Tuve una cena de aniversario maravillosa en La Bruja. La comida estuvo deliciosa, la atención fue increíble y cuidaron cada detalle. Incluso tuvieron la hermosa atención de incluir decoración especial y un postre de cortesía para celebrar. Fue una experiencia muy especial. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Excelente servicio y comida deliciosa. Aun cuando no teníamos reservación, nos decoraron un espacio y nos atendieron de manera impecable. El día que asistimos hubo música en vivo con un excelente artista. 100 % recomendado.

Amo éste lugar. Es acogedor, los precios son sensatos y los sabores, deliciosos. La atención es buena. El tiempo de espera para el plato fuerte es entre 30 y 40 minutos cuando hay muchos comensales.

No hay palabras para calificar la maravillosa atención que recibimos mi esposo y yo, llegamos de un sitio en el que teníamos reserva para nuestro aniversario y ni decoracion había, nos sentimos frustrados y decidimos venir a la bruja, en un santiamén nos organizaron una mesa hermosa, con decoración especial para el aniversario y una atención más que excelente, la comida deliciosa, en todo momento nos hicieron sentir maravillados. El lugar para celebrar mi aniversario de ahora en adelante ... Gracias gracias gracias

This is a fantastic La Candelaria restaurant with an enchanting theme and eclectic menu comprised of selections influenced from cuisines from all around the globe. In addition, the restaurant has a few vegetarian options, an interesting assortment of cocktails and desserts. I had lunch here on a rainy gloomy Monday afternoon and there was plenty of seating. My appetizer was a vegetarian mushroom stew with tomatoes and other vegetables. It was absolutely delicious with the sauce being reminiscent of a Hungarian goulash. My main course was grilled chicken breast with a wonderful Middle Eastern influenced sauce. Both items were generous in portion size. The service staff were friendly and efficient although non English speaking. However, the menu was available in English so I had no difficulty ordering. The ambiance was enchanting with decor appropriate for the name of the restaurant. I dined here just a few days before Halloween so the restaurant had additional decorations in keeping with the time of year. The washroom was clean and well maintained. This is a fabulous place to enjoy an exquisite meal served by courteous staff in a charming and romantic setting.

It's a very famous restaurant in the center of Bogotá, they say that sometimes they scare, myth I guess. The food is good but it could be better, the place is very nice and cozy. They have good wine

Wow! Wow! Wow! I was not expecting the food here to taste as good as it did! I walk into the restaurant at a little after noon. Empty. Hmm. No customers. The decor is like it's from the 1970s. Stains on the table cloth. The waitress tells me they already don't have two dishes on the menu and its only noon. Hmm. I'm not expecting much from the food. I order the Cantico en Medio Oriente. Food seems to be taking a long time. Finally, the waitress puts my dish down in front of me. I look at it and I instantly know I'm going to LOVE it. It's chicken, tomatoes, and mushrooms bathed in a sauce that looks like it comes from the middle east. The taste is phenomenal. The flavor is so interesting. It's a bit sweet. Its a bit rich. The chicken is cooked perfectly. Wow! And great service.

This place was such a lovely dining experience. The food and drinks were excellent. We paid 40 for drinks which was slightly more than other places but honestly some of the best cocktails we’ve had in Colombia. The interior decor was really beautiful, the service was also excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, I had the chicken and my mum the pork and we both loved our dishes. Everything was really perfect. It’s only slightly on the pricy side but it’s 100% worth it.

We stayed in Bogota for 6 days and this was the best dining experience we had. There are no prices on the menu posted outside so one might think it is a very expensive restaurant, but we took a chance because the warm lights, candles, and lovely setting was so entrancing. It was a treat to have an English and Spanish menu so we could know what we were ordering. What a surprise we received. The wine was served in our glasses like a witches brew made with dry ice. We had the beef tenderloin and the chicken with spices and starters. The meat was juicy and tender and flavorful and the vegetables wonderfully cooked. We will definitely come back. The service was excellent and the prices were wonderful value. Best restaurant in Bogota for dinner!

