It was a clean resturant. My husband ordered a Homestyle Burger meal and I got a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bisquit. They were a bit slow on my order for some reason, but not too bad. Our meals were good.

Whomever was at the serving window , shouldn't be on their phone while having a drive thru full of cars. I was asked if my order was a mobile order , showed her my receipt and was given the wrong order. I didn't have time to go in with being on my way to work. Plus they were way to busy for me to wait for a remake. I'm sure my order was given to someone else.

This place has really stepped up. Service is better, the interior is clean and new. Ice cream machine has been broken the past few times I’ve been there. 08-21-2025 Today i was really disappointed by this location. I ordered the new McDonaldland meal. I asked to sub for a chocolate shake rather than the cotton candy one. They proceeded to give me a cotton candy shake since the chocolate was out. I said i would prefer vanilla. The lady at the window was rude about it. I received a very messy burger and no “collectable” in my McDonaldland Meal.

If you order inside, you take a number and they are supposed to bring the food to you,...doesn’t happen. Order is typically wrong, so quality control is subpar. Food is, well, McDonalds. The food is what you expect.

Order came out in good time for how busy they were at lunch. Much needed upgrade to the place but the playplace or playground area for the kids is a joke. Not really a kid friendly place anymore.

Even when you order ahead with their app, it still takes forever to get your order. No one works the inside counter so when they screw up your food, you have to wait again before they will correct it.

When we came inside this McDonald’s , there was no one at the front taking orders. The place was trashy and there was food everywhere on the floor. Service was horrible, they took long making our food. Everywhere I looked there was fries, nugget boxes, napkins and ketchup on the floor. When I went to the bathroom there was no paper to dry my hands with. Never coming back.

Store is super busy all day everyday, they do the best they can to get your food out quick but that doesn't happen often. The staff could be nicer. Foods always good, when you get all your stuff.

I waited for 20 minutes to get to the Telecom. With only two cars in front of me. I asked the lady at the window if the outside intercom wasn't working and I was told the cameras not working. The sensor's not working so they can't really tell when somebody's there. You would think they would block it off if it's not working and they can't tell when somebody's been sitting there for 20 minutes.

My coffee was so watered down, that it wasn't drinkable. Only explanation is instead of making more coffee, they filled the half empty pot up with water thinking nobody would know. WRONG!

The bathrooms were very dirty and smell like that have forgotten to clean then the day before. I went around 10am for coffee. Service was way to slow for a cup of coffee and with the new self service there was no one at the counter to ask for sugar after they gave me my coffee.

Ordered the homestyle burger combo the homestyle burger is not the same as it was before not worth the money spent and the drink was not filled up.

Took over 30 minutes to receive food and the only people waiting inside were for someone to refill their drinks and get condiments! I will say, the food/drink order came out correct without having to ask but waiting to have to refill drinks is crap. I’ll never understand why McDonald’s took the self serve station away. The lady that ended up giving us our food was very sweet even though you could tell she was overwhelmed.

Longest lines ever for real. Been in line for 40 minutes and just made it to the squawk box. The lady at the squat box was fast and to the point but I so don't envy her job this line is like this every time I drive by it just this time I'm stuck in it and man people must love their McDonald's because I've literally been in this line forever now God forbid something be wrong on my order I'm sure in about another 15 minutes I'll find out......15 minutes later..... Not really "fast" food I went in this morning on the way out of town, and decided to stop and grab an Egg McMuffin. Used the kiosk to order with a time stamp of 10:09 am. After 15 minutes, noticed people who had ordered at the counter after I placed my order and went and asked the status of my order. The guy was polite and took my receipt and began to fill it. After 20 minutes, he gave me my order. Also, noticed people eating and preparing orders in the kitchen without gloves or washing their hands... Not sure if that is aligned with health codes or not. The staff was friendly and my expectations for food at McDonalds is not the same as at the French Laundry. My rating is based on how long it took at a fast food restaurant. Food was hot and good, but it took way too long. This is not the first time I have stopped and it took an inordinate amount of time to get my order. Don't think I will stop here again, rather I will keep driving and grab my breakfast further down the road.

If you're looking good food at decent price? Then this Place isn't for you. EVERY single time I order here, whether is doordash or in house, they always seem to miss or mess up your order. I had ordered a whole meal for myself and my partner, they missed the fries all together and gave me a completely different burger. Mess up once or twice and I'll understand, but mess up EVERY single time? I recommend not eating here! When my partner went in she spoke to a woman who was extremely rude to her, giving her attitude, and just overall being unprofessional. As a former customer, I recommend you driving to downtown Waco for a WAY better service! Bellmead McDonalds, you need to do better.

