Best experience ever! They have a great variety of flavors. I ordered the s'mores ice cream, so delicious. LGreat atmosphere and customer service. I really recommend it. Definitely my favorite place to hangout in downtown Anaheim,CA LOVE IT💖💗👍
This place is to die for! I tried the fashionista and it is so good omg. The ice cream is super tasty and super big. The cocoa pebbles add a nice touch. The chimney cake is extremely warm and tastes like heaven. Super pretty also. If you want bomb ice cream make sure to check out house of chimney cakes !
Solid dessert spot. I was really impressed by how crispy the chimney cake came out. Make sure you park at the lot in the same building structure to get validated Food- 5 stars We tried the matcha monster which was pretty good. The toppings are all pretty standard and served with soft serve. What I really liked was how crispy the chimney cake came out, which gave an excellent contrast to the soft serve. Really much enjoyed it Service- 5 stars The employee who helped us was nice and got our dessert out quickly and nicely Bottom Line Solid dessert spot that will satisfy any sweet tooth
Saw this place on IG and tagged it. Was excited to come. There was a line to order and tons of people waiting. Helped add to the credibility that I made the right choice. Looking at the menu I chose the All American Apple Pie. You could view the one lady making the chimney cakes and watch the other prepare our creations. You could taste the caramel and cinnamon on mine. After getting thru the ice cream I was happily surprised to find the apple pie filling inside the chimney cake.
I love coming here to get ice cream, I usually go for the matcha monster it's the picture bellow, and I love how the cone is bread, it always tastes good and I love how at the bottom they add a little chocolate.
Ok so despite being around 97 degrees and very humid on 6he day I went to this place and not getting my ice cream the way it looked on the menu with a delicious cinnamon pastry cone it was still very good. The pineapple 🍍 flavored ice 🍦 mixed with 🍓 ice cream flavor it really hit the spot. you can really create your ice cream how ever you want it. from flavors to cones etc. i will be coming back to try other flavors for sure. we had to make line but didn't wait very long. My ice cream started to melt in seconds thats why it looks sad and falling apart.
Went here on a Saturday afternoon and was lucky enough to see it was slow. Ordered the birthday cake cone. The workers were nice and took time to make each order just right. It was fast and really good. If you park in a parking structure they can validate for you also I'll be returning with friends and family.

Amazing little spot for a unique dessert you wont find anywhere! Picture a regular ice cream cone but instead of a vanilla wafer cone you instead have a cone shaped cake with a sugary outside and at the bottom in my case was a whopper candy ball. They have all sorts of crazy combinations and specialty choices, Mine was a smores flavor and with a toasted giant marshmallow on top with graham cracker on each side. One of these treats are big enough for 2 people also. Worth the time and trip to try these out!
oddly i've only been here 3 times and each time i visit it gets better or maybe i'm just addicted haha cute little shop i love the variety of flavors and many types of things to try. crispy, sweet and hits the spot when i need that fix! must try when visit down town or near disneyland! heck, if u live around town go treat yourself Your worth it! OC Approved! #yum

