Their drive thru service is phenomenal. 2 full lines and workers in each line taking orders and payment, directing traffic and bringing food out after verifying your name of course. By the time i got around building i could just drive off since everything was already paid for and food was already rcvd. And all under 2 minutes!! They should win awards for their drive thru service if they haven't already.
Food is amazing! Cobb salad is my favorite! Cold coffees are amazing! Service from the employees is amazing! Love my Kingwood Chic fil a!
I am not even joking, I frequent this location at least twice a week. The employees are always in a great mood and the service is very quick. I may have an addiction to chick-fil-a sauce, but the service keeps me coming back.
I love this location! I go multiple times a week. They’re playground is easy for my toddler to handle and the employees are all attentive and courteous. The drive thru line might get long, but your wait won’t be!
I really appreciate our Chick-fil-A, yesterday during the evening rush there were young students out in the cold taking our orders and smiling and polite as if it were a sunny day. I have to say my heart went out to them and I appreciate the culture the firm instills and expects from their employees. They only hire the best and I expect these young folks will go far in life. Thank you Chick-fil-A.
I helped open this store almost 10 years ago. They've changed operators, so unfortunately Kingwood doesn't have the same operators. However, they're still a great representation of Chick-fil-A's core values. I will go out of my way to go here instead of Northpark.
I've been here quite a few times but the visit that inspired me to write a review was a very busy day. Lunchtime on a Friday and the line was long. They efficiently took care of customers and when it was my turn I was asked my name, my order was taken, and as I stepped away I was told by name to have a great day. I'll put up with a wait when I know I'll be treated well.
UPDATE-Now I want to thank chicfila for moving their curbside to the drive thru window side of building. It completely improved your curbside service. Today's visit was quick and fresh. Forgot the Buffalo sauce but its all is good. The service was wonderful! ......Previous review 1 star... I did curbside pickup I waited forever. While I waited for my order I seen 7 cars go through drive thru after me getting their food before me.. Why have curbside if you can't service them as quick as drive thru. Ridiculous. They need to fix it.
We are regulars at this specific location. Everyone is always pleasant, and happy. It makes me really happy to see the employees joking and laughing with each other. It seems as though they all enjoy their job. Food is always hot.
Chick-fil-a is one of the nicest fast food restaurant in my opinion and this location is high quality. The employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. The food is always great. The only thing to keep in mind is it can get busy on nights when things are happening.
I visited chick - fil - a on 1/10/2023 at 1:30. I ordered with Jaxon at the front counter and he is one of the nicest most attentive customer service employee’s i have had the pleasure of ordering from in a long time! Throughout the entire order he displayed a level of care that went above and beyond the typical Chick - fil - a my pleasure and throughout the whole interaction he never lost his smile! Keep Jaxon around!
I probably go to Chick Fil A once a week, and my girlfriend goes more than that. It is arguably some of the best fast food around. It's a great difference to the majority of fast food considering the main is chicken rather than hamburgers. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal, second to none honestly even compared to any other restaurant fast food or not. I would personally recommend getting extra crispy fries, it's a nice little crunch and they taste a lot better. The only complaint I have is I wished they brought back peach tea!
Great environment here, you can tell that the operator of this store is very engaged with her employees and the day to day operations. My kids love the indoor play area and this one is always a winner for family night. Thanks CFA.
Wow! I just want to take the time out to say thank you to this chick fil a. I came right after the breakfast hour and ordered from the lunch menu (even though I did want breakfast). I drive around to the drive thru to grab my food and the cashier told me that they put breakfast sandwiches in my bag. ❤️❤️❤️ You guys!!! You don't see restaurants and fast food places being a blessing like this and chick fil doesn't even have to go above and beyond to give the service they do but they continue to do business in excellency! I was having a very busy and hectic day and this kindness had me praising God for his goodness! It's so much more then a chicken sandwich, it's God's work through Kingdom businesses. Thank you Jesus, for using this wallisville location to bless me! I pray continual success and prosperity to this Chick fil a! ❤️
This Chick Fil A has the nicest service! Everyone is so kind and helpful and really does make you leave the drive thru with a smile on your face. Even when they're really busy, they find a way to stay efficient and make sure your experience is as seamless as possible. The same goes for dining-in! Its very clean and they make sure your time there from start to finish is enjoyable. And let's not forget the food. Fresh. Fast. Delicious 😋

I had a mobile order for 3 of the pimento chicken sandwiches (two meals and one entrée) and they forgot one. They called me and left a voicemail before I even got home and gave me two free pimento chicken sandwiches and a free dessert on the app super quick. Great service!

