Employees are fast & reliable even at a busy times like lunch time during the week. Very clean feels like nobody has been in there. Parking kind of sucks but they do have a drive-thru which is awesome.
Love it, I usually do the online order that way I can walk up to the register and get my sandwiches. My orders are always right.
The young guy that helped me was outstanding. The receipt said his name was Juan. So friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond.
Now subway open 24 hours that's great
Came right before closing time and Juan was absolutely awesome! He was super friendly and courteous. The customer in front of us took a while but as soon as we got to the window, Juan immediately apologized for the wait. He really was great and he's the reason I give this Subway 5 stars! *UPDATE* Came here again (a month after my initial visit) and this time I went inside where I was greeted once again by Juan! He was busy finishing a big drive thru order but still acknowledged us and got to us in no time at all. Tina also came out to help as soon as she could and she was just as lovely as could be. I really enjoy coming to this place and you will too!
This is my go to subway spot. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Thanks for all the good work.
The gentleman that helped me today deserves a raise. He was friendly and very nice and made my sandwiches to perfection. Unfortunately I don't know his name but he wears his hat upside down. He won't disappoint if he makes your sandwich.
I was going to drive through but I'm glad that I dined inn. He was very helpful and courteous, this was the best experience in a very long time of ordering from locations throughout the United States. I wasn't completely satisfied with the sandwich but that was my fault for what I choose as topping.
I work security down the road from this shop and I come here probably weekly and I understand mistakes happen, wrong toppings happen. I can't leave my job though once I'm there cuz it's just me at the front gate. So I've eaten the mistakes knowing hey it happens. Well today I had an amazing worker there so sad i didn't get her name but she brought my forgotten cookies from my order to me because they assured me it was all in the bag and I didn't check till worn but when I called she knew and brought them to me herself!! Made My whole meal and experience there 100 stars!!

The store I visit it's the one on Valley and Sunset in City of Industry it's in the way going to visit my in laws. It's not cheap but not expensive either with $28 ate four people yesterday I think was a good deal.
It was really quiet cause I came at like 3 in the morning. The worker looked quite tired as would I but it was really tasty. You can never go wrong with a 24/7 subway and if you had a bad experience then it's probably your fault cause the workers are so nice and try their hardest for every single customer!

Drive thru was faster than I expected..Good service very friendly. Hard to understand threw speaker but my order was correct 🫶
The new brisket sandwich is for real. I lived in Texas most of my life, and I can say that their brisket is better than 90% of those supposed BBQ place in Cali.
Great customer services...they made my sub out of pure love...no 🚻...had to hold my urine until I got to gas station...
My Order was made promptly and put together in a clean fashion. Not sloppy at all.
Parking here is terrible beyond words. They're the only location with a drive through that I'm aware of though so that's pretty cool. Weekday lunch crowd is usually pretty busy but they have a good crew on hand right now (late 2019-early 2020). The service is great, most employees are bilingual Spanish, it's always clean and well stocked. I've always been pleased by the sandwiches or wraps I get. They offer a small discount on 1 "sub of the day." All in all, it's worth your visit if you can manage parking.
This place accept coupon but only on limited sandwiches. Call before coming. This spot is nice enough to honor the coupon. Called many location, lots of them don’t.
Only down about this place is parking and the one person needing help she was by herself serving about 4 difrent people.

Service was lousy, one of the ladies here, was having a bad day and I had to pay for it, I was planning on eating here, but I took off, thanks for a bad,and lousy lunch. Not coming back here .

They have a drive through, if you use that. More often than not you'll get half a sandwich when you order foot long. Half the veggies probably missing and on the wrong bread. Fml.

I wish the managers here would look into it....they always leave work early. I went to this shop today. They already closed the door at 7:45...? I'm in other stores and they all close five minutes early? ! ....this is an irresponsible work attitude....

