I had not been to Cracker Barrel for more than two years, so my recent visit was a mix of curiosity and nostalgia. The first thing I noticed was the change in décor. The walls, displays, and overall layout had been updated, giving the place a fresher, lighter atmosphere while still keeping that signature country charm. The menu has also changed. Some items have been rearranged, and the design feels cleaner and easier to read. Personally, I think this is a positive change. It’s now simpler to find what you’re looking for without flipping back and forth. I was happy to see that my all-time favorite dish, the grilled chicken, was still there. It came with my go-to sides: green beans and coleslaw. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the beans well-seasoned, and the coleslaw fresh and creamy — just as I remembered. The dining experience itself felt reassuringly familiar. Cracker Barrel still offers that combination of comfort food and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Even though the décor and menu had evolved, the core of the experience remained unchanged. Our server, Brian, was excellent. He was attentive without being intrusive, and he made sure everything arrived promptly and as ordered. His friendly attitude and professionalism added to the overall positive impression of the visit. In short, while Cracker Barrel has made some changes, the essence of what makes it special is still there. For me, it remains a place where good food and warm service come together.
After nearly 20 years since the last time I ate here, coming back to Cracker Barrel was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere still carries that classic, comforting charm, and the food reminded me why this place is so special. A special highlight was the service — Andy was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service like that truly makes a difference. It was great to reconnect with old memories and create new ones. I’ll definitely be back.
We had a great experience. Keyla was our server and she was amazing. We had a girl with special needs with us and Keyla made sure she was taken care of. She also stopped by our table often to make sure we were ok. She brought drink refills without being asked S she brought me one to go also, but I forgot and left it. Food was fantastic. Fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Was so glad we chose this.
I just had a delightful visit to Cracker Barrel after many years! 🌟 We stopped by post-doctor's appointment, and I was thrilled to see their newly remodeled space while still keeping that charming original layout. Walking through the store first was a treat, especially with all the holiday decorations! 🎄 Yes, it was busy, so the service was a tad slow, but totally worth the wait for those amazing pancakes. They remind me of the good old country breakfasts from my childhood in Maryland, just like my aunt used to make! If you're close to Disney, I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel—it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is just fantastic! 🥞❤️
Great place to have breakfast with family and friends. You entered into a retail place full of interesting merchandise, you can do some shopping while waiting for your table. The foods were so good, love the pancake, taste different from normal one, unique flavour tasted. The sausage and bacon is so good, you will not want to miss. While waiting for food, you can play mind game…ordered fried apple which was highly recommended, was good but too sweet for me. A place which you will visit regularly.
This was our first time at a remodeled Cracker Barrel, and we loved it! The new paint was clean and the new furnishings were comfortable. Upon entry we were seated without a wait and our server Tao was very friendly. Tao walked us through menus options with care and ensured our food was delivered hot and perfectly cooked. Our experience at Cracker Barrel was positive and we will be back!

We have not been to a Cracker Barrel for over 10 years but this visit made sure we will return soon. Our server Shawnelle made the experience fantastic and the food was great. This was the best experience on this trip.
All Good. Our server, Gretchen, was on point. The food came out hot and tasty. First time I see the fireplace going. Nice touch for a cool day. New Year’s Day, very busy. Did not disappoint.
Never disappointed, food was great. Server was very nice but service was extremely slow. 2 servers for the entire dining room.
Omar gives outstanding customer service! Our recommendations: biscuits with honey, chicken dippers with gravy, mac n cheese and the collard greens,
Never a bad meal. If you are traveling/ it’s worth a stop. If you’re local- it’s worth a meal out. I love the “modern general store” look and feel- to be honest- sometimes I just stop by to shop! Great portions- good pricing- complimentary biscuits and cornbread with every meal and you must save room for dessert! I just had their skillet smores/ unbelievable dessert and very shareable!!! Chocolate Hershey bar / melted on top of melted marshmallow on top of a large warm brownie on top of crumbled graham crackers with a side of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate and it was like $7!!!!! And if you go before 6- they have $9.99-$11.99 meals each with 2 sides!

Food was good even tho it was very busy. No big deal they turned tables and got food out quickly. Also parking in the back was plentiful for my trailer
Loved the place! They have a fun store while you wait where you can find lots of funny stuff to buy. Food is great, we had breakfast and was very hearty. Good prices and good service.
We love stopping at this location to eat. The service is amazing and the food is great. We love the new seasonal choices.