Chick fil a is always and forever will be my favorite place but this time in particular, while going through the drive through, was SPECTACULAR. Jaxon was full of a very positive energy and spirit. His customer service skills were some of the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years! Way to go!
As far as efficient and accurate fast food places go, this place is on top. There was a line around the building when we arrived and we had our food and were on the road in about 8 minutes. These young kids do an excellent job and I really appreciate their wonderful attitudes and work ethic. Thank you! Our food was hot and my order was delivered accurately right on down to the condiments. My guest and I love the #1 combo, the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Yum!
We took our granddaughter to eat after preschool to play. A boy was throwing his shoe in the air and it landed on top of the play ground. The staff said that was OK they get items off all the time. They happily retrieved the shoe for the mother and boy. My wife and I stopped in and ate breakfast in the dining area. The mini chicken and rolls were great. The coffee was also good. All the staff was very nice as always.
Alex was wonderful and gave fast and friendly service. Also the resturant was clean and welcoming.

Fast service, amazing staff and the inside was spotless. I enjoy seeing a clean seating area, that tells me right away the location is managed well. Our food was fresh, and it was ready in minutes, no wait time at all. This location is a gem and even when we noticed the drive-thru line was around the building it moved very fast. 5 Stars 🌟
We all know how good Chick Fil A is normally. This CFA location is probably the best CFA. The service is amazing every time and the food quality is always on point. I have been a loyal customer since this location opened, and out of countless trips through the drive thru, I think they have made exactly one mistake on my order. That level of consistency is unheard of for a fast food place. Finally, if you have kids, they will love the indoor playground. If I need a break on a hot summer day, I take my kids to get a milkshake and play on the playground while I sit and enjoy some quiet time. Just a little pro tip for folks who are home with their kids and need a break!
Even with the place going through renovations the employees are cheerful and the food is on point!

I travel for work all the time and this is by far my favorite chick fil a. they are SO nice and never ever get my food wrong. you never have to wait for long even if it is really busy. literally 10 out 10 I love going to this chick fil a. Every single employee always greets me and talks to me while they are preparing my food which I love. if I could call the ceo and tell them about the kingwood location I would because it is that good.
Wonderful Chick-fil-A experience! The server named Eloise was very kind and helped me decide what I wanted. Work ethic for most of the employees seemed good, they were generally quite pleasant. I will be back soon!

Every time I go in, especially the drive-through, all of the employees are polite, specifically Loren. They all go out of their way to ensure you get the best quality food, quickly, and with a smile. Love coming here, would recommend to anyone.

Chick-fil-A is great food. This location is like every other location I've ever been to in that the employees are friendly and helpful and they work quickly and the food is done well. This location flooded in hurricane Harvey and they were one of the businesses that rebuilt. You can see a special table they have that has a plaque on it about Harvey. They have a Play Place for the little kids and great educational toys that come with the kids meals in addition to healthy food options not just for the adults but also the kids.
Spent some time at gods chicken castle. Mainly for my daughter to play. Well there were 2 moms, I'm guessing divorced and the father not present in their lives because her son was an ANIMAL. The two women were glued to their phone the whole time. I couldn't take anymore called the women useless and told them to do better at parenting. Maybe if they spent less time on social media they'd be aware of the world around them. But the food was great!
I haven’t had a problem at this Chick Fil A. My order is always accurate and food hot. I took off a star because of their long line because I had to go inside the restaurant to place my order. The wait time in their was long too, however the customer service was good.
