We came here 4 years ago and wasn’t sure exactly where this stand (no electricity) on a corner behind the streets behind the main road…this place has amazing shucked chocolate clams that this town is known for. These were so fresh..they squirmed when I squeezed some lime on them!😍

Great octopus and scallop ceviche with clamato juice and salsas. I don't speak good Spanish and that was an issue here getting my order correct but the quality was great for the price.

Don't miss the octopus toast. It's incredibly fresh and delicious! The chocolate clams are also very fresh. This place is my new favorite. The chairs are very comfortable, and the service is excellent!

Mariscos... seafood. A little gem hidden in plain sight. We came here on the recommendation of a local. Don't be fooled by the small roadside kiosk; it's the real deal, and it serves wonderful and tasty chocolate almeja or campechanana (clams). Definitely worth a try.

De los vendedores de mariscos de banqueta, es de los que más infraestructura tiene. Ofrece sus cocteles en vasos de distinto tamaño. Ofrece por lo general pura almeja chocolata, pero de vez en cuando aumenta la oferta a otras variedades. Es para pasar a comer algo de volada porque carece de baños, como de costumbre en sitios de ese estilo.

We were looking for something different in terms of seafood. We found this little cart and decided to try it. Located very close to the boardwalk. The seafood was very fresh, but it needed more seasoning. I ordered two tostadas, and they didn't have any, so they gave me the toppings with tortilla chips. After adding salt, lime, and a little bit of all the salsas, it was tasty. The price was very affordable. The service was very basic.

If you enjoy eating in unhygienic places, this is the place for you. The food preparation area is filthy, and the women there don't seem to have any regard for cleanliness, much less any sense of hygiene. We ordered a shrimp cocktail that only had onion and lime; the shrimp were dirty, they hadn't cleaned them at all. The taste was terrible. The man who served us was friendly, but he definitely needs to improve his appearance to work in a place that handles food and drinks. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
