Very friendly guy at the window, good customer service. He packed the condiments separately. He made sure our order was correct. Just a cool dude and I really needed that type of service it being that our holiday meal at was was burned so KFC it was. Wish I knew his name to give him appropriate credit.

On 2026 February 26th I met a friend here for lunch and while using the restroom I left my cell phone. After 20 minutes driving north on the 5 freeway I realized I didn't have my phone with me. We turned around and drove back full of anxiety. Luckily for me a kind and honest employee had found the phone and he held on to it for me. Later that same day after my friend droped me off. (My car was parked in KFC parking lot.) I opened my trunk and put my camera gear inside, however upon closing the trunk lid I left my car keys sticking out of the lock. Upon returning after a four and a half mile walk I had to use my spare key to get into my car. Apparently another different KFC employee noticed my key sticking out of my lock and thought to take it out and hold on to it so no one would steal my car. I am so thankful for this person's honesty and thoughtfulness she went above and beyond her responsibilities as an employee. She saved over $6,000 worth of camera equipment from being stolen. And the chicken was great as it always is.

Worst ever. Three days after all the big raises. 6 piece meal. Received 8 pieces of dry over cooked spice less chicken. I believe this was yesterday chicken. This was a noon time order. Guess you get extra pieces when they over cook.

Been going for years . Its fast food so cant expect the best . My only complaint is there is one worker who always gets my order wrong or if i ask for honey and butter she will leave out one item but overall the staff is friendly and helpful minus that one person.

I enjoyed the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE the young African American guy gave us(I forgot to ask for his name...sorry). He was extremely polite and friendly with a big smile. I had to return 1 piece of chicken(not up to par) and was replaced by what I had originally asked...no questions asked. Thank you...really appreciate it.

It's KFC, you know what you're getting with the food. We came last week and ordered chicken tenders, and they took 5 minutes to prepare. They offered us free drinks for our time. That's great customer service that you don't see very often anymore. I love when places like this value your time.

Went to KFC got one of those boxes combo buffalo crispy chicken.. It was nasty .. They out way too much mayo n the bread was all soggy and the buffalo sauce smelled like feet... The popcorn chicken was the only thing that tastes good...... Wouldnt be coming here again..

Stopped on on July 7, 2017. Was empty so my service was great. Cashier that attended me didn't get her name was polite and speedy. Enjoyed my time. It's fast food chicken

KFC is always great, however they've just got too pricey. If your buying for a family be prepared to shell out some cash! Sometimes it's cheaper at those other chain , I think they offer better deals.

No honey or jam for biscuits. Mash potatoes are watered down. Could use more cleaning.

My popcorn chicken was not fresh. And they wouldn't cook me an chicken pie at 7:15pm when they close at 8pm. I should be able to get a pie when it only take about 15mins to cook.

Couldn't understand staff at speaker in drive thru. When I said no to fries as side and asked for cole slaw I got no response then someone else came on speaker. I had trouble understanding that person because of traffic noise on Imperial Highway. I was then told at window there would be a 4 minute wait for my order. There was no one in front or behind me. This was at approximately 230. I guess I should be glad my strips were fresh

I took it back and got a little attitude because they had to make me the chicken i order. customer service is number one. work on it people. the food was hot and very satisfying, but work on your service.

Ordered a 3pc big box meal. Had a coupon for the big box that wasn't applied. Then when I got my meal only ended up with 2pcs inside. So I paid full price and got jipped.

Ordered my food and was trying to watch the funeral of senator John McCain, homeless guy walks in singing and talking as loud as he can, no regard to any one trying to eat their lunch. Staff did nothing about it. Thought it was "cute" I heard 1 of them saying. Apparently he's a regular. Won't eat there again and plan on calling corporate office.

Fast service but double check your order. Make sure to ask for condiments. They never give us butter or honey for the biscuits, no utensils or napkins etc. Sometimes they forget to put everything you ordered in your bags!

