I placed a mobile order at 3:25pm to be picked up asap. The app let me know that it would be 5-15 minutes to pick up our order. We arrived at 3:26pm and we're told that it would be another 24 minutes for the pot pie we ordered to be prepared because the cook hadn't started making it. The restaurant was not busy at all so I don't understand why they didn't start the order when it is placed. I've already been charged. Finally at 4:15 pm I went to the counter to ask how much longer. One employee told me it is being worked on. Finally at about 4:20 I finally received my order. 5 tender combo and pot pie combo. The employees made no effort to make this situation right. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are in a hurry and don't bother mobile order because it won't make it any better. Employees are not helpful either and don't have any sense of urgency. Other than all this the food was alright. At least the pot pie was fresh. Can't say the same for tenders, fries or biscuit.

They are very rude and lazy!! I've been there several times and no matter who is working it always seems to be the same. An atmosphere probably created by management or ownership. We stood asking for a to go box, the employees saw us there and didn't even acknowledge us. I asked for help and was told I'll be there in a bit. This after standing there for a couple minutes and not even told we will be there shortly. Very disappointed with the employees this establishment chooses to hire. Hope other customers get treated better!!!!

20 plus minute wait at the drive thru is insane. I was told they needed to wait for their fryer to heat up. Why wasn’t that already done. It’s ridiculous

I honestly do not know what I am more disgusted with, the customer service or the restaurants restrooms. Today we stopped in and were greeted with not only rude employees but faces as well. I absolutely hate going to a restaurant and being treated as an inconvenience and not to mention that the restaurant had just opened so in my opinion and experience the restrooms should have still been clean from the night before. If you’re thinking about stopping here I’d suggest not. Do better kfc!

Just a bunch of kids that have no respect, music was loud, service was horrible. As we were sitting down eating a customer walked in demanding to speak with a manager, manager was NOT helpful at all . She took her time, to the point where he had to yell for someone!!! As we were leaving some more customers walked in and again they had to yell for some one to help them. Upper management should really look into this!!!!

Horrible must be the smallest chicken so small Oil was old didn’t even smell cook Sick never again! I should have had a clue since it was 5 pm and I was the only one there biscuit hard like a rock potato’s instant

Most pathetic service in the town… the staff is always in here to close the store before time. They never follow the mentioned timings. I ordered online and went to pickup the order when the app showed me that the food is ready, the staff refused to give me the food. I was there before half an hour to the closing time. This is happened multiple times.

1st time I went their was a 20 min wait smh, they were to busy talking away i waited almost 2 min.before they even acknowledge me that i was their..2nd time went threw drive threw I asked them to substitute white meat for dark meat on my family meal.im paying for what I want right,they told me 2 min wait and to pull up further I waited 15 min..smh then get home and guess what I get white meat instead of dark meat called back and complain.Told me they would give me discount for next time and when she was about to hang up when I told her we'll how are you going to give me discount you were going to hang up on me before you even got my name and she responded oh I was busy ya right to busy talk away not attending to the customers...Love the chicken service is horrible..

Last night I ordered one #2 original with potatoes and one #2 extra crispy with Cole slaw. When I got it home, I had two #2 with potatoes, no Cole slaw at all. The chicken was obviously old and way overcooked. The biscuits were hard and cold. This is the third time that my order has been wrong, but this is the first time it was inedible. We threw it away. I will not go back.
