Well, for starters, he created one of the best known fast food restaurants everywhere, and in particular the hamburgers are very good only if it would improve certain points such as speed in serving customers and better, something to Please, it is open 24 hours a day so it is available when you need it and they have a good level of cleanliness in what is this restaurant, that is to say it has good hygiene and the place is in excellent condition. It is also very good that they give you coupons so that you save even a little money and that the corresponding discounts apply to you. The soft drinks they have are good, something I also don't like is that I think the hamburgers are a bit small they could improve the size of them, the food they make it at the moment and if you like it they can take it to your place and You don't have to wait at the counter.

Came here to eat with my family, the food was great, it came fast and the workers were really nice. Half way thru our meal a Karen came in and ordered and held up the line for 30 minutes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate her and had way more patience than I would have. These people have my respect and I will be back. I'm sorry they have to deal with the mess they have to deal with. What ever they are being paid isn't enough.

Service was great, but the cooks have a problem with my order and getting it right the first time, the few times i have gone there and ordered food. They got it right right after I showed them their mistake(s) and have made it right with me.

There was a little bit of confusion in the kitchen. The person before us got a burger messed up and I think they had to cook our chick from scratch because it took a little longer than normal. Tasted just fine though

Came to get a pick-me-up for the last leg of my trip and bought a frappe. It was perfectly fine and kept me awake. What interaction I had with staff was positive.

I preach a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes I myself want something harmful, sometimes I go to this place. My son loves to eat here, especially big mac. Prices for fast food are small, in the same CFS is more expensive. The menu is not varied, I would like more choice in the assortment

Was a bit disappointed in the blandness of the quarter pounder. Was the most tasteless one I had ever eaten. The woman that brought my carry out order was very unfriendly. Not to mention how very expensive it was to get fries sandwich and drinks for myself and my two young granddaughters. Will take them elsewhere next time.

As long as you go before 5pm the service is quick. After the day managers go home the service goes with it. 20 to 30 minute wait time is normal in the lobby and the drive-thru after 5pm. The food is ok if you can see past the wait time.

It is a McDonald's. Entryway was dirty when we arrived but it had been heavily raining earlier and you could tell it was dirty footprints. Still it had stopped raining it was still there and no sign saying wet floor. A lot of the tables were either closed for social distancing or because they needed to be cleaned. No one was on the lobby floor cleaning. So no idea when it will be more open and clean. Lady bringing meals out looked like she would rather be some place else. Messed up on our order. Ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe meals and 1 bacon quarter pounder meal. Instead we got a normal quarter pounder with no pickles. Been to better McDonald's. In fact previously worked as a floor manager and a lobby manger at a better one when I was younger. On the other hand been to worse ones. Overall it is what I expected being McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's tonight with a group of my friends and one of my friend's McChickens had a hair in it. I'm giving it 3 stars because I've never had this problem and they refunded the order and made it fresh. Usally good with somewhat speedy service. Not the best but not the worst.

It's a McDonald's, the staff is really friendly, i don't care for the food personally, but when i have little ones in the car they prefer a happy meal for lunch. I have never had a problem with an order here and as i stated the customer service is satisfactory.

I'm shocked at the price increases. Shocked. If you don't pay attention, the LG drink for a dollar has changed to a small drink. No more dollar sandwiches, now it's buy one get 2nd for a dollar. They aren't paying their employees congruent more..

So dirty. Floors were needing a scrubbing, not just an occasional sweep. Cabinets holding trash bins were in bad need of cleaning. Tables in dining area were't cleaned. Ketchup dispenser and soda dispenser were both grubby.

The 3 wait for food took over 15 minutes just for fries.

They’re not too bad with orders but they’re terrible with curbside orders. It’s like they forget about you. Waited 30 minutes while everyone else was driving through and mobile order wouldn’t even let me cancel.

A place to get something for substance or at least something to get you by until you get home. My visit consisted of unfriendly staff that didn't have time for questions, only to get an order that was short two items. I did not go back to retrieve the items only because I knew it was not worth my time or appetite. I understand mistakes. I do not understand rudeness or the lack of common curtesy. If you don't like your job, don't take the position. That way, you're not having a bad day, nor are you sharing your bad day with others. Just like myself, when I pulled up to order, I wasn't expecting a meal to write home about, just something to get by until I got home.

Slow and not everything we ordered was there and the fries was all inside the bag which caused the bag greasey on bottom. I asked for no lettus and no pickles and had it on my big Mac. The Dr Pepper ended us being Ice tea. After drove home 10 miles. Was to tired to drive back. Service was 😡😡😡 ! Next time we won't be stopping there these young boys at the window was very upsetting for what i spent on high prices eating there. Very rude too.

