Love this place, have gone there for years now, the owner Tommy is an absolute gem. Super kind, friendly and always up for a talk. Food is great, my personal Favorite is the Sausage and Brisket combo. Their BBQ and their rolls are great too.
We really love this place. It is always great for a family outing when we have my mother-in-law in town or it is a kiddo birthday. They're accommodating with really large tables and everyone is so kind. I'm a real estate agent in the area and I am asked about great family restaurants regularly. I always talk about this one for barbecue because of the great dining room.
Underrated BBQ joint. I have to go back when I get in town. Best bread on sandwiches and the rolls. Must have the fries. OMG the seasoning is on point. Baked potato is fire too. You can’t go wrong no matter what you order here. Unlimited veggies when you dine in. Love the cafeteria style ordering.
Found a new spot! Went in around 7pm and tried whatever was just put out cooked, which was baby back ribs, potato salad, baked beans. Absolutely wonderful food and service from Jared and John at the meat counter. Had to be rolled out in a wheelbarrow I ate so much.
Really, really good. I've been to other spring creeks and they just were meh. I don't know what they do different here, but the food is on point. Super friendly staff, and that Tommy Money is an example of customer service. He acts like he's known you forever, and since I live close, he probably will. Service does make a difference, and here, it's just another reason to visit. Great job.
Katherine knows our orders better than we do! Super friendly atmosphere and super tasty food. My favorite pepper sausage and okra in town 😁
There is BBQ everywhere in TX, but this is one of the better places. The fresh backed rolls add to an already superb selection of ribs, sausage, chicken and brisket. Sides are great, with a good selection of deserts.
Their salads are good and huge. The ranch is homemade and yummy. The bread is warm and fresh. The baked potatoes are big and prefluffed so the butter melts well into. And they will give you extra butter no problem ! My son didn't like the potato salad but ate up everything else
Celebrated grandma's 93 birthday here. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bread was fresh and incredible. This staff sets the bar for all other restaurants!
Keller location is awesome! I wish I asked the lady's name who took our order because she was outstanding! Fast and very kind. Everyone was very polite. Will visit again!
Just want to give a Huge Shout out to Spring Creek in Keller. Stopped by last night for a take out order at almost closing time. While I hate doing this near closing time, the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Nathan quickly stepped up and took my order and the staff prepared my take out order quickly and even brought it to the car. I walked away totally shocked by this awesome Customer Service. You don't find this many places. Oh! The food was outstanding too. Can't wait to go back to Spring Creek in Keller. Thank you all.
We used them to provide food for a recent all hands meeting at work. Great food, amazing customer service. Thank you Tommy for making this so easy!
Went here for dinner this week. The baby back ribs were excellent. And the fresh bread, I couldn't get enough of it. Now the downside, I gained about 3 lb.
Spring Creek allowed us to hold my parents 51st wedding anniversary party in their banquet hall, and the manager and all the staff were beyond kind and accommodating for all of us! The food was perfect and we love Spring Creek! Great food, great memories! Thanks!
It was my 1st time there. I loved it, very good food definitely fulfilling and not in a too much uncomfortable full, just perfect. Awesome staff the the young man that was serving your choice of meat he was so kind awesome aura and very good customer service. In fact the 3 young were awesome service great attitudes. 👌💯🥰 In fact my friend and I got there 10 mins before closed so they definitely included and extra side on the house and treated as if it was not about to close no rush patient and honored our coupon on buy one get one free completely split bill in half and that made all the difference for aire. Quality and quaintly A1. And there fresh rolls were so sosososo good. I can't wait to return. Truly for my 1st time absolutely no complaints. 👌💯🥰
Ate here several years ago, liked the food, even if a bit pricey. Wife and I have visited 4 or 5 times in last 6 weeks - still delicious. Sides are fresh, pickles and raw onions plentiful, very tasty cole slaw and potato salad. "Moist" brisket and ribs VERY Good. Sausage merely average. Nice atmosphere. Since most fast food outlets and casual dining restaurants have raised prices and lowered service, a lot of places that used to beat Spring Creek on price have caught up, with lower-quality food, making this a excellent value. Only ding? Only 1 variety of BBQ sauce, which doesn't "ring my bell". At least 1 alternative, if not 2 (a sweet/smokey and a spicier) varieties should be offered.
Catering from this location was AMAZING. Mr. Money knocked it out of the park for our team meeting at work. Everyone was going for seconds or thirds! New favorite place!
