Was Kunden über Chipotle sagen
This Chipotle receives mixed reviews. Some customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, especially Abel, Andrea, German, Stephanie, Eli, Samuel and Marbles, and consistently good food. However, many report issues with small portions, cold food, inconsistency, and being out of ingredients.

Great location, but I was informed 5min ago that this location’s policy is to only serve a maximum of one beer. Either they changed their maximum beer policy in the past 5 days, or every employee before today has broken policy for years lol. Disappointed in the change since I enjoy two beers with my bowl🥲
Of course the food is delish, but the staff here is also super nice and accommodating if you’d like to tweak the serving amounts. They accidentally added sour cream to my order after I said no sour cream so they made a new meal for me and offered to let me take the incorrect order. I thought that was generous and considerate of food waste issues.
Love this location! If I had a job for him, I would love to hire the smart young man who seemed to at least be a supervisor. The friendly soul at the register with the perfect glasses was great, too. Very highly recommend. ❤
Cameron was absolutely amazing!! He was so kind and helpful, he really made me and my family feel like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant! Cameron definitely deserves a raise and we can’t wait to visit again.
I love the food so much. The service is always great. My only complaint is the chairs are so hard that I always get back pain.
I used to actually like Qdoba more than Chipotle back in the day, but that has changed! This location was reasonably clean, good service, and food was excellent. I’m actually kind of addicted to Chipotle these days because it’s a great meal, semi-healthy, and fair prices.
Chipotle offers a variety of customizable Mexican dishes that generally feature fresh and quality ingredients. However, the portion sizes have noticeably decreased, which can be disappointing, especially given the price point. While the flavors are still robust and the food quality remains good, the smaller portions might leave you wanting more. Overall, Chipotle is a solid choice for a quick, tasty meal, but be prepared for less food than you might
They feeding the poor well aka me. They also put me on a fire drink is the Minute Maid lemonade and the berry agua Fresca
Abel, Andrea, and German saved my night yesterday! I came at 5 till 10PM and they all were so happy to see me welcomed me into the store - No one was bummed that I came in 5 minutes before closing 🥳 The food was still fresh and delicious like it always is. Just a big thank you to the 3 Musketeers who made my day when I was jonesing for some chipoodle! And by the way, the brisket is the bombiscuit!!! Super tasty I’ll definitely get it again. Great work team keep it up!

Stephanie saved my life, when she didn't have to. I foolishly scheduled a catering order at a *different* restaurant for a Saturday evening, when I meant to place it for the current Friday evening. That restaurant unfortunately was unable to accommodate me in being able change it to that evening as it was already 6:45 PM, which was completely understandable given their last minute notice They were slammed and advised they actually did not have sufficient ingredients to work my order, while I assume also keeping up with their evening customers. I get it, they probably were having a delivery the next day which included sufficient items for my order, and they were already telling customers they had a 40 minute wait for just regular individual entree orders... I PANICKED knowing I had 25+ hungry women dressed up for the evening back at our rental ready for a sit down plated dinner and crossed the street to Chipotle. I was hoping this was about to become the most beautiful plated Chipotle dinner to ever happen. A friendly cashier took my inquiry and had me speak with the GM, Stephanie. Stephanie listened to my plight with empathy, and I was already bracing for her to say the same, as catering orders need 24 hours notice in most places, if not more. To my surprise, Stephanie advised me they could do it and sat with me for a few short minutes to work up the order and assisted me in clarifying a vegan option to cater to a small portion of our guests. I was beyond relieved and accepted any terms as to how long it would take to prepare, without hesitation. I ran some errands to kill time, and came back and waited for my order as the kitchen team absolutely killed it. While I waited, the place was slammed with evening business, and everyone hustled and worked together like a well oiled machine to keep their lines going and food prep areas refilled constantly. All of this, while they fit in my oh-so-desperate last minute order. Everything was hot, high quality and fresh. Our retreat guests had nothing but praise to say for the food that devoured. Stephanie and the team that evening saved my skin and turned a tragedy into a beautiful evening. TL/DR: I messed up the dates on a catering order with a different restaurant chain and stopped by Chipotle. GM Stephanie and team worked flawlessly to fulfill my order, while handling their normal heavy business and our evening was saved. 10/10 would recommend.
