We had a really great time here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though we had not booked we still managed to get a table in around 10 minutes. All the tables have a great view of the stage. The show lasts about 20 mins or so and runs every 90mins apparently. The band were fantastic, great fun. Don't forget to clink your steins! The food is buffet style all you care to eat. There is a good selection as long as you are a meat lover, we are. View it as an experience not a restaurant, it's not to be missed even if it is a little pricey after adding a few steins!
We found out about this place by accident. It had a fantastic environment. A really beautiful dining area stadium type seating decorated like Germany outside and they had a fantastic show. The buffet was really interesting and it was very fresh. The service was fantastic. The people were friendly outgoing really had a good time. The beer was fantastic. It’s worth every penny seriously bring your family here. It was a blast, but come extremely hungry.
A wonderful experience with great food and entertainment. So much food with many choices for everyone to find something to enjoy. Even many choices for desserts. They welcome you up to dance during the entertainment - don't be shy! Definitely one you don't want to miss in your adventures at Epcot.
We came here in an afternoon, mainly to get preferred seating at the Garden Rocks concert, but we’ve always wanted to go there. The entertainment was amazing and it was fun to have the buffet, to try a variety of different kinds of food!
The buffet was great. So much to choose from. The band was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting.
Our favorite Epcot restaurant by far, and we'd place it as one of the best two in Disneyworld. Biergarten has to be the best German restaurant we've visited, overall. Biergarten sits in World Showcase and features an all you can eat buffet of authentic German dishes and German-inspired comfort foods for kids too. There are no characters, and the food and experience are more than enough to not need them. A German Bavarian band takes the stage about every 45 minutes, and kids can exhaust some energy on their polka dance floor. Dining room is an immersive Bavarian village. Servers are from Germany. Prices are fair - We would pay this amount ($45?) outside of parks for food quality and dining experience this great. Food is abundant! Homemade pork schnitzel, assorted sausages, German meatballs, spaetzle, sauerbrauten, carved pork, German potato salad, paprika chicken, salmon, red cabbage, suerkraut, German cheesecake, black forest cake, and on and on... The restaurant is spread out, darker, and relaxing. This is a great restaurant to recharge, relax, or just sit and enjoy the food, show and maybe cup of coffee with dessert. Always my top dining recommendation for Epcot goers.
This is one of our very places to eat, drink and be merry! Very festive and fun atmosphere. We loved the food, the service, the musical performance on stage. Our server, Yvonne, was a joy. Efficient, friendly. We had the Madonna Spatlese Riesling and the grapefruit beer, which is very popular for a reason at The Germany Pavilion. Both were excellent. Wide variety of German salads, meat, potatoes, and desserts. The musical show on stage lasts for approx 30 minutes, and is very entertaining. Great for the kids to move around on the dance floor. Everyone seemed to be having fun, and it's a great break from the busy crowds and the heat outside. We highly recommend this place and plan to visit again someday.
The funnest dining experience at Walt Disney World by far. The band is very entertaining and dining here is the only way to see them. They play fun songs, use unusual instruments and tell stories. The German food and desserts are very good. (It’s frustrating to see reviews complaining about the German buffet food, if you want an expensive hoity toity dining experience go eat in Canada or France.) the Biergarten is for FUN!!! And I’ve eaten her now over 12 times !
We will be back!! Was a bit worried by the menu (not a huge dinner sausage guy) but there was SO much good food. Honestly, the most I’ve eaten in a single sitting in some time. And, the live entertainment was the quintessential Disney experience. Can’t wait to bring our girlies with us next time!
First time going to the Biergarten and was very well impressed! Might of found our new favorite dining @Epcot. Didn’t have a reservation went right in on a Sunday night not bad. Cast members were all great, Jule was our waitress she was awesome…Food is on the salty but was expected. Will definitely go back again
The Biergarten at Epcot pavilion is an absolute delight, easily one of the best buffet experiences in the park. Its ambiance is unparalleled, truly capturing the essence of a traditional German beer garden. The staff, notably our server Karina, was exceptionally sweet and friendly, enhancing the dining experience. What sets the Biergarten apart is not just the food, but the overall atmosphere. The decor is spot-on, creating a feeling of being transported directly to Germany. The live music and performances add a layer of entertainment that turns a meal into a memorable event. As for the buffet, it's a feast for the senses. The variety is impressive, with everything from German salads to meatballs, sausages, and even salmon. The Mac and cheese was a surprising and delicious addition. And let's not forget the desserts - they're the perfect way to round off the meal. In short, dining at the Biergarten in Epcot is more than just eating; it's an experience that leaves you feeling full and satisfied.
A Delightful Taste of Germany in Every Sense Stepping into this German beer hall is like being transported straight to the heart of Bavaria. The atmosphere is lively and authentic, with traditional decor that sets the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening. The food? Absolutely spectacular. The sausages are a standout—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. Paired with freshly baked pretzels and an array of other classic German dishes, every bite feels like a celebration of rich culinary tradition. The beer selection is equally impressive, offering a variety of fresh, expertly brewed options to suit any palate. Whether you prefer a crisp lager, a hearty dunkel, or a refreshing wheat beer, there’s something here to delight every enthusiast. The highlight, though, is the live music. The performers bring the energy and charm of an authentic German festival, creating a sense of camaraderie that fills the room. Singing along to traditional tunes while clinking steins with friends or strangers—it’s an experience that brings people together in the best way possible. If you’re looking for great food, incredible beer, and a festive atmosphere that makes you feel part of something truly special, this German beer hall is an absolute must-visit. Prost!
Sehr Gut! Very cool atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good for a buffet - lots of variety and tastes great! Good selection of German beers. Service was awesome from staff and our waitress. There is live entertainment while you eat which adds to the experience. This is easily one of my new favourite spots to eat in the Disney Parks!
Honestly the best thing in EPCOT. This restaurant is a musical buffet that celebrates Oktoberfest everyday! The German waiters are so kind and cute in their traditional clothing / uniforms! They play live music: polka, traditional instruments, and interact with the audience. There’s an all you can eat buffet and delicious beer! The beer cheese soup is the perfect dipping sauce for their 🥨 bread! And the Carmel cheesecake bites are the best thing in the entire world. Es wunderbar! 🍺 🫕