I always enjoy visiting Cracker Barrel. The food is consistently delicious and feels like true comfort cooking — hearty portions, flavorful dishes, and plenty of variety on the menu to satisfy everyone at the table. The prices are also very reasonable, which makes it easy to enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank. Another thing I love is the unique atmosphere. The restaurant itself has a cozy, country-style feel that’s warm and inviting. The attached shop is such a nice bonus — it’s full of cute gifts, home décor, and nostalgic treats that you don’t often find elsewhere. It’s hard not to browse around after a meal, and I’ve found some wonderful little items there. Between the great food, fair prices, friendly service, and the charm of the shop, Cracker Barrel is always a reliable and enjoyable stop. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming environment.
Upon arrival, the establishment was quite busy, and we were informed of a thirty-minute wait for a table. As we were eager to proceed to the theme parks, we decided to opt for takeout breakfast instead. Everything turned out wonderfully, and we even had leftovers for another day. We chose the pancakes platter. They offer a generous amount of food, and the portions are well-suited to the prices. I would certainly recommend giving them a try.
We visited Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast on Thursday morning. The restaurant was quiet, and the building appeared newer and more modern compared to other Orlando locations. We ordered the Mama’s Sampler Breakfast, Papa’s Country Fried Chicken Breakfast, and a fresh fruit bowl with bacon for our child. While the food quality met expectations, with flavorful chicken and perfectly prepared bacon, service delays detracted from the experience. Despite the light customer volume, our meals took longer than expected to arrive. Additionally, key items, including biscuits, gravy, and fruit, were initially forgotten. When we inquired, we were informed fruit was unavailable, but after requesting a substitution, fruit was later provided. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the meal, once complete, was enjoyable. However, the service issues reflected a need for better organization and communication. This location has significant potential given its newer facility and quality food, but operational improvements are necessary. We are open to revisiting, hoping for a more efficient service experience. 4 stars.
Who doesn't like Cracker Barrel? It's a welcoming warm place with good ol' comfort food. The food is always reliable and delicious. I just love browsing through the store, I always find something to buy. I just love this place. Make sure you visit one when in the U.S you won't regret it!

We love the atmosphere of all Cracker Barrels! The food looked great, but my wife's pancakes were cold, and my bacon, sausage, and ham were also cold. The food tasted great, and they microwaved the pancakes, which was fine. They also redesigned the restaurant, and they now have booths! Otherwise, great experience! We'll be back for sure!

Our first time going to Cracker Barrel. Food was great and waitresses were awesome. So we decided to go back a couple of times. There’s a sign that says there’s a 10% military discount. My son’s in the military and we had him pay presenting his military ID card. They honored the discount on our 1st visit but the next two visits they did not. The cashier person said he had to sign up for some Rewards Member program. Thus the two star rating. If they didn’t advertise the discount I’d still frequent the place but when an establishment doesn’t honor its signage but requires you to signup to a program to get it, it’s a bit of deceptive advertising.

Firstly there was no staff. Waited 10minutes to even be greeted. One waitress who was clearly struggling managing everything on her own. But that doesn’t excuse the food quality from the kitchen…. - Ordered kids chicken tenders and dippers- menu clearly says comes with steak fries. We didn’t get any steak fries, just a plate of 3 pieces of small chicken on their own. Nothing else. Just a mostly empty plate. When questioned the waitress said it doesn’t come with steak fries!? It’s clearly on the menu! - Mash on the adults meals was cold, dry and hard. No gravy. Meals were cold and dry in general. - didn’t get the drinks we ordered. - the wrong drinks we got we never got refills. - never got any biscuits. Very disappointing and overall very bad food (she was on her own so a little lenience for service but meals were very bad quality and were missing a lot of ordered items).

We were excited to try this place considering it was my first time and my husband highly recommended it. In what seemed like an eternity we finally got our food (2 hours later) and enough corn bread to keep us quiet till our actual food came. Our baby had a chance to take a full afternoon nap then awake (still no food) I would never return I can say it was quite disappointing/frustrating and overall a complete waste of time and money. UPDATE: Their Guest Relations team reached out with an opportunity to revisit, and that sealed it for me. They value their customers, and it shows. Looking forward to returning—thankful and impressed.
