At late at night and especially on the weekends, you can expect long lines, but efficient hassle free service. Believe me, the food is worth the price. Dr. Pepper shakes are amazing! The onion rings are good too.

Very nice, very clean. They do well in their social distance policies. All of the employees are required to wear face masks so thats good. Very fast service; you can expect your food within 10 mins or less. They have a diverse selection of different burgers as well as other foods and drinks. Overall very positive opinion of this place.

I love Whataburger! I really like the option of ordering thru the online application and then just going, parking, and the staff bring it out to you. I've done this several times, and it is always fast. And the staff are always very, very pleasant!

A Texas favorite. I get the patty melt just about every time I go there. The drive thru can take some time but it’s always worth it. Just wish they would’ve kept the Limited Batch ketchup around, I can’t get enough.

We stopped here and have never ate here before. It was delicious! We tried the classic #1 and the bacon burger and both were great! Staff was very friendly! The spicy katchup was bomb! Very very good for a quick meal!

Curbside service with online order is great. However, check the bag before the employee leaves the car. Plastic ware and napkins were missing. It's hard to eat gravy without a fork.

Super staff that offer good food with a great attitude…. Whataburger please leave the Fish - Whatacatch on the menu. Imo get the Whatacatch dry with lettuce tomato and pickles…. Get the Salsa Verde and enjoy with a smile.

Placed a large order for pickup. Pickup time was 4am! Everything went seamlessly. The manager and staff were so nice and friendly! At 4am! 😁 Food was for a meeting at work for 30. It was hot and delicious! I will definitely do this again. Thank you for a great experience!

It's Whataburger....what can you say. Food is usually good but it can depend on location and staff. It is never terrible but sometimes a little on the greasy side....once again that is staff related. Whataburger has not raised it's prices as much as others recently so for what you get it's a decent value in the fast food world. To me, being from Texas.....it seems to have lost something since the chain was bought out by a Chicago company. Maybe that's just me....but I've been eating there for over 40 years but not so much since the buyout.

Open 24-7. Unless there is a brownout which, sadly, Houston seems more susceptible to than other civilized cities. The restaurant is fine and has ample seating, but I use the drive-thru. They keep the line moving so it's usually less than 10 minutes. Burgers and spicy chicken are always good.

First thing first...Ashley at first window was amazing. Very easy to understand when she's reading your order back very friendly definitely got the right person taking orders on the microphone. I mean the wait wasn't horrible like I usually expect it to be there weren't 10 cars waiting in line for food. I really appreciate that they give you your drinks in a drink carrier and in a plastic bag for easier transportation.

Entire pickup order cold....cold fries....cold burgers....cold chicken. Drinks were good...that's it. This location is getting worse by the visit. Update...have had 3 more attempts for improved service. 2 delivery and one drive through. Both deliveries were fails. One they completely left out one of the meals and the other shorted a couple things like breakfast hashbrowns. Drive in today was accurate but the young lady at the window was the saddest unfriendly person yet. I guess I should be greatful she wasn't mean....just defeated and sad. She did check the order to make sure it was accurate. I just felt so badly for her.

Go here for my cheat meals and been going for years. Food is good and people friendly The drive through always manages to mess up something on the order. I order the same thing every time... Order large....get med fries Unsweetened tea instead of sweet... That's after they repeat the order back. Not sure what the problem is

This location used to be great. I’m not sure what happened but ever since the start of Summer 2024, the order time has gone up a lot and the order accuracy has gone down. This was our go-to location but we’ll need to change.

Great food most of the time I really enjoy coming here. Just expect to wait in line for an hour. Also, if you dash expect them to forget your straw or condiments 😂 little mistakes that can be easily fixed with some care or effort from employees but i understand

The only time to visit this place is the morning or afternoon. They have amazing attitudes and are 98% of the time accurate with the food. The night shift is so rude and so is the manager (Hispanic female). Don't even think about going inside (at night) either. You'll be standing there for a while before they finally realize you're even there.

I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, but I'm disappointed. The kid who took my order was nice enough, but wasn't really listening, and messed up my wings. I already had gotten home before I realized a mistake had been made. Please be more attentive, and maybe read orders back to the customer to ensure accuracy.