It could be the time of day (3:15pm) when we went. The German Bank was great but the buffet food was terrible. Being German myself, this was not what I had expected.

The atomosphere was great. Live music and a really cool area. I feel like the main issue is the value. My favorite when I visited Germany was Currywurst and Schnitzel. They didnt have Currwurst(my fault for not checking earlier)and Schnitzel wasnt the same. Food wasnt bad by any means, but nothing that I thought you had to try or have craved since. My main issue is the value. $53 a person and $12 for 16 ounces(half a liter) plus tip made it not even remotely worth it IMO

We made a last-minute reservation at Biergarten, hoping to recapture fond memories from our childhood and past visits. The atmosphere remains charming — a lively, Oktoberfest-style dining hall with warm, friendly hosts and waitstaff. They explained the vegan options are labeled with the classic green leaf icon at the buffet, and they could also bring us vegan Bratwurst, vegan butter, gluten-free bread rolls, and a simple salad with oil and balsamic vinegar. At first glance, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of plant-based buffet options: sauerkraut, pretzel rolls, beet salad, pickled onions, green beans, tomato salad, peas and carrots, roasted potatoes, and mini potato pancakes with applesauce. Unfortunately, once we started eating, our excitement faded. Most of the dishes were under-seasoned and tasted far from fresh. Even the vegan Bratwurst, which we were eager to try, were stiff and unappealing. Dessert was another letdown — the sole plant-based option was a plate of mini Enjoy Life cookies. It’s the same dessert we were served two years ago, though back then, they came in the bag. It’s hard to believe that in two years, no new vegan dessert has been introduced, especially given the variety of desserts available to non-vegan diners. The saving grace of the meal was the lively Oktoberfest show. A cheerful “German” band performs live music, including classic instruments and even cowbells, for about 30 minutes. The festive atmosphere still has its charm, but sadly, the food no longer lives up to the experience. For over $100 for two people before tip, this meal simply wasn’t worth the price. While the entertainment and ambiance remain memorable, the plant-based options were subpar at best. Unless significant improvements are made, we likely won’t be returning here.