Fave BBQ. Also runs specials with coupons. Fave BBQ, in the DFW area!
I am a regular here. It is always clean. The food is always amazing and tonight the ribs were exceptionally good.!! Get the baby back!!! This is my go to barbecue place
The moist brisket and traditional sausage plate with two sides is yummy! The potato salad and green beans really complement the meat. The folks serving up the food always have a good attitude and seem to be having a lot of fun. This is my Friday night go to and it never disappoints!
Good ribs. Love the fresh rolls brought to your table.
Always a great place for families and for local schools. Very accommodating for family with little kids.
We frequent Spring Creek regularly & it's always good food & service but this time we needed a larger space to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. Tommy, the manager & his staff made this party perfect. He & staff were so helpful & ready to provide anything we needed. Since you really can't "reserve" the side room, we did call ahead & let him know about 20 of us were going to be arriving. He & staff were the best!
We took my grandpa for his 91st birthday last night and Tommy Money and his staff were incredible! You don’t get customer service and attention like this anymore. Great food, large portions and 5 star customer service! Thanks for making my Grandpas birthday so special!
Me and my husband love this location the food and bread is always 10/10 we love the manager Tommy he always welcomes us with such a greeting and all his workers are always super friendly we love tipping the bus boys because they are always so kind! We won’t go to any other bbq place Tommy always makes us smile in the door and out the door!
We had our large family meet at Spring Creek Keller for my mother in law 90th birthday. We wanted the side room to accommodate our crowd. Tommy, the Mgr, met all our expectations to help her have an enjoyable special day. He did any and everything he could to give us top rated service. His help with all he did for us and his friendly, joyful personality made our day even better! Thank you sir and thank all the staff for being so helpful and friendly! It's so nice to patronize a restaurant where the food is good, staff is friendly and they are glad you're there! Nice job Spring Creek Keller! We will be back and we highly recommend this place!!!
Great place to eat and reasonably priced. The bbq is always good and I love their sauce. They are very friendly and they have the best baked potatoes I've ever had. They are huge!! If you like super big loaded baked potatoes you have to get one here as your side. The french fries here are pretty good too and of course their fresh, hot bread is good as well. I've tried more expensive bbq places and still prefer this place. It has great food and a nice, comfy, family atmosphere.
We have been here several other times. This is a self serve place, but they are very quick to get your order together. All of there meats are very good. We heard and saw that a lot of to go rolls were ordered , so that did delayed us from getting those hot fresh delicious rolls several times. The interior of Spring Creek is old time, old west look. We had buy one rib plate and get another equal or less value plate for free. They come in the Valpack coupons in mail. Can be used Sunday through Thursday. This won't be our last visit there ! 😁
Brisket is terrific and the service was good. Appreciate the young man working on cleaning tables. His name was Tyler and look forward to going back for the baked potatoes!
It's been a while since we ate at Spring Creek, so I ordered the family pack for pick-up through Uber Eats since it offered a discount—couldn't beat that! We got sliced brisket, ham, coleslaw, beans, and mashed potatoes. I also added an order of ribs. I must say, all the dishes tasted really good. The brisket, ham, and ribs were cooked perfectly—none of that dryness like at Rudy's. All three meats were moist, and the sides were delicious. Lucky for us, the rolls were freshly made when I went to pick up the order. It was pretty busy when I went to pick it up. The setup wasn’t the greatest—it was tight, and people were in each other’s way trying to get by. There were no waiting areas for customers picking up their to-go orders, which meant we were in the way of dine-in customers. Overall, it was an awkward setup. Sadly, I forgot to take pictures of the food."
The food was perfectly cooked and great tasting. The baked tater was huge! Very friendly folks working there and plenty of parking! We will be back again
Joseph the manager was a wonderful person that helped us and my daughter who is autism has made her day. Such a kind gentle soul.I'll be coming back here more with my daughter.
The staff at this restaurant are always very nice. They always greet you, talk to you and seem really happy in their jobs. The food is fresh and the ribs are delicious. We try to eat there once a week. It’s a great experience.
Came in for the first time today, pleasantly greeted by.Sydney… I ordered a combo plate with chicken and brisket.. brisket was a little colder than I like but Jeremy was super quick to bring me some that was perfect! Hannah brought us some fresh rolls right out of the oven (Yum!!!). Food was really about a 4.5 but wasn’t an option… the customer service, EXCEPTIONAL! Definite 5 ⭐️. Thank you - will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!!!