Ate lunch here 7-10-25. Lobby had tables that were messy. And food was on the floor. I got my meal delivered to my table. I had to go back to the counter for the ketchup. They did not offer as other locations do. I had been out of country for a week and wanted a burger soo bad. Sad I chose this to be that first burger. I forgot to photo the burger then as I was just flat out hungry. But it was a whimpy little burger. The fries were even soggy not crisp. I guess I had just missed the lunch crowd and got the left overs. Kinda how it felt.

Here at 3:41 getting a number 1 . I have been in line for over 20min with only 3 cars in front of me . Don’t forget to check order I've left this place couple times with stuff missing . I asked why it took so long she said guy in front had a voice problem lol yeah be prepared to wait at this location food good though. 6/11/25 cars in front of me 2 and 1 behind so I went to secondary lane sat there waited for my turn . They didn’t even acknowledge me left me sitting there while taking other orders . So I pull around and had girlfriend go in . I called manager from parking lot her name is Leslie I told her what happened she said well we are not taking cars in secondary. I said so you can’t close it down ? No answer then apparently girlfriend comes out and says a employee noticed that and said it was messed up that they ignored you they should of at least acknowledged you and gave us a large coffee and hugged my girlfriend. Back on the phone with manager didn’t offer an apology or anything so I just got off the phone . If secondary isn’t open just put one of the 4 cones you have in the way or acknowledge me .

Saying that Whataburger restaurants are slow is like saying grass is green but this location puts others to shame. They are the slowest fast food restaurant location I have encountered. 30+ minute wait from order end to food in hand. It seems drive through is prioritized so a little quicker that route. I still recommend bringing a book for the wait. Update: They are still terrible.

I love Whataburger, and I mean that in all sincerity. Since moving out of Texas, I've missed having access to Whataburger at any given time. Make no mistake, this whataburger tastes pretty much like every other whataburger ever. It's one of the cleaner locations, and it's really close to where I happen to need it. So, you may read that glowing review and ask, "Gee, April, what's with the 2 star rating?" This is, by far, the stingiest whataburger I've ever been to. Ordered a large onion rings, and the volume of rings wasn't even half of the container provided. Like, yall, it was a sad amount of onion rings. Shrinkflation hitting hard for real.

The quality of food, attention to detail in food preparation, and overall customer service at this location has declined noticeably in the last six months. I was very used to having very good experiences at this store, but lately it’s done a full 180. Meals consistently prepared incorrectly, longer wait times than usual, and management that seems incapable of correcting the issues. Of my last ten visits, seven of them have gotten my orders wrong and the wait has been at least 15 minutes. I love Whataburger, but my days of subjecting myself to this location are done, I won’t be going any more.

I am now reminded why I never like to go to Whataburger. They are SO SLOW. It qualifies as food, not fast food. There were only five cars in front of me and I've been sitting in this line for about 20 minutes now. For a burger and fries. Ordered hash browns and a large fry. Both tasted old and the hashbrowns left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in and asked for fresh ones but the lady with the pink hair was rude and gave me another batch of old hashbrowns that tasted as if they’ve been sitting there for over 10 minutes. Definitely will not be back.

Ordered my food through the drive through and it took 20 minutes! I went inside and asked the man about my order, he went back and then the man came back with my ordered and rung me up and he didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Probably because he doesn’t speak very good english. It was outrageous and they made me feel like my time there wasn’t valuable enough. I ordered one burger and fries and it shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes just for one burger. I’m very upset and at that point I should’ve just gotten my food free.

I should not have to do a quality check on my food before driving away. Went through drive through, got a salad and a burger. It took a good long while for only 1 person in front of us. Fries, cold and dry, chicken patty on salad was super dry and room temp. Very disappointing, won't return for any night runs/non busy hours if the staff neglect quality of food and serve old food.

10-11-24 We dined-in. There is mold in the ice for the dining room. The restaurant appears clean on the surface, but I also saw something scurry across the floor. I don't know what it was, but it was large enough to catch my eye. It really ruined my appetite. The sub-par quality of the food didn't help. Service was good.

We’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and over the last several months it has been more and more disappointing. The staff was courteous but seemed confused and not worried about wait times. We had to repeat our order about three times. They were out of chocolate milk, out of pepper, and out of sweet tea. I ordered the Whatacatch sandwich and they may want to update their signage. It was nothing like advertised. Usually to be expected, but this was left in the fryer way too long. Dark brown, tasted of pure grease, and tough as all get out. Thank goodness the apple pie was still edible!

