Anaheim Produce at Disney's Hollywood Studios is known for its unique waffle bowls, especially the BBQ brisket and Korean pork belly. Most find the food tasty and above theme park standards, though portions can be small and seating limited. Some experienced long wait times.
Tip: Consider mobile ordering to save time, as lines can be long. Be prepared to share seating with other nearby restaurants.
We went here for lunch because it had some unique menu offerings. I got the buffalo chicken bowl, which were chicken nuggets in buffalo sauce which had coleslaw on top, and then they were sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes in a waffle bowl. I thought that this item was very interesting because of the waffle bowl. The chicken in the buffalo was good- they definitely had a little kick to them. The coleslaw was sweet and tasted good. The mashed potatoes were okay, they tasted like boxed potatoes. The waffle cone was an interesting touch... I think that its sogginess after sitting in some of the sauces contributed to me feeling weird about eating it. It felt like the flavors kind of clashed. I think that this would be fine as a bowl without the waffle cone. The service was good, the people who were working were very nice. I do not think I would get this item or similar items again, but I think it was cool to do it for the experience.
I have tried all of the mashed potato waffle bowl options and while they are all great, the Korean bbq pork belly is my favorite. The POG juice with strawberry boba is also delicious. This stand is a great on the go option if you want more than a snack but less than a whole entree. Pictured: Enchanted Rose (chocolate mouse) and the buffalo chicken bowl
Food quality and flavor was definitely above standard for theme park standard, interesting concept that the bowls can be eaten and therefore its environmentally friendly as well, Portion size is on the small size what what you paid. Have to share seating with many other quick serve restaurant nearby and might be difficult to find seating.
Visited twice during my trip. Once to try the Beauty and the Beast cherry cake which intrigued me. The cake was like a piece of art! And it was not only beautiful but also very good. The second time I visit was during the evening to try their famous bowls. I had the vegetarian one with vegetables. I noticed after that you can add vegan chicken but it wasn't very clear so I noticed after. It was very good! It was funny to eat the bowl after eating the noodles as it is made of wafer.
Really love the new Bowls on the menu. They are both delicious and filling. We had the Barbecue Beef Brisket bowl and the Buffalo Chicken bowl. The brisket was tender with a tasty sweet bbq sauce nicely balanced with spicy roasted jalapeño on top. Underneath was a creamy queso and yummy mashed potatoes, all served in a waffle bowl. The savory, spicy and sweet made for a truly amazing layering of flavors. I never had mashed potatoes in a waffle cone/bowl before but it totally works. The Buffalo chicken was very similar except with a zesty coleslaw topping instead. Definitely a great meal and something we’ll have again. Enjoy 😊
My wife and I were in MGM (it will always be that. Fight me!) and needed some food, so we decided to go down Sunset Boulevard. I went to Fairfax Fare and got their Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bowl and the Enchanted Rose and was not disappointed! The bowl was sweet, spicy, and savory all at the same time. Delicious! The Enchanted Rose was sweet and tasty as well! When we are in Disney again, we will be back!
Had a family meal at This place at Hollywood Studios at Disney World and everyone had a choice of tasty food and fun drinks.
Initially, I was uncertain about the food in a waffle bowl, but boy does it just work. I enjoyed the BBQ brisket and couldn't recommend it more. Absolutely delicious and probably one of the more memorable eating experiences I had on this visit.

New menu! Try cute waffle bowls! It was small portion which was perfect for me. I tried barbecued beef brisket bowl and it was creamy mashed potatoes with juicy beef brisket. I enjoyed eating a cute waffle bowl at the end. Love it!