I have high expectations of this place since the workers are always so friendly and kind and the food was always great, but today, the workers were just fooling around and joking about crushes which made us have to wait longer and then they messed my order of chicken tenders up by giving me grilled nuggets that were cold. It was not a great experience and I hope that it will be like I know it can be next time.
We frequent this place and love it. The only annoying thing that brought my 5 stars to a 4 is that when you are in the drive thru line behind 4 or 5 cars and they bring you your meal before the 4-5 cars in front of me. You then have to wait for alllll the people in front of you to leave. Last time it took so long that by the time we got home ..a few minutes away, all of our lunches were cold. You just can't reheat French fries or nuggets. It's too expensive not to have a great meal. Sometimes its just one car and it takes forever. If there is a car in front of me and you brought me my food while they are blocking me...ask them to move up so I can get out. Why would you leave me sitting with my families food to get cold? Or just don't bring it out until they are gone.

This is my first time visiting this Kingwood location. The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful. My order was dine in and the only semi negative thing was that the person who delivered my order wasn’t especially friendly (no eye contact, usual pleasantries), just placed my order on the table and walked away. It’s a good thing I didn’t have any questions! Other than that, I loved the holiday vibe, with the Christmas trees (decked out with cows) and the holiday music.
I’m updating my review because credit should be given when credit is due. I’m a frequent patron now of this location. Recently I have been coming here more often because they’ve really made an effort to make sure orders are right. A while back I stopped going to this one, but we got a free reward on the app and tried again. Keep up the great work! But sorry, not a fan of the new banana coffee.
I usually don't eat at Chick-fil-A but I read you offer Pup Cups. What a smart idea. Good branding. So I loaded up the dog and headed over for lunch. Guess what? No Pup Cup. Of course I did not find out until I had already ordered and paid. Now I sit here with a sandwich I don't really care for thinking about what I could have had. Lessons learned.
I don't typically take time to write a review because it's usually not worth it but I just feel I need to give this advice if you go through drive thru: Check your stuff before you drive off. I try to be understanding and patient because my daughter does to go orders at her job and mistakes can happen. But when mistakes happen, they fix them. I went through drive thru two days in a row and on day #1 they gave us a sweet tea when we ordered unsweetened tea. We were already halfway home when we noticed it and just tossed the drink because we were running errands all day. We went through drive thru again the next day and placed an order and I specified, "Can you make sure the tea is unsweet?" as I attempted to explain what happened the day before. Dead silence. Then they just said, "That will be $23.00 at window." When I got the window I told them about the wrong drink the day before and wanted to see if they could just take the price of tea off this bill." That really messed them up. They tried to give me another tea. I said "I don't need another tea. You just gave me one. I was trying to see if you would take this off my bill or give me a credit." These employees work hard, no doubt and they are good at reading a script but if you go off script, they seem to struggle with problem resolution. When the employee tried to tell her manager what happened, the manager was saying right in front of me, "Did she call first?" again, adhering to a script. I said, "No. I'm here in person. You can just look at my profile on my app and see I was here yesterday. " They said they would put a drink credit in my account but I will be suprised if it happens. Then I drive off and they left out my straws for our 4 drinks. I know. First world problems, right? But try drinking out of a cup with no straw driving down the road.
Food was great, service was great but the place was dirty, I have never been in a chick-fil-a that was dirty. The cleaning crew came around sweeping floor and cleaning table BUT floor was still dirty with food and if the person cleaning table put any elbow grease into it she must be dead. Most importantly one of the reason for Covid for touching things not cleaned.
Has not been the same since the flood. Service is poor, the food does not taste the same and the place is often dirty. It is generally still better than any other fast food joint in the area but it is still far from from what it should be. They really need to get it together. 3 stars ONLY because I know it can be good again. Otherwise 2 stars.