I waited in the drive thru for ten minutes never toke my order or acknowledge me it's was 806pm they close 9pm I even called they never pick up the call there was no customer in the lobby and no car I seen a employee on his phone but I just drove off very bad service it not the first time this happens don't waste your time going to this subway
Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break sitting in line, 20 minutes was just to place my order. Didnt even get my food, had to leave my food behind to get back to work.
The two employees in the store did not seem to want to work. They were dismissive when I called in they did not have time for me to place an order. They said they were too busy but when I got there they only had one customer that was already paying and walking out. The girl asked as soon as I walk in if I'm ready to place the order I said yes. Then she tells me okay I'm clocking out now for lunch. They didn't have pastrami they did not tell me that when I called nor when I got there. They waited for me to start ordering to tell me oh we don't have to stop. No motivation to work from either employee such bad service.
This Subway shop is the worst place to order a sub, they cheat you in meats, put all lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and very little meat, I couldn't taste any, Was supposed to be a spicy Italian sub, was nothing close. They cheat you and argue with you, what a manager, very unprofessional.
Called 15 min till closing just needed a sandwich (one), I called out of courtesy so if they were getting ready to close they can do the sandwich really quick. Some girl answered and said we are closed I asked her really? It said 10pm. She replied with we have 20 sandwiches to do and they have to stay past 10 so they weren't gonna make any other sandwiches. I told her I'm right on the corner she stayed quiet and I asked her so you can't make one more. She replied again saying she had 20 sandwich and WOULD NOT make more. But with attitude this time. Very rude. I get it nobody likes to stay late but cmon that's the way the business is sometimes. The crazy thing is I don't ever yelp do surveys nothing last to ever complain but congrats this place did or at least this lady just did!! Think twice about customer service in the future!!
This store repeatedly closes before the times shown on the door and online. It has bad customer service, and I do not recommend that anyone patronize this store. I also filed an official complaint with the Subway corporate office.
The girl with pink hair has a horrible attitude & even flipped us off as we cancelled our order due to her attitude! I will call corporate! She obviously doesn't care about her job or providing good service..
Just drove by 2:25pm on 7/1/22 drive thru and nobody answered the speaker. I decided to pull up and there was a car. I waited and after the car went thru I thought I can give my order over the window. I waited over 5 minutes by the window and nobody came by. I seen workers inside. I like the drive thru. But service is horrible.
So we ordered on the app and they charged my daughter for 2 orders. She called in to tell them to cancel the order and they gave her a hard time. We go in the blonde lady who wouldn't give her name, tell her she made the mistake so they cant refund her money. Yet they only have her one order and not the other. She had on gloves but was touching all the surfaces, obems, utensils, phones ect, the goes back and touches the food. When I asked her why she do that.without changing gloves she go mad, and said I dont look to clean . Lol Then she call the cops on us. I would not go here, they do not have safe food handling
This Subway staff including the manager don't care about making money. They have little to no customer service skills n no respect for their customers, it's a wonder why people go here at all.
I ask for the daily special foot long and the lady there in the evening added some other sauce I didn’t ask for. It tasted like bbq and kind of spicy in a way. Later added the sweet onion sauce it wasn’t good.

I worked at Subway for 3 years - you don’t close/lock the doors UNTIL it’s the listed closing time, not because it’s slow.

However, when I got home I checked receipt and seen she charged my card $27 cause she added a "tip". Stay away from this location or just pay cash..

I ordered online. As I walked in a guy was telling another employee to only put 6 pieces of every vegetable on the sandwiches. The app allows for extra olives. He insisted that the extra olives were not to be included on the FLBOGO app. $2 more for olives. I had ordered 4. I thought he was joking he seemed flustered when I asked how he was going to only put 6 pieces of lettuce on my sandwiches and make them complete. Then 6 pieces of spinach, onion etc. well he did it. Meanwhile the other employee made 3 sandwiches then came to finish his. Why use the app? If it is to encourage us to shop more this guy doesn't get it. There is another Subway at Hacienda and Valley. He also said, "You people want everything free. Don't come back here." All of this for extra olives which are allowed on the app. What sucks is that I had already tipped $2. The other employee was in shock because I'm (was) a regular. I video taped the second half fo corporate but this won't last long. Update. I called to verify. That guy Paul IS the owner and lied by saying that he wasn't. The funny part is that I had him look me in the eye and called him a blatant liar.
Since change of owner happen this place sucks ordered on the app ahead of time 20minutes and I get there and my order is not even being worked on or ready if I can give negative -1 stars I would don't waste your time here go to a different location
I took a family member to this location they had never been to it before and the sandwiches we ordered I should have just called it a mayo sandwich. Because that's all we could taste I ended up throwing the sandwich out the mayonnaise was overpowering when I literally took a bite from the sandwich mayonnaise was oozing out of the sides so I threw it away after one bite a kind of grossed me out
The manager or the franchise owner of this #Subway location was wearing the drive through service headphone around his neck when I was trying to order through the drive through. Don’t get me wrong. The food service associates was great, but this dude needs to step out of his own business and let the associates run the spot and stop practicing some bad example to your own business associates. If I never said anything, who knows how many customers would’ve just get upset and go to the #Burgerking next door. Bro, what is the point of even having a business if you don’t care for your own business? 🤦♂️
for some reason, they like to wait for me to get there before they make my online orders. for a year every time I put in a order it was ready when I would go there. these last couple of months they wait until I get there which defeats the entire purpose of having an online order... not to mention, there is some new soft looking punk that works there that likes to look at me as If I did something wrong for expecting my orders to be completed at the time the App says they will be completed.

This location specializes in purposefully giving you a horrible experience. They always close earlier than stated, they ignore mobile orders, they won't refund orders that were never received, they dont accept promos and will never offer the 6.99 footlong. Go to ANY other subway.