Had a family meal at This place at Hollywood Studios at Disney World and everyone had a choice of tasty food and fun drinks.
We used the mobile app which was quick and easy. Went to pick up our order and saw a picture of the Enchanted Rose. Asked if I could add it to tge order and was pixie dusted a free one. Foud was delicious. The Enchanted Rose will be a repeat treat for me. Highly recommend.
Interesting option at Disney Hollywood Studios in Orlando, the food is served in waffle cups with mash potatoes on the bottom, the brisket is ok, as well as the pork, still way better than a regular hamburger, it is fast and again, a nice option if you do not want a regular hamburger
On our latest eat there we tried the Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl. It's extremely tasty and is Braised Pork Belly tossed in Korean Barbecue Sauce topped with Korean Salad and Green Onions served on Mashed Potatoes in a Waffle Bowl. We also washed it down with a Kona Big Wave Golden Ale - Kailua Kona. A good shared meal that was very tasty and a little different to try
Stopped at this restaurant near the Tower of Terror. They have small waffle bowls with limited options. I had the Buffalo Chicken bowl which had mashed potatoes and slaw; which was decent. They do have a vegan option available in the Soba noodles with plant-based chicken
Visited Fairfax fare on July 26,2024 and ordered 5 plates of Mickey waffles for my kids and adults which include 3 Mickey face waffles and 3 pieces of bacon per plate. The waffles were pretty small but they were tasty nothing I couldn’t make at home especially for the price but your at Disney so you need to experience it all.
Good rice bowl – hard to find a seat. We were hungry and wanted o get something to eat after seeing the Beauty and the Beast show. Directly across from the theater are about 3 restaurants. We chose this one for 2 reasons: they had a rice bowl and they had mobile ordering. We ordered online and the food was ready in about 10 minutes. We skipped the line and picked it up when our name was called. Very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This include the person that helped us find the restaurant, the person that served our food and the person that cleaned our table. The food was good. The only drawback was that seating for this location is shared by all the restaurant and you really have to hunt for a seat. We ended up getting a big table and sharing with a family. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Dining Review I recently ordered the Buffalo Chicken Bowl in the waffle cone bowl and also tried the Enchanted Rose dessert. The meal was definitely a mixed experience. The buffalo chicken itself was very spicy — more than expected — and I really wish they had added more coleslaw on top to help balance out the heat. The mashed potatoes were actually pretty good, but the waffle cone bowl didn’t make much sense with this type of dish. It felt more suited for ice cream than a savory, spicy meal, so I ended up not eating the cone. As for the Enchanted Rose, I have a major sweet tooth, so I thought it would be right up my alley… but it was way too sweet. I passed it to my kids thinking they’d enjoy it, and even they didn’t want it — they just passed it around the table. That tells you everything. I ended up scraping the top off and just eating the cookie at the bottom, which was actually really good. Overall, I was hungry and wanted to try something in the area, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t stop here again.
If you want something quick to fill you up while at Hollywood Studios, this is the place to go. There was not a huge line so service was pretty quick. We got a Korean BBQ pork belly bowl and a BBQ beef brisket bowl. Overall, it's a little too salty and oily but it did have a good taste. It is a little difficult to eat as the bowl is a waffle. There are also mashed potatoes at the bottom of thr BBQ meat. The ingredients went well together and it's a decent quick meal.
Barbecue Beef Brisket Bowl was heavy on the bbq sauce with very big cuts of beef, which made it hard to eat. Corn chips were an interesting flavor addition. Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl was our favorite of the two. Pork was super tender and flavorful, the sauce savory and sticky, the additional fresh veggies were a great cut in fattyness. Even after having the two, I have quite decided if I enjoyed the waffle bowl with the whole meal or not. The drink was very refreshing! A tad sweet but the "Boba" was a fun texture!
Ordered the Soba Noodle Salad, about 3" bowl and less than an 1" tall for $15. Disgusting. Flavor was wonderful, but only about 4 edaname. Service was terrible unfriendly, so not Disney. Except for the price.

I unfortunately can't say I had a good experience here. For starters, they gave me the wrong food in my order. Aside from that though, the food was alright, and the portions are on the smaller side. The bowls are a bit strange since they are really a dessert bowl made for ice cream and it just doesn't go well with the savory meal options. If you're on this side of Hollywood Studios and in a pinch it isn't awful, but there are definitely better quick service food options in Hollywood Studios.

I love Disney, IncrediPass person here. I usually love the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and service always. However, my experience here was the worst. I waited 25 minutes for my quick service item and I watched lines of individuals pass me. They told me it was because they needed more beef. Okay, sure, I’ll wait. I drew the line when I see many people with the same order pass me. I asked for a refund because it was a bit too long for me and then the cook screams from the back telling me she’s working on my order with crazy attitude. To the point where other guests were shocked and disturbed. I played it off, but I was a bit uncomfortable however. I then got my food, I was so hungry I just chowed it down. I found HAIR in my food. I have straight light brown Asian hair, so how is a wavy/curly hair in my food?! I threw up in a bush and ran to the counter. They were already working on my refund (thanks for that), but I wouldn’t recommend eating there. I do want to add that I was being extremely respectful and as nice as I could. I get that it can be stressful working in Quick Service, but to not only double down but TRIPLE down on the bad service… I was over it. Waited too long for quick service, attitude from a CM, AND hair in my food!! Fairfax Fare needs a reboot ASAP