Service at Kingwood Whataburger is so… BAD now. Getting in there and out is such a drag in time! We only ordered tea and it took 25 min with only 4 cars ahead of us…should have never sold the company to out of state folks! They also need better management!

This location is horrible. I clearly ordered two bacon blue cheeseburgers and the person taking my order repeated it back to me, so I thought it was fine and they'd give me what i'm paying for. Nope, they gave me two cold regular cheeseburgers i didn't ask for, and when i asked for spicy ketchup in the bag they agreed... but never bothered to put it in the bag???? At this point i'm convinced the employees and management are lazy and incompetent. Don't go here.

Most poorly managed Whataburger, and fast food restaurant, in history. This location needs to be shut down. Every single experience since their opening has been a major disappointment. They are constantly under staffed, food quality is terrible, and don’t even think about using lane B. They will forget you even exist. This place is a tragedy and a massive drop off from other locations.

This is for management, y'all need to hire more kids because every time I come here I wait five or ten minutes just to get to order. Either the ones working are horrible or they're short staffed. I come here often and half the time NOBODY is up front at all. Fix it or imma try that new Wendy's renovation down the street, dude.

The reason that I'm giving a one-star is because it is midnight and I have never been to a Whataburger that has ran out of ketchup. That tells me the management is not doing their job. And they were out of Dr Pepper. How do you run out of ketchup at whataburger? It's like part of the experience. Do better

Food was okay but the service was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get our food and the people that ordered after us got theirs before us. The food was on the counter in the kitchen just sitting there. Nobody thought to take the order to us. On one of the burgers, there was barely any avocado on the Avocado Bacon Burger. Thats ironic They also forgot our spicy ketchup, even though it says it on the receipt. Very dissatisfied Service at Whataburger is slow and disappointing.

I used to love Whataburger until I moved to Kingwood. There is an issue every single time I come. Either the gravy is the consistency of water or the consistency of plaster. No in between ever. The last time I ordered gravy, there was an amount of a teaspoon in the cup! A teaspoon! I ordered a sausage burrito at breakfast and the sausage was burnt and crunchy! The service is horrible, takes at least 30 minutes to get your food but I’ve waited up to an hour. The inside is hot as if the aC is broke and dirty. Today there was a pretty dangerous spill on the floor. A nice elderly couple came to tell the manager because they were concerned and he said “yeah I know it’s just too busy for me to get to it.” There was like 5 people eating in the lobby. I just don’t get it. Something seriously needs to be done about this place. I can’t be the only one.

Every time we eat here the service gets worse. Whether we order online or wait in line, the amount of time it takes to get fast food from this place is incredibly long. Wasn't going to write a review but the young employee I spoke with about the issue gave me a weird look and closed the window in my face. Doesn't matter what the customer is complaining about, you get your manager if you think there's a problem. Now you have a bad review. This morning's line was the hottest mess. After ordering, I waited 25 minutes in line to pay. There were 3 cars in front of me, double stacked. The two in the front of their line received their order but didn't move. Turns out BOTH cars had to send back their order. During the time waiting for their order to come back, the other car in front of me fully receives their order. The employees failed to get the waiting cars to move - there are parking spaces for this purpose, to not hold up the line when you make a mistake or something takes too long. The car in front of me had his food and still had to wait 7 minutes for the returned orders before he could leave. Today was a hot mess and I feel really bad for anyone that has plans today and visits this location

It's official I'm done eating at this location. Almost every time I get food here something is wrong with my order. Either they mess up the burger or I get fries that taste like they've been sitting there for hours. The Whataburger on Northpark is way better, the employees actually make the order correctly and are always respectful. Its a little farther away but it's really worth it to get good food. Y'all need to retrain the cooks or teach them how to read the monitors with the orders bc it's seriously gotten out of hand. When someone would rather drive by this location to go to one farther away shows something is wrong here at the W. Lake Houston location

