10/9/25 Establishment still has a weird smell. Attention to detail while taking/executing orders is lacking. 2 separate times we have ordered pan pizza because that's out favorite and both times they have given us hand tossed. -------------- 2 years ago Initially at entering we noticed an off-putting smell something like sewer or maybe old mop water smell. We ignored it the best we could. Place did look pretty clean though, except a few dead flies on the window sills. Overall service was great. Server was nice and very friendly. Place was a family friendly. It was within our budget. We have big family (6 total this day but can be up to 9 sometimes). Totally affordable when you buy the meal that comes with 2 pizzas, pasta and bread sticks. Our family of 6 was full and had leftovers. Will return. These 80s born parents love the taste of pizza hut and it brings back great memories. We do miss the old school salad bar and arcade style games from back in the day and the red cups, wish that was still a thing.

I'm going to start out saying that this is probably not a normal situation, but it happened to me. First thing was the fountain drink machine was not working, but there were bottled sodas and tea. I guess I can live with that. Then we find out there's no ice, and this is kinda a big deal in my book. Do we have our order, and it's time to run to the restroom and wash up. It turns out that the lock on the door doesn't work. 😒. The good points are that the restaurant was clean, the server was attentive and both pizzas were very good. So not all was lost. I would give it another try.

Very small place No wait staff very limited employees No refills on soft drinks We were charged for parmesan cheese and red pepper No alcoholic beverages Had to wait in the front to pay my bill Once served No one came to see if we needed anything There wasn't very many people I don't understand why the service wasn't good Disappointed that this small city doesn't have many options

Ordered on line the family box, instead of meat lovers and Supreme I got meat lovers and cheese pizza but the bread sticks in the box were so burnt they were not edible... thank goodness I bought an extra pasta with breadsticks

I ordered several nights ago. When I got there, there were over 10 people waiting to receive orders. Some had been waiting for over an hour and a half. I was told my pizza was already ready, but my breadsticks were not. After waiting for over 30 minutes. And seeing them only get 3 orders out, I asked to cancel the order when told the breadsticks were still not ready. I asked for a refund and was told I could only receive store credit. Employees refused to provide me with a receipt or proof of this store credit. And girl at the front was rude.

If I could I would have rate a zero horrible experience and probably will never go to pizza hut again

3 times in a row we have online ordered and when we get there to pick up they tell us they are out of pizza. This is over as many months with no notice Veggie the pick up time at all.

walk in to pick up order and there's no one in sight, so i take a seat in front of the counter. A few minutes later employee walks out of the restroom and walks past me and disappears in the back. Like 15 minutes later another employee comes out and takes my order out of the warmer and places it on the counter. I ask him "it's been sitting there this whole time ?" his answer was "I don't know, I just got here" and yes it was there , I watched it sitting there the whole time.

0 stars if possible, DO NOT EAT HERE! Food was delivered 1 hour later, missing half the meal, was told they would make me another but when went in they never had a call from me. Poor service, poor delivery , no wonder nobody eats there and it's always empty. I never even go my refund either . watch them reach out and try to apologize. To late for that . Deleted the app

WOW I would of given 0 stars if possible. What a mess Poor experience, Rude Manager, Had to use 3 party delivery but then when ordered was messed up and needed to be done correctly I was told she was gonna need the pizza back and the wings which were both wrong !! Forgot my drink the first time around . And stated she needed all 8 wings back 🤣🤣 Then continued to wait a extra 25 minutes on top of the 35 it took to get the first order !!! How sad Pizza Hut has always been my favorite.The managers name was Jessica. Worst experience ever with Pizza Hut . She was very unprofessional and was talking over me while I proceeded to tell her my issue with the App !! I will not be returning to Pizza Hut with this type of manager or management experience. Do better maybe some training would help . Good Luck !