Waited 10 minutes in line outside for a sandwich and 2 piece breast and thigh lunch. So much for Fast Food. The sandwich was dry and super thin piece if meat. most bread. The chicken was way to soft and the original style batter was entirely ruined. No crunchy texture of the skin plus the taste was missing the "secret ingredient" that makes KFC famous. I couldn't finish because all 3 pieces were practically mushy. It was a waste of $15+. So much grease that the bottom of box was wet with it. Very bad experience. Not happy at all. Also, they didn't provide utensils or napkins to eat the food, and the self serve lemonade was 80% water. This is no way to run a franchise.

Had to return for the gravy sauces that were not included and the girl in the drive thru lacked the basic manners of apologizing and seems she has zero interest in her work whatsoever. I've been to this place before and food, service has been good, but it's changed customer service is horrible , foul mouthed teenagers that have no customer skills, Chicken was soggy it made me feel sick, bathroom was dirty. Overall a bad experience.

Today is Jan 4th 2023 weds night we stop here to Buy food for My boys and My 7 yrs old need ir to use the restroom the cashier guy said someone locked the key inside and the manager was not there ,,i ask him gime me few bags and i'll take My boy to go do outside in the bag he smiled ,,,we started eating inside wen 2 females come in one of thm orders and then she asked to use restrooms she gets the key: thn i go to cashier guy and i tell him he was rude tha y did she gets to the restroom and not My kids ''thn manager comes and i asked her for receipt she was rude she told me She's not giving nothing so i go to trash and find mine ,,this is the worth service ive ever gotten i Will never come bck here and i'll share this on My social media about this location

I'm sorry. But this kfc has the worst service i have ever had at a kfc. That means they need training or the management just doesn't give a !?$!n. I shouldn't even give it a star. Chicken overcooked. And they don't know how to put a meal together. A guy at the register offered me a dozen cookies because he thought they were out of biscuits. They just needed to cook them. And then they burned them. I'm not kidding. Cookies and gravy, no thanks. I wasted to much money. Tried 3 times this past 6 months. KFC on Imperial hwy and Meyer rd. you will ruin kfc's reputation! Straighten up. I didnt mention my 2 other experiences. Crazy.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone asked what i wanted after i had to say hello first!!! No one even greeted me when i pulled up to the speaker box (aside from the recorded greeting). Never going back to that KFC again! I will drive an extra 5 miles to never go back there again!

Every day they get worse. Instead of satisfying your customer, they disappoint us more! The chicken that no longer looks like chicken, looks like a quail and is full of feathers. They sell low quality food and their prices are very high. You place an order and you get home and they give you a different order! Poor food quality, high prices and useless employees. My sister's boyfriend bought a drink so he can use the restroom and they knew he was in there and they opened the door on him. Super inappropriate.

Today I ordered lunch for 10 of us and ask for plates and utensils. Apparently when you go through the drive-thru they didn't find it relevant to provide napkins and utensils. Also, ordered butter and honey with our combination meal. It didn't come with it either. I asked the worker at the window if everything was in the two bags. She said yes..... Wrong. I'm just wondering if they ordered a meal, would they take care of themselves as poorly as they do the customers. PS: They all were very nice, just not good at their job.

AVOID! Staff is very rude trying to rush the orders and they still come out wrong or made with old/stale ingredients. When asked to speak with a manager and he was so high he couldn’t remember me from another car and His eyes where so dilated.

Sloppy work ethics! Ordered a 2pc 5$ fill up box and a chicken little (reg) asked to sit in and waited. Three (3) customers in back of me had received all they're orders and I was still waiting! Total time elapsed was 13 mins I waited! Asked for manager got a gentlemen named "sancho" and let hit know how unsatisfied I was! Even still the gentelmen tryed to avoid me as I was letting him know of his failures as a manager! When he finally game me his time he make up every excuse as to why I didnt get my order alog with that I could bearly understand what he was saying! Wont be going back there!

The only person that always gets my order right is the older Hispanic female, I think her name is Gloria. Better off having her at the drive thru window. I lowered my review to 1 star, Anyone that comes here, make sure to check your food because these people always leave something out. Also noticed that if you use one of their deals on things like their chicken tenders, its like they actually dig through the the tenders to oick out the smallest ones possible. The service is a joke.