Went through Whataburger drive-through on West Lake and Kingwood Drive at 1:45 AM and picked up three Whataburger doubles. One order was NO PICKLES. The other two were NO ONIONS. ALL THREE has the little stickers saying NO PICKLES, NO ONIONS however the incompetent cook only knew to put the stickers on each burger. So I called the store spoke to a “manager” and he asked what was your recipe number because I don’t remember making 3 double any time recently. I told him I don’t have it with me in the room that I am in, but I have a paper with the NO PICKLES YOU PLACED ON IT! He replied so you ate the burger? Yes what else was I going to eat? I took the PICKLES OFF! Well in order to prove, it was my store that made the burgers and messed up. You would have to prove that with the receipt so unless you have receipt, there’s nothing I can do about it I ask who is your corporate manager? He said we do not have one. There’s a corporate location but not a corporate manager. I said I know how this works who’s your store manager he said her name and her name is on the building. I then said so you’re telling me she doesn’t have a manager and he said yes I said OK so her manager would be the district manager and then she has a regional manager and then her regional manager has a corporate manager. I know how it goes so yes there’s a corporate manager not just a corporate building, so whoever this little guy who thinks he’s a manager , he doesn’t know what he’s doing or who he’s talking to. He could tell his lie to somebody else and I do have my receipt not that I need it. I wouldn’t come back there if I had no money nothing else to eat. Do not waste your time on this location!

Just received my order via door dash. The gravy for the chicken was the consistency of water. When I dumped it the pepper was sitting at the bottom. How could anyone not know that either it’s been not cooked or diluted with water. Not okay to serve this to a customer. Training or quality control needed

Every. Single. Time. Every time I've ordered from this location, I get home and stuff is missing or wrong from my order. This time specifically, I placed an order on the app, had my teen go pick it up, she gets home and we're missing fries, 2 ranch dressings for salads, and I asked for grilled chicken but received a spicy breaded chicken on my salad. Just make sure you check everything you ordered before driving off.

I’ve been to a lot of whataburgers, this is the worst. Online curbside orders are never ready on time. I’m constantly having to go into the restaurant 20 mins after my pick up time. Then when you go in they are understaffed and you have to wait in the order line just to pick up an online order that you placed 45 mins ago. The manager never knows what’s happening.

Do better. I understand at the time I was the only one in line but there is no reason why it should have taken way over 5 minutes for you’re night crew to take my payment and get my my drink. I made direct eye contact with the employee and she just kept sweeping the floors. She could have taken my payment and given me my drink but the floors seemed more important. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment, whataburger in kingwood drive Regrettably, both the quality of the food and the level of service fell far below my expectations. Firstly, the food I ordered was not up to the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The hamburger looked like it was runneed over by a trash truck it was particularly disheartening as I have had enjoyable meals at your restaurant in the past. Equally concerning was the subpar service I received during my visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, resulting in a frustrating and unpleasant dining . I am not what is happening but this is the 2nd time that this has happened. The staff seems clueless and lost. As a loyal customer of whataburger , I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that you can address and rectify them. I have always appreciated the atmosphere and cuisine at your establishment and would like to see it return to the high standards that have made it a preferred dining option for many. I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to improve both the food quality and the level of service at your restaurant. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can regain the trust and satisfaction of your patrons, including myself. If necessary, I would be open to discussing my experience in more detail or providing additional. My 1st experience I could be ok maybe they are off today but a second time training is needed.

Upon arrival I waited in “Sabina’s” line to order, i waited about 5 mins before i said anything and the reason i said something was because the person in the line next to me got help before us and i was there first. When I said “hello” she said “give me a sec” it was not a sec. two cars got help before me. I moved into the other lane and was immediately helped by “Alberto” , Even the car behind me changed lines too. all i’m saying is the boy needs a raise and whoever “Sabina” is needs to not be on drive thur. Not to mention the dirty looks she was giving everyone, ruined the joy.

Everytime we pick up food in the early morning between like 4am-6am our fries are stone cold and the burgers taste like they've been out for an hr. After it happening 5 times in a row (in a 3wk span) I just quit going to this location. Plus the order isn't cheap so its aggravating. When I want good Whataburger I go to the Northpark location by 59. Their food is always top notch fresh and hot, perfect everytime. Don't waste your time or money at this location

Outstanding hamburgers at a fair price. Drive-thru service inconsiderate of customers. Do not allow cigarette smoking next to your drive-thru pull-forward location. Your cashier said the manager could not stop folks from smoking. YES, you can...if you want more customers. I will not be back to this location.

I was so hurt another Whataburger is going downhill. You used to be guaranteed fresh food and good service. The morning is still awesome but the evening shift stinks. Mine and the couple sitting by me had our order wrong. No apology, juSt new food. Had to ask for each item one at a time. The cashier was playing with her two friends at the register and they went into the kitchen area in street clothes. The cashier was bringing my new food out and gave it to another employee to carry right in front of me as if she was offended by me. I won't go back. This is the wlake Houston, heb store. The only one left is North Park. Fingers crossed for it.