Purported to be the best barbecue in Texas and I would rate it highly. Ribs are particularly succulent and falling-off-the-bone. Highly recommend Spring Creek BBQ.
Surprisingly amazing! I ended up at Spring Creek Barbeque for a fundraising night for my son’s school, and honestly… I wasn’t expecting much. But WOW. I was so wrong. The place completely surprised me. The vibe is classic Texas BBQ, the kind that feels real, not like those trendy Austin “BBQ experiences” that are more for tourists than actual locals. This is the real deal: smoky, simple, delicious, and zero pretension. The brisket? Amazing. The ribs? Dangerous. The rolls? I’m still thinking about them. I’ve actually gone back several times since that fundraiser (which should tell you everything). It’s comforting, consistent, and genuinely tasty. If you want authentic, no-nonsense, honest-to-goodness barbecue, Spring Creek Barbeque is it. Highly recommended and not just because my kid’s school got a check.
The staff was very kind, considerate & helpful. Had a coupon for buy 1 rib dinner, get one free. Total bill for two, roughly $25. Good deal
We've been enjoying this Spring Creek BBQ location for years. The BBQ itself has always been great quality and quantity, based on our experience at other bbq restaurants. The behind the counter employees (cut the beef, ribs, etc.) are very welcoming and friendly...especially nice to be "welcomed back" each visit. Management stops by tables to check-in with diners...really nice! They also offer buy one-get one coupons, which certainly helps people on a retiree budget. We'll continue to come here often!
We had the rib dinners. You get as much bread as you want, so I took two ribs and made a sandwich. The rest will be leftovers! Had a side of corn and a side of coleslaw. I admit I wish I had two pieces of corn bc it was good, and seems more like a proper size for a side. The bathrooms are always clean. The line is always quick. I advise people join the memebership program. It is definitely worth it.
Growing up in Arlington, Texas we frequently visited the original Spring Creek location. Yesterday was my grandfather’s 92 birthday and he wanted Spring Creek rolls and barbecue. This Keller location is the closest to them so we met there. Upon entering the facility was organized and clean. Going through the line was as easy as ever and the staff was friendly. The veggies and meats were just how I remembered them. They were fresh, moist, and that signature Spring Creek sauce! The manager at this location Tommy went out of his way to make my grandfather feel special. That was super appreciated by all of us! Definitely worth a stop here if you are in the area!
The BBQ & Vegetables taste great here and the chop beef baked potato was awesome. My plate had everything on it lol. I like how the manager Tommy just greets everyone with a big smile and how his cooks always have some sort of cheer to what kind meat you order. Awesome work place for teenagers.
Pick two meats with two sides. Reasonable prices! Biscuits are homemade and hot and delicious! They are all you want! Good BBQ!
Decent food, I wouldn't say it's the best BBQ out there but better than I thought. For the price for a dinner plate the sides are small but the meat serving isn't bad compared to others. I think it's somewhere you can go for a quick bite but nothing that would stand out. Their service is good and the kids working there are cool.
Average barbeque, but a staff of great, young employees. If you've seen one Spring Creek, you've likely seen them all...the decor is mostly unimpressive, though they definitely keep the restaurant clean. There is something a tad unsettling about eating in a quiet restaurant with muted country music playing while a TV in the corner is powered on, but only displaying a black screen. The food itself is fine...not really anything to brag about, but not gross, either. The brisket was dry, and needed plenty of that runny BBQ sauce, but the turkey was well kept, juicy with some good flavor. Sides were all pretty good. The place where this spot really shines is their ability to bring in some friendly, hard-working teens to handle most everything in the front of the house. They also offer their in-school employees a bonus for good grades, which is a very nice touch. If you just need a quick BBQ fix in town while supporting local teens, this is definitely a spot to consider.
3.7 stars. Been a few years since we ate here, but the food is just as good as we remembered. Prices are up a bit due to general inflation but using the coupon from the monthly mailer helped us save a few bucks. Both the boys got the rib dinner ($19.95). Wife had the turkey plate ($17.95) while I went with the combo dinner ($18.95). Employees were friendly and brought fresh hot rolls to our table two separate times during our meal. Clean dining area made for a pleasant experience. Definitely good for your next BBQ craving.
The food was good but the condition of the restaurant was not impressive. The tile floors look like they need a good hard scrubbing.