This store is always busy and perhaps is the cause for my particular issue. My girlfriend is a door dasher in her spare time and I observed while riding along that she was treated rudely and singled out by store employees for not being a typical customer, Like door dasher are a nuisance. Hopefully this can be corrected by management as it brings more revenue by participating in door dash.

Ordered my food, simple burger patties with cheese on top and a mini oreo blizzard at 8:23pm . I didn't receive my meal until 8:48pm. My meat patties were old, the cheese wasn't even on top, there were minced onions on my patties and my ice cream was half melted. Terrible, no wonder they only have 3 stars. I would have taken a picture, but they made me run late, and I had to rush out. They at least apologized.

Never in my life have I waited 25 minutes in a drive-thru line for just a large fry! I even called the phone number to see what the issue was, and I was told they were waiting on french fries to cook. That's funny because when I finally get up to the pick-up window, my fries are old! I told them that wasn't going to work and I needed fresh fries. Didn't figure out until I was down the road that they had just re-fried the old fries! And I'm pretty sure it was the night manager that did it! Ridiculous! And I know why, they closed at 11pm. I placed my order at 10:45pm, didn't get my order until 11:10pm, and they were too lazy to make the customers happy instead of rushing to get off work! What's more important? Customers being happy, or your employees getting out of work earlier? I also think it's funny that the owner or regional manager or whatever higher-up person NEVER responds on these reviews or tries to correct the issues! Horrible customer service from low-level employees to the higher-ups as well! I definitely won't be back...EVER!

By far the worst mcdonald's I've been to. It's been a few months since I stopped stopped in for breakfast at opening due to poor customer service. Today, 26 Sep, I decided to give it another try. I arrived at 0455 with an opening time of 0500. Lights came on and I was ignored. I drive around to the window honked my horn and knocked on the window. Worker said someone would be with me in a minute. Two to three minutes go by and the same worker comes back and says "they got a late start this morning and nothing is ready." If you can't open on time then don't open. Plain horrible.

Restaurant is filthy and the employees are rude. This is the closest McDonald's to our house, but we'll often drive further just to receive better service and food. On our most recent visit we ordered on the app for pick-up at the counter, and when we arrived an employee locked the door as we were walking up to it. The employee looked my husband right in the eye, locked the door, and walked away. The drive-thru line was long and not moving, so we chose to just leave and eat elsewhere. Hopefully we receive a refund for the food we never picked up.

They would NOT refund me for the frappe that I paid for on the mobile app, but they could not provide because their "machine needed cleaning" at 6am in the morning..? Be aware they will take your money and the manager does not care. They cant even keep their drinks/cups stocked....terrible McDonalds!! This place is horrible! Staff is horrible! My baby loves going to McDonald’s and this the closest to our home. I took him after his baseball game and the door was locked one hour before the lobby was supposed to close. There was an employee RUSHING getting all the trash together by the door as I tried to open it and he said “Go to the drive thru!” I pointed at the sign on the door that had their lobby hours and told him it wasn’t closing time. He walked off and continued to collect the trash. Just rude. I only wanted to order inside because the drive thru takes forever. I hope they close this location soon. It’s awful

It is bad enough how prices go up but quality goes down. To that degree, I knew not to expect much. 1 star on food because I could have gotten much more and better food elsewhere for what I spent and the pump ketchup tasted like whiskey it was so sour. Guess it went bad and wasn't checked or changed. 2 stars for service because they made the choice to go digital and have you use a touch screen to order or else wait in a very long line for only register being manned. 1 star for atmosphere because it was filthy, poorly lit, and depressing. I miss the bright cheery McD's of my childhood. Bring back the clown!

I can’t believe the obnoxious behavior of their employees. After having us wait for over 20 minutes, they told us they had closed. She didn’t want to tell us her name; she cussed at us for demanding an explanation. This employees are the worst that McDonalds can have. No Customer service at all. Keep in mind it was around 10:40 when we arrived, and we left at 11:15 pm. The website says they closed at 1 am. She was NEVER coming back.

Do not go here! This location was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered on the app because the kiosks inside were broken. It was 25 minutes to get my food. While we waited for our food, the kids played in the play area for a few. I have a medical needs kiddo who I hesitantly let go up the playscape. She returned to our table and her feet which were clean when we arrived were completely black on bottom - so filthy!! Our order was partially right, but the train wreck of food pick up was not worth trying to fix it. There were no straws, no ketchup, nothing other than napkins that we could self serve without going to the counter. I’ve been to so many locations with my kids, this one is without a doubt the worst!

Posting late, but on August 25th 2019, order was placed at 7:13 pm and didn't get food until after 8pm. The veggies on the sandwich were tiny and going bad. I don't eat fast food often, but this was a horrendous experience, and will avoid this location in the future.

