April 15, 2025 We went because of the promo we saw on Facebook (why not). Good service, they served us quickly, and we didn't just buy the promo. Super good. February 18, 2024 (update) We used the drive-through and noticed a big difference since our last visit: the two guys who served us were friendly, they took our order correctly, and when they handed it to us, the young man took the time to tell us which was the sugar-free soda and which was the onion-free burger. Excellent! First visit to this BK. We used the drive-through. The lady who served us was super friendly, but it seemed like she was the only one working there because she took the order, collected the money, and then gave us our order. I'm only giving them 3 stars because the service was very slow (lack of staff?) And when she gave me the lines, the lady forgot to check which one was the sugar-free Coke. What did she tell me? That the taste would tell me which was which. Uhm. Aha!

I've been several times and the service has been excellent, but once I received poor service; they made me wait for over an hour and a half. Otherwise, the product and service are very good.

The food was good. We ordered combos and bacon fries (the bacon felt old). The good thing is that they offer refills in the colas. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. The menus on the TVs change very quickly, which makes it take people a while to order. There's also only one women's restroom and one men's restroom for the entire restaurant. The good thing is that they let us bring our dog in, so we kept her on our leash the whole time.

I think a 5.90 hamburger is very excessive (only $1 less for not getting fries and a drink), and the size of the burger is too small compared to the photo. The flavor is okay, but it's not worth it. I spent almost $13 for a hamburger and a Jr. combo. For $11, we got two combos with fries and a cola at Carl's Jr.

Terrible service, delayed, more than 20 minutes to serve 2 burgers and some wings, and it was 11 at night, I don't want to imagine it at a busy time...

Yesterday, December 12, 2025, we ordered two combo meals for $10.25 and a Hershey's Sunday Pie for $3.75. Diana C. took our order. She specified that the soda was Pepsi, not Coke. Okay... she asked to confirm that it was just one Hershey's dessert. Okay. With delivery, the total came to $27.00. Two combo meals arrived, and separately, in a paper cone, two bottles of Fuze Tea. We called immediately, and the same girl brought us a discrepancy regarding what we had ordered. In other words, she lied! We never received the dessert we paid for, and she claimed we had ordered the Fuze Tea, which she charged us for extra. The Pepsis didn't arrive either, even though we paid the $27.00 bill. Since we didn't have a car to go and complain directly to the restaurant after that girl rejected our phone complaint, a friend repeated the process this morning through the app. Obviously, they didn't want to take it into account, except to compensate us with a small hamburger. WARNING: Be very careful with that Burger King in La Joya, with what you pay and what you receive 😡 Two combo meals for $10.25 each + one Hershey's Sunday pie for $3.50 + delivery = $27.00.

We bought a chocolate cookie separately from the combos, but it was terribly hard. My husband complained, and they heated up another one and gave it to us. We also ordered a crispy chicken breast, which arrived soaked in oil. I complained, and they said they would replace it. We waited about 8 minutes, and nothing happened. We asked for a refund. 🙄