Came in kind of late in the evening, about an hour before closing, and staff couldn't have been nicer. My bro-in-law and I got ribs and moist brisket, using a coupon, which they had zero problem with. We had a mix of baby backs & spare ribs. Baby backs might've been a little tastier than the spare ribs, but they were all good, really. Brisket had a nice crust on it, was smoky and, as claimed, moist. Young lady came by twice asking if we wanted more bread (really more like a big dinner roll, but very airy, not doughy). Recommend trying out this place if you haven't.
The portion sizes were inadequate. Service was subpar and did not meet expectations. Photographic evidence will be provided. The absence of baked or mashed potatoes at a barbecue restaurant is noteworthy. Furthermore, soliciting tips before food quality or service has been assessed is unacceptable. There was a lack of waitstaff attention to ensure customer satisfaction or address any needs. The sparsely populated parking lot and dining room should have served as a warning. The ribs and brisket were dry, while the turkey was acceptable. Most staff appeared preoccupied with their phones rather than customer service.
Stopped by this place due to a buy one get one free rib dinner coupon in my local sales mailer and I am glad I did. I went with my mother and we had the St Louis style ribs. There was also a choice of babyback. Dinner comes with 2 home style sides or you can have one premium side to replace the two homestyle and a roll. A drink is not included. The ribs were smoked to perfection tender, juicy, seasoned well..You know you have something good when you don't need bbq sauce. I had coleslaw and pinto beans as a side. The coleslaw was very good once you added salt.and pepper.to.your liking. Coleslaw was crunchy not soggy and overly dressed. The pinto beans were good also. I have had better but I can't complain. My mother had the pinto beans and the potato salad. She didn't care for the beans but said the potato salad was good once you seasoned it to your liking. Employees were super friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
I’ve been coming here for years! Always loved the food here and the rolls are amazing. I was disappointed today however because after placing a to go order and getting home to realize I got no rolls! So I went back to get the half dozen rolls I ordered and was given rolls that were overcooked
The food was a good as it normally is, haven’t been in a long time but i definitely don’t remember it costing this much to feed my family. $50 for 3 people and that’s with a bogo coupon?! Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t afford to come back.
Update... Promised gift cards via mail... Never recieved them. Go to the one in Bedford. Usually go to the one in Bedford, but this was closer to where I was on the 30th. No one asked like they do in Bedford whether I wanted lean brisket & got a plate full of fat, kinda gross. Skimpy on the sides too. Just not as good as Bedford, will not visit this location again.
We came here today for my husband's birthday. I got the chicken plate with corn on the cob and beans. The chicken and corn were very dry. My daughter got some ribs and said the same about the ribs. We used to love coming here, but today, the food just wasn't that good. The staff, as always, was very friendly with the exception of the manager/supervisor cutting the meat. He had an attitude with us when we were trying to figure out what to get. He rolled his eyes at us when we asked questions and acted like he was in a rush. We were the only ones in line. The place was empty!
15 bucks for a chop beef sandwich a little high expect a drink and fries too at that price not a side roll when I already am eating bread on the sandwich. Other than that it's average bbq. Service was great food was cold, what's new?
Food is great. Service is even better. Price is horrendous. $97 for a family of five, drinking waters. I used to love Spring Creek. Then they started raising the prices. Then they stopped letting you get your own sides. Then they raised the prices. Then they raised the prices some more. Then they raised them some more. It's just not worth the price anymore. Everything has gone up in price, but Spring Creek has surpassed the point where the value beats the price.
The portions on the meet did not seem to comply with the amount of meat that was given on several of the plates we ordered. Very small portion about 3oz total for beef and sausage. We were about 50 people and each ordered their own food through the line. The initial bread they give was hard. They been to monitor their portion a little better.... and the people that bring the bread around seemed to be behind as I personally went up 2 times to see if the bread was ready and no managment in sight. ):.
The brisket was kind of dry. The sausage was a little better. The green beans were good. The rolls are always good. And the jalapeño were really hot. If you like them really hot, you're in luck. If you like them on the mild side, maybe they are. You would just need to take a little bite to find out.
