I've been here a few times and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They had an issue with my order and were quick to resolve the issue with a smile. They took down time to clean and weren't wasting time just standing around.
One of our healthier choices! Love thier chicken. The chips and guacamole are wonderful. We eat here often!
My wife and I come here every Friday. We love everything about this place. I've had several of their dishes and desserts. I highly recommend.
This is easily the best Chipotle I've been to. The line moves quickly even during peak hours, and the employees are experts at building your bowl or burrito just the way you want it. They never skimp on the toppings! I'm always impressed by how clean the dining area and restrooms are, which isn't always the case at fast-casual spots. The ingredients are always fresh and vibrant. A truly reliable and excellent dining experience every time. Highly recommend!

Rene, the manager and all the girls are so fantastic. My daughter and I have a allergy to gluten and their so detailed they make sure there’s no cross contamination if I could’ve gave it a 10 star I would they are just phenomenal there.
Nice New addition to the Kingwood Area... Tasteful sit down fast food with a southwest flair. Good menu for those doing trendy health conscious diets. The selection of juices steals the show for the healthy minded Mom.
Usually go to Freebirds, but wanted to change it up with some chipotle. Got a steak burrito, and it just seemed like it was mostly rice and pico. When I did get steak, it was really dry and the flavor just wasn’t very good. The tortilla also seems very cheap. It’s like chewy and stale at the same time. It all started spilling after a few bites. The chips and queso are also pretty underwhelming. Overall, not the worst burrito ever, but there are better options. I spent a little over 16 dollars, and I really could just use that money to cook something better at home and get more food.
I had heard a lot of hype about this restaurant. The food I believe is overpriced $14 for two steak tacos. The guacamole was fresh. The service was poor because of a girls communication skills.
I love their chips but today I got two bags and both were like this; definitely not their usual chips and they were so hard, you couldn't eat them. Additionally, they were super greasy, it went through the paper bag. I always get chips and I never had this issue before.
And once again our pick up order was not right. Ordered a salad and there was no lettuce to be seen. The service inside isn’t much better. Last time we were there the old lady doing my order argued with me that I had told her the wrong meat that I wanted after she scooped the wrong meat and put it on my bowl.
I’m confused why they made a burrito when I ordered a bowl on the app. The sticker even has “bowl” printed on it. Also it’s the smallest chipotle burrito I’ve ever received in the 20+ years of patronizing this chain.
This place can’t pack food to save their lives. Food leaks out of its container into the car and and then the bag breaks when you pick it up.
Placed an order online and went to pickup. Was told no order was filled because they were out of cheese. They offered me a free drink. My tab was $25.00 and no refund offered. No refund as on today. Then offered a buy one get one free.
Stood at the counter as several employees passed by me and didn’t acknowledge me once for a good 2 mins. I would definitely teach the staff how impactful just saying “I’ll be right with you” can be
The food was good but there was no customer service at all. The person serving the food did not greet neither did the cashier. They left an impression that we bothered them by coming and placing an order. They really need to be reoriented in greeting customers. I would rather drive up to the top of Kingwood and visit that Chipotle than come back to this location.
I totally agree with the last review. This location is close to my house so I tend to go pretty often, but some of their employees need customer service training! I work on the other side of town and I'm always tired, but I never give people attitude. Sone of their employees act like their just so tired of taking orders and serving. You have to be a people person while working with the public. I say find a different profession if you're annoyed with your position. This visit I smiled at the cashier and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and didn't even tell me the total. So I just waited until it popped up on the machine and inserted my card grabbed my food and left. She didn't say thank you have a good night or anything. Just turned her back and started working on phone orders. Sad how employees don't treat the public how they expect to be treated. I'm really annoyed by the way she acted and it makes me not want to return and spend my money there.
Placed an online order for pick up, drove up to the pick up window, a young lady opened window, stared straight at me for 8 seconds, without greeting, or a word, it made me very uncomfortable so I said, I would like to pick up an online order, she turned around grabbed a bag and handed to me, then shut the window disappeared, no words, no thank you, nothing. Yes, the bag she grabbed was my order, that’s because at that moment I was the only online order customer, but the unprofessional attitudes and the unfriendliness needs to be addressed and this employee need to be retrained for better customer service. Will not return.
First off I’m a huge Chipotle fan but this location is just so hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good but never great. The employees always just seem to be annoyed when you walk in like almost rolling their eyes your ordering. Also the portions get seem to just get smaller and smaller which may not be their fault it may be a top down thing. Regardless it sucks to spend over $20 on a bowl to be half full and feel like you’re being rushed out. I’ve worked in the food industry and completely understand getting people in and out but it’s just the aura like I’m inconveniencing them by being a customer. All this could be excused if the portions were consistent. I’m not asking for double meat and not wanting to pay extra but I’d like an actual spoonful. This is not the case every visit but if there a line guarantee it will be a bit skimpy so they can try to stretch out the ingredients. If you come after 8:30 it’s likely they will be out of some stuff, not even like hey we have some more coming if you would like to wait just a flat out we don’t have more of that. I will continue to go to Chipotle but not as often because I don’t want to go this location anymore and the next closest one is another 20 mins away.
Dear Chipotle, As a regular customer, I’m expressing my frustration with the service I received during my visit today. I placed an online order and was eager to try your Watermelon Lemonade for the first time. Upon arriving at the window, I waited at least 3 to 5 minutes before the staff acknowledged my presence. When I finally received my food, it felt like my order was being handled with a complete lack of care. Instead of attending to my drink, the staff member walked away to assist another customer inside. At that point, I gently honked my horn, and another staff member approached the window with an attitude that made me feel unwanted. When I told her I hadn’t received my drink, she asked, “What soda did you order?” I responded that I had ordered and paid for the Watermelon Lemonade. She then shut the window without a word and prepared my drink. I’m not looking for monetary compensation, but I tried to reach out to the manager to discuss this experience without success. I would appreciate it if you could relay this feedback to management and encourage better staff training. My meal cost $42.81, including a tip. After this experience, I will not return to this location; I would rather drive to another one. The staff needs to understand that food is not just a transaction; it’s a part of our daily lives. Like them, I work hard for my money and expect my food to be cared for. Unfortunately, my order did not receive the attention it deserved, and they even omitted my meat. While I’m not asking for compensation, addressing this issue is essential. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