This place needs new management. I received a burger with a dirty bun, like it had black smudge marks on it. My 2nd burger had cold bread buns. They just take a box napkins and throw it on the counter inatead of loading it. There is dirt and scum in the place where the drink caps are. Come on guys, you are in the service industry.

I typically don't give these kind of reviews but this is my first time experiencing poor service on this level. I'm sitting in the drive- thru for literally 25 minutes. Orders of drivers 4 cars behind me are getting their food. No problem. They finally brought my order 30 minutes later, only to bring me someone else's order. I go into the store to speak with the manager, Ms. Aeriel Ceasar only for her to say your order is coming. Still waiting..... I'll leave the rest alone. 😔

they gave me moldy apple slices, and didnt even heat up my boyfriends cinnamon roll... they just threw it in the bag and didn't care... i usually never have a problem with this whataburger but thats really disappointing.

I am a regular customer, I go to this place almost daily. There are many times that they give me the wrong food and I am somewhat annoyed because their claim system does not work. Avoid buying more in this place.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could this place is horrible. The customer service is disgusting, You can’t order in the drive thru took 10 mins to even answer. I’m getting honked at in the line like it’s my fault. Then some rude lady comes over like what do you want. I’m sorry your a business hello I didn’t even order why would I give my money to nasty people. I will never come back.

I order a taquito after my overnight shift from the hospital and it fell apart so fast. Had to use a fork to eat it. Very dissapointed.

Ordered curbside at 1030 am. Arrived to restaurant a few minutes after 11. Was driving home and figured out we were missing a breakfast sandwich. Went back and Manager Ariel informed us they could not make it right with the breakfast sandwich we ordered because breakfast ended at 11. They cant correct their own mistake because breakfast had ended 20 mins before. 0 stars for food because of the missing sandwich we don't know if it was good or not. 1 star for service because we at least got a refund. I will not be back to this location.

This is the worst whatabuger in the city. If you order, expect that items will be cold, and expect paid extras will be missing. They never double check the orders when they bring them to curbside or when handing them to you at the window. The response from management is “we dont care” or “go somewhere else”. If the founders of whataburger could see how this store is run, they would roll over in their graves. Go to any other food place in Kingwood before this location. Hard pass!!

Service is awful. Everyone has an attitude and acts like youre an inconvenience to them. Always waiting 20-30 minutes for food that should be ready, and today when I was handed my food they just shoved it at me simply because I had commented that I'd been waiting over 20 minutes for food that should've been ready long before. Worst customer service and everyone who works here has a bad attitude.

I have to say that ive been coming for years but the service has fallen off a cliff. Recently went and it was an 1 hour wait for my food. My hamburger arrived COLD. All the tables were dirty and my clothing stained by sitting on dirty chairs that had bbq sauce. Even the trays were dirty under the lining! The wooden panels under the drink machine fell on my foot and they failed to reinstall it and did not even apologize. Drinks and coffee and napkins all tapped out. Bathroom leaks. Whataburger management please fix this as we used to love your store!!! Put kim back in charge because it seems that she can direct and get people to do their jobs. We wont go back for a few months and see if things turn around. Otherwise yall lost a regular patron.

Idk if they though I'm a child, but these are the smallest chicken tenders I have ever gotten. Definitely a waste of money. And the fries were soggy.

Do not go through the right lane omgggg they won’t have your order you might as well go around to the other line and you would still get food faster. I waited 30 minutes and they kept retaking my order please just close the second lane if you can’t handle it. Whoever is the manager or shift lead or both Thursday 3/5/24 at 10:30am needs training or a new job bc this is not a good fit.

I always come here and never had an issue. Around 11:50 pm on 3/4/2026 I tried ordering a big ranch wrap and asked if the chicken in the wrap was equivalent to the chicken on whatachicken. The person taking my order refused to answer the question with any details whatsoever and instead kept saying it's just a regular tortilla. Her response did not answer my question at all which led me to order a whatachicken instead and lost the opportunity to order something new in your menu. Not good customer services at all.

My family got food poisoning from this location. Burger meat was dry and fries were cold. kids working here in the evening and cutting corners. Quality control was awful.