Sandwich was cold and entire order might as well have been wrong. Cheese wasn’t even partially melted like usual when the food is hot. Asked for no tomatoes and received tomatoes, I can't have tomatoes otherwise I wouldn't have said no tomatoes, asked for "a large fry & medium dr. Pepper" received and was charged for the medium fry that came with combo instead of just being up charged for my large fry & receiving only the large fry, it's a waste of my money paying for something that I 1) didn't ask for and 2) no one will eat. The operator Sarah said my order was $10.54 the cashier Emily said $13.75 but she didn't greet me & had a smug look on her face so I didn't say anything figuring she was having a rough night already, she didn't even say you're welcome/my pleasure/have a nice night or anything of the sort like I usually hear when I go there when I said thank you. Not the first time I've been there & she was the cashier & was disrespectful/rude. I work in customer service myself & no matter the day I'm having I've always told the customers to have a blessed day etc because that's the respectful & professional thing to do. You don't disrespect others just because your day/night isn't going how you'd like it too.
On our to-go order they forgot our salad dressing as well as the bbq sauce for my wife’s sandwich. For as much as they charge and as many people as they have working there, you’d think they could at least get the little things right. I called to let them know and Christina didn’t really seem like she cared.

i ask for light ice everytime i go and they always fill it with ice, there was legit three sips of dr.pepper in here, you can see in the picture it’s FULL, i couldn’t even push the straw in it bc of how much ice. I even double checked with the person that they were going to put light ice…
This Chick-fil-A always messes up my order wether it's not getting enough what I ordered or getting a completely different order. Just yesterday I ordered three boxes of chicken strips and they gave us one. I live in the back of Kingwood and it's very inconvenient to have to drive all the way up there. I would always recommend checking your bag to make sure you have everything but that should not be something that you have to do and it should be there responsibility to have your order right. Overall it's nice food and the people are always polite and say my pleasure.
This is the worst cfa I've been to. I ordered the wrap and wanted to substitute the grilled chicken for the crispy and they said they can't do that even though every cfa I've been to has had no problem making it that way. They asked which dressing I wanted and they were out of it. I get home to eat my wrap and they didn't put the shredded cheese in it...like come on man
I experienced a long line that moved rather slowly. When I finally got to the window my order still wasn't ready...and I had too return my drink again...and again ...third try I finally received unsweetened tea as ordered. I thought all was good until I reached into the bag and pulled out under cooked, soggy fries. The nuggets were good and yhe soup was awesome. You have been warned...Drive thru has issues!
Inside dining was a dismal sight. Had to clean my own table and noticed at half capacity all tables hadn’t been cleaned at all. I know with fast food they expect you to clean your garbage but you’ve got to have someone walk behind and tidy up. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up in hours. Food was good, but it’s Chick Fil A, you should expect the same quality everywhere. Customer service was fine except I cannot stand looking at an employee (the manager in his blue shirt) text on their phone in plain sight whilst the dining area was disgusting. Maybe just lock the doors if you’re not going to have a decent place for customers to sit and just add a couple more lanes to the drive through. Otherwise get with the program and clean up.
The location on KW Drive always seems to have gross chicken. Every time I go to this location our chicken has gristle and fat chunks in it. My fries were soft and overly brown. The highchairs are always dirty. Northpark location is cleaner and seems to have better chicken somehow.
They need better management. They're very slow to process breakfast orders and it seems like they're always forgetting things where we have to make return trips. When you go inside you see youth walking around laughing and twiddling their thumbs. How about some quality control and better time management? Only order here if you're ready to check someone else's work and have a lot of time to kill. Other than that, the food tastes good and the place is clean.
I was very surprised to get home a open my bag to find only crumbles of waffle fries. Not any full size fries. This is not OKAY. They should not put these at all in the container. I feel like I got ripped off. Nothing to slather my ketchup on. DO BETTER!’nn
Decent location, though lacks some menu options that other sites offer when ordering online, such as salad specifications. I like that this location has a play area for kids. Unfortunately, their delivery service has failed to deliver 1-2 entrees and/ or sides with every order I’ve made. And even more unfortunate that it’s delivered via DoorDash, which is a third party and only offers item refund, not to deliver the missed item to you. DoorDash says the driver isn’t allowed to open the bag, so it’s the restaurant’s fault. The restaurant says it’s the driver and DoorDash that should handle x, y, z… What really sucks, is tipping the driver for the percentage of the entire meal to have the missing item and essentially over-paying on that front, which can’t be refunded, and isn’t the driver’s fault technically, but the restaurant’s fault. Today was my last attempt at ordering delivery with this location, and honestly I’m so upset at the lack of accountability I probably won’t go to this location again.
