Mi esposo y yo Conocemos casa Carmen desde Málaga y podemos decir que sus platos son exquisitos con una estupenda presentación y atención. Hemos venido a pasar el finde semana en Alicante y aprovechamos a pasar por torre vieja para conocer el restaurante de aquí y a saludar a Dorian Jefe de cocina quien ha trabajado en casa Carmen Málaga. Estamos altatamente agradecidos con su atención, el del personal como l@s camarer@s y el director super amables. Hemos pedido de entrantes el tartar de ternera y patatas con una salsa brava casera que estaba increíble. Platos principales solomillo en salsa Pedro ximenez y el entrecot y de postre tarta de queso todo maravilloso y precios asequibles. 100% recomendables volveremos en unos días

Un restaurante nuevo, elegante, tranquilo y con un ambiente encantador. Un interior precioso y música ambiental relajante. El servicio es excelente y la carta, clara y asequible. La comida es sabrosa y abundante. La primera ración de pechuga de pollo llegó poco hecha, pero el error se solucionó rápidamente con una ración más grande y bien cocinada. Una experiencia muy agradable que sin duda repetiré. 😋

Pocas palabras se pueden decir de un chef que le pone este amor y ambición a la comida. Sencillamente espectacular. Gracias a Dorian por cocinar tan bien, y a Omar y Javi por su excelente servicio y atención. Para tener precios medios, sientes haber comido en un restaurante de lujo.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Carmen! The atmosphere is warm and elegant, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable for the quality you get. I would definitely recommend Casa Carmen to anyone looking for a great dining experience. La ensalada César estaba muy buena y bien presentada, las gambitas de cristal muy buenas, pero un poco caras. El ambiente excelente.

Comimos muy bien, delicioso el pollo al curry, también probamos el curry rojo y el pollo tikka massala (un poco seco). También destacamos la parrillada de verduras. Lo mejor que había en el centro comercial, ya que el resto era todo comida rápida.

El restaurante es precioso, el personal es muy amable y eficiente, pero la comida aún tiene margen de mejora. Por ejemplo, los calamares a la andaluza estaban rebosantes de aceite. El pan de cristal estaba buenísimo. La carne de Entraña Angus era muy difícil de cortar y de tragar. Es una pena.

On the face looks like a lovely impressive restaurant. Food is bang average. Goats cheese salad starter is the worst I’ve ever had. The goats cheese was so cold and like a hockey puck. There was something burnt tasting. Iceberg lettuce is in abundance, lacking in any seasoning. Massively overpriced for what you get. Burgers ok but not piping hot. Waiting staff (the two that were on) tried their best. Kitchen staff looked and sounded like they were having a party! Tried and won’t be returning. Wouldn’t recommend. Sorry!

Everything was well presented. I would only correct two things: the Iberian ham is made from cebo and the squid is not squid, it is cuttlefish. The oxtail is difficult to distinguish because it is similar to that of an old cow. It would have been appreciated if the potatoes had been natural and not frozen. Otherwise, everything is fine.

During our visit, the service was extremely inconsistent. The woman who served us was friendly and professional, but the man who handled part of our table was the opposite. He didn’t ask who would taste the wine, didn’t walk around the table to serve it properly, and even spilled wine while pouring. This is simply unacceptable service. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken masala was undercooked, which is not only careless but also dangerous due to the risk of foodborne illnesses such as salmonella. The ribs had a decent flavour, but they were overly fatty and the portion was small. The burger was on the small side as well, and the fries were neither crunchy nor pleasant to eat — just greasy and oily. With ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, I can confidently say that this restaurant does not meet basic standards. I do not recommend this place.

Decided to try this place because of the Calamari(I always order when I find a restaurant that serves it). Arrived at the restaurant which wasn't very busy at the time but they needed to clear a table for my husband and I to sit. This took quite some time, but finally seated we ordered 3 tapas dishes; Calamari with aioli, Baked Camembert with pink peppercorns, honey and bread, and Iberico ham with bread with tomato and Maldon salt. We received the Camembert and the Iberico ham. The Camembert was good and probably the only item that was ok. The Iberico ham and bread was missing the tomato and Maldon salt, and when we finally, after asking several times, got the Calamari it was so disappointing, it was soggy, oily, pale and quite rubbery, nothing like their pictures. We asked the staff and was told they had some kitchen staff problems. Think there were a lot of issues with this place when we went, the floor had broken pieces of a mug and dirty napkins laying around, not a great experience and probably won't be back.

