Why have I never been here before? A group ordered 6 different pizzas and everyone loved theirs. The staff was very nice and helpful. The stuff crust was a win.

Where else can one walk in, and staff know you by name, and know what some of your favorites are? From the GM, to all staff, they treat everyone like family and friends. Fast friendly service, generous amounts of food, and everything is always hot and fresh. Generous portions. If you have never been there, you need to try it out, and decide for yourself. Also, they have a rewards program (free to signup) that earns you points for every purchase that can be redeemed for food, drinks, etc.. Below is what I got, and wife got today (I had the BYOP: Thin Crust, Alfredo sauce, with chicken, Canadian Bacon, Pineapple & Wife had the Tandoori Feather

First time at Pie Five in a while. We ordered two pizzas, both were good. The wife ordered the High Five and I got the Five-Alarm Fire, but substituted chicken for the pepperoni. The worker advised me it would be pretty spicy, but it was not too spicy at all. Overall, it was a good fast dinner pizza. The inside is a typical Pie Five Pizza, nothing fancy.

No other restaurant knows my name and these wonderful folks at the Keller Pi Five always greet me by name when I come in! The pies are fresh and hot and perfect every time. I have never had a bad pie or salad, the service has always been outstanding and I often eat here twice a week! Won't be anything left of my Mike's Sticky Fingers pie when I leave! And I am a long time Circle of Crust member. Absolutely worth it!

We have started to eat Pizza because of this wonderful pizza place!! Great pizza, made fresh in front of you. Wide variety. 03/2023 ~ Still amazing!! Our go to Pizza place, warm welcome. Feels like family. ❤️ Our favorite- Not your father's Veggie :) on a thin crust.

Pictures shown and description doesn't say anything about 1 or the other then I get told they don't have what I'm talking about regarding the drizzle smh "sir idk what you are talking about" how about read the damn description of your OWN MENU ITEM!

Had a pretty bad experience with the staff here, and honestly, the food wasn’t that great either. Pie Five is supposed to be like a Subway for pizza, you pick your ingredients and they make it in front of you, but the staff clearly aren’t paying attention or taking care in what they’re doing. When I got home, I realized I was given the wrong pizza: just ham and mozzarella with no sauce. Definitely not what I ordered. I went back up there right away (after only one slice was eaten), and they told me they couldn’t do anything since it had been “eaten.” Then they insisted they “made it exactly how I asked,” even though I know I didn’t ask for a dry pizza with just ham and cheese. The only time I stepped away was to deal with my car door not closing properly, which took maybe a minute, but even then, a pizza like that should have raised red flags to anyone paying attention. I ended up getting the manager’s number and gave it to my mom. When she called, they made zero effort to fix the situation. Instead of reviewing what actually happened, they just said “we have you on camera ordering that”, which, again, doesn’t make sense given the order and how little time I was gone. To make things worse, the food handling practices here are seriously concerning. I watched multiple employees handle raw meats, veggies, and toppings without changing gloves or cleaning the prep surface in between. Meats were being mixed together, vegetables got dragged through leftover toppings, and there was no separation between items for different pizzas. I had to ask them more than once to remove bacon bits that ended up on a pizza that was supposed to only have sausage, pepperoni, and hamburger. It wasn’t just a mistake, it was a pattern of careless cross-contamination that makes it hard to trust anything they make. And this isn’t a one-time issue. On previous visits, I’ve received pizzas that were raw and gooey in the middle, completely undercooked. The price also doesn’t match the quality. You can get a larger, better-made pizza somewhere else for the same amount. Between the wrong order, the refusal to fix it, and the serious food safety concerns, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

This location has the worst service. The people make you feel unwelcomed and like a burden they have to fix a pizza. I can overlook a lot of nonverbal behavior so I went on to order. I told the girl the pizza I wanted. I’ve ordered it many times before (on cauliflower crust) with no issues. At the register they always ask if I want red peppers or magic dust. This time they didn’t so I told them I just wanted the magic dust. After waiting 15 minutes, I get my pizza and go to my car. I took a bite and realized it’s covered in red peppers. My mouth is on fire..yes I don’t tolerate spice well! I took it in and explained that I didn’t want pepper on it. The girl says it comes that way. I explained I couldn’t eat it and asked if they could remake it. The girl storms off and I asked if there was a problem because I’m clueless why she is so angry. The manager says yes there is. We will need to charge you for the crust. I told her don’t worry about it just give me a refund. I then ask for their corporate number and she gave me her card with her number. I called another location and unfortunately due to them being franchise there is no upper management. $17 for an individual pizza is a lot and then they wanted to charge another $4 to remake it.

I’m guessing the name, Pie Five Pizza, is the rating they deserve, 5 out of 10 stars. Forget this Pizza Chain! It’s terrible pizza. First the crust is soggy, not crispy, as it should be. Too much sauce and cheese result in a wet pizza! The oven is a conveyor belt! Where are the wood fired ovens? Few and far between in America. The three things that are crucial in a proper pizza are, a properly made crust, a delicious sauce and the correct cheese. This chain has none of them. Sure miss authentic Italian pizza.
