya patiently listened to my situation and combed the system to find my lost order, and had the order (which was quite large) made right in record time! Someone give this gal a raise!
I placed an online order, which was ready on time and accurately fulfilled. BWW has good onion rings! An employee monitoring the dining room greeted me and informed me that I could grab my bag. I'll order or dine here in the future due to the order accuracy, good service, and good food quality.
This was a nice location with some great staff my service was so nice and accommodating. She made sure my order was corrected. Often when you go they will give you fries that are sitting under the light so I ask for them to be brought out as an appraiser and ask for them to be fresh. Because who likes cold fries? They offered free beer just for the visit during game day.
We’ve recently been back after 5-6 years. Food is a lot better. Service rounds can use help but nothing crazy. We had issue with wings temp but it was taken care of. Experience a lot better than it was many years ago.
Service was amazing! Emma was understanding and patient! I was rude and upset when the manager wouldn’t put my game in a big tv. ( main game was out of hand and no one was sitting in the entire section I was in and the manager said no.) but she killed me with kindness and we stayed for lunch. Had a great experience with her! This is a grate place to have delicious food and snacks! We had the special house sampler (see pic) and it was delicious! They also have a great selection of draft beers and cocktails!! They run a happy hour from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. great prices!!! The environment is great and you can always watch any of the 100 sports playing on the TVs! I watched some soccer from the Mexican soccer league here!! The service was good and pretty fast! We had a great time, we are coming back for sure!

Just came to stop for a bite to eat while in the area. Eva was an amazing server and made sure me and other guests were taken care of and that the food/drinks were meeting guest’s standards. I haven’t visited often, but I’ll definitely consider visiting again soon if I’ll receive good service and friendliness again like I experienced with Eva.
TL;DR: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ —> service was meh, food came out at different times and it wasn’t hot _________________________________ I forgot to take a pic before I inhaled my tots, sorry! We continue to go to this B-dubs because it’s close to the house. If it were further away, we probably wouldn’t go. I wanted wings so we went for dinner. Once we got there we sat at the booth for quite a few minutes before our server came over. We ordered the 6 for $19.99 (great deal, btw!), both mild, one with tots and one with potato wedges. Over 20 minutes later his food came out and it was not hot. Mine? Nope, no food for me. 5 or so minutes later, our waitress brought a condiment and I asked her to please check on my food. She finally brought it out and it was also warm but not hot. We both ordered the same wings, and look how different they look! The consistency of sauce amount wasn’t there. The food tasted good even though it wasn’t hot, the beer was cold, the service was meh. Our server didn’t have any hustle and the fact that she didn’t even notice that my food hadn’t come to the table was disappointing.

Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good, along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren’t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good for four. Came to watch the SEC Championship game and eat some wings. Atmosphere is great for watching football games. Service was a little slow but I wasn’t in a hurry. It wasn’t real busy either. I ordered the Parmesan Garlic wings and they’re low on the spicy list. However these wings were spicy as heck. I even asked my waitress, Are you sure this isn’t Spicy Garlic? She was adamant they werent. I even asked for a manager, which is something I rarely ever do. She told me insisted it was what I ordered. I’ve eaten here many times and I always get the Parmesan Garlic and it’s NEVER been this spicy. You can even see red tiny flakes on them indicating some type of pepper present in the sauce. I think I’m done with that flavor now. If this is it now, it needs to move up on the spice chart! Disappointed and frustrated because I want to enjoy my food not burn my mouth off when I eat. Especially when what I ordered isn’t supposed to be spicy at all. Not sure if I will come back.
