I was hoping that I was gonna have a familiar chicken spot that had decent chicken. The staff is pretty nice and their is a clear understanding when you ask them for extra side condiments and sauce, with no grief. I’m a repeat customer.

The guys that work here are always super polite. The fries are surprisingly good and I always get the mozzarella sticks. They're so good! My dad says the honey BBQ wings are great. I haven't had them yet.

The food is great, but some of the workers need to improve on there people skills. For the most part it's a good place to go when you want something quick at a reasonable price!

The chicken is sometimes dry, and the prices are the same as every other fast food chain. I'm always polite to the guys who work here so I've had no issues. Update* 8/17. The other day I had some chicken and fish that was so fresh and crispy that I changed from 3 stars to 4!

The food is good and the staff is friendly . Also, it's right beside the Beverly Road station . I just don't like the fact that you can't eat in . But, all Kennedy Fried Chicken places are like this so, it's nothing unusual or serious .

I don’t normally eat their bread but the one time I decided to eat it I found mold and their chicken is very salty

The food could be better. I ordered tostones with 2 pieces of white fish. However, the food had no taste and the fish tasted uncooked.

Honestly I haven't had this in years. I was randomly craving it. So I bought 4 dry, old wings, cold fries and a soda for $10. The food is still horrible never again. I recommend you go to Texas chicken on New Kirk. You get more for your money and it taste better.

Took a bite of chicken that was sold to me and the meat was tougher than beef jerky and when I look under the skin the meat was clear. Chicken had to be sitting out at least 12th. I’m going to report them.

He said no refunds no exchange & I didn’t ask for a refund & the sign says exchange only. I brought back the food barely touched I didn’t eat any chicken at all just about 8 fries. I can’t believe he tried to argue with me & change the policy that is clearly stated in the store

Got home, took a few bites of the spicy chicken sandwich before I realized it was raw. Never going here again.

I just assumed that maybe I caught them at the wrong time but the chicken selection is limited to leg and thigh . I prefer a center breast and each time I go they never have . Went today I was craving a milkshake and of course they don’t do milkshake . This is probably the one thing I miss about living in the Bronx

This place rips you off for using debit or credit card. They charge you extra for using your card. Even when you go over the five dollar minimum. think about how many people they did that too. it adds up. I have been a loyal customer for years and to find this out. There robbing customers and charging them for the fee that they need to pay.