The stars are for the lemonade options ; but I ordered a nugget meal and found one nugget in my bag; so after waiting about an hour I get to go drive thru again . No apologies offered ; just completely given the wrong order on numerous occasions. Expensive and small portions . Hoping things would change but it’s been years like that ; I love Chick-fil-A but I hate coming to the Kingwood locations it’s never a fun experience actually.
They messed up my order. I ordered 2 kids meal for my daughter and her friend during a school event. One of the kids meal did not have the nuggets. Leaving both girls to share the 6 piece. I called the location to inform them of the mistake which they seemed sincerely apologetic and wanted to send coupons for the mishap. I thanked them and provided all necessary information.... needless to say. Never say the coupons and have never been back
Giving out old disgusting fries cooked in old grease. Disgusting. After reading the complaints I see why this is the worst rated chic fil a in the houston area. Embarrassing. I’ll drive to another location from now on 🤪
Dining area was very dirty. Ketchup spilled on the floor was never cleaned up. Ice cream under a table caused a slipping hazard. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A so dirty. Employees did not seem to care about housekeeping. Their focus is keeping the drive through moving.
Drive thru needs better organization ,training and attention to detail. Line was long and slow moving. After placing my order I pulled forward approached the tent they asked my name. I told them. They apparently did not have my order for some reason so I repeated it. The two in the tent talked back and forth never approached for payment didn't know what was going on so I started to pull forward they told me to pay at the window. After spending a lot of time waiting I got to the window only to be told they didn't have an order for Mary. At that point 3rd strike I just left with no food and to much of my time wasted.
I order togo here frequently and typically have minimal issues. Tonight, I ordered two salads, and two 8 count nugget meals. At the window I asked the server if everything was in the bag and was told yes. I was never provided with a receipt to double check the accuracy of my order either. I got all the way home and discovered I was missing one of my Cobb salads. I was extremely disappointed because I just got off work and wanted to sit down for a simple dinner with my family. I called back to the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. The young lady resounded that she was one and could help me. I explained the situation and apologized but I didn't have a receipt number to give her because I was not provided with my receipt. She quoted me she could still look it up. When she finally found my ticket she said that I wasn't charged for my salad and that was fine, but she was not the least bit concerned about the fact that they ruined my dinner. To be in the hospitality industry you must be guest driven and empathetic. Her response was "well since you didn't pay for it then I can't do anything." I immediately let her know that I was not asking for anything for free, but that I was concerned that this would be a reoccurence and what was she going to do to prevent this from happening in the future? I'm truly disappointed with the service I received from you all this evening when I am accustomed to much higher standards. Next time, manager on duty whom I choose not to name, please be more empathetic and understanding of your guests feelings. I hope this will be a valuable learning opportunity for you.
Unfortunately, as much as I want to make this my go to location, I can’t. The last 3 times I have gone here my order was wrong. Before that it was almost every other time that my order was wrong. I have severe allergies. I cannot count the amount of times my order was wrong and had the exact said allergy that would cause an anaphylactic reaction in my food. It is a kitchen problem. It is an order problem. It is a management problem. I would love to see this location train their employees to understand the importance of these things. You say that you are allergy friendly. You are not. We are going to your restaurant b/c we are on the go and don’t have time to make a meal. Tonight, I didn’t get to eat b/c of this mistake. I am rooting for you Chick-fil-a Kingwood. Make this better.
I don’t know if they’re training new people but they got my order completely wrong. Just throwing orders into bags and handing them out. Asked for a medium fry with a grilled chicken sandwich and got a spicy with bacon and no fry. Happened today 10/3/2023. I’ve been going to this location for a while now and that was disappointing. Do better.