After a long day of working, my son and I decided we'd go here for some quick dinner. Unfortunately, it was anything but fast. We walked into a dining area that wasn't very busy, but as we seated ourselves as the sign stated, we struggled to find a clean table. There were dirty dishes and food remains on 75% of the open tables. We finally sound an open table and after about 10 minutes, finally had a server greet us. It appeared that only had three servers on shift. The server we had appeared to be new with no experience. Not a very welcoming personality, no knowledge of what apps were on special, and not willing to seek out any information to answer our questions. We got our order placed and patiently waited. Our Mozzarella sticks appetizer never arrived. 15 to 20 minutes and an empty drink cup later, our entrees arrived with no mention of the appetizer. I asked and she said she'd check. Five minutes later, our server returned stating the appetizer was taking a bit longer but would be out shortly. The wing sizes were decent but felt there could've been a few more tots on the side. Flavor was good. We ate our main courses and the appetizer arrived as we asked for to go boxes. A few minutes later she brought the boxes and wandered off. After several more minutes, I had to flag the server over to ask for the check as we were just sitting there. She brought it back, but the special wasn't rung up correctly. Again, had to get her attention to correct it. Overall, this experience wasn't very enjoyable. Poor service, ok tasting food, and a bunch of wasted time.
Not the most greatest experience in the world, taking in consideration that there are only about six tables that had customers with close to six servers, and it took 30 minutes to get our food. Most of the food was cold upon receipt, and there was barely any attentiveness from our server. Great price on the deal that we went in for, but when you expect better customer service, it kindly brings the other aspects of greatness down!
I had previous had great experiences eating here but today I placed an order for pickup through uber eats and apparently a random guy waiting grew impatient and decide to take my order. The manager then proceeded to tell me somebody had already taken my order and they were not responsible for that and they could not remake the order again. They have the cart for uber eats,DoorDash, etc at the front but they don’t check who takes the orders so anybody can come and take the orders. Please be more careful with the orders, I had to wait almost 2 hours just for me to get my order. I had to get refunded by speaking with Uber eats and they said the order was never taken for delivery, the guy just decided to take it. Anyways I just had to place my order again, but for the future the restaurant should be more careful with their orders. As a customer who consumes here I was extremely displeased but the cashiers are extremely nice and helpful.
The server took forever and had a full-blown conversation about traveling with a table near us. The triple dip's salsa tasted like it was made with pasta sauce, my draft beer tasted sour, and the place seemed dead around that time (5:30pm-6pm), so there was no reason to have waited so long for bad tasting items on a Saturday. Overall, the experience just left a lot to be desired
The wait time... for food.... was so extremely long. Definitely get an appetizer because your actual food will take a very long time. By the time my hatch chili burger came out we had finished our chips and queso and fried pickles. If it was worth it this would be a different review but the burger and half of the fries were drowning in oil. I was soaking up the oil with napkins...
Placed a to go order online at 7:25pm and did not get my food until 8:40pm. I watched as roughly 10 different DoorDash and UberEats drivers picked up customers' orders with one guy coming in twice. It seemed, to me, that my order was getting pushed back and shafted so that the restaurant could fill the delivery orders first. Regardless, being told 8pm and waiting an extra 40 minutes is just unacceptable. That said, the wings were great per the usual BDubs standard. My only complaint is my order of carrots was absolutetly laughable. I'd like to say I won't be back, but that's not true because I love Buffalo Wild Wings and will always give service industry workers the benefit of the doubt. However, this was a pretty infuriating visit.
The service was very slow but from what I saw it wasn’t the waitresses fault, it was poor management. The restaurant was only half busy so there was no excuse for slow service. Glasses would go empty and we would have to wait. Food was coming to the table one entree at a time so one person had already eat and the others were still waiting on food. Like I said, the waitresses are staying busy but because of poor management the kitchen is not operating properly and the waitresses are overworked. There was no bus boys so the waitresses had to do it all thus making service very slow. The food was very good. No issues with the food
Waited 30 minutes for it to go order. Staff at the front desk will barely talk to you, workers walk by you and don’t even speak to you. Customerservice at this place is awful.And, to top it off, I ordered wings with a dry rub. It was just sprinkled on the top of the wings and not rubbed in all over. Won’t be going back there.
