Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the best location in San Diego, this location in LA jolla is the cleanest and has the best staff, all other locations I have been too are filthy this location is always clean the veggies are fresh and they make your food really well. It's well worth getting your food here if you are going to the beach.

From overseas (the U.K.) and this was our first experience at a Jersey Mike’s. Really friendly welcome from the staff, and the subs were excellent. Great to see the staff actually cutting the ham and cheese to order. Well done!

Came here on 02/14/22 around 2pm and there was two males and a female behind the counter they were super friendly and fast with my order the sandwich I had looked absolutely delicious thanks for the great experience . All your employees could learn from them

So good! I really liked their California club sandwich. They are usually really busy but they have a section for takeout which makes it easy to order through their app, grab your food and go. Super convenient!

I had a good experience the day I walked into order sandwiches. Staff was patient as we ordered our food and showed good attitude. They prepared the sandwiches well and me and my family really enjoyed them at the beach that afternoon. I hope everyone has the same experience while visiting this location.

I had a couple of negative experiences with quality but the owner himself called me and totally was the nicest most sincere person to deal with. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time he genuinely cares about making great food and quality products, with customers first what a guy. Thank you Mr. Geno.

The staff here is truly the best. They are so warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. I work across the street and eat lunch here multiple times a week. It is rare to find an entire staff that works so well together and treats customers so kindly. The sandwiches are obviously great too but I wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff. Keep up the stellar work! I'll probably see you tomorrow ;)

I recently visited La Jolla location to place a catering order for our school teacher's lunch. Javier and the young lady working with him were very professional, helpful, friendly and very patient. The next day, Alberto was so helpful, kind and polite. He helped me get everything for the order together. He walked me to the car to help carry the heavy order. I will definitely go back soon. Great costumer service.

We have been ordering Jersey Mike's in La Jolla for our employees every Friday for the last 2 months. We order around lunchtime, which is a really busy time for them. When I pick up our order, I always see this group of people working their rear ends off at this store. And they are always courteous no matter how busy. I'm just really impressed and wanted to give them all a shout-out! 😀 What can I say about the food? Always so good.

It was impressive to watch them slice the meat as they were making my sandwich. It was delicious and fresh it had a little too much vinegar for me. I probably wouldn’t do it’s Mike’s way because of the amount of vinegar. Otherwise it was tasty!

However, some of the new staff need better training. The last two times I've gone in, sandwich was made by someone I've never seen before and was made sloppily with uneven distribution of sauces, juices, and meats. Other than that... Great

Last 6 months this location has seemed rushed! We usually come as a group where 1 person pays. Lately they have a trend of having you pay before they make the sandwich and that has led to a few instances where someone wanted extra bacon or this or that and were not able to as the ticket was already closed well before sandwiches were made!

I felt like Goldilocks because I was served today by someone nice, someone cold, and someone rude. My son and I ordered four sandwiches including a veggie sandwich. We figured a veggie sandwich would be somewhat defined and so when asked if we wanted green peppers we said yes. When we opened the sandwich it was mayonnaise, cheese and green peppers. No other veggies. They didn't ask, and we didn't Tell. When we figured it out we asked for all the veggies. But what kind of veggie sandwich has no veggies unless you ask for them by name? I should have said I wanted a meat sandwich without the meat. I paid with a gift card and they had a swipe that I hadn't seen. I didn't know how to do it. When I said so the rude one simply said it slower. I figured it out. Last time I'll be there.

She said that they had been specifically asked to redirect people to the app. That might be the case, and that’s fine, but the way she spoke to me was no way to treat a customer…her tone, wow. I was just calling into the restaurant to order food for pick up. I was driving and it was more convenient to call in to order instead of using the app. I went into the restaurant to order in person and she was so unbelievably rude to me, again, this time in person, that I left, and I don’t think I will ever get sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s again. Awful experience.