I always get the same order of a burrito 🌯. It's good food and atmosphere
I've been coming here almost 5 years now and always have a great experience! Food is tasty and the service is always nice, especially Eli, Samuel and Marbles are always happy to help. There are a few other employees who deserve mention but sadly I don't know their names.

This is a pretty good Chipotle. My rating is based on Chipotle standards, recognizing that I won't get great ambiance. Unlike some others, it seems to be adequately staffed to both prepare food and maintain the dining room. It is usually clean. Tables are bussed in a timely manner. The beverage and condiment area is fairly neat and well stocked. The food is pretty consistently properly prepared. Last night the tortillas were rather tough and mine cracked a bit, leaking just a bit. This was unusual, though, and the contents were excellent.
Chairs used for dining are rather small and look structurally unsound; thin beams of unrecognizable metal and thin wood slabs. As well as the booth seating not being compromising. Drink choices are limited to a Coke company and affiliates fountain machine. Vaguely labeled ice tea dispenser, and no limes. Staff was young and chipper, while the food of course was delectable.

Every time I order a salad, they also forget the vinaigrette dressing. It has happened without fail the last 4 times I’ve order. I order through mobile a lot and am able to check to make sure it is there when I pick it up myself, but it never comes with door dash delivery. Wish they did a better job about this…
Very basic place, food quality is poor.
Lately, Chipotle has been a bit of hit or miss. Their food is usually very good and service is great. But in the last 3 mobile orders I've done, I've had them get 2 wrong. If they could stop messing up my mobile orders I would rate them higher.
The food is fresh, taste great but the portions are small. 1/2 serving compared to the other locations. I recommend going to either Palm Desert locations it will be worth the drive. I have been to this store twice and left disappointed the other two locations are much better.
Need to follow the correct procedure for rice cooking. Rice needs to be fluffy, not mushy/ soggy. Otherwise pretty decent.
My boyfriend and i love going here. In the past year we’ve gone a handful of times and each time they either gave us really really small amounts of food, or when we order online they messed up our orders every single time. They either forget to put half of the ingredients we want or give us the wrong ones. We’ve given them a few chances. We won’t be going back anymore. I understand mistakes happen but its been multiple times. Seems like the employees don’t care.
I went to make an order over the phone for a group but it became difficult because the automated system wouldn’t transfer me to the store in PD. Instead it transferred me to Chipotle headquarters customer service. Their new phone system is not 100% and it takes awhile to get a live person.
I have been going to this location for along time and my most recent visit unfortunately put an end to that. Went with my wife and our 2 meals totaled almost 45 dollars for glorified fast food, and calling it lukewarm is a complement but the final nail in the coffin was the horrendous customer service the girl working the register was a cold as the food. Save your money for a local spot and skip the cold food and service you will receive here.
Serving are so small rationing compared to the on in north indio i rather drive further then go here. Instead of changing for new chicken i got cold bottom of barrel
Food is cold, don’t go between 2-4pm. Second time I have gone after picking up kids from school. Wanted to give it a try again. Same thing hard cold food. I think that’s the slow time, so you get all the left over meat from lunch. Service was fine. Ambiance didn’t matter it’s always been uncomfortable
We were at the La Quinta, CA location just now, and they’re still using plastic cutting boards, which likely leave microplastics in the food. Too bad—time for Chipotle to address this issue. Our rice and beans even got cold while we waited for the carne asada to be chopped on the plastic board.

I am so sick of this location that I will never come back. Time after time, the place is either filthy, out of an ingredient, understaffed, proteins are undercooked, and/or the rice is under-cooked. Today, at 1PM on a Friday, they were out of EVERY protein. The guy in front of me was told 5 minutes. Then they told the lady behind me 15 minutes. When I asked for clarity, the guy gave me a blank look, and said 10 minutes. How hard is it to anticipate a lunch rush that happens daily??? People have a limited lunch time break and it is unacceptable to have problems like this at a restaurant whose main benefit is supposed to be getting your food fast! I will never go here again.
This place seriously needs retraining, all staff rudeness and unprofessionalism, embarrassing to see that these employees represent this company, Manny store Mgr. No etiquette on how people should be treated, and the girls working there attitude, its time to clean house at this store.