I know prices have gone up, but they are also making them smaller now. McDonald’s breakfast burritos have always been my favorite. But now the burritos are much thinner which means you don’t get as much, and when I ask for some additional salsa, I get a negative reaction as of it’s coming out of the employee’s check. Half the time it is just fine. But I have had several bad experiences too like never getting my order at all on Christmas Eve. I tried to check on mobile order using drive thru and they would not even answer me. So I wasted 4000 points for nothing.

Went for lunch. Ordered fish sandwich combo. The fish was overcooked sloppily made starter sauce literally falling out of the bun on one side and literally 1/2 slice of cheese in the middle of it. Will never return to McDonald's coffeyville kansas.

I placed a Mobile order this morning. I checked in at the curbside pickup at 10:05. I watched several cars come and go in the drive thru and several people in the lobby. At 10:15 I got tired of waiting and went inside the store to ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter. When I got to work a few minutes later (late because of the wait) I began eating and my food was cold. Butter would not even melt on my pancakes and biscuit was not edible (rock hard) and nothing to put on it. I only come to this office occasionally for work because I’m based out of Miami OK but I will consider my other options before ordering at this McDonald’s again.

First of all The staff are racist. I paid for 5 cheeseburgers and they gave me plain cheeseburgers with no cheese. After that I was driving and I went to claim and I got yelled at by the staff and they wouldn’t give me more cheeseburgers even though it was their fault. Plus the meat was old. Why would any McDonald's be cleaning or service a machine that has do with making breakfast products. (Frappe machine was being cleaned at 7:30 - 8:00am)Evidently the one in Coffeyville KS has no common sense at all. I go there for for the coffee, if we're not for that reason I wouldn't go at all! Just waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. I'm at a complete loss as to how in the world you wait ever so patiently and still receive food that is wrong! Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever ate at, stopped by on my way from Tulsa to KC. The service was extremely slow, it was about 3 pm, only 2 other customers in the store and took about 10-12 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. The food was nasty, the oil for the fries was at least a couple weeks old and tasted like crap, the buns on the burgers were hard and burnt on the bottom, the patties were undercooked and had pink in the center and the store smelled like an old grease trap.

Fast food is supposed to be fast, but I've been waiting 20 minutes for a biscuit. I can go across the street to El Charro, order a meal and get it before McDonald's can get out a single biscuit.

Ordered #9 xtra pickles and onions with well done fries, 1 mcchicken with a side of mayo and 2 large drinks. Fries were mushie, burgers had no xtra pickles, mcchicken was plain, and had to ask for drinks several times. When told about the fries manager at window said without even looking at the receipt where it said well done we should have ordered them how we want them. Fries were still soft second time around never got the right mcchicken. Independence is far better. Called corporate and filled out survey. Update: Too expensive, over $20 for 2 combos.

I was totally disappointed in the staff here. 2 black girls were told they were going to get the cops called on them because they put tea in a water glass. Then another customer (white) put soda in his water glass and he was told it was ok. Even after he admitted that he did not pay for his drink. I am completely disappointed with this. I will never eat here again. P.S. I am white. Not that it matters. We should all be treated the same.

Very poor service I cannot believe how bad it was there was only three people being waited on and it took 25 minutes for them to complete my order and then I had to ask him how long does it take to make a Happy Meal.

Was in the drive through along with close to 7 others waiting. 14 mins never moved. And this was my very first visit to McDonald's in Bartlesville. Is probably now my last ever with McDonald's. Was the last day of the McRib. Could afford to be late where I was going be cause of this. So not only did I not get lunch because I couldn't leave because the line wasn't moving your outer lame makes it to where of you want to just knave you can't. Was literally held hostage. Finally the people behind figured this all out and backed up and left as well. So yeah not only did I not get lunch that day now I will never get a mcrib ever again. Thus was me and my mom's thing since I was old enough to remember. I'm 45 now. 40 years of memories you Managed to make screw up for me. Thanks a ton.

This McDonald's had the worst service ever. Very rude person at the take out window. The only reason i gave it one star is because food was hot and fresh. Plus the manager was walking in the door when we was leaving and told her what happened and she said she would take care of it

Have stopped here twice. The first time service was exceptionally slow, which with all of the extra time they took they still managed to screw up the order. Three times. I gave up and accepted I wasn't going to get all the food I payed for and left. The second time service was again exceptionally slow. When I pulled up to the drive through window the cashier was clearly sick and had a serious rash on their face, which they insisted on touching repeatedly before handing me my meal. Addtionally, they had obviously been wiping their nose on their sleeve and it was soaked. They also weren't wearing a hat or hair net to contain their hair. I'm filing a complaint with the state health department. I threw it away and went somewhere else.

