I was craving Thai food after a long day at work and a personal appointment. Decided to return to Signature Thai after being away for years. It was a Friday night and the inside seating was packed. Honestly, I've never had to wait. I opted out seating outside because it was a little too cold for me. The food quality is great! The service was stellar. Kaila was amazing! Danny was friendly. Entire staff was kind. We had order calamari as a appetizer. For the main course, a seafood dish that arrived in a pot and a soft crab shell dish. Both came with a side of rice of your choice. I didn't snap photos because I was too hungry. Every dish you order comes out with a orchid flower gives it a beautiful touch. Will definitely return again. Jan 31, 2026 I decided to return to my favorite Thai restaurant. This time Michael served us. He's funny, friendly, attentive and will hook you up with making your dish spicer than a 10. 🤣 In all seriousness, the staff here truly are sweet and wonderful people! It's always a great dining experience. Thank you.

15$ lunch special pad see ew is an absolute must in this economy! Includes salad, egg roll and soup for dine in customers. Tasty plate. Inside is decked out with Christmas decorations as well! So festive! Thank you for the great food and service!

We celebrated my husband’s mom’s birthday there with a group of four, and our server, PiM, took amazing care of us. She surprised us with four complimentary, beautiful, and delicious boba drinks, along with free coconut ice cream. My husband and his mom were so impressed! The food was outstanding, especially the Three Flavor Fish and the Duck Curry. Prices were also very reasonable. Truly one of the best Thai restaurants I highly recommend!

Great service! We got the chicken wings and spare ribs to start. Highly recommend the wings. I got the three flavor fish and my boyfriend got the Khao Soi. Both were delicious and went really well together. And mango sticky rice for dessert. So good. Will definitely go back!

Amazing. It was our first time there, my boyfriend and I were just hungry and in the area. We called ahead to make a reservation. When you walk in they have these beautiful Christmas decorations all over and warm/dim lighting that give it a very cozy atmosphere. Food is delicious. We had the chicken satay (the peanut sauce did not make it into the picture) and tom yum creamy seafood with a level 6 spice. They give you extra plates and small bowls with a serving spoon. It was enough food to fill both of us to where we walked out a little bloated after 😅 Staff was friendly and attentive. Well priced. Overall a well rounded restaurant Edit to add: There was more chicken on the plate but we had already grabbed some before the picture

We celebrated my nephews birthday yesterday at Signature Thai and had a wonderful time! This is our favorite Thai restaurant in all of San Diego and we are thrilled that we moved closer and get to visit often. However, last night was an even better experience! We had Amy as our server and she was fantastic!! Amy was attentive and patient with our large party. She made sure everything was perfect from refilling our drinks, to removing plates out of the way, to making sure the kids were comfortable and also cared for. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations and that says a lot since this spot is already ranked really high on our list! We enjoyed seeing the wonderful thematic decor (Easter decor is up and very cute), the fish tank, and trying new delicious items on the menu. We were not disappointed! Everything we picked was very delicious and the plates are very well portioned.

Wow! Food was delicious. Our favorite Thai restaurant closed down so we needed to find a new place near our house, signature Thai was really delicious. We order the red curry and drunken noodles and it was amazing. Please go and check it out you won't be disappointed. The overall experience was pretty good, servers were checking our table several times on our short and late dinner date. I highly recommend it.

I enjoy going here and they never disappoint. My husband and I live close by and Signature Thai is our choice for takeout. We always get food for my family when they come visit and they love it too! My favorite dishes are pad see ew, eggplant tofu, pineapple fried rice and tom yum. The crab noodles is also a good dish and one to impress when you dine in! Great decor and the owner always decorates for every holiday and it’s a pleasure to see. I order from their website and it’s super convenient and user friendly. If you sign up on their email list, they send you promos too and have birthday coupons. They have a great business!

Craved some Thai food and my friend loves Thai food and I thought it would be a good choice for celebrating her b-day. I have go places but those restaurants were closed after lunch hours so I googled and found this place. We were so happy that we chose this place. Arrived before 4pm on Sunday, it was pretty busy but got a table right away, we had hard time to select dishes . Also I have food allergies so that I have to carefully read ingredients. After addressing my allergies, our server was kindly checked with the kitchen staffs for some clarification of the menu and also suggested what would be good choice and also she offered us separate dressings that was beyond above. Started off vegetarian curry puff, chicken salad, drunken noodle and panan curry with beer & wine. At the end I had an opportunity to talk restaurant staff and after addressing everything was delicious and as well as the staff who helped me was very nice. Disclosing it was my friend's birthday celebration, the ice cream was offered. Wow I wished I have known this restaurant long time ago but I or we will be back definitely. Thank you.

The Pad Woosen was perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of flavors and just the right amount of spice at level 1. The shrimp were fresh and succulent, complementing the dish beautifully. The Butterfly Pea with Lime Soda was a refreshing choice, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. It was the perfect accompaniment to my meal. Danny's service was outstanding, he was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. I highly recommend visiting Signature Thai Cuisine and asking for Danny C; you won't be disappointed!

My family and I have been coming here for the past few years, and we absolutely love it. It’s a bit of a commute for us, but it’s completely worth it every time. Staff – The staff is consistently super friendly whenever we visit. They’re welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. Ordering – The menu has a solid selection of dishes, and we never feel rushed when ordering at the table, which we really appreciate. Atmosphere – The restaurant has a nice setup with around 20 tables, a mix of booths and chairs. They have two large TVs that often play Mark Wiens’ “Best of Asian Food,” which is a really cool touch and adds to the vibe. Food – Legit—enough said. I’ve traveled to Asia more than 100 times, and this place truly represents authentic flavors. They offer spice levels from 0–10, but I always ask for “Asian 10,” which brings the heat (and I love it). I’ve tried the Panang Curry, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Spicy Fried Rice, and the Tom Yum Creamy Seafood—every dish has been excellent. Appetizers are good here too. Drinks – Good assortment of Coke products, tea, beer, some wine, and sake. Parking – Plenty of parking available. Never had an issue finding a spot. Overall – We dine in or order takeout about every other month, and we’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Although this order was a delivery one, I have been a frequent customer in the restaurant at Signature and find it to be an incredible dining experience,. Clearly the best Thai food in San Diego and perhaps beyond, everything I have ever ordered was exceptional. This most recent item was the shrimp tempura and the cucumber salad, and both were just superb. Thank you for great service, great food, and a wonderfully expansive menu.

Amazing food and service!! They have LOTS of gluten-free options and all GF items are marked on the menu as well! They were even able to accommodate my husband who is low salt/salt-free because of kidney issues. This is our new favorite Thai place, we'll definitely be back very soon! 🥰

I went for the first time to try the crab fried rice and pineapple fried rice. Both were good and fresh. They used fresh pineapple and real crab meat which makes all the difference. We also tried the fried chicken wings which were ok, goyza was good and the cream cheese wontons.

My partner ordered dinner from this place (03/08/26) and it was absolutely horrendous. I ordered the vegetable soup with chicken and noodles as well as egg rolls and it was the worst. It was supposed to have clear noodles and it only had a tablespoon of them. The vegetables were also raw so it felt like they just added broth to their leftover veggies and charged us for it. The taste of the egg rolls were good but they were so soggy. Never ordering from this place again.