I can't believe how Bad are Dinner was as for what we paid everything was all wrong and for me to go back and take everything it's just not worth it be already waited almost twenty five minutes for our food and then to go back and wait longer it is terrible service , as you can see with old lettuce on my Burger and the spicy chicken was burnt not going over there anytime soon

I came in to pick up food and the young lady at the register was unaware where my food was, so she went in the back and asked the crew. Her manager came up front being extremely aggressive and loud with the young lady which was unacceptable. Especially at a fast food restaurant where none of them are paid enough to tolerate that nonsense. If you're reading this, it shouldn't matter how many times you have to tell an employee something, you don't lose your cool and you DO NOT DISRESPECT those who help management look good. Shame on you.

Was eating for lunch there today, when an odor took over me and I realized there was a woman sitting in the back with a dog and urine in the size of a puddle 5x5 ft I asked the manager what's going on? I guess they spoke to her but could not get her to leave. I just got home and realized my lungs are on fire from breathing the stench of urine! This is not right! Between the urine stench and the chemicals they were using to clean it this is a major health hazard! I will be reaching out to corporate possibly an attorney, this is ridiculous The police should have come and called and had a welfare check done! She should not have been able to sit there for another 20 minutes. Maybe I should have left but hindsight's only 20/20 until you realize your lungs are on fire!

Food quality has dipped severely, prices have gone up, and service has gone down. I hope Whataburger crumbles. This applies for all locations. Go to Pete's Burger Place off of 494. Same prices, bigger burgers, family owned, friendly, and faster service 85% of the time.

What's the point of customizing my order if the employees don't bother reading the ticket and just make whatever they want? One would imagine that the ability to read would be required to be employed here. Apparently not. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. Then proceeded to the second window there was 1 car so I thought this will be fast I’ll be back before my lunch ends I sat there for 30 min until the guy in the front got his order then I got to the window I waited a extra 5 minutes for them to come to the window that was the longest wait for a burger ridiculous definitely never coming to this location again for sure

The girls at the window charged for wrong item and still ran my card when I said we didn't order that. So the rude, no customer service skills manager comes to the window, no smile, just rudely asked what happened so I had to repeat a 3rd time. I was never rude - just said I wanted what I paid for (not charged for more $$ item) - she just hands me the difference in cash & shuts the window. Customer service is a lost skill these days..& really bare minimum respect would of been nice.

On Wednesday, I went inside to order my food like I usually do. I always enjoy seeing Ms. Kim—her customer service is always on point and she never disappoints. While I was there, I witnessed her slip and fall near the drink station by the drive-thru area. What really bothered me was the lack of empathy shown by management. No one asked if she was okay or offered her ice or any kind of support. Instead, she was taken to the office, and from what I could see, it looked like they were having her sign paperwork right after the fall. I came in the next day—Whataburger is part of my daily routine—and saw Ms. Kim wearing a brace on her right wrist. As she walked in, all the managers were huddled together, and again, not one of them asked how she was doing. They snatched papers out of her hands, including what looked like a doctor’s note, and seemed completely dismissive, like they were looking for something else. It’s upsetting to see such a dedicated and kind employee being treated this way after getting hurt on the job. I’ve been coming to this Whataburger for a long time and have noticed a clear change in the management and a growing sense of favoritism. Ms. Kim didn’t deserve to be treated so poorly—especially after sustaining an injury at work. I wanted to bring this to someone’s attention in hopes that Ms. Kim receives the respect and support she truly deserves.

I highly do not recommend this location. I constantly have problems with drive thru staff. I just now got pulled up past the window and sat there for 20 minutes while all 5 cars behind be got their food and pulled off. When I finally could back back up to the window my back was just sitting there. My food was cold and the fry’s were soggy. If there ever was a place I wouldn’t recommend it would be this whataburger. And I loved their food

Only if I wasn’t pushing for time, yall would have got this back!!!!!!!. Food was trashed. Everything between the buns was ice cold, buns was very hard, fries was cooked passed its time or double dipped in the grease. Burger just fell apart when picking it up. Y’all are dead wrong for this, need someone there who actually wants to work or enjoy what they do. Now I have to spend money somewhere else to get something to eat cause yall played in my face

This location never seems to have fresh fries. I rarely eat out anymore and wanted to treat my son to a kids meal today and got a medium fry for myself. The chicken strips in the kids meal were fresh and crispy, but both order of fries looked and tasted like they've been sitting out all day. They were just room temperature, soggy, and brown. We came here at the beginning of May and got the same nasty old fries.
