We stopped here on the way back from an excursion. The cruise line purchased a bottled drink for everyone. You would think the workers or owners would be happy with that. They acted very standoffish and not very welcoming, just a very weird experience. I speak Spanish fluently, so it wasn't the language.

Hole in the wall but great food. Ceviche was fresh/excellent. They give you chips & salsa, chips were super fresh as in they made them there. Seems popular with locals. Clean bathrooms. Fair prices (forgot to take a photo of the menu). They have mostly beer and hard liquor for drinks, they don’t make cocktail drinks. They take CC or cash (US/Pesos). There is an old resort next to the restaurant (we saw it up close when we walked to the restaurant from the shoreline by La Posada/Calle Nueva Reforma), the waitress said it closed 10 years ago, looks like it was once a massive resort (several stories high) with a large pool, now it’s falling apart/abandoned. The beach in front of the bar isn’t as nice as other beaches seems locals go to the beach in front of the bar to mostly fish. A great little spot off of the beaten track over looking the bay. Go there hungry as you’ll get a mountain of food! The fish tacos and coconut shrimp were delicious all washed down with a couple of ice cold beers. The staff were lovely too. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place in the bay. Great food and cold beer at a reasonable price. We had chile rellenos stuffed with shrimp, chips and guacamole and Indio beer. Loved it!

A local restaurant, nice and right on the beach. The service is a bit slow, but it's worth it. The food is very good, the portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. Stuffed crabs, fried fish, and Veracruz-style fish are all highly recommended. They don't have a wide selection of beer.

La comida no es excelente pero está buena, cumple con lo que debe. Aceptan tarjeta y eso es un plus, estaría bien que limpien el área de acceso a la playa para una mejor vista ya que no se ve como en fotos. 2 estrellas porque la chica que nos atendió nos puso mala cara por cobrarnos con tarjeta, debido a eso no dejamos propina. La chica que nos atendió mal, tenía cabello oscuro, piel blanca y la nariz medio rara. La otra chica bonita nos atendió bien pero como no era nuestra mesera decidimos no darle el servicio a la que nos hizo esta grosería. No regresaría por esa mala atención

El lugar no es muy bonito, estás cerca del mar sin embargo el camino es muy feo y no puedes meterte a nadar, solo caminar porque el agua no es muy limpia, la atención de una de las meseras no fue buena, se molestaba por preguntarle sobre los alimentos y precios, cuando le solicitamos la cuenta le pedimos un momento ya que íbamos a pagar con tarjeta, nos volteó los ojos y se retiró, posteriormente le hablamos y nos ignoraba, hasta que nos levantamos nosotros a la caja nos cobró y nos veía feo todo el tiempo, la otra mesera que es un poco más alta y delgadita atendía bien y se notaba su servicio, lástima que no fue nuestra mesera, en fin me da igual como me veía pero no es la atención y servicio que debe dar, NO LES RECOMIENDO IR, busquen mejores opciones.

rustic place on the beach - _sometimes fresh mariscos, but the unfriendly owners have driven everyone out, and what was once a cute spot is now a health risk, if you eat the marginally spoiled raw seafood the old lady unskillfully dishes out, yikes.