Ordered take out from here Saturday. Missing food from order (fries), the wings were subpar (picture) and missing most of our dipping sauces (1 ranch and 3 Bleu cheese, and one southwest ranch) for an order this size. If I correct this a -5 experience, I would. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was terrible. The first red flag was the sticky table. When I asked for it to be cleaned, the staff said they'd tried to remove the stickiness for days, but it wouldn't come off. Since I was in a good mood with family visiting from far away, I decided to let it slide. When the waitress took our order, I asked for honey mustard with my wings. She mention it would come with an extra charge, per sauce but I wasn’t bothered by it at that point. However, things went downhill when it came to service time. After a 45-minute wait, another waitress—apparently the manager—brought out only three of our four meals. We were informed that due to their “hot and ready” policy, they bring out meals as soon as they’re prepared. They promised my fourth meal would be out shortly, but 15 minutes later, they admitted the kitchen had lost my ticket, causing the delay. During this time, our server was largely absent. When I managed to flag her down, I mentioned I was missing my honey mustard. She claimed the manager had already given it to me. I pointed to all the sauces on the table and asked her to identify which one was the honey mustard (do you were all ranches) She left to check and returned 32 minutes later with my fourth meal and another honey mustard. By this time, the rest of my family had already finished their meals and had been waiting our drink refills When I got the bill, I noticed I’d been charged twice for the honey mustard and for each individual item I ordered. I politely asked the server why, but she insisted the manager swore I’d already received the honey mustard and only offered to bring the manager over if I insisted. I could see the manager across the room looking at us very upset, but out of respect for my family, I didn’t want to make the experience any worse. I decided to leave without tipping, which didn’t sit right with me, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. For the food alone, I couldn’t recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.
Terrible experience but I should have looked at the other reviews. Obviously the “owner” having customers fill out a form to train the staff isn’t working. Received the wrong order and didn’t know it right away. ( I ordered 30 wings, 6 different sauces and I recieved 30 wings 3 different sauces). The staff took the food off the table after we started eating it and took it to the back because they messed up my order, and then put the same already eaten food back on my table just to be thrown away, this seems like a food safety concern or at the least a customer safety issue. How do I know they didn’t spit on my food and bring it back. This place really needs a revamp on customer service and service in general. I am not going to waste my time on a form when obviously the “owner” does not take the time to actually train. The manager did come back with the rest of my order but I do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve been going to this location since high school it use to be good, now the service is absolute trash. If you are expecting to go in here for a quick lunch think again, there is hardly anyone working and it will take well over an hour just to get your food. I’ve ran into the poor service countless times.
The absolute worst service EVER! First off their CO2 wasn’t working so they only had water and tea! Secondly when my son received his tea there was a bug in is drink! We places our order, 15 no less wings , 3 grilled tenders and a “loaded ice cream”. My son got his first not one word was mentioned that the other would be out 10 mins later! I had to go ask where the tenders and ice cream were! 3 mins later the ice cream out. While every one else has finished their food they now have to wait for me to finish my food! The service was absolutely horrible all together. Not once did she ask to fill out drinks!
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon arrival, we found the tables and high chairs to be very oily and dirty. We had to use the towelettes provided at the table to wipe them down ourselves, which was not a great start to our visit. After sitting down, we waited 15-20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to place our order through the phone using the QR code provided at the table. After waiting another 30 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived, and no one had communicated with us. We eventually had to flag down a server to inquire about our order. The server informed us that our fried pickles appetizer could be ready in 2 minutes but was unable to give us any estimate for the rest of our meal, despite us repeatedly asking. Given that it was getting late and close to our daughter’s bedtime, we explained that we couldn't wait indefinitely for a meal that might never arrive. The server offered to have a manager cancel the order, and we agreed. However, to our surprise, the manager never came out to apologize or offer any explanation. There was no attempt to make things right or to compensate for our inconvenience. When we arrived home, we discovered that we had still been charged for the meal that we never received, and an 18% gratuity had been added on top. This was especially frustrating given the poor service and the fact that we left the restaurant without any food and were told our order was being cancelled by a manager. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly caution others to consider their options before dining here. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction were unacceptable.
Not impressed. Everything was so mid… my fries were stale and I barely got any— they were likely whatever old fries they had left so they didn’t have to make a new batch — and the half of my order had pretty much zero lemon pepper on it. I basically had plain chicken and for a 20 dollar combo that’s ridiculous. Will likely never go back to this location.