If there was a zero star button I would choose that. I'm very unhappy about my experience. I ordered a chocolate milkshake. And I had seen there was red in the bottom. I asked the guy if it was a chocolate milkshake and what the red stuff in the bottom was. He acted like it was no big deal and said "it's just a little strawberry syrup". He pretty much said deal with it. I'm very unhappy. The customer service was terrible. Never going there again. Wouldn't recommend. I do recommend the McDonald's in Columbus, Kansas. It has very nice workers and is very clean, unlike the place I was just at.

They insisted I use the new automated ordering kiosk, then had to change my order at the counter anyway, because the kiosk wouldn't let me order the way I wanted it, then took almost 15 minutes to get my food. The guy I was with finished his before I got my food. They charged me more than I'm usually charged for the same food. I had to go back to the counter to ask for the fork that should have come out with my breakfast, and that even took at least 2 minutes. My gravy was burnt, and I saw a guy handling food and then wiping his hands on his clothes. Not a good experience at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This McDonald's looks like a trap. A run down hole in the wall that serves a sausage n egg mcmuffin and neglected to add the sausage or the egg. The coffee wasn't even hot and to top it off, it was 6am. You would think that a combo order would be easy to do, lol... guess not. The manager at the pick up window is slower than a sloth. Doesn't confirm anything and I had to go back through the drive thru and wait 30 more minutes to get a new mcmuffin and it didn't taste fresh at all. I gave it to my dog, and she didn't even want it. Save your time and money and go to a legit mickey d's. You've been warned.

Slow service. Unorganized. It took so long I didnt check my food and only realized after in the car and back on the road that they got the order wrong. Paid for a triple and got a small double. Ordered no onions on the other burger and if course there's onions in it. Luckily I don't have an allergy. I placed the order on the kiosk so I know it was input correctly. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes, because the young employees must have thought it was funny. We pulled around to the window with no other cars in drive thru in front of us, we paid for our order, Proceeded to next window, a young man told me to pull up and park and wait for our order. I Said no and I asked for my 28.00 and change back and was told they could not give me my money back even though nothing was ever handed to us. Basically that the general manager was called and it was food or nothing, and then while we stayed parked in the drive thru lane we were told by another young man that was eating a burger and smiling, while his chewed food was spewing out of his mouth that our food would be made "special" just for us and we were not getting our cash back and that we needed to pull up and park. After asking several times for the manager,only after the young men noticed that we were recording she finally came to the window. We explained that we wanted our money back and no food, but just to make it easier that we would take the food only if the manager would make the food herself . With nothing but attitude and while yelling to put our camera down, she handed the food to us but it was not made with her hands ,simply picked up and shoved out the window as she hurried to the back once more. No way on this earth will we be eating that food and we will see tomorrow what happens when everything is taken back. If the manager would have done her job and helped with the mater at the beginning the issue would have been resolved and it would not have taken 45 min. And us refusing to move until we received our money back. Either way It will be a long time before I or any of my party step back into this McDonald's in Coffeyville,KS after I return the food and get my cash back, that is.

Ordered curbside and then sat and waited for over 15 minutes only for them to screw the drink up and the food was freaking cold. Whole point of ordering ahead to pickup curbside is to AVOID the wait, not sit and watch 22 cars go thru the damned drive thru

I had a fish sandwich that was so dry it was impossible to eat it. The outside was a dark brown and the inside was a yellowish brown. There was no moisture at all. I was really disappointed. I was too upset to even complain. It was just thrown away in the trash where it belonged.

With this being close to a hotel, you would think that they would make sure to serve hot and fresh food often. Our order was a little wrong this morning but we just kinda blew it off but when we got our order this evening the fries were stone cold.

People were complete jerks. Easily worse service I've EVER had. The place was disgusting with food everywhere on the floors. Got threatened by one of the workers for putting fanta in my water cup because the water tasted terrible. I would highly reccomend not coming to this place. This places allows women to drive absolutely pathetic. My delivery driver (a woman) hit my 3 year old son 2 years ago on "accident". And when i went back they said hows your dead baby and it hurrt my feelings so bad causing me to need therapy. So disappointing

Depends on what time you go sometimes it can be flawless fast sometimes it can be dreadful slow. Def in need of better management the outside is sad and dark at night the signs dont work makes it not so apatizing to want to eat here not only because of the signs that dont work but also because the service can be extremely slow. Other then that food has been fresh 90% of the time.

Well website says open 24 hours and the sign on building says open 24 hours but when we drove up we couldn't get any service. Girls that we saw in drive thru window just looked at us and walked away,we received no response even when we called they didn't even answer. It was 4:30am and we drove from Oklahoma the employee could of just told us they didnt wanna work or that they were closed, no they just walked away and stayed where we couldn't see them. That's just really rude if it says 24hours that means 24 hours. If you wonder why their sales are low its cause they are always closed and after reading some reviews that location will be closing down or hiring people that could and should be running that place.

