Worth the trek! We were looking for a good dinner, and were frankly surprised at just how good it was! We looked at the restaurants at a Disney Springs. I’m sure there are some good ones, but we were getting tired of the prices and crowds. What we didn’t expect to find down the street was fine dining! The service was excellent. We had a gluten intolerant guest - they went out of the way to accommodate us. Hassan was an excellent waiter and the owners should be proud of how he showcases their passion for food. The food was inspired, flavourful and well executed. The portions were generous and the price was a bargain compared to what else we had enjoyed during our time at Disney. Have a look at the menu, and take the shuttle from Disney Springs or take the short walk down there - you won’t regret it.

I hope what I’m about to say is taken seriously, and not just some over-the-top dramatized review. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. The food was amazing first of all. The main thing for me was your bartender. I forget his name, he’s from Armenia though. So kind and accommodating in addition to being a top notch bartender. I’m not lying when I say this, it was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. He was truly a master of his craft, and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by him.

I had the 3 corse Magical Dining meal. I had the smoked bacon clothesline as appetizer, chicken gnocchi for entree and molten lava cake with ice cream for dessert. The chicken was good but the dry gnocchi could have used more sauce. The best part of the meal was the pastrami spiced bacon clothesline. Unique looking and very tasty and horseradish sauce went good with it. Also had the toasted coconut espresso Martini and it was very good.

My family and I are having an amazing experience at American kitchen and Bar inside the the Rennaissaince Hotel and Spa in Orlando . First impression was everything driving up to it's luxurious entrance and being checked in by Milly with care and understanding.. ofcourse late-night after Disney woth the kids we found ourselves in the American kitchen and Bar to have cocktails and amazing food. Staff on the entire property are amazing including Janice who took care of all our needs .. This place is beautiful and has everything for everyone .looking forward to the next few days.

Had a lovely experience at this restaurant a few times now over the past few days. The quality of the food and drinks is very high, which is nice to have close by when staying in and around the Disney Resort (without having to trek into the very busy Disney Springs). The service we have received from the staff has been excellent too; special mention for Karren who has provided GREAT service. He is very friendly and attentive. We are very happy customers!

I just want to start off by saying that our stay at the Renaissance has been such a great experience. Plus being able to eat at the American Kitchen Bar & Grill has been exceptional. The service here was amazing thanks to our server/bartender Chad. He went above and beyond to make sure we received everything we wanted.

We had such a fantastic experience at breakfast during our Disney trip! Starting the day off right is so important, especially with a toddler, and this team absolutely delivered. Andreas was our server and he was incredible. Attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, he went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed. He was patient with our little one, quick with refills, and made us feel completely taken care of. Katrina, the hostess, was just as amazing. She welcomed us with such warmth and made the whole experience feel personal and smooth from the moment we walked in. Traveling with a toddler can be hectic, but she made it easy and stress-free.

Imane made my family’s breakfast experience wonderful on back-to-back days. She had great suggestions for kids and adults alike and went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. The food was great, too. American Kitchen is perfect for vacationing families, and Imane is extraordinary.

Imane was our server multiple times and went above and beyond to make our experience more than pleasant. When we had the group of 40 coming for breakfast within a 3 hour windows she ran all efficiently and with endless kindness. The rest of the staff was also very kind. I had breakfast 3 times, 2 dinners and 1 lunch.

My family visited the food was fantastic. We had Imane as a server. She was impeccable. She was so kind, observant and made us feel right at home. After a long morning of traveling, her hospitality was so welcoming.

Good staff which is not often found at hotel restaurants. Friendly and accommodating. I congratulate them and mgmt for creating a positive work environment. Greater was very kind - Katrina Andres was very polite, efficient - waiter

I love American Kitchen - from the food to the service, I cannot say enough positive things. Karren specifically goes above and beyond to make sure every guest receives genuine, personalized service. I love coming here because I know that I will be greeted with a warm welcome, served the most delicious food, and always have fantastic conversation. My mom and I adore Karren, and we love coming to sit at the bar knowing the service he provides. Highly recommend!!!

Food was delicious! Stayed with a group of teenagers and Imane was so kind and helpful in serving us. Very professional! Andres was also very kind and efficient!

I don’t know how much yall are paying Rene, but I promise it is not enough!! She was so much fun, had great energy, got us a table, took our orders, made recommendations, and ran the bar. The food was excellent and the magic dining was a great deal. The next night we came back to order takeout from the bar and Rene was back! She was so friendly and kind, chatting while we waited and helping us get ice for the bucket. For sure a master class in customer service and professionalism

Our server was great but when we sat down she told us they were out of 2/3 desserts which made us ultimately not do the magical dining menu. The meatballs were tasty but closer to a falafel in texture. The chicken Mac and cheese gnocchi was ok. The chicken was great but the gnocchi was pre-purchased gnocchi in a flavor lacking sauce. One of our party got the cheesecake for dessert but it was very disappointing. It was clearly from a box and not too special. Service and atmosphere was great but the food left something to be desired.

For the cooks, perhaps we caught you on an “off meal” as we heard other customers praise their food. Ours just missed the mark today.

Server was nice! However WAY WAY over priced. None of the waffle or French toast options come with eggs or any sides $14-$17 each. Just a side of two egg is $7 dollars. That is insane !! Which is so sad. Was given weird looks when ordered the mickey waffle. Over all DON'T eat here when there are much more satisfying places close by.

This place is terrible. Have come three times so far. Only bc I've been provided $25 food credit each day. First day, my party were served their dinner salads in to-go/compostable containers. Next day, breakfast took forever and it was just a fruit platter. Tonight, thought I'd get the charcuterie board as a snack. Seriously, what is this? No cheese at all really and pickled vegatables and have the nerve to charge people $25 for it.

Visited on Thursday, Aug 28 with my family. Loved your Old Fashioned — truly excellent. However, the Mendoza wine we ordered was sour and harsh, even after decanting. We’re wine lovers and know Merlot well, but this was undrinkable. Told the server, and the manager made us feel like we didn’t know wine — yet promised a refund the next day. It’s been several days, no refund, no follow-up. Disappointed not just by the wine, but by the disrespect and lack of response.
