Better than pho real. They give you more limes and has great service.
Stopped for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Michael the proud young Restaurant Owner let me know that everything on the menu was made right there in their kitchen. Authentic Vietnamese/Thai food that came out quickly and was delicious! Highly recommended!
everyone was so nice here the food was so good recommend the chicken pho so good! the workers are so nice and the build very nice decor my #1 pho spot!
Dinner night trying a new place, FABULOUS Thai meal, Tai Chin was on point, two ladies on staff held down about 50% occupancy really well. Pic was after I enjoyed the meal, what can I say, my expectations where blown outta the water! Will be returning for sure!!!! The only thing negative I would have to say is more attention to cleaning the floors, but other than that, well done, well done…
We decided to give it a try and were so very glad we did. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was full of smiles, caring customer service, and we didn't wait long for food. I highly recommend the Wonton Soup! That's the best one I've ever had, loved it so much we ordered an extra to take home. The egg rolls were so delicious as well. I had the Pho and it was so fantastic as well. We will be back!
Excellent food at a good price. Don't worry about the "I ordered take-out Pho and got raw meat" review. This is completely NORMAL and is how every Pho place does it. You just heat the broth to the appropriate temperature (I shoot for 180F) and then pour it over the noodles&beef. The beef cooks in an instant. Only the chicken is precooked when ordering take-out.
I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and so when I saw the ratings for Ms Saigon I really wanted to try it out. I came for a late lunch and was able to get a seat right away. All the tables were clean and ready for a guest. The staff was welcoming and it was a great start to lunch. I like to order the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork and an egg roll. Their vermicelli bowl is well done. There were lots of great vegetables with lettuce, carrots, daikon, and cucumber. The noodles were perfectly cooked and they included the chopped peanuts which seem to get skipped more and more. The pork was really lean and well-marinated before going on the grill. You can add an egg roll to the pork bowl for one dollar more, so I definitely wanted to try one of those. I would have preferred to have my egg roll cut into four smaller bites, but that is just a picky detail for me. I bet they would do it if I asked in the future. What made this bowl stand out was the Nuoc Cham. It is amazing how much their Nuoc Cham influenced the dish. Their preparation of this essential item is special. I think it is a little sweeter, but there is other goodness in that little bowl that makes us want to eat it with a spoon. The service was quick and I really enjoyed Ms. Saigon Pho & Grill. This is the best Vietnamese I have had in the Keller area and I want to come back and try some of their other dishes such as the stir fries and of course the Pho. Thank you for an amazing experience.
A great spot for Vietnamese in the Bear Creek area. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with plenty of seating for small parties, and a few tables for the larger ones. The staff was super attentive, making sure everything was going great and taking care of every request. I went with a large bowl of pho, and it's no joke...stick with the small bowl if you fill up fast. Flavor-wise, the pho broth felt "tame" compared to other restaurants, with less spices popping out at you, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed with the generous helpings of jalapeno, mint, and lime (Sriracha and hosin sauce helps, too). The eye round and flank steak were perfect. I finished it off with a Vietnamese iced coffee for the road, and it absolutely hit the spot. If you're in the area and want some great Vietnamese (even if you already enjoy one of the other many restaurants around here), you owe it to yourself to give them a try.