This location serves cold food! Have been here twice both times cold. Spoke with the GM and replaced first order 2nd visit went back to drive through and demanded my money back. Also I called the next day and asked for the GM but she had left for the day and was told that a manager would call me back in 3 minutes, I waited 50 minutes and had to call back and I reached the same person and she was surprised that they had not called me back, I told her not to worry about it, they obviously did not care what happened the night before. I will never give this place another try. Bad food with a smile, just doesn't cut it.
This is the rudest one yet, no acknowledgement once so ever when walk in. First time I thought just busy, but been here 5 times in past week. The same every time, nothing like there other restaurants. I had wrote this same review a few months ago. I still see nothing has changed. Just in case needing details of time, and since there are cameras. Just view 11/11 around 7:10 and 7:30 am. Actually any morning shift at random. Because as said this always the attitude, and still hasn't changed in over 7 months now.
This place is absolutely filthy. The floors were disgusting, tables were dirty, the floor and surfaces in the playground were nearly black with stains. The food is mediocre at best and way overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I just don't understand why this food costs what it does.
I was having a a bad day, and I really wanted some comfort food, so I drove all the way there to get a chicken sandwich with just lettuce and tomatoes. When I got the sandwich, I checked it to make sure it was right because I would hate to go home and have the wrong sandwich. The sandwich I got had pickles on it and I hate pickles, so I asked them for a sandwich without pickles and they just took it back and took two of the pickle slices off and handed it back to me. There was still a pickle slice on it when I looked after they gave it back to me and the pickle juice had already seeped into the bread. I was gonna ask for another sandwich but I was just tired and the workers looked really done with the whole thing already. Anyways I definitely don’t think I will be going to back anytime soon, that whole experience just made my day worse and made me cry.
Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Dined in. 1:15pm Will not be returning. As I walked in there were kids RUNNING and chasing each other EVERYWHERE! Half of the restaurant was filled with crying screaming running children, hiding next or behind tray, condiments and trash area. We weren't greeted or asked if we were ready to order. Staff was not visible or too busy chatting with each other. Our food was nasty, the tomatoes in the burger were soggy and white looking, the chicken was cold and tasted odd.. The place was filthy. Restrooms were discusting and uncleane, no paper towels. This place has gone down hill, so sad and grossly terrible. Quality of staff, service and cleaningness is not like it sued to be. Definitely do not recommend nor will be returning. I guess you might have a better experience picking up by drive-thru or maybe if you want to meet up with a bunch of mom friends and let the kids run wild all over the filthy restaurant.
This location doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!! By far the worst experience I had EVER had at a CFA. One night I had gone through the drive-thru. I got home & noticed they had forgotten my large fruit cup. I right away called the restaurant and explained the situation to the manager. He then said I could go back to get my fruit cup (which BTW, I should not even have to do that) it was late and I was tired. Or he said he could put the large fruit cup in my awards on the app. I said OK, that would be fine. Well he had failed to do so..so a few days later I had gone back for dinner & explained what had happened last time I was there, and if they could just give me my fruit cup this time.. wow.. I was absolutely stunned at how much trouble they gave me. Mind you.. I have had other CFA locations mess up my order and not once did they ever give me a hard time. EVER. This location was a whole different story. Jorge and Ivan, who are both managers, gave me SO much trouble. They asked what day I was there… I told them. They asked what time it was… I told them. I even showed them the transaction on my bank app. I was there for at least 15 minutes with them trying to just get my fruit cup that I had already payed for! They made the mistake of not putting it in my bag & they made it seem like I was lying or something. Why would I waste my time and their time? I’m positive if I had gone to any other Chick-fil-A location and this had happened, they would have given me no issues. They said they could not give me my fruit cup. I was absolutely baffled. Why would they not be able to do so? I had payed for it and they failed to make sure my order was complete. Finally, after 15 minute of trying to just get my fruit cup ( I had gone inside at that point) Jorge (the manager) grabs a bag, puts a fruit cup inside and says “don’t ever come back to my store again!” I was absolutely shocked at how much trouble those two boys gave me. And not once did they apologize for their mistake.