We visited this restaurant for the first and definitely the last time. We wanted to try something different for a change, since we usually go to El Kiosko. But I have to say, this change was a huge mistake. The restaurant’s interior is nice and looks posh, but the staff’s behavior was really poor. When we arrived with a child, both waiters gave us unpleasant looks and didn’t come over for quite a while to ask what we would like to order. We finally ordered two burgers and pasta for the child. The waitress rolled her eyes, which is unacceptable — especially in a supposedly “fine” restaurant like this. It took about 35 minutes for the food to arrive, even though the restaurant was almost empty — just us and one other table. The burgers were low quality, the meat and the bun were dry. When we asked for dressing or ketchup, we got more eye-rolling again. We were hungry after shopping, so we ate the dinner, but it was definitely not worth the money. We will never come back here, and we’ll tell our friends to go to the restaurant next door, El Kiosko, where we are always extremely satisfied.

the food is not justified according to the price. the burgers are dry, the bun is sweet. the main dish is not the most delicious. for this price it could be tastier, more appetizing. The atmosphere is pleasant, it is nice and cool inside. Outside there is a children's area from the shopping complex. The staff is friendly.

The water came in already opened water bottles, and not cold, so it might have been from sink and not bottle. It took us almost 30min to get the food. A bit before that, one waiter came to reassure we had ordered. The mediterranian burger was okay and had nice rich flavors, but not super good quality compared to normal restaurant burgers. While dining, around us two seperate groups sent their food back to kitchen.

Estuve con mi novia cenando anoche porque estuvimos viendo un poco la carta y nos llamó la atención la variedad que tenían y el precio , pero pedimos todo para compartir y nos sacaron los 5 platos juntos de golpe … Luego la camarera muy simpática , pero se equivocó 4 veces junto a su compañero andaban un poco perdidos pero en la cuenta nos cobraron lo más caro . En cuanto a la comida , se notaba que se hizo todo rápido y que estaba muy precocinado el producto ya que tardaron 5 mins en sacarnos 5 platos . Y en cuanto al local , muy chulo y acogedor pero no repetiríamos . La comida deja que desear

Pedimos un plato de entrante , el pan de cristal con jamón ibérico , tomate y sal de Maldon( eso es lo que pone en la carta ) Y nos pusieron un plato que daba vergüenza teniendo en cuenta que estoy pagando 14€ por el. Ni el pan era de cristal , no había tomate . Ni aceite ni sal.. Y que decir del jamón una vergüenza servir eso. Cuando nos quejamos a un empleado que se llama Omar sin dejarnos terminar de explicarnos ,nos coge el plato y nos echa el aceite encima del jamón y tomate encima del pan, cuando previeamente nos había dicho una camarera que no les quedaba tomate ,un desastre todo. Eso no es un plato de jamón , es un plato de sobras. Y no fue el único plato que salió mal pero quería recalcar este. No lo recomiendo nada , al menos el de la Zenia Boulevard

Mala experiencia, pedimos croquetas de cocido y nos trajeron minicroquetas, bueno, un error lo tiene cualquiera, pero al traernos las croquetas de cocido, estas venian con el centro todavia frío. A mi pareja le sirvieron el plato principal con los entrantes, ella habia terminado de comer y mi suegra y yo todavía tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos a que nos sirvieran, estuvimos en total, esperando una hora para dos platos sin estar el sitio lleno ni mucho menos. Los principales, mi suegra pidió un secreto iberico que no era ni secreto ni ibérico, a baja temperatura, la carne pasada y las patatas frías. Yo pedí un costillar a baja temperatura de unos 16 euros, venían 3 costillas, de baja temperatura nada. La cerveza y el plato de mi pareja, bien.

Fast service and quite nice location. But food Is below average for the price in my opinion. If you ask for why and if they can do something about it. They shrug it off and look at you like you have the plague.

The pasta you can eat is below average, but when you wait an hour for food, you're so hungry you don't care. If you come in a group of more than two people, don't count on eating together - some of you will have already eaten while others haven't gotten their food yet. Just don't order meat: the portions are smaller than children's and you won't be able to eat it. If you want to talk to the restaurant manager, you will be approached by a very arrogant woman who, after hearing your complaint, will be the first to say that no one should be angry with her! She refuses to acknowledge the cook's mistake which was more than obvious, and yes, they gave us free drinks as compensation, but dear lady, you better go to the kitchen and wash the dishes! The restaurant manager can't afford to act like that! I have a university degree and a diploma in hotel management and I have never encountered such behaviour. If you were my employee, I'd fire you immediately. We will never return and I recommend the owner to replace the manager and the cook.