This is the second time weve had food from this restaurant. The 1st time was with door dash and the food was really dissapoitning but I figured some of that may be due to delivery, who knows. This time around we went inside the store to place a to go order. Pretty simple, 1lb of beef and thats all. The young lady taking my order was confused and had to call for help. I think she was new. After we ordered all the to go waitresses went to help on the dine in portion leaving the rest of the to go line to wait. After about 10minutes I was glad our order was at least taken. Our food was placed on the counter by a young man but we had to wait to pay as the waitress wouldnt let us pay in advance. It sat there about 5 five minutes. Once I paid the people behind me finally got service. The food was okay, we have had BBQ all over the country and are familiar with all different types of rubs and sauces but for the second time the meat and sauce was just bland. Its great for the kids but kinda a let down to anyone who actually wants flavor. I might try a different location but I'm done with this Spring Creek.
01/07/26.....Went there for dinner....served birsket plate 5 small pieces...was dry and tuff..regular customer because when they do get it right it's melt in your mouth brisket and fall off the bone ribs...this brisket was good for chop only.....management needs to pay better attention to their product....
Got the 3 meat combo, portion was good. For 3 different meats one little thing of BBQ given is crazy. Meat didn’t really Have a taste without the bbq so that was needed. The sides i got was Mac and cheese and potato salad. Potato salad was good but the Mac and cheese was bland and had more noodles than cheese. Ordered the banana pudding and was not impressed. Overall 5/10 this was take out order also.
Have been a regular at Spring Creek for many years , however the last several months I feel like the quantity of the servings have gone down as well as the service , last visit the side dishes we’re about 2/3 full and about 1/2 the amount of meat, rolls were not ready until I had almost finished my meal, while price continues to go up. The workers were super and very friendly just not enough of them.
Very average bbq served on cafeteria style. The rolls are decent, and the bring them to your table often, but it seems counterintuitive to fill up on roll instead of the bbq you came for. That is, unless they know the food is average. Also, there seems to be a habitually low supply of bbq ready around peak hours. You think they could account for this. Heck, Google does a better job of tracking their peak times than they do. And don’t get me started on the desserts. On the one hand, you’ve got rather gross, college-cafeteria style jello and pudding, then hidden in the corner where you won’t see it until it’s too late and you’re too full, is basically homemade ice cream. They need to reverse this. Move the ice cream to the main chow line and dump the jello. Best to go to another bbq place. Cousins or Roscoes are far better. I’m writing this I went from a 3 star to a 2. That’s how much I think you need to stay away.
Expect attitude, food contamination, cold meat, and things yanked off your child's tray without a word uttered or an apology for making them almost drop their tray full of food. It was also hotter inside than it was outside on this Texas summer day.
I’ve been eating here about once a week. For the past year, 100% take-out. I grew up in the service industry, and always made it a point to show courtesy to the customers. Spring Creek Keller used to be the same (years ago). Not exaggerating, but when’s the last time they greeted those in the take-out line with a ‘hello, how are you? How can I help you?’ It’s almost like you’re bothering them, even in a dedicated take-out register. I tip 20% even on take out. But there is never a ‘thank you’. ‘Here ya go’ is about as much as their staff can muster. Im so done with rudeness plus the entitlement on a tip, especially behind rude service. I’ll find a place that shows appreciation, even the smallest amount, to do business with.
Meh... flavor was ok, I typically like their brisket. When the dude was cutting the last scraps - should have saved it for the chopped sammichs - I mentioned it to him that looked pretty fatty and crumbly and he blew me off. Manager came over to tey to make it right, he gets props for that. I guess that's the difference between a true pit master and a chain...
To Manager Been ordering here few more times because the meats are decently good. However, last four orders of over $70 each time, and every time after pick up to get home and find out missing condiments or rolls that it usually came with before... And every time I ask server if those were included and they said "it's inside....but is not. Frustrating incomplete food order in my experience.
Me and my husband came here with our 3 kids, one being a toddler. The food is pretty good and the people actually plating your food are amazing. Very respectful very customer service oriented if you will. This particular night, we had an extremely rude cashier however. I got up there and let her know that we had 3 kids plates, a sandwich plate and a regular plate with brisket. And she looked at me, looked down the row at my husband who was still getting our sides together, and did not say a single word. I looked at my husband also, and then I repeated myself and again she didn’t say anything. My husband finally slid down to the cashier with me and so I repeated a third time what we had and my husband told me to go ahead and grab our table. I grabbed our tray to leave and this cashier put her hand on my tray to stop me from taking it and said “I have to put in what meat you guys have because it’s a different price for each one” which FAIR, very fair, but why not just tell me that? Why not just say you have to wait to see what meat we have on our tray while you are staring at me waiting? I told her that I told her what we had twice now and I if she needed to know what we specifically got she could’ve said something, seeing this my husband told me to go ahead and get our table and I immediately said “that’s what I was trying to do? And she didn’t let me?” This is all going on with my toddler also in my arms and trying to carry a tray in one hand with him in the other. Typically we like this place but this cashier did NOT have basic communication skills and it’s obviously embarrassing to keep a line waiting and to be made to feel like you’re the problem in front of a restaurant of people. We won’t be going back to this location fortunately
I remember visiting this establishment a few days ago for lunch with my father and brother. I was unaware of middle school lunch line style of ordering, so when I attempted to order the cutters attitude was that of someone annoyed, You work in service industry, explaining how it works shouldn’t be a burden. I feel the cutter didn’t like something about us… shame because the food is good but I’m certainly not returning to pay 70 Dollars for 4 Sandwhichs .