Out of 3 meals only one was correct. 1 dbl 1/4 lb was to be plain and dry with coke, got Dr. Pepper and a burger with everything on it. Another mcdouble was so messy / sloppy that it seemed like they used liquid cheese with tartar sauce....it was good but being dressed in Sunday clothes while in a car eating that was not recommended. And the fries weren't hot, warm almost seems exaggerating.

I’ve tried this establishment several times in hopes it was just a one time thing. Unfortunately every time I’ve ordered here the fries are far from fresh and the nuggets taste like they have been in the warmer for hrs. Think I’ll skip this place from now on.

Tables were not clean. All trash cans over flowing and in bathroom. I have seen cleaner bathrooms in an out house then this McDonald's. This was the nastyest McDonald's I ever set foot in. Not a place I would send anybody, or my dog.

Drive-thru completely screwed up an extremely simple order. Delivered the drink at the window and pulled the car over to wait. Only delivered the cookies and got an attitude when they were asked nicely for the rest of the food. Fire the curly haired girl with the attitude before she costs you more business.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonalds, on 11/24/24, 6:00pm. Was in line for 30 min, when we finally get up there is when they decide to tell us they are out of ketchup, don’t know how that even happens. Just take our food ready to get out of there, and both orders are wrong. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen.

We waited in line for the drive thru for quite a time. We gave up and ended up going in only to wait even longer. When we finally got our food to go we left with out checking. The double fish filet we ordered didn't even have the fish in it. It was just a bunch with tarter sauce, lettuce, and a bit of cheese which had been ordered with out the cheese. The fries was good at lease, the manager on night shift was really cool as was another lady working the coffee area at the time.

I am always parked no matter the size of my order or number of cars in the drive thru. The last time I was parked and told we would get fresh fries but they were burnt like they were redropped fries instead of fresh.

A few weeks back I took my wife her to get some breakfast sandwiches for her before work. Amanda and a teller were working. We pull up to the windows what do you want" "anything else" "first window here's your total". A time before that a night shift manager gave me the same attitude at 1030 at night. I have thus stopped going to mcdonalds for this reason. "Respect", I do not go places or take my family somewhere as this is the way you talk to me or us. There is no reason at any time I should feel disgusted pulling into your establishment and be treated like I'm an inconvenience. I hope others read this is and know that your better than" what do you want"! You know what would be great? If I came to the drive thru window and the person on the mic says" hi, thank you for choosing mcdonalds here in Coffeyville, my name is *blank* how can I help you today"? Is that so hard? Is it so difficult to get a little consideration? Never will I ever go back to mcdonalds unless I am told to. It really sucks to see a years worth of bad reviews and no changes made. I think everyone could use a new job if they are so down and out of it you can't make the customer feel good about choosing your establishment. I know Amanda isn't going anywhere, so morning shift employees are garbage attitudes with the same demeanor. Like I would rather travel 30 minutes to Bartlesville for better service and treatment. I'll be reviewing them next, both of em.

Only 2 customers here when we walked in. Workers being loud and joking around. Complaining about her manager not letting her close more than an hour early. We waited 36 minutes til we got all of our food for a family of 4. Plus the fries came out cold Threw half of our food worst overall experienceI have ever had at a McDonald's.

Rochelle, Cami, or Cassy, you made a false report on me and my dog at the hands of an employee. I am not sure who was MOD today but I know this was a targeted attack because of my homeless status. The incident was reported to corporate. There is nothing I will not do to protect my 13 year old dog. Expect a protest if your actions strip my dog away from me. A paying customer should not leave crying.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Takes at the least 10 to 15 minutes to get through drive through. Don’t go unless you have time to wait because you will wait every time. Needs a new manager whoever is there now needs trained. The employees are always nice I know it’s not their fault.

Online it says it’s open earlier than it is so I ended up sitting in the drive-through for over 15 minutes with no one helping me. I pull around to the front window and the lady just sitting there on her phone could’ve said hey we’re not open yet or anything, but she just sat there and ignored me. Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. They gave me donut sticks without any cinnamon/sugar on them. My order took well over a half-hour causing me to be late to work plus I asked for honey mustard and was given honey instead that had obviously been chewed on by mice. See pics below! To took too store manager the next morning right after I got off work and she just kept saying how this is nothing new and how the evening shift has horrible management. She said she was going to bring this to her GM'S attention. She didn't offer any form of compensation and made it very obvious she was just wanting to get rid of me. Absolutely the worst customer service... I'm just disgusted!