I've been traveling quite a distance to get some quality Pho. We live in Keller and had tried this place before. Now that they have changed ownership the Pho has been revamped and is now my favorite Pho that rivals or exceeds the best places in DFW. They also have a selection of Thai dishes. I was very surprised with their Papaya salad. It's great to have wonderful ethic foods in Keller. If you live in Keller you've got to try them out. So much better with the new owner!
The best PHO in a wide range from this area! Wow! I had given up on pho but my son found Ms Saigon and was having pho every other day! He convinced me to try it and I am totally hooked! Full of vegetables. Even the "small" is significant. Lots of other great dishes if your friends are reluctant to come to a "pho" place. Don't be too late for evening eat in. At 8:31 you will get takeout only. Can't say it enough... Great PHO!
The place is quiet. The owner, Tony, is friendly and will customize dishes to your liking. They offer catering as well. The Tom Yum Gai was very satisfying with the right amount of sour. I added the pho veggies and rice noodles on the side. A wonderful food experience. My ca phe sua da was some of the best I have had in this area.
Absolutely delicious. Under new management and you can taste the difference! My family and I had fried pork belly, spring rolls, pho, thai curry, fried rice, and mango sticky rice. I no longer have to leave town for top notch dish. Also, the matcha green tea boba was great.
My first time at this location, the food was delicious. I will be coming back soon. Tony, the owner, and his staff were great! 😎👍🏼
Great food + Genuine staff + Quality flavor = Ms. Saigon. From the aromatic spring rolls to the savory Phó to the mouthwatering mango sticky rice, everything we tried was delicious. If you are craving southeast Asian cuisine, come here. Pro tip: Order the Vietnamese Lemonade
It's like walking into a Vietnamese Narnia. The tinted glass doesn't give you any idea what a treasure it hides inside. The atmosphere was so friendly and kind I wanted to sit there and never leave. We started off with milk tea and the boba was done the right way. As an appetizer, we ordered fried chicken dumplings. 1. main meal: Wonton soup(I was so glad I had the 8 pork&shrimp dumplings instead of only six, because they were so delicious!) The broth had a nice ginger flavor. 2. Grilled pork and shrimp vermicelli was a rich bowl with flavorful fish sauce on the side. I can add this place to my comfort food list with certainty and you should too, or at least give them a try.
The food is amazing. Went in for a Saturday night and it was one of our best food decisions. Definitely will be coming back soon! Josh was our waiter and did a great job. Beautiful restaurant and friendly staff. Totally recommend if you're in the mood for some good authentic Vietnamese food.
Have been meaning to stop in for quite a while. Call rainy day, The large bowl of of pho was outstanding to just the right amount of spice. My waiter was very helpful and friendly. Quiet little place to relax and enjoy the excellent food, and I'm looking forward to ordering ahead and dropping by for some take home.
Everything here is a 10/10! One of my new go to places. They have the best spring rolls I’ve tried and I’ve tried many! Service is also a 10/10. Nice little cozy restaurant. Don’t miss out on this one!
What a tremendous place this is! Authentic Vietnamese food with impeccable service! If you know Vietnamese cuisine, this is a restaurant you should visit regularly! If not, give them a try! Local, friendly and professional!!
Excellent local place. Fresh ingredients, friendly service. We recommend the spicy lemongrass beef noodle soup (tasty not spicy). Bahn Mi, spring rolls and egg rolls were all excellent.
Tasty food, ordered this (stirfry, with tofu, friedrice) many, many times. Each time, fresh ingredients are used, the sauce is tasty. Great service too!!