Now you are give less and less meat, and the price is getting more and more expensive, especially the young chefs. Why don't you are give enough meat? we’re won't come again in the future.
Well, I have officially changed my mind... after 4 visits, and mak8ng my rounds here in texas, this is in fact one of the not so good places to go. The meat is indeed ALWAYS dry, x4 visits now. The staff is fine until you criticize anything from within the sacred walls of this establishment. If you go right up the road, half a mile. There's a place called outpost, I give the a solid 3, and that's better than a 1
Today I ordered a take-out lunch and paid over $130.00 for our family’s Easter meal. When we set all our food out, we were missing large green beans, large mac-n-cheese, and BBQ sauce. Made a phone call to let them know what was missing from our Easter meal order. A young lady answered. After hearing what had happened, she put me on a 15 minute hold for the manager. Spoke with someone who said they were the manager. This man verified that our order was checked by another manager and all items were sent with our order and there was nothing he could do. I preceded to have a conversation with this manager and was hung up on. With people skills like this, it’s no wonder our order was wrong. If you don’t care enough to listen to your customers, I find it’s not surprising you would try to correct your mistake. I had to give at least one star to post this review. I would have rather posted no stars. My family will no longer do business with Spring Creek.
The food is great! Fresh and made to order. The service is very poor. They seem to have a bunch of teens with no type of work ethic. There were even rolls being thrown around. If they would fix the employees, this place would have great potential. For the price you pay here, I would expect more professionalism. ***Update**** what I can only assume is the manager was standing by the “to go” order area just sipping his beer. 4/16/19 @ 8:45 PM. Yes....that’s a no for me, I will not be back to this location.
Ordered delivery standard family pack. Not sure if food was missing but this was $120 and all we received was 4 pieces of chicken and a small amount of brisket. Beyond disappointing. Never ever again. I was too tired from work or I would have drove all the food up there and given it back.
My husband and I was extremely disappointed after anticipating some bbq today. The brisket was extremely dry. No flavor. And the ribs were stuck to the bone and dry. The beans are not good not your traditional bbq beans. Only good side item we enjoyed was the potato salad. Wish we could get our money back. $60 down the drain :(.
My in-laws love this place, so much that they have brought us a couple of times on some of our visits. I'm at the point where I will decline if they offer again. Our latest visit what we got: *Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken *Ribs The salad was okay, but the grilled chicken was so dry and chewy, I struggled to eat any of it, and just ate the salad instead. The ribs were not much better, they were also very dry. I know BBQ is very subjective between the different regions, but to me, Spring Creek is just not enjoyable.
I have no idea what is going on with this location but the employees and I mean all of them are so rude, impersonal and we will not be going back for NOTHING. We simple ask the meat Cutters/Servers if they had a senior plate, received a very rude “no” and we said you have kids plate but no Senior plates and this individual shrugged his shoulders like oh well (we no there was nothing he could do) THEN we ordered a 2 meat plate, the brisket given was mostly FAT! We have been patrons for years but no more!
Ordered a rib and turkey dinner which was delivered by Door Dash. No barbecue sauce and no green beans were given even though ordered. I called Spring Creek to let them know of order problem. Manager told me he was not responsible and he was not going to fix this. Today is 11/1/25 went in with friend to ask if they could remedy issue. They said nothing could be done and told no remedy would be provided. I am appalled at this place in Bedford. I spend my hard earned money and they just don’t care. They made me feel as though I was not important. Typical restaurant too big and attitude is falling. I used to be a believer in this place but not now. Shame on this place. God my witness I have said the truth here. I never write bad reviews but the management here needs to be disciplined. Please call me if you need confirmation.