I had no problem with the young man who took my payment at the first window but as I went to the second window the customer service with them was horrible. I got my drinks handed to me and I informed the young man at the window that I was missing a frappe. He said I was not charged for two frappes at the first window , I was like okay and got my card out and told him to go ahead and charge me then because I asked for two . He said no I needed to go around back to the drive through and order it because he didn’t have a register . I told him I was not going to go to the back of line and wait in the long line again . I asked if he can go to the back register or to the front counter just to ring me up and he said no . Then another young lady came and she very rude so I asked to speak to a manager . The manager did not come to window instead the young lady came back and said she will ring me up and took my card and told me to go park and she would bring it out to me . I said okay but I will wait for her to ring me up and give me my card first before I go and park . I couldn’t believe that she rolled her eyes at me . At this point I was really upset and demanded for the manager to come to the window . When the manager finally came to the window I told him what happened but honestly I don’t think he cared . I mentioned that from all the McDonald’s in the area this was the one with poor customer service . I will never go back i would rather drive all the way to Hewitt .

Finally got a rest room stall and as I was going out of the restroom a McDonald's worker was coming out of a stall also. I am washing my hands and noticed she just walks out the rest room and never washed her hands😱. I went straight to the manger and he called her over and said: Mgr.: you didn't wash your hands? Worker: I am off the clock I told the store manger regardless if she was off the clock, you have customers in the rest room and that doesnt look good. He didn't do anything to her and he walked away and she went the other way. After getting our food, my fish burger was dry nothing on it and half a piece of cheese and fries were mostly burnt. I know next time when driving through this town I will never stop at this Mc Donald's again.

No one acknowledged me at the counter. Hate kiosk but attempted it wouldn't accept my pmt through the app. Canceled order and lost my code. Ordered through drive through had to wait for fries but didn't get creamer in coffee so asked the young woman to get us 5 cream. Older woman at window came out with an attitude that we said we did get our coffee which is not what we said. 2nd and last time we will stop here as we have had issues both times.

Placed a mobile order ten minutes before i got there so it would be ready or almost ready waited in line for 25 minutes before anyone even came up the front to deal with the CROWD of customers waiting. Elderly and children just wanting to order or get refills waited over 15 minutes to be served. Got my order. Just a 6 piece kids happy meal for my son. The toy wasnt in there so i went back in and asked for the toy. Then proceeded to be berated by an employee who refused to give me a toy for my screaming hungry toddler. Took two other customers to point out i had waited there longer than anyone there for me to get a toy for my son. Tried calling and speaking to a manger and was given no help with filling a formal complaint with corporate. Just warning everyone who might want to go to this location you will be waiting for quite a while before you get your food. Customer service was non existent here. Order was wrong.

No drink station available for easy dine-in refills. No one brings your food to the table when you take a table tent from kiosk. (That’s what the table tent is for). No one working the cash register. And workers weren’t very friendly.

This has to be the absolute worst and slowest McDonald's I've been to, and I travel a lot. Took 28 minutes to get a big breakfast and a coke. While I waited, people from drive thru were coming inside to see why their food was taking so long. A guy couple that was sitting waiting for their food before we walked in, had to go up and ask for a refund. They stood there over 5 mins waiting for the manger to come refund them because the manager was back there dancing and joking around with his drive thru staff. They were not even short staffed, so that's no excuse, I've been McDonald'swith less employees that worked more efficiently than this one. A girl who walked in 10 minutes after we did, got her food 15 minutes before I did. Nobody was even at the counter most of the time while people stood there waiting to ask for condiments. 100% will never stop at this McDonald's again.

We went through the drive-thru, and the staff delivered the car in front of us our order. We observed her do so and receive it back by hand. We are confident it was our order because when we arrived, she was about to hand us the mocha frappe, which was the same item the previous customer had just handed back along with a bag of food. We requested new fries, as the previous customer likely touched them while searching the bag to verify her order. The employee became noticeably rude and stated, "That was not your order we gave out; it was something else," despite us witnessing the entire interaction and seeing her hold the same bag of food that the customer handed back to her before we arrived, which she then gave to us. The food was fine but the worker was very rude and unprofessional, I know its just mcdonald's but damn.