Needing a light dessert after dinner and before my son's hockey game. So glad to stumble to House of chimney. The chimney cake reminds me of being in a Christmas market in Prague or Budapest. Just a plain one with cinnamon sugar. Freshly made. Still hot to eat once. They have other flavors and you can add ice cream. Definitely will come back and try other stuff in the menu.
Definitely a perfect place for a photo opp and the perfect food pic! The staff had great energy and welcoming attitude. We went late in the evening after dinner and it was still packed but we only waited 10 minutes or so. We also were able to park right in front of the building. As I said the frozen treat is photo worthy but I’ve had better ice cream. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad at all but for the price I feel like you’re paying more for the aesthetic and the atmosphere more than the treat itself. When I’ve had a great dessert I finish it without shame lol. Unfortunately none of us finished ours because it wasn’t as good as we expected it to be. My favorite part was the Brûléed marshmallow! I still give the business a 4 because the staff was amazing and the place itself was the cutest!
I had been wanting to try a chimney cake so when we found this place, stopping by was a no brainer. There is no seating inside which isn't great when it's cold at night. They also have no seating outside, so we borrowed a table at the pizza place next door. We got the Lemon Blueberry and the All American Apple Pie. Between the two, I preferred the Lemon Blueberry. There wasn't really any apple pie flavor in the other. I loved the concept, but I think these would be better without ice cream. The ice cream made the warm chimney cake hard almost immediately. As others warned, these are incredibly messy so be prepared. There was also a chocolate ball at the bottom of the cake which was an unpleasant surprise for someone who doesn't like chocolate. Overall, it's an interesting concept and I'm glad we stopped by to try it. Go for the Lemon Blueberry!
Perfect for Instagram. The ice cream is gorgeous and the staff is great. Got the Blueberry lemon and Tropical Fruit sundae. The Blueberry lemon was alright, but I only tasted the lemon oreos. The Tropical Fruit sundae was excellent. They used pinapple dole whip as the base, and that was exceptional. One real negative with the experience is that the draw of the place is the custom cones that they make in-house and cover in a variety of flavors. However, because its an ice cream cone, and they put so much on the ice cream that by the time you get to the cone, it's cold and hard. May have to get a cone by itself next time.
We ordered the oreo and fashionista. Super delicious icecream the chimney cake was being made hot and fresh. Lot of topping options. Its definitely very messy to eat. Expect lots of dripping ! Some seating outside the place in a nice area. Unique concept and definitely worth a try. Service was very friendly.
Indulge in a truly unique dessert that combines various textures and a medley of flavors, all tailored to suit your preferences. Picture a freshly baked cake in a cone shape, customized with your favorite toppings. The base is a flaky pastry resembling a croissant, filled with your choice of ice cream flavor. The next layer offers an array of fruits or cookies, complemented by luscious sauces like caramel, peanut butter, or blueberry. Finally, it's crowned with a delightful assortment of nuts. Witness this artistic creation come to life right before your eyes, as it's expertly crafted from scratch and using only fresh ingredients. The end result is not just a treat but a miniature masterpiece in your hand, tempting you to savor its beauty or devour its deliciousness. Originating from Hungary, this dessert is a definite must-try.
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally went! We had the Oreo, birthday cake and cookielicious, and they were beautiful. The presentation is amazing! I have to say my favorite part though was the actual chimney cake. While the ice cream was good, the chimney cake was chewy, moist and crunchy all at once. If I were to to back I would probably get it without the ice cream. A Hungarian friend of mine (chimney cakes are Hungarian) said that Americans ruin chimney cakes with all the ice cream, and I kinda see what she is saying now. Don’t get me wrong though, try it with the ice cream!!! It’s a really fun treat:-)

Came here because online made it look so yummy and cute. It wasn’t very clean, I tripped on a door stop that was in the middle of the door opening. Server was very friendly answered all questions and explained everything. It’s definitely a sugary bread come and not any cake in it. I chose the seasonal peppermint, which is a strawberry/vanilla swirl soft serve ice cream, that I wasn’t aware of, coated in peppermint crumbs. Surprisingly the strawberry and peppermint went good together. They forgot my cookie butter filling. The cone tasted overly done in places. They should call it House of Chimney Cones It’s definitely worth a try, if you’re in the area.
Cute spot with few outdoor seating tables. The staff was very friendly. The icecream presentation was great! The taste was more basic than expected, the icecream itself is just a soft-serve. Topping was ok. The chimney cake was something like a croissant, but it was nice to try. There were few 90 min street parking around the area.
The store is cute, very bright/pink/instagrammable -- along with their chimney ice cream sundaes. Very thoughtful presentation, but I don't think the flavor was worth the $10 or so we paid for dessert. We went last year (sorry, delayed review) when Barbie was huge, and they set up a small cutesy photobooth to take pics at. We were here as an overflow to Anaheim Packing House parking difficulties, so stumbled upon this to try when we parked nearby. There were about 3-4 small tables to sit outside, otherwise limited seating/small store. Not sure I'd come back, but worth the experience. We ended up getting a strawberry one, after they were out of our first 1-2 choices (everyone wants ice cream in the summer?)

I bought two ice creams and a strawberry matcha cake around 7:30pm yesterday, but the cake was covered in blue mold, and the ice cream was almost completely melted when we received it. We took one bite and had to throw everything away. How can you even sell a cake that’s covered in mold?

The worker had gloves on while cleaning when I came in. They had the gloves on while taking my order in the register and handing me back my cash and coins. They kept those exact same gloves on while rolling out the dough and touching all the toppings for my order. Absolutely disgusting. The worker needs a refresh on basic food handing safety. My cone went straight into the trash. A waste of $20.