My experience this morning was less than satisfactory. The female employee that took my order was incompetent and rude, and messed my order up, so when I got to the window, I had to wait for them to fix, after I repeated my order to this employee 3 separate times. It was such an inconvenience that i ended up being late to appointment. Not the experience that I expected as a loyal chick fil a customer. They also added ice to my drink when I specifically asked them not to because I have very sensitive teeth and it felt like someone was punching me in the face after I took a sip, and I explained this to them as well. Honestly probably one of the worse locations I’ve ever been to.
I’m not one to complain over small easily forgettable issues but this chick fil a needs more than just kids working there. They consistently forget our sauce for our nuggets. It happens so often my son had a meltdown down when we realized they again didn’t put his bbq with our order. We make the trip to the one at the front of Kingwood
If I could put zero stars I would. I went to drive thru and ordered two spicy deluxe meals and when I got to the window they only gave me one regular chicken sandwich. Then they told me to wait aside and they would bring me my order and I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came. Then I went in line again and went through the whole process over again just because they couldn’t fulfill my simple order the first time and also couldn’t keep their word and bring out my order.
Kicked me and my 4 year old daughter out of the play area after I told an employee I accidentally spilled my drink in the corner. I assumed they would just quickly mop up the small area, but the rude staff member told me the whole play area now has to be shut down for 10 minutes for sanitation and my daughter couldn’t keep climbing around. The whole reason I brought my daughter to Chick-fil-A was to play in the play area. My daughter of course was crying her eyes out over this so we just left the restaurant, and I brought her to the park instead. This entire situation was absolutely ridiculous and avoidable. I shouldn’t haven’t said anything about the spilled drink. I hesitate to ever bring my daughter her again with such poor level of customer service.
They completely messed up my order and refused to fix it. twice.
Worst chikfila by a mile. Go to another or go eat some where else.
I frequent this chick fil a plenty with no issues. Tonight I ordered the kale crunch salad with avocado lime ranch. I got home and no ranch, no nuts for the salad. This is the 2nd time they forgot the dressing and no nuts means no crunch so now I’m just eating a lone kale salad.
I absolutely love chick-fil-A and I admire the tenacity of their workers, rain or shine. Having said, this specific location was by far the worst most shocking order I have ever made in my entire life. So much so I asked if they had me on a prank show. I had to make my order 7 times with 7 different people and all, ALL got it wrong. It took the actual manager.........the manager to take me order. It was a simple order. I'm still sitting here asking myself how it is possible to have this kind of failure. Part of me still thinks I was on a prank show. I will never eat from this location again. Buyer beware
I’m sorry but this is the worst customers service I’ve ever experienced at a CFA. Placed a very large order here and when I got to the window was given my drinks and kids ice cream and was asked to pull forward to wait for the rest of my 4 kids meals and 2 adult meals. I waited for at least 10 minutes while many cars continued to go to the window and leave one after the other. Finally all the cars had left and still no one came to my car. Another 3 minutes passed and someone finally brought my food and he did apologize for the wait, which I appreciated. But when I got home, I opened the bag to see I was missing my entire sandwich and out of the 15 different sauces we ordered (for our family of 6), we did not get a SINGLE one. Because my order took so long at the end of the night, it was right after 10 when I called to let them know. So they were now closed and the manager said I didn’t even have an option to get my sandwich. The only thing she offered me was to come back another day, and she kept saying get my sandwich for “free” when in fact it was what I already paid for and didn’t receive lol! No refund, nothing for the inconvenience of waiting a ridiculous length of time and then literally not having a meal, nothing for “free.” She was very short with me and did not seem to care at all. I really thought CFA was better about customer service but I have had multiple bad experiences now and this was the Absolute worst experience we’ve had and we have been Signature Members for years.
This is the THIRD time they have forgotten several parts of our order, which we find out only after we drive all the way home. This time they forgot two chicken nugget orders and a bowl of soup. My husband drove all the way back to pick it up, the manager asked if he brought back all the food…..no, the rest is at home with the lucky ones who actually got their order. She replaced the food with no apology and no voucher or anything for the hassle, even though this has now happened three times. Very poor customer service.