I use the app and anytime I order curbside I wish I would’ve just learned from the last time I made that mistake. Consistently waiting 30-45 minutes just for items to be missing. In the last 6 months they have NEVER gotten my order correct. Multiple times to the point where I check my food, take it in to get it corrected, and it STILL comes out wrong. It's not a hard order. Just extra ketchup and extra onion. Yet they either just completely mess it up even though it's rang in correctly, or just straight up give me someone else's burger. Multiple times in the SAME DAY I've had to go in to get it fixed. Today I went in TWICE. The first time I explained it was wrong and asked for a NEW one because it was also already cold as hell. They literally put the stuff on there and handed me the exact same burger, but still missing stuff. I called and the. Went back for a new one, and not only did I have to double check in the lobby, but they told my that I should just make sure to check my order every time from now on, like I don't already do that. I told her that didn't make a difference and even when I do that and come in to get it fixed it's still wrong half the time or more. They gave me a new one, and she tells me it's hot even though it's sitting in my hand lukewarm. I used to work at mcdonald's, and it's not that hard to just read the ticket and get the food correct. The only reason I still go to this one is because it's only 5 minutes away from my house and I don't feel like driving an extra 5 to 10 minutes each way to go somewhere else just to have my food get cold when I get home. It's absolutely ridiculous. When I got home 5m later the " hot burger" was already ice cold. It definitely wasn't got when they gave it to me. It was obvious immediately. READ YOUR TICKETS.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I waited in this line for over 30 minutes, on top of having four cars taken ahead of me from the first lane, all who came in behind me. I’ve NEVER experienced a wait like this at McDonald’s in my life except for at this location. Not the first instance, but I will make sure I don’t come back again. Who ever runs this place, do better.

Sent my brother to go get my order as I wasn't able to leave and so much was wrong it's ridiculous Double quarter pounder with extra cheese (no cheese) 1 large fry (no fry) 3 strips of bacon (no bacon) Double quarter pounder meal no ketchup and mustard add mayo (no mayo ketchup mustard allergic to ketchup couldnt eat it fed to my roomate) Quarter pounder with cheese large w strawberry banana smoothie extra pickles (no pickles) Fries on meals over salted tasted old....worst experience with this McDonald's ever maybe they're having an off day but read your tickets!!!!!! Supposed to go get my bacon and fries tomorrow but now I'm hungry because I couldn't evem eat my meal I got a coke that's flat

Don't go here even if every other place is closed it is better to starve than get some food here if you can. So, why do I say that? Because of a visit I had here recently. The one thing they had available was a cookie that was hard. Everything else was sold out! the kiosks even said that water was sold out. This location is in dire need of new management. I ended up going else where for food.

Place closes at midnight. My wife and I waited in the drive-thru line to order at 1140. Turned off their lights at 1155 with a line of cars behind us. When we came to the window and asked what time they close, they didn’t know. We heard the workers in the back saying we shut down at 1130 but close at 12. Will not be returning here.

If I could give zero stars to this exact restaurant, I would. For being located on a highway you would think that they would figure out not to put signs over where they display your order so then you could make sure the order is correct. This of course is after you tell them the order three times. I understand that they hate their jobs but I also work in the food industry and this was such a joke. They got all my menu items wrong, and it was not a complicated order. 0/10 would not recommend

So it would of been nice that someone would of told me their out of McDonald's monopoly cause I ordered number two meal expecting to get monopoly tokens but no. Then I went in there seeing what's going on. We'll they had two signs taped down on the end of the counter were you, when your not looking for the signs, guys what she said after I came back in and did you read the signs, so I'm not eating here I go some where else to get them . The Service is very slow. The fries were not even cooked. There was undercooked there was understaffed and there was just playing around back there doing nothing.

The pm crew here needs to be trained again in ethics and customer service . Specifically drive through staff . Making faces or fun of potential customers who have speech impediments is unprofessional on so many levels do better !

They are very slow with service. I went to the drive thru on my way to work. I get to the window, they hand me the drink without the food and tell me to park in a space. I wait patiently. I see cars that were behind me getting their food. I go into the store to get a refund, one of the workers went to get a manager. No one ever came back to the front to assist me so I ended leaving without a refund. Made me late for work. I would recommend going there two hours early if you have anywhere to be.

The bacon on my sandwich was as soft as a noodle, lacking any crispiness or texture that you'd expect from a breakfast item. It felt like it was barely cooked, making the sandwich quite unappetizing. To make matters worse, the bagel sandwich was just thrown into the bag haphazardly. When we opened it, we discovered that it was disassembled, and we had to put it together ourselves. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you're expecting a quick and easy meal from a fast-food chain. Additionally, the staff seemed to have no idea how to use the table plaques to bring out food. We waited at our table for a long time, only to find out that our order had been sitting at the counter. The lack of organization and communication among the staff was evident, and it contributed to the overall negative experience. It was clear that the staff was extremely lazy and unmotivated that day. The entire visit left much to be desired, and it was not the level of service I have come to expect from McDonald's. I hope they can address these issues and improve their service in the future.