First of all, I wanna start off by saying my best friend and I visited this location on October 19, 2024 and upon walking in we were seated in a booth and no waitress spoke to us or came by to our table for at least 20 to 25 minutes. When the waitress finally came over, she was very rude to us and took our order for food and drinks and then asked me how long we’ve been married, which I did not answer her. She then said she would put our order in and after 20 more minutes, she finally came back and said she cannot serve us alcohol Because she said we were drunk. I told her that I hadn’t had anything to drink. And she still refused… We asked to speak to a manager who confirmed that we were fine and was able to order drinks. We told the manager that we felt like we were getting racial profiled due to the fact that I am a white girl and my best friend is a black guy. She treated us so badly that we will never return to that location again. The manager told her to stay away from our table which she refused and came over there, begging us not to do anything to her, but I feel like I need to put this out there and that she has other incidents where she did the same thing to other people. I have called corporate on the store. I wouldn’t go there if I was you there are several other employees who were also being very rude to us as well. It really upset us as we love to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Keller but never again.
I dined in there were 6 people seated and my order took 40 mins and it was cold . This was not worth the wait we told the server it was cold and they brought out fresh food 20 mins later so it took like an hour to eat .
This restaurant is struggling with the basics. The service was disengaged and reactive; we had to work to get our server's(Brady) attention for every single request. Drink refills weren't offered, and we watched our server hurry between the bar and kitchen, seemingly avoiding customer interaction. The food quality was just as disappointing. The kitchen openly admitted to not having the right kind of shortening/grease because they had failed to order it. This meant our fries were served inedible—dirty, greasy, and burnt. They tried again, but the result was identical. When a restaurant can't execute on something as simple as french fries and the service is neglectful on a slow night, it's a clear sign of larger issues. Would not recommend until something improves.
I love BWW but hugely disappointed in my visit to this location! Ordered appetizers that took an hour to make it to our table (it was chips and queso). Also, the smell in here is horrible. It smells like a daycare mixed with a gym. It's really musty and gross. We were seated at approximately 6:30 and it's now 7:38 and have yet to get our food. Normally we would have left but it's a Friday night and we didn't want to go elsewhere to have to wait another hour or more for a table. I will never come back to this location. To add insult to injury the Mavericks are playing but there's no sign of the Mavs game on any screen in here, but they have on Heat vs. Pelicans SMH!👎
We go to the location up north quite a bit and always have a good experience. It was terrible here, we were a group of 3. We all put in our food at the same time, 2 of us got our food, waited a while for the 3rd to get their food to not be rude. Ending up eating our food so it wouldn’t be cold, finished our food before our 3rd got their food. They still got charged even though it took about an extra 40 minutes after the rest of us got our food. They also got charged $.60 for ranch after waiting all that time. We had the check put on one tab. Original check came out to $50. Server takes the check and is gone for about 15 minutes. Comes back and gives us the check and now it’s $96, and doesn’t say a word about the almost double cost. We notice and have to ask what happened. Apparently the system “messed up” the first time and didn’t charge for the right stuff. Overall just a really disappointing experience, we will not be coming back here.
I never had a worse experience in my 40 years of going out to eat My wife and I were kicked out of the restaurant after sitting and waiting over 15 minutes for someone to approach us only to then tell my wife she has to take her Starbucks to the car or throw it out. "no outside drinks allowed" so if I bring my grandsons sippy cup I have to leave it in the car, wow, learned my lesson just go to shatsee for wings, the Assistant Manager should no longer have said title Mike Henshall
Stopped by with family tonight. I try not to leave bad reviews but sadly service tonight was probably the worst I have ever gotten at a restaurant. Took almost 1 hour for order of cheese sticks to come out. That should have been the 1st clue. All the food that came out was cold to slight warm. Never offered drink refills even when asked 5 people were done eating when 1 of our party still had not received the burger he ordered. Flagged down a manager who said she would check then disappeared to who knows where. Family member walked back to see if the manager was ok due to time gone. After 2 hours cold enough not to even melt cheese burger finally arrived. Total 2 hours inside the restaurant . Totally totally unacceptable.
