First impressions are everything I received my sandwich. Minus my bags of chips. I had to return to the store to get the chips that we forgotten. Upon arriving at home the bread was covered in corn meal, far too much for the average person to consume and that’s the reason rating of three out of five stars.

I have to say first that the sandwich and service was great. However the unsweetened tea was disgusting, it had a definite taste of swamp water. That's Killeen water for you. They should use only filtered water. At least the soda machine has a filter. I thought Amarillo water was bad. Come on Jersey Mike's, don't let this spoil an otherwise great establishment

As far as food goes, this place was ok. As far as Philly cheese steaks go...*sigh* this place was just a tad bit off. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich was good, but not like home. Starting with the bread...in Philly, home of the Cheese Steak sandwich, they use Amoroso bread...Jersey Mikes bread was hard and falling apart. A far cry from Amoroso's. The decor in the place was really nice and the atmosphere was good. The hoagie was also really good, but again, that bread! The staff was nice and the place was ok clean. I would eat here again.

Use the GPS to find the place could not see it... in the dark when I come in and told them their sign was burnt out the red Jersey Mike's sign above the building they told me it's been that way for 6 months.

This location needs some training from the ppl that run the one on clear creek. Past few times I have came to this location the quality of the sandwich is awful. Yellow lettuce 1 slice of bacon on the club sub.

For the life of me I don’t understand why they take the time to write your order down and still get it wrong? It’s a simple process check the sandwich against the list does it have everything that the customer asked for, yes fine wrap it up no, ok put the stuff on everybody is happy. It seems like every time I come I asked for the same thing mikes Philly provolone cheese lettuce and mayo. Simple request and they never get it right I’m tired of wasting gas going back and forth for their mistake

Generally a phenomenal place to eat, but I will not return until that particular employee is removed. I don't care what your silly excuse is, this is unacceptable. People that order online for delivery, this is who is making your food.

Dear God dont order a hot sub, only one at a time. The lack of ability is astounding, and they smile about it. Management is definitely non existent!

January 31 at 7:21pm. I usually don’t go to this location, the location off of clear creek is my usual. But today i decided to give them a shot. when I first walked in there was a line of about 5 people, i’m not sure if this is regular for this location but it’s certainly not for the clear creek location. I couldn’t even get my thoughts together of what I wanted because there was a lady with a long blonde wig on (no hair net mind you, and yall already know them wigs be shedding like hell) and long nails (no gloves either) being ridiculously loud, touching her coworkers, dancing and singing as if this was a strip club. instead of helping her coworkers due to them being busy and backed up she continued to be obnoxiously loud, and all over the place. one of the workers was so sloppy that he got vinegar and oil on the turkey and cheese of my bowl while preparing another sandwich that was also being made for me. as that was happening a man who looked almost homeless walked in and proceeded to go to the back because evidently he worked there, your workers should not look so run down to the point where they seem dirty and homeless it’s not aesthetically pleasing what so ever. and the way the lady with the long blond clearly shedding wig with no hair net was talking to her coworkers in front of the customers was so disgusting and unprofessional. please do better.

So I usually order online and the food is usually good. Today I went in store and there was at least seven employees in the front by the sandwich station. One of the girls told me to hold on for just a moment they were all laughing and playing and saying a lot of inappropriate things for all of the customers to hear. After 5 minutes of just standing there and watching them play around nobody took my order so I walked out. I'm not sure who management is on shift at this time. This happened on December 19th at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Please do better

Waited 35 min for this $18 sandwich that has almost no ham on it. They were so busy talking and interested in their own things they never bothered to tell me my sandwich was ready. I stopped going to this location in the past because of service, but I figured I'd give it another try. I won't be back again. I'll hit up the one on Clear Creek. Better service, and they actually put meat on the sandwich!

GROSS!!!…INSECT LARVAE!!! My daughter got dinner from here. My white bread has insect eggs embedded in the bottom of the bread like Sonic in Harker Heights does (see my review for them) I called Jersey Mike to report it and to let them know. Jersey Mike wouldn’t answer the phone. I didn’t want extra protein especially insect protein. I’m NOT EATING THIS!!! CHECK YOUR FOOD INSIDE AND BOTTOM!!!