Made a mobile order. Went to pick it up. Asked the server “is that everything? Are you sure?” Well, it wasn’t. I paid for the full order but had one person who was completely left without food because it wasn’t everything.” Places never fail to get the charges correct, but the food? I guess that’s not so important. You can do better, Chick-Fil-A!
I love Chick Fil A but I will never visit this location again. The first time I had an issue with them my order was messed up three times, a lady called an apologized, and I decided to give them another try. Well today I placed an order and unfortunately it took them nearly an hour to deliver my order when the restaurant is only four minutes away. Alex called to apologize (they are good at that), but nothing will change. He only called to apologize after I called and made a complaint on one of their managers for being rude when I called to inquire about my order. One lost customer want make a different, but if you are looking for a true a friendly experience you can skip this location.
I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and the patty was cold that not even the cheese melted onto the chicken. Along with an original cfa sandwich which the chicken was rubber like. 🤢 called and the lady that answered was rude apparently she was a manager. First and last time ordering from here.
Listen, I love this location. Everyone is friendly, and the food is almost always up to par, but the most frustrating thing in the world is that I can order grilled nuggets at the drive-thru but cannot order them through the darn app??? I don’t understand. I recognize this is trivial, but it’s extremely inconvenient that I can order my entire family’s order via the app ahead of time, except mine. That inconvenience alone warrants a 1-star for me. Should they fix that, this location would receive 5 stars.
This is the first location I went to, were the workers are very unprofessional and no help. I literally sat for 15 minutes waiting before anyone ask me if I needed help. Once someone FINALLY helped me, I sat for an additional 10 minutes because the order was done because no called my name to let me know that the order was ready. Please do better next time.
So on Monday 11/17, my boyfriend and I went to eat here. We dined in. But there a loud group of high school girls while we’re eating our food. We could barely enjoy our food and conversation because this group of girls were being loud. None of the employees or managers told them to lower it down. Like do better
If I could give zero stars for food, I definitely would. Is this really your new chicken sandwich? This is the smallest and flattest piece of chicken I’ve ever received. There’s more bread than meat, and I regret paying full price for a chicken sandwich meal that wasn’t even half of what it used to be. I usually like to get meals after a long work day, but lately the quality has dropped. I gave chances thinking maybe there was a hiccup, but it’s disappointing. Here’s some photos of my sandwich, this would be the third time it has happened. This felt more of a crust than actual meat. At least I enjoyed my fries and macaroni.
I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location regularly for a long time. I’m such a regular that many of the employees recognize me, and there have been countless times when they’ve applied a police discount without me even asking, even when I wasn’t in uniform. They simply remembered that I was a law enforcement officer and honored it without hesitation. That’s why I was genuinely caught off guard today when I was told by a newer manager, Christiana, that the discount is only applied while in uniform. Honestly, thats very normal and I’m actually very familiar with the fact that most Chick-fil-A locations don’t offer the discount unless the officer is in uniform, and that’s completely fine. Christiana wanting to suddenly enforce that policy at this location is understandable as she might be newer to the location, and not be familiar with this specific restaurant's culture. Her being unaware of this certain location's above and beyond/second mile service culture became even more aware as her delivery was extremely poor. When I kindly asked if she could honor it just this last time based on their consistent past practice, I also made sure to thank her for letting me know and told her Im glad to be made aware of it. Still, she didn’t show a smile, didn’t acknowledge anything I said, and just repeated the policy with a cold, dismissive attitude. Really, I couldn't even see a manager from the worst chick fil a locations respond like this. I felt like it was the type of response you'd get from a 2 star mcdonalds drive through worker at 2am in downtown houston. This location has always had great service, which makes today’s experience all the more disappointing. I’ve come to expect a standard of professionalism and hospitality from Chick-fil-A, and unfortunately, Christiana did not reflect those values. A chick fil a manager, but it's not her pleasure. I'd love to here a response to this, and look forward to seeing Christiana change her attitude, and give this location the 5 stars it deserves.