Wonderful restaurant with a unique menu. Fresh foods, with tasteful pairings. The environment is nice with a solid music selection. The restaurant has two separate menus too -- one in Spanish and the other in English. Big time score for me that's still not as fluent in Spanish. We had the salmon, steak and a mushroom appetizer. All recommended. One of the best parts about the location was the music - older rock. It was fun to watch the wait staff shuffle and sing along when they didn't think we were watching.

Es rico, pero los platos no son extraordinarios para su costo. Pedimos el salmón y los medallones de lomo fino.

Una opción de platos gourmet originales en la Candelaria. La comida la disfrute en 2 ocasiones distintas; en lo que fue en el plato de pollo mediterráneo me pareció espectacular y justifica al 100% su precio (muy dulce pero delicioso). En cuanto a los recomendados como el pacto ibérico y las costillas aunque estaban bien no eran tan destacables como uno pensaría en contraste con otros sitios de carnes rojas y por el precio. De las bebidas los cócteles y en particular en mi caso el mojito son bastante buenos aunque algo costosos también. La atención estuvo bien cercana a lo formidable y el ambiente es lo más destacable siento acogedor limpio y por supuesto como es en la Candelaria con su propia historia para el local.

Lugar hermoso, me encanto la decoracion, buen ambiente. Poca variedad gastronomica, recomiendo el salmon muy bien preparado, las bebidas sin alcohol fue lo malo, ibamos 10 personas y elegimos los recomendados de la casa y juntas tenian sabor a remedio, cada bebida 18 mil pesos, no me parecio que valiera la pena valor tan alto para esas bebidas.

All the food was kind of sweet: chontaduro soup, trout, mojito steak. If you have a taste for sweets it's your place. The waitress was kind. The not alcoholic drinks were good. Nice atmosphere.

Overpriced restaurant for the food quality and the menu description of the dishes. Went there after checking reviews. Unfortunately it's disappointing. The food didn't fulfill my expectations, considering the price. The food presentation was subpar. The service was fine. The place looks a bit run down, thus giving the atmosphere an average score. After walking around the area we found several other places more inviting and better prices.

Classy place and price above most restaurants we have tried in Colombia but the food has nothing extraordinary. My dish was basically a chicken sandwich and my wife’s meal had chicken and mushroom but the cinnamon was taking all the taste. However, I have to say that the portions are quite generous.

Fui con mucha expectativa, Pero salí decepcionado, la comida muy pobre, extremadamente costosa para lo que sirven, una salsa supuestamente con frutos del mar, pero traía solo dos camarones y un poco de conchas vacías. No tenía ninguna guarnición, siquiera una tajada de pan baguette con aceite de olivas, tampoco una ensalada y la cantidad no era mayor a 200 g, una soda de tamarindo y el costo sin servicio por persona fue de $70,000. El local muy anticuado, muebles y manteles feos, una decoración horrible, rama secas, cosas anacrónicas, la música no era lo que esperaba. Deberían aprovechar mejor el local ,prestar un mejor servicio, sobre todo en la comida, finalmente es por eso por lo que uno va. No lo recomiendo jamás, los califico con 3,1.

Llegamos un viernes a las 10:30 y apenas entramos lo primero que nos dijeron fue que ya no tenían servicio, les dijimos que el horario dice hasta las 12 y nos respondieron diciendo que la cocina ya estaba cerrada, dijimos que era para tomarnos un cóctel y automáticamente la respuesta fue cual quieren (como diciendo pida y váyase) y ni nos habían mostrado la carta, ni sentado, ni nada, realmente el servicio deja mucho que desear, nos quedamos por que era el punto de encuentro con otros amigos y no teníamos forma de comunicarnos o si no nos hubiéramos ido inmediatamente. No lo recomiendo.