If there was an option to put no stars I would. Where to start…I hate coming to this Pizza Hut. I tried one last time today. And I ordered a Big Dinner Box through the phone and my payment was pending. Got to the restaurant asked for my order. Turns out the payment never went through on their end; but yet the money was taking out of my cashapp card. Instead of finding a solution. The manger simply told me there was nothing he could do and the Big Dinner Box will be thrown in the trash. I use to work here as well. And everything I’ve experienced as an employee and customer has been an awful. There is always an issue with something. They are always rude. And never know anything. I don’t even know how they still manage to stay open.

We ordered a Big Box at 9:20 online, pizza wasn’t ready for an hour, then their delivery person canceled our order at 10:40, never called or showed up to our houses. Called to request how to get another pizza and some sort of compensation for an HOUR AND HALF wait. We were told they couldn’t do anything and to order another pizza. Domino’s came clutch. Never buying Pizza Hut again.

Rude customer service. My husband went to pick up a pizza we ordered, and a heavier set female employee visibly looked annoyed and audibly complained just to hand the pizza over. I'm getting really tired of the nasty attitudes here as this hasn't been the first time. We are never rude. Just get in and get out. Attitudes like this are the reason why businesses are declining. Do better.

I've had a bad experience with this store. Last year I order for delivery and it took an hour and a half to get to my house and my food was cold. I kept calling and getting different stories. I finally asked for a manager and he lied as well but gave me store credit instead of refunding my money. The driver told me they were short-handed and that I could understand that if I was told at the beginning. I do still order from this store, but I only do carry out orders for now on.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews but this had to be said. I really enjoy most Pizza Hut’s. However, this Pizza Hut is likely the worst in the State. I have been to this location several times, usually every time I visit Kingsville. Each time I have a negative experience. I really hoped it would get better, but I will be avoiding this Pizza Hut from now on. My most recent bad experience was a few days ago. The restaurant does not close until Midnight, as advertised on their website and their front door. I arrived a few minutes before 10pm. I stood by the counter waiting to be seated for dine-in for nearly 10 minutes. An employee was on the phone staring at me the entire time but did not offer to have me seated. This same employee would continuously run his hands through his greasy hair before returning to touching things. Over and over his hands went through his hair and I never saw him wash his hands after. It was truly disgusting to witness this at a food service location. After the 10 minute wait, he hung up the phone and approached me and my girlfriend. He asked, “dine in or carry out”? I informed him that we wanted to dine in. He then walked past us and toward the exit and said, “someone will be with you in a minute”. A few minutes later, another employee approached us and asked the same question. When we told him dine-in, he the said that dine-in was already closed, despite the business still being open for another 2 hours. This was very frustrating. I would understand if they were really busy and couldn’t keep up with orders, but that did not appear to be the case. This employee then went over to a table where some friends of his were sitting and told them that their pizza would be out in a few minutes. It was obvious that they were dining in. He didn’t even seem to care that I could hear him and knew he was lying about dine-in being closed. All I can conclude is that you need to be friends with the employees to get decent service at this Pizza Hut. All I can say is eat here at your own risk. I hope that if you do your experience will be better than mine have been.

A month ago, I ordered the triple treat box. we got a treat all right. We got an empty pizza box. Today I ordered again and pizza was cold dry and separated as if possibly it was sitting there longer that usual the cheese was dry the sauce was clumpy and dry nothing fresh about this pizza I was there on time so it wasnt sitting there because of that , when pizza is fresh it sweats in the box and is moist and has to be pulled apart not dry and separated, well hello once again not the pizza hut I'm use too, the boneless chicken was dryer than I don't know what. What's going on pizza hut you guys need to step it up before someone gets sick from pizza and chicken wings like the one I picked up. I've learned my lesson from now on. I'm checking the pizza in the store before I bring it home. The reason why I never did before is I trusted them to get it right the first time. I suggest if anyone orders for pick up, you check your order before taking it home and finding it's not fresh or not what you ordered.

Order was 25 minutes carry out. Came and there were 6 pizzas at the end of the oven. Girl was all alone with no one to help. Pizza was burnt. Used to love this place.