We have been going to the Biergarten for years including our very first visit in 1998. On our last visit in November of 2025, it was different. We went for dinner, about 5:30pm. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful, all decked out for Christmas. However, the food was cold and seemed of lower quality than in the past. Dry and tasteless. Nothing tasted like it had in the past. Then came dessert. The Black Forest cake was now in a pudding cup and, just, YUCK. Tasted like cheap cake with canned pudding on top. What really disappointed us was the absence of their famous cheese cake and strawberry compote. When I asked our server about this, she said that it had been gone for months. The restaurant got a new chef and made a lot of changes including removing these desserts, and frankly, was purchasing low-quality food. We didn't mention our disappointment in our main meals because we weren't looking for any kind of compensation. We did tell her that this would be our last time back. Her response was for us to write the chef and detail our issues. She said that most of the staff had already been passing on many other customer complaints, but the chef was not listening to them. So, as with many things at Disney, if you weren't there 5-10yrs ago, you probably won't miss what was once a great place to eat.
This is fun but the food is golden corral quality. With a tip (and a beer if you're inclined) this gets to be close to $80 per person and the food is basically tolerable. Go get chips and guac from Mexico or some of the wraps from Morocco.
We had heard this was one of the better sit down restaurants at Epcot but I have to politely disagree. The live music was fun and the service was great and super family friendly but the food was pretty tough. Buffets in general are not my cup of tea given that the food is just sitting out. The salad bar here felt particularly icky while the meats landed in a more edible range. I personally would not recommend this restaurant and would say you are better off getting a sausage on a stick or a turkey leg or something.

Visited Biergarten restaurant on March 14,2025 at 525pm with my wife. We have reserved a table for garden of rock dinner passes. We arrived 20 minutes early and checked in and were seated about 5-10 minutes later so roughly 515 pm. Once seated we waited for our waitress what seemed to be 15 minutes before we even got water which was frustrating. Once we got out drinks we went to the buffet and began grabbing our food. I saw the various spreads and different meat choices and thought I was in heaven until I wasn’t…. I grabbed every single meat on the menu and out of the 8-9 choices 3 were actually good. The pork schnitzel was absolutely AMAZING, and the brats both variety’s were very good also. This is were the review takes an absolute horrible turn downhill. The grilled chicken was dry and gross, the beef stew had a very strong after taste that wasn’t pleasant, the chicken schnitzel tasted like “Wendy’s 4 for 4 nuggets” (says the wife), the meatballs tasted like cheap meatballs you get at a ordinary sub restaurant. The potato salad was mid at best, even the salad was overpowered by vinegar flavor almost to the point it was spicy/sour. I ordered the grapefruit beer and it was pretty good, very sweet. My wife had the Dr. Loosen wine which was pretty good. The atmosphere was very entertaining as we watched the German music show. The servers were nice but we’re inattentive. Me and my wife paid over $140 BEFORE THE TIP… over all paying over $50 per person with absolutely poor service, disgusting food, just isn’t justified. It gives a suggestion for tips at the bottom which was nearly $25 for a waitress to bring us 2 cups of water and a single beer and wine in a 45 minute period.. absolutely not which took forever by the way. This was great as we have been wanting to try this place for years but this will be the absolute last time. I’m very disappointed I ate only 4 pork chops to get full over the entirety of the menu. Don’t even get me started on the dessert it wasn’t much better than the appetizer and entrees. Do not recommend will not be back thank you though.

I’m from Germany, so I know exactly how this kind of food is supposed to taste, and this buffet was honestly a letdown. The quality was poor and the price felt way too high for what you get. The selection was also pretty limited for a buffet, and a lot of it reminded me of school cafeteria food more than a proper German beer garden. Some dishes tasted so bad I couldn’t even finish them. Overall: not worth it, and I wouldn’t go back.