The food here is phenomenal! The best yellow curry I've ever had in my entire life! The customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend eating here. Especially if you're dining with your family.
5 stars for Miss Saigon !! If you haven’t tried it…. You have to! You will not be disappointed. I just got back from Vietnam and they have the most freshest and tastiest menu, especially their Pho broth!! They are so friendly and the service is amazing. Thanks again … we will be back soon.
I ordered carry out yesterday and saw the sign “under new management”. Interesting. My chicken fried rice is possibly the best fried rice I have ever tasted. If this is their new direction it looks good!

Edit: they reached out and refunded me and even offered a new meal! Super nice and friendly Okay so I spent around $30 total, around 15 per entree including tax. So this place was a little pricey for some mid food. I got the com thit nuong for both and although it was pleasant UNTIL I found a piece of hair in my rice. As seen in the picture although a bit blurry. It was wavy hair and mine is straight so definitely not mine. I unfortunately got take out and couldn't make the drive back to dispute. Absolutely disgusting. Idc if someone says it's just hair. The fact that I paid $30 for this really ruined my appetite. The meat was tasty ( I tried it before I found the hair unfortunately), a lil dry but not worth it.

The service was great, and our server was very attentive and kind. The tables did feel a bit cramped. The price was what you expect for a Pho restaurant. The Pho broth itself was okay. I have had worse, but also have had better. The fried rice and spring rolls were done well. My kids enjoyed the boba.
The chicken wings were quite good but the taste may be a little off-putting to the western palate. Heavy on the fish sauce but that's the way I like it. And very affordable when you get 12 wings. The bun bo hue however was a disappointment. The soup was very one dimensional and way too salty. It didnt have the normal complex taste that I much prefer over regular pho. The included slices of meat also tasted a little funky, like it had been cooked a while and been sitting around for a while.
The staffs is great, the guy is very nice and friendly, But the food lack of flavor, the vibe is good. I love the Thai tea!! It’s so good, but Pho isn’t a great flavor but huge portions and affordable.
So wish we could give this restaurant 5 stars but it’s really hit or miss. The first time we tried it, we loved our food, second and now third time was very disappointed. We got our food to go this time and when we got home we saw that the majority of our curry sauce was spilled into the bag…. This could have easily been resolved with proper containers. Food wasn’t very flavorful. For this price point, I would definitely expect better and consistent flavor!

Waited about 7 minutes to get my drinks while other staff were sitting on their phones. They accommodated my changes to the curry I made. But once I got my food. No one ever came back. I sat with an empty drink for the last half of my meal. I needed chili paste as well. Once I was done, I sat for another 5 or so minutes waiting for my check. There was one other table in there…
Ordered a bowl of pho and the broth was super duper salty. It was so salty that I couldn't even use up the broth. I had to dilute the broth just to be able to eat it. It lost all the Flavors and I was so disappointed that I couldn't even enjoy it.

Order to go was not good at all. Food cold, did not taste good at all. Pork meat did not taste like pork.
I had gone here for lunch a few times and loved the lunch specials. Went again and they took away the lunch specials, I went for the all meat pho. Very disappointed, I pulled all meat out , since it was either fat or very tasteless, and rubbery. I had maybe half of the broth with noodles and bean sprouts , definitley wont go back. What happened ms saigon ??
The staff was very friendly, but I was shocked that the three small shrimp included in the Vermicelli's three protein options cost extra, so I removed them from my order. The pork had a strong smell, and the vegetables tasted moldy, so I couldn't finish my meal and left after paying. The Pho was okay. Table was sticky.
Honestly we walked in it stinks, food was 5/10 the coffee was actually great but the “new management “ was just horrible took a couple of our people there will never happen again ! It’s all about attitude for us we asked for the ac to be better the guy said mango sticky rice was out of season? Like what lol
To be honest, this was the most bland Pho I've had in my entire life. The meatballs were bland and undercooked, the portion size seemed minimized for a large. I ordered the extra round steak and couldn't tell if there was extra in the box. The presentation was sad... I won't return and it's not a recommendation I would give anyone if you are craving Pho, go for a drive and try someplace else!
I placed an order at this restaurant simply because of the ratings. I have tried several other pho places so far so I went out of my way to try a place that has better ratings. I arrived home only to find a small amount of food even though I ordered a large portion. The raw beef was on the noodles. It was not a good experience for me. I will say that the broth tastes better than the other Vietnamese restaurant I visited.

I was excited to go eat with my family. Never should have came here. Website says they close at 9. We show up at 8:15. They only offer us to go. I guess they don’t want to make money? Will not be coming back.
Absolutely some of the worst Thai food I’ve ever had without getting sick. Had pad thai, drunken noodles, crab rangoon, and spring rolls. Pad thai noodles were overcooked, extremely soft and greasy, drunken noodles were overcooked to the point of falling apart and full of raw onions, the crab rangoon tastes like dough and was gummy, spring rolls were mediocre and peanut sauce was watery and flavorless.