Came in at 10:30p and the host told us the dinning tables were closed we ask why and she said because they close it at 10p. No reason to close we had our kids how were we going to seat at the bar? They just didn’t want to work and close early to work less. How is the owner okay losing money because they don't want to work.
The forks and spoons and knifes werent clean and had food on it. They burnt my friends burger to a hard crisp. The tables and booths all had food on them. Its smells like pee throughout the restaurant. And when we asked for a refund they threatened to call the police because we didnt want to eat theyre nasty food. Health code violations everywhere and my friend got food poisoning there. They need to be shut down.
We came in and were told to take a seat anywhere. We sat at a booth for 10 minutes and waiters and waitresses walked by us and didn’t acknowledge us. At the 15 minute mark I went up to the to-go register and asked a lady if someone could come help us. She said she would find out. We sat back down and after 5 more minutes of no acknowledgment we got up and left. We hadn’t been to BWW in years and were looking forward to trying the bottomless apps and giving it another shot. Now I remember why we stopped going there and will never go back.
Their new policy is only to fill the beer glass that you paid for 3/4 of the way. The short beers are a bit better, but you’re still missing a bunch of it. This is deception. You advertise a full beer and then you don’t get it due to “corporate policy.” It’s not like the is good here. This place has gone so far downhill in the last few years that it’s not even worth going here anymore.
Worst buffalo wild wings i been too. Never again will we go here again... waitied over 25 mins for our food and they finally bring it. And u wouldnt believe how cold the food was... so i told our waitress and she take to the back and we had to wait another 20 mins for the order to be messed up again...not once were we offer refrills.. worst experience ever.
Was waiting there for like 20 min nobody came up to help me i just came to pick up my order. Waitresses acting like they were busy but weren't. Until I told one of the cooks if my order was ready.
I placed order today (Superbowl) for a pickup order at 4:40 PM CST. So disorganized and chaotic. Never have I EVER seen a restaurant be this inefficient. This day is literally the super bowl and the restaurant's "super bowl". They literally make the most money on this day than any other day of the year and this pandemic did not sneak up on them. What did they think would happen on the biggest day of the year for them in a era of everyone doing takeout? Not only did it take for me 40 minutes to pick up my prepaid order that the system said was ready but when I got to the front of the line they searched for 10 minutes and determined the order was lost. So now I have to miss the party of the one event that I scheduled everything around because of incompetency Zero excuses. I will NEVER eat here again. Do not eat here of you value accuracy and punctuality.
My pickup order was for 4:50 and here I waited 25 minutes for a messed up, old, and gross order. If it was busy then I would understand but it wasn't. The wings were dressed with the wrong sauces and instead of 20 boneless and 20 original I got a 10/30 mix. The fries were old and stale and some of the chicken was extra extra fried where even the meat was crunchy, it was not edible. Even some of the vegetables were starting to turn, the celery was brown and gooey on the ends. There is no excuse for such horrendous food to be served to anyone. We don't get take out much but today we decide to since we had family coming over. To say this was an utter disappointment to everyone is an understatement.
This place used to be good. We order take out EVERY week. We have watched it get worse and worse. I added a photo of what should have been parmesan, but they are straight up dry wings. The best part is they BARELY sauce the wings...then charge you for asking for extra wet (normal sauce). Every week when we order the same bundles, the 20/20 Wing Bundle, there is always a problem. Ordering online only allows you to choose 1 sauce, which is stupid for 20 wings. So we call in, and its like pulling teeth. Whomever answers the phone never knows what this deal is. They always mischarge us and need to get a manager. Tonight, it turns out they apparently increased the price of the deal in store, but not online? This is according to the manager tonight. The only consistency here is that everything is pretty subpar.

the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST SERVICE I’ve ever got at a restaurant, and it being primarily wings is wild. I’ll never come back to this location.
Door dashed from “wild burger” (which is part of Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered a southwest veggie burger. Upon taking the burger box out of the bag I saw movement on it and it was a fly trapped in the burger box crawling all over the burger. I got paranoid because I’m pregnant and flys can carry diseases and lay eggs so I threw it out. Really disappointed.
