5 stars just because of one guy! Idk if his the manager. If his not he should be his always there as a chair. I have seen him delivering as well. His super friendly aster a wile he knows you knows what you order. Always smiling! I only go there because of him. It’s that kinda service that makes the food tasted even better.

Our store makes great pizza. My only complaint is against the app! Everytime id begin to select my pizza it would shut down. I had to place my order on the computer instead. But Pizza Hut will always be a fave in our house!

Passing through town, and was starving, so ordered delivery with Pizza Hut. Totally loved every bite of my chicken wings. The app said it would be a 55 minute wait. Received my food much sooner. The driver was an absolute sweetheart.

Pizza 🍕 Hut is very clean when you walk in, but a major bit of miss for me is the restroom... It was very very clean as well. I just had to throw that in.. nobody wants to use a nasty restroom.. Anyhow it was very quiet, the employees were very nice as well.

I hadn't been to this location and sometime and decided to give them a try yesterday the pizzas that they made us were delicious and while I came inside and waited for my order there's actually a place where you can dine in and the staff was very friendly. The manager showed me how I could scan a QR code to get a menu on my phone and he even gave me a printed one.

We had a great experience at this location. The customer service was great, restaurant was clean, food was ready on time and it was really good. We ordered the New Yorker and a Meat Lovers, unfortunately we didn't take pics because we were devouring the food. I recommended trying the New Yorker, it was so tasty!!

From the ordering process to delivery was an amazing experience. The customer service associate taking order was kind and helpful. Delivery was super fast and the pizzas were loaded with toppings. We’d not done Pizza Hit in a long time but will indeed order from this location again.

I have to really give an awesome review to this location, I'm from Houston and our pizza hut in this area is trash and not run great but this place here redeemed my thoughts on the pizza hut chain, this has to be the most delicious, cooked well , and service is the best. My favorite pizza to order is the large pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese. This location here made it so perfect I just want to come here and only here. I really wished the pizza hut chain in Houston could get advice from this location cause the pizza here is so awesome. I can't wait to be back and order another pizza. Thank you for doing the best. To be perfectly frank, NO BIG CHAIN PIZZA is a 5.0. ...but Papa-John's loads their Pizzas down with so many Chemicals that they won't even show you their ingredients anymore (don't believe me? Call their National HQ!), Domino's isn't horrible but it gives this old-fart heartburn like nobody's business, Little Caesars isn't what it used to be, and that leaves Pizza Hut. If you're going to go for a Big Chain Pizza, in my not-so humble opinion they're the best. If what I said above isn't enough to float your boat, try this: We've ordered delivery from this location here in Kerrville about 10 times now. - The Orders have never been wrong - The Drivers (2 women and 1 male) have ALL been very friendly, and the Male, I'm sorry, I'm old, I don't remember their names - the male remembers everything I order off the top of his head every single time - AND I ORDER FOR SEVEN PEOPLE! He checks it off making sure we have everything - and so do the others... even so they've never gotten an order wrong. Most of the time, the Drivers have extra goodies they bring along (napkins, plastic ware, condiments, etc). - The Store AND the Drivers have called us just to check on things when we ordered online... - and the food is just plain worth it anyways! PIZZA-HUT - PLEASE GIVE US A WAY THAT WE CAN CALL YOU LOCALLY AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE! I'll give this a four, but I wanted to give it a 3 1/2 for one reason. Almost impossible to place an a call in order. The phone representatives can never locate the Kerrville location. Had to go to the store for pickup. Once inside the store, friendly staff, clean store, and got a great deal on a take out order! 👌🏾

my pizza was not cooked as well as usual. the crust was doughy and the pizza was not very hot when it got here. also, the driver had shoved the pizza with my cookie and wings into the warm bag in such a way that is was all pressed together and food stuck on the boxes.

I order delivery from this location during weekdays and it is always delivered quickly and fresh. Out of the 5 Pizza hut locations I order from this one is my favorite. Delivery drivers are friendly and not scary, food is correct. I always get exactly what I expect to get.

I rarely award more than 4 stars to fast food outlets. I've been eating pizza longer than 4 out of 5 Americans have been alive. Really. I'm that old. I've never considered Hut my go-to place for pizza. (In the 70s/80s I patronized Pizza Inn.) The recent (Sep 2021) ads for the Detroit style caught my eye. I like it. I'm going to delete the sauce on future purchases.

Little side adventure left me staying a night in Kerrville and I was feeling pizza and wings. Quality was as expected, my only question is… is it so so so hard to cut the pizza all the way? Kinda sucks when your traveling without your own pizza cutter!

The food is great and so is the staff. We call in for an order, the call goes to San Antonio instead of here in Kerrville. I would rather call here to Kerrville than San Antonio because they take just to get the address and to figure out where you want the pizza to be delivered.

Same great Pizza Hut quality but the service outside of one woman is horrendous. I was waiting at the register for about three minutes as three or four workers walked by me without even saying "hello". I needed to change my order and one guy acted like he didn't want to until I prodded him to do so and figure out how.

While I was pleasantly surprised that the actual delivery time was only half that of the estimated time, somehow the personal Pan pizza was still only lukewarm at best. And the breadsticks were this side of burned. Not quite inedible but three shades darker than I expect from Pizza Hut.

The app did not update, over 12 hours later it is still yet to update my order. I opted to receive texts prior to delivery, I asked for contactless delivery, however, the food was delivered at an unknown time and there were flies in and around my food. Disgusted.