Chipotle has a definite habit of sending off all their stalest chips in their to-go orders. They were inedible. I drove back to the store to return them and simply asked they swap them out with a fresh batch. The manager gave me a new bag, and when I tried one, it was more stale than the first one. When i tried to get a fresh bag again, I was told that they had no fresh chips and they have to sell this batch before they make new chips. Will not be coming back to this location.
worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. And I love Chipotle. But this one? Employees have 0 sense of pride to work here. Order is wrong all the time when using the app, food is served cold, they never make salad dressing here and neglect to tell you that as you order a salad. Guac is great - whoever does that great job.
Sorry not sorry Chipotle--we are never ever eating here again. The food was not just okay, it was horrible. Portion size is ridiculous vs. pre-pandemic portions. Tasted about four small bites of chicken in the burrito bowl and the ingredients were not fresh. The guacamole was served in huge chunks with some kind of lettuce scraps stringing through it--not cilantro. The guac was tasteless. Chips were over baked. Paid $42 for two bowls, guac and chips. For a few bucks more, we'll patronize a local mexican joint and get some real food. Disgusting and shameful!
I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. Every time I come the serving size is different. I just want to be able to get a regular bowl without feeling like I have to pay for double or triple meat for getting half scoops. Maybe one day they'll fix it, won't hold my breath though.
This place is horrible, the store Mgr. Manny, has no control of his staff & is just as bad as the disrespectful crew he has, they stand there talking about customers & making jokes about customers not good representation of this company,Mgr needs retraining in customer service or replace all staff !!!
I ordered a bowl tonight with double steak from the app and once I got home there was less than what would be a single serving of steak, 1/4 of the normal rice, and a little sprinkle of cheese on top? The other bowl ordered was the same deal.. a sad, less than 1/2 full bowl.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle. There were a lot of dirty dishes behind the counter where you order, which was off-putting. The portion sizes were smaller than I've ever received at any Chipotle, and they didn't ask my partner if he wanted any additional toppings after the protein was added. The staff seemed ready to check us out without offering any options. Additionally, none of the fresh water stations were available, and the dining area was not clean. Overall, it was not the usual Chipotle experience I'm used to.
This is the 3rd Chipotle in the Coachella Valley that I have been to that has this common problem. Employees standing around, no one is cooking, and there is literally maybe a tablespoon of food in each compartment that looks old and dried out. Why isn't food fresh? Why put customers in an uncomfortable situation? Why not be proactive and explain what is going on.
First of all we used to eat at this location when they first opened and the service as well as food were great! Fast forward to today and we walked in and the first thing we noticed were all the dirty tables. When we got to the counter we noticed the black bean container was empty as well as the steak and white rice containers. We asked if they have steak, black beans and white rice and the first answer was “No”. He quickly added that they should be coming out in a few minutes. As we waited we noticed how dirty the kitchen area was. There were stacks of used and dirty containers and the containers on the hot table were covered with food. After waiting too long a fresh container of steak arrived and as soon as it did the employee that was helping us with our order prepared a bowl for the customer ahead of us, or so we thought. He proceeded to fill the bowl with 3 heaping spoonfuls of steak along with other ingredients and it ended up being stacked way above where a cover could fit the bowl. He then took the bowl and went out into the dining area and sat and started eating. We were left standing there with no one tending the counter. I yelled to the kitchen we need some white rice and black beans up front. Then 2 employees came to the front and asked if we had been helped. I told him we were waiting for the white rice and black beans. He went into the back and was able to find some white rice and black beans. We then placed our order and when I saw him give me a small spoonful of steak in my bowl my husband said to him I thought we were to get 3 scoops and he said no but I can give you another scoop but it’s extra. I told him the employee that was originally helping us gave himself 3 heaping scoops of steak for his bowl. Well he said I don’t know about that, we don’t have to pay for our food. So we finished our order and our total was $36.00 including 2 large drinks. When we went get our drinks, the drink area was filthy from one end to the other. The juice drinks were extremely low and one was completely empty. Before we left I asked to speak with the Manager. I explained our experience to her and the condition of the restaurant and about the employee and his overloaded lunch. She told us that employees are not to serve themselves. She asked if she could do anything for us, which we appreciated but declined. We left and drove home hungry and anticipating our meal as it had been a while since we had gone to a Chipotle. What a disappointment!!! My steak bowl and my husband’s steak burrito contained steak that was 90% gristle/fat and the pieces we could chew we’re extremely tough as though the meat had been cut improperly. The black beans were hard and the cilantro white rice was chewy! I can’t believe we paid $36.00, at least the drinks were good as well as my guacamole. We will not be returning to Chipotle ever!!!! ☹️
Unbelievable skimp on meat and guacamole had a half of an avocado. I tried to resolve with customer service and they did not make it right. Will never eat here again.