We went to this location tonight to have the 6 for $19.99 the waitress told us there would be an upcharge of $1 if we ordered wedges and tator torts even though the side choices were fries, tater tots, or wedges. We asked for a manager and he said they always upcharge for those but this one time he would Comp them. When be wasn't comping anything because they were part of the promotion. He brought back a receipt showing the amount of $47.10 saying he comped the wedges and tater tots charge. We did have an appetizer and My Husband had a beer. As you can see that on the receipt things just weren't adding up right! He kept arguing that it was right etc. The waitress did come back and finally fixed it. We have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings placing the exact same order and never had an issue. Won't be back to this location. Not to mention my husband's food didn't come out until about 10 mind after mine. The staff needs better training and the location needs a better night manager!
Terrible service, messes up orders and don’t even correct the mistakes. Today ordered a simple order and they messed up my amount and flavors and manager used Super Bowl as an excuse not to just correct it or credit me in the future.. the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in area . Tired of it
i’ve never been to a Buffalo wild wings where the cooks did not know the ingredients to the menu items. I ordered a crispy buffalo wrap with ranch on the side and clearly on the menu it states that it's supposed to come with iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. However, there were no tomatoes nor lettuce in the wrap. When I proceeded to ask the worker Eric where the tomatoes were he said I’m sorry I don’t know what comes on the food. Although there is a menu plastered on the register right in front of him where he can see, he still stood there looking dumbfounded. I asked to have the wrap made correctly and there was no apology. He just took it to have them remake it. I then asked for the manager because common sense is that since I have to wait on one item that you would remake the fries since they will now be cold. Not only did I wait almost 40 minutes for my order, but there was no compensation, free drink or anything for my inconvenience. I will be contacting corporate because this is simple stuff that should be accommodated by functioning adults with brains. also, the fries were not remade, just warmed up and soggy. No, I have one more ranch, please. Thank you.
Came in to watch a stars game recently. Host with the Afro gave us attitude when we asked to sit at a table that wasn’t directly under the tv to watch the game. Then the server for the section walked up and got an attitude with us for wanting a different table. Ordered queso, it showed up eventually less than half full. We got drink refills in the beginning, then basically didn’t see the server again until she brought the bill. We got more service from another server that ran our food
Family of 4 spent $80+ for food that taste like it had just been sitting under a hot rack all day. Mac and cheese was not fresh but came out warmed up from a microwave or something. My husband had to get up and get him self a refill because 7 minutes went by and the staff was no where to be found. The food is over priced for the experience we received. To top this all off the TV over our heads kept on flickering like a strobe light giving my 9 year old a head ache to the point we're she couldn't finish her dinner. This location needs to get it together. Hard earned money wasnt worth this experience!
Came here with the sole purpose of blessing someone with a huge tip for Christmas. Wasn't given the opportunity, because me and my 2 young sons don't look like a very lucrative table, so we were completely ignored for over 10 minutes. The 6-top who came in after us was greeted. Way to make your guests feel welcome, Y'all. Merry Christmas.
Ate boneless wings and fries. The wings had a hard crunchy coating that needed to be cut with a knife. The breading was hard, crunchy and chewy, not in a good way. The chicken was dry, chewy and flavorless. ALL the flavor came from the hot sauce covering. The order of fries was unacceptionally small and flavorless. Myself and a friend were the only customers at around 1:00 p.m. which may indicate previous customer satisfaction. He had fried pickles. I took a small bite out of one and the entire pickle slid out from the fried coating. The manager made things right an indicated items were received frozen from a central supplier and there could be a quality issue. Needless to say I will not be returning. There are way too many other restaurants in the area that may better deserve your business
This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We sat down and waited forever for someone to even come take our order. The only reason we were helped at all was because we flagged down another server, the only one who actually seemed to be working and keeping her tables happy. She said she’d find our waitress, came back later and said she couldn’t, but that she would take care of us herself. Then suddenly our original waitress appeared, told the helpful lady we were her table, and took over. I wish she hadn’t. Our waitress had terrible customer service from the start. We ordered right away — Dr Pepper, a beer, a water, fried pickles, and two wing orders (10 bone-in and 6 bone-in). Drinks came out… minus the water (that we never got) Then we waited forever for the food. We watched a table that sat down 20 minutes after us get multiple mixed drinks, their appetizer, full meals, and even their check before we got our food. When the food finally came out, it was cold to the touch. Trying to find our waitress to fix it was another waiting game, and when we did tell her, she gave us a look like it was somehow our fault. She took the food back and we finally could eat. To top it off, the first helpful waitress accidentally brought burgers to our table that weren’t ours, clearly annoyed, and we overheard her tell our waitress, “Dude, you rang it up under the wrong table.” That pretty much summed up the whole night. We normally tip 25%, but this time we didn’t, and honestly felt bad about it, but the service and food were that bad. I’ll never come back here, not just because of the awful service, but because I got sick later that night and threw up the chicken. I’m not expecting fine dining I mean… it’s buffalo wild wings. But at least decent food and for a waitress to tend to her table.