This place is being run by people who have no idea what they are doing! Pizza is extremely greasy due to poor quality ingredients and if you don't care about a potential coronary, this is the place for you 😉 Staff is rude and they stink like cigarettes, often they are out behind the store puffing away, and they appear dirty, so appealing! The pizzas are inconsistent with the amount of ingredients, usually very little and they get things incorrect with your order often. I'm done with Pizza Hut period. The corporation is considering selling off the brand, because of lackluster sells and I can see why! Domino's has them beat in quality, price, taste and portions. My final opinion is this restaurant chain should be called "Pizza Sucks" instead of pizza hut!

Got take out delivered yesterday and was so disappointed. The price for 2 large pizzas was outrageous and one pizza had crust that wasn’t cooked on bottom and so much white sauce that it was all over the bottom of the box. Ordered pesto drizzle and extra cheese which was not there. Meat lovers pizza was very good but the extra cheese we paid for wasn’t there. 😢

The female Employees were yelling and cursing at each other in the parking lot. While the dude was inside trying his best to get our order done. The lack of professionalism was astonishing. .

Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life..... placed order.... missed their phone call.... they cancelled pizza..... (I wanted a full refund and to never do business with them again at this point).... and then after 3 more conversations to enact said promised 43$ credit, I finally make my way to ordering this tonight...... a large......cheese.......pizza...... gg Pizza Hut... everyone's to blame at this point

This location is .8 miles away but since we live in a brand new subdivision they won’t deliver to us but they can mail us coupons. They said they update there systems once a year for new subdivisions or homes…. Are you kidding me! Customer service was awful!!! I will NEVER order from them again!

I stopped by at 5pm and ordered a garlic knot pizza for 6pm. Picked it up at 6:05pm and it was cold, and tasted like cardboard.

I would give no stars if at all possible. Just received the worst pizza I have ever laid eyes on. The middle was not fully cooked and completely wet on the bottom. My boyfriend and I attempted to recook the entire pizza in the oven, which made it atleast almost edible. But unfortunately, the quality was so disappointing, neither of us could finish a whole piece. Will never place an order here again.

Ordered our pizza at 6:30. It’s after 8 and they still have not updated our tracker to show that the order has even been started. Called the store and it was just received and started. They asked that we continue to be patient as they are working on it. While I am understanding of circumstances outside of their control, common courtesy of a discount, a rush order, or some type of compensation for going on 100 minutes since the order would’ve been appreciated. Very poor customer service and very hungry customers still awaiting their food.

I arrived 35 minutes later and was told by the employee that “It’s not even in my oven yet.” I told him the online system said it would be 25-35 minutes and it had been 35 minutes. We called to order a couple of pizzas while watching the game at our friend’s house. Call routed overseas to an operator who barely spoke English. They tried to charge us $68 for 2 pizzas and a cinnamon roll! We spent 23 minutes on the phone before finally canceling the order. Not sure if the language barrier was the problem but we’ve never paid this much for pizza & we aren’t about to start now. Update: My family has been loyal Pizza Hut fans for more than 30 yrs. Now we have been converted to Dominos fans! After problems with our Kerrville Pizza Hut order, we decided to give Domino’s a try & were pleasantly surprised. We were able to get the same order from Domino’s plus a huge salad (Pizza Hut doesn’t even have salad on their menu) for half the cost of our Pizza Hut order. Our Domino’s order arrived on time & was 100% complete & correct. It was hot & delicious!

NEVER ORDERING PIZZA FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!! If I could give this Pizza Hut negative stars I would! I placed an order at 2:45PM and set it for delivery at 6:00PM (thinking they’d have ample time to get my order of 2 pizzas completed). Well, it was NEVER delivered! We called the line, where we were put on hold for 30+ minutes, to be told our pizzas would arrive in 10 minutes...this was at 6:50PM. We gave them till 7:10PM and they never showed! Now I’m out $38.56! And the pizza is apparently still “On its way” as I write this the next day at 1:30PM....NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT! Spend your money elsewhere, so you don’t get screwed ! The dumb thing still says, “Hot Pizza is on the Way”.

Have ordered delivery about 5 times from PH. Every single time there has been atleast 1 thing wrong with the order. This last time the pizza was barely edible. We're done having to call them back every time. We'll go with someone else from now on. They just lost a customer.

3 times in a row I have ordered a certain drink and received another kind of drink. Might seem petty but read the order please. Order was not started when I arrived at the store 20 min after I placed it. They stated they were trying to call me to verify I was going to pick up the order because of the quantity and amount, They had already charged my card so there was no reason for them to not start the order.

Waited over 2 hours for a pizza from my local pizza hut. Just for them to mess up my order still. Got a code from them as a sorry. Was like ok cool still gave the diver a tip. Use the code after 2 days to find out it's fake. Called to see if I can use it. Just got told we can't help you.

Actually, it wasn't great. I had to go inside to retrieve my pizza after waiting at curbside for 15 minutes from the time it said was ready. I even called for the operator to tell me that she would alert them that I was there. I went in just to be get it and asked for the manager just to be told that he wasn't there. That it was just the 2 " team" members working. I just left. Other than that the pizza was good. I wish I would have known I would have gone in to begin with and not have chosen curbside to start.

Ordered a pizza at 5:28 pm this evening. Delivery was stated 20-30 minutes. Our hotel is 9 minutes from Pizza Hut. It is 7:03 and pizza has still not been delivered. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a pizza and drinks. This is beyond crazy.

We ordered 4 personal size pizzas. When we arrived home to eat them, 3 of the 4 were super thin and really had no flavor. Only 1 of them had crust that had risen. I would not recommend ordering them, especially when they would charge $7 each. I had higher expectations of Pizza Hut.