This place is so inconsistent. I got these 2 tacos, and they only have enough meat for half the taco! So tired of giving 2nd chances to this chain restaurant. Just as bad as Taco Bell on the portions, except it cost 3 times as much.
Let me first say that this used to be a fantastic Chipotle location! Dining here was fast, convenient, and enjoyable...this location especially during the pandemic had service that was top-notch! We generally give a place atleast 3 opportunities before making a decision to not return. Let's just say, the last 3 visits were beyond unacceptable, in any category. This last experience we went in for an early dinner, hours before the closing of the restaurant, There were empty meat/side options...so when we were asked for our order...we got the following responses: " We are closing soon...oh and you want us to cook you that?" They were clearly not out of the items. From the employees, the request for our order was followed by eye rolling, sighs of disgust, and attitude. We were even told, " Ugh...you know you have to wait for it to be cooked." Again, this was hours before the restaurant was scheduled to close. When we went to the drink station, the tea was empty, and there were no napkins. We let the cashier know that the tea containers were empty...her response was "we are closing soon". This was again hours before their scheduled closing time. In addition, no one was monitoring the tables/garbage. Tables were not wiped down...and trash was overflowing. This situation would be understandable if there had been a shortage of workers...but this was not the case on this visit. There were 6 people behind the counter/register, 2 cooking and atleast 2 people in the back... If individuals do not plan on keeping food items cooked, prepped, and cleaned then the store location hours should be cut down drastically since it seems to be a bother to the current staff to stay working during the intended hours of operation. This location needs serious re-training and support from corporate. It is concerning that there is such a lack of professionalism and it is concerning that this lack of care and could potentially make people sick. Chipotle as a corporation has worked to protect it's reputation...and this is NOT helping that reputation.
We just ordered 3 C bowls from this place and it was delivered by Doordash. Our one bowl was opened and eaten. We didn't realize that it might happen. We tried to call this place but an automated response didn't allow us to solve the problem. The order bag wasn't completely closed, so the doordash guy had easy access to it. Whoever did that, shame on you. Btw, we were missing one fork.
Worst chipotle ever. They never get your order right and are always out of stuff. I placed an online order of a burrito steak bowl and they made a burrito... I told them I wanted a bowl so they remade that sad looking image. It looks like vomit and missing half the ingredients I asked for. Horrible place.

This location is awful. I’ve been continuously hoping the quality of their food would improve over the past few years but Everytime I’ve come here they are either out of half of their food or the food has been sitting out so long the beans and rice are dry. The portion sizes are also pitiful and the manager is SO RUDE. I made the drive all the way to Palm desert where the customer service is excellent and the food is always fresh and served with a smile. A change in management should fix this location.
I don’t even care to complain about places but i’ve ate at every chipotle in the valley and this has to be the worse. Ordered online and they skimped me out on my burrito. Smallest $18 burrito i’ve ever seen. And I set an order for 9:40 at 9pm and it wasn’t ready til 9:50. Why have an option if your employees don’t follow through with it?
Visited this Chipotle for the last time. No consistency with serving size, food was cold. Out of peppers and server shook some of the meat off of the ladle. I don't need to pay $14 for a bowl of rice & beans. Also, the manager was rude from a previous visit.
I ordered through the app, I didn’t not receive my drink or my bag of chips. I can’t get a refund because your app doesn’t let me report the issue.
I was visiting in town. The food was dry & lukewarm at best. The server used the same gloves to prepare the food as he did in handling money from the previous customer. When I called him out on it, he said he changed gloves. I told him I watched him & he didn't. Then he went in the back as if he changed gloves. The manager said he had to get gloves that fit his hands but the gloves were up front. He never changed gloves. Never going back to that location.