Ordered 10 boneless wings, small potato wedges, and paid for two extra sauces. I did not receive one of the sauce, the boneless wings were so dried and hard it was inedible. I was at work and had uber the dinner to my place of work. Very disappointing, because it took forever for them to prepare the food, but still came out horrible. By the time the driver got there, they were still “wrapping” up so there’s no way the food should be cold, dried. I would not recommend this location.
Had a party of 6 men Saturday Oct 4th. The worst service ever. Took full hr for food to come and when it did it was ice cold. Had to get own drinks from bar! Table beside us with kids had same problem. I don’t know why they have gone down so much in the past few yrs. But it’s an every time we go thing! Will not be going back.
It’s unfortunate to have to write this but this is the SECOND time I have came to this location and there were feathers in the wings. I have never in my years of living experienced this in the wing industry. The staff there doesn’t seem to take what they are doing seriously. It’s disappointing that we couldn’t even finish the food. To see it for yourself the photos are attached, honestly won’t be eating here again. The images show the feathers we pulled off and also one image with the feathers still attached, mind you this happened on two different occasions. The chefs in the back NEED to be fired.
Used to eat at this location a lot it but seems to have gone at downhill over the last few years. The last time I was there is absolutely the last time we will go eat there. The last several times we've been when the food is brought out it's clearly old and had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long and the service was terrible. This final time we went, our server was very sweet, but service was extremely slow for the restaurant to not be very busy at all. We were seated in a booth and a roach crawled across my lap. Instead of causing the scene I simply asked to be moved tables, and then again we were brought old nasty wings, and fries. I asked to pay for the beer I ordered and leave. No manager ever came to speak with me about either one of these issues in the same visit. They need to make some major improvements.
Dining in or delivery are both horrible choices for this location. Atmosphere: Rotten sour carpet smell. Food: also sour, tastes of white vinegar. Delivery: cold food that is 30 mins late. Refund: rejected by BWW and also by DoorDash. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. Even requesting to speak to a manager was a real life interrogation. Followed by the GM telling me they cannot refund me for the sour dog food they attempted to serve me. Informed me to reach out to DoorDash for refund; only to have DoorDash tell me to reach out to the GM for a refund. Called the GM at BWW back and was told to hold because they are “like, super slammed” At this point I just gave up, called my bank and disputed the charge.
We waited 40 minutes for a to-go order that was supposed to take 20 minutes just for the food to come out cold. The nachos were soggy and the mozzarella sticks were like biting into a block of cheese that came out of the refrigerator. They included a complimentary brownie as an “apology” that expired in February (6 months ago). Don’t take anybody here who has food sensitivities. The staff clearly did not care about the quality of their food or their service. Would not give this place another chance.
To the managers of this location: please be advised that your cooks need to be replaced or retrained! My fried pickles were badly under cooked, still showing white batter in many places. The potato wedges were over cooked to the point of being hard and they were such small pieces that I believe they were just the left overs from other orders! I don't know how my son's food was because he took it elsewhere and didn't say anything to me about it when he returned. We ordered through Door Dash. They did provide a partial refund (absolutely not the full cost of the food I had to throw away!) but I wanted management to know of this fiasco. While my son may order from this location again, I certainly will NOT. By the way, they didn't even send all of the sauces we chose.
